A Comparative Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Cloud Service Agreements (국내외 클라우드 서비스 이용약관 비교 분석 연구)

  • The MSIP has implemented "Act on The Development of Cloud Computing and Protection of Its Users" from September 2015 and invigorated the cloud service industry. The act mainly includes the improvement cloud computing reliability and user protection for the development foundation and use activation. In order to expand the cloud market, it is important to increase the reliability of individual users. However, practical discussions and approach for cloud services adoption are still limited. In fact, there is no agreement standard for domestic cloud services. As a user agreement is not standardized, users feel difficulty compare to each agreement of cloud service provider and may be damaged because of unfair terms. Thus, it is necessary to examine the unfairness of cloud service agreement for user protection. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cloud service agreements including Practical Guide to Cloud Service Agreement of Cloud Standards Customer Council and suggests the direction of the standard agreement of cloud services.

Class-based Analysis and Design to Realize a Personalized Learning System (맞춤형 학습 실현을 위한 클래스 기반 시스템 분석 및 설계)

  • In the current epoch of educational technology (EdTech), the realization of a personalized learning system has become increasingly important. This is due to the growing diversity of today's learners in terms of backgrounds, learning styles, and abilities. Traditional educational methods that deliver the same content to all learners often fail to take this diversity into account. This paper identifies models that comprehensively analyze learners' characteristics, interests, and learning histories to meet the growing demand for learner-centered education. Based on these models, we have designed a personalized learning system. This system is structured to support autonomous learning tailored to the learner's current level and goals by identifying strengths and weaknesses based on the learner's learning history. In addition, the system is designed to extend necessary learning elements without changing its architecture. Through this research, we can identify the essential foundations for constructing a user-tailored learning system and effectively develop a system architecture to support personalized learning.

  • This study investigates the changes in teachers' roles as the impact of AI on school education expands. Traditionally, teachers have been responsible for core aspects of classroom instruction, curriculum development, assessment, and feedback. AI can automate these processes, particularly enhancing efficiency through personalized learning. AI also supports complex classroom management tasks such as student tracking, behavior detection, and group activity analysis using integrated camera and microphone systems. However, AI struggles to automate aspects of counseling and interpersonal communication, which are crucial in student life guidance. While direct conversational replacement by AI is challenging, AI can assist teachers by providing data-driven insights and pre-conversation resources. Key competencies required for teachers in the AI era include expertise in advanced instructional methods, dataset analysis, personalized learning facilitation, student and parent counseling, and AI digital literacy. Teachers should collaborate with AI to emphasize creativity, adjust personalized learning paths based on AI-generated datasets, and focus on areas less amenable to AI automation, such as individualized learning and counseling. Essential skills include AI digital literacy and proficiency in understanding and managing student data.

An Empirical Study of Students' Start-Up Activities: Integrated Approach of Student-Focused Cognitive Model and Supportive Activities of University (대학생 창업활동에 대한 실증적 연구 : 대학생 중심의 인지적 모델과 대학지원의 통합적 접근)

  • The basic purpose of this study is to examine the relationship among entrepreneurial intention, university supports for startup, and startup activities of university students. For the study, we identified the influence factors of students' startup intention based on reviewing preceding studies and examined how these factors affect their intention of new venture startup. In addition, this study attempted to examine how these factors that can have a significant impact on entrepreneurial intention affect startup activities and analyzed how entrepreneurial intention would mediate the relationship between these influence factors and startup activities. A total of 769 students who chosen by random were surveyed and all questionnaires were sent by mail to the universities that entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial programs were selected as the forerunners from the government. As a result, this study revealed that student's psychological traits such as entrepreneurial self-efficacy and risk-taking have significant effect on the intention of startup. And student's exposure to the role models and various entrepreneurial experiences such as entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial student's club in the university has significantly positive influence on the intention of startup. This study also found that the effects of these explanatory variables of this research on startup activities have been partially mediated by entrepreneurial intention. The entrepreneurial intention was also proven to have a significant effect on startup activities. Finally, the extent to which university supports activities for students' startup moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial intention and university students' startup activities. We believe that these results of this study contribute to the understanding of the entrepreneurship process both theoretical and practical perspectives.

웹을 활용한 과학영재 심화 학습 지원 체제 구축

  • In order to satisfy the gifted students' learning desire and maximize the effectiveness of their learning, we constructed the system which would provide them with supplementary activities based on the Internet boards. At the very beginning, we investigated the personalities of the gifted and their classroom environment which they prefer through studying the related references and asking questionnaires. And then we discussed how to improve the lectures, decided to make the basic structures of the web-based supporting system, and designed some teaching strategies for the gifted. which are named 'GIFTED'. Now the web-based supporting system, which are composed of several boards, was established and is being operated now. Each subject has its own boards. The boards of each subject basically consist of Notice, Learning-materials, Q&A, Homework, Recommended Sites. The results we've got from operating our system are following: Teachers and students were generally satisfied with the system while students wanted more materials. Students and teachers had a positive attitude that the site boards of Learning-materials and Homework are being actively used, while the numbers of contents uploaded in Q&A and Recommended site boards are small and they are regarded as being unimportant to the students and teachers.

  • Social enterprise has moved from periphery to take center stage. Social enterprises are a truly global phenomenon and associated with solving social problems with business approaches. While the numbers of social enterprises have grown and their impact is likely to continue to do so, it would be dangerous to assume that the revolutionary momentum will automatically continue, because social enterprise faced sustainability challenges. This study collected the data from directory of Korean Social Enterprise to conduct a quantitative research on the growth of social enterprise in South Korea. This study conducted longitudinal analysis of 491 social enterprise certified between 2007 and 2010, of economic performance with financial index and social impact with employment structure. Though global financial crisis, Korean social enterprises show that there is a considerable increase in all of quantitative and qualitative aspects. Korean social enterprises have provided meaningful work to those normally excluded from the labour market and tried to raise their life of working. In the future, Korean social enterprises should find a way to balance social and financial performance and ensure the sustainability of the business.

  • 최근의 컴퓨팅 환경은 이질적인 클라이언트와 서버들간의 상호 운용성을 요구하는 분산 어플리케이션을 위한 프로그래밍 파라다임을 지원하기 위한 분산 객체 컴퓨팅 환경으로 발전되고 있다. 여기에는 복잡한 네트워킹과 다양한 멀티미디어 응용 서비스를 위한 객체지향 기술들이 접목되고 있다. 이러한 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 처리되는 어플리케이션들의 실시간 서비스 지원을 위해 요구되는 실시간 특성과 분산 객체들의 관리의 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 실시간 객체그룹 플랫폼을 구축한다. 기존의 연구들은 실시간 CORBA를 사용하거나 또는 ORB를 수정하거나 실시간 운영체제상에 특정 CORBA 제품군을 사용하여 분산 환경의 특정 영역의 성능향상만을 도모하고 있다. 그러므로, 본 논문은 ORB의 수정 없이 표준 CORBA상에서 실시간 특성을 지원한 수 있는 실시간 객체그룹 플랫폼을 설계한다. 본 논문의 실시간 객체그룹 구조는 객체들의 관리적인 측면과 실시간 어플리케이션 서비스 지원 측면에 대한 요구사항들을 분석하여 정립한 모델이며, 구성요소들의 기능을 관리와 서비스로 분리하여 각각의 기능수행시에 발생하는 객체간의 상호작용이 다른 기능에 영향을 미치지 않도록 한다. 또한, 구축된 플랫폼은 실시간 어플리케이션 개발자에게 실시간 특성 파라미터의 표현과 처리에 대한 투명성을 부여하여 어플리케이션에 유연성과 확장성을 제공하기가 용이하도록 한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 실시간 객체그룹 플랫폼의 구성요소들에 대한 역할을 정의하고 기능을 정립하며, 각 구성요소들을 설계하고 구현하였으며, 구현되어진 실시간 객체그룹 플랫폼의 기능과 수행 성능을 검증한다.가지 유기화합물 중에서는 35.6%를 차지하였다. BTEX 각각 개별물질은 미국 환경보호청이 제시하는 일일 노출 기준량(Reference Concentration; RfC) 보다는 현저히 낮았다. 총 휘발성 유기화합물읜 농도는 실내가 실외 보다 높았다(I/O ratio 2.5). BTEX의 상대적 함량도 실내가 실외보다 높아 실내에도 발생원이 있음을 암시하고 있다. 자료 분석결과 유치원 실내의 벤젠은 실외로부터 유입되고 있었고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에서도 발생하고 있었다. 정량한 8개 화합물 각각과 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 스피어만 상관계수는 벤젠을 제외하고는 모두 유의하였다. 이중 톨루엔과 크실렌은 총 휘발성 유기화합물과 좋은 상관성 (톨루엔 0.76, 크실렌, 0.87)을 나타내었다. 이 연구는 톨루엔과 크실렌이 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 좋은 지표를 사용될 있고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌 등 많은 휘발성 유기화합물의 발생원은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에도 있음을 나타내고 있다.>10)의 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 얻었다. 결론: $^{18}O(p,n)^{18}F$ 핵반응을 이용하여 친전자성 방사성동위원소 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 생산하였다. 표적 챔버는 알루미늄으로 제작하였으며 본 연구에서 연구된 $[^{18}F]F_2$가스는 친핵성 치환반응으로 방사성동위원소를 도입하기 어려운 다양한 방사성의 약품개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.었으나 움직임 보정 후 영상을 이용하여 비교한 경우, 결합능 변화가 선조체 영역에서 국한되어 나타

  • 국내에서는 1999년부터 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템(WAMIS) 구축 및 운영을 통해 물관리정보화사업을 추진하고 있으며 기초정보분석 중심에서 수자원 계획 수립과 정책 결정을 지원할 수 있는 시스템으로 확대하여 대국민 수자원 정보 제공과 홍보를 활성화하려고 노력하고 있다. 하지만 지금까지 국내에서는 수자원 현황을 평가하기 위해 상수도보급율, 하천개수율 등을 이용하여 수자원의 단편적인 분야만을 평가하여 왔으며 이들 개별지표들만으로 국내 수자원 상황에 대해 국민들이 체감하는데 한계가 있어 이들 사업의 성과를 지수화하여 수자원 정책과 사업의 효과를 국민들에게 적극적으로 홍보할 필요가 있다. 이를 지원하기 위해 2007년부터 2009년까지 수자원 각 분야별 수자원계획수립 업무지원체계를 구축하였으며 수자원 현황 평가를 위해 분야별 평가지수를 개발하고 수자원 통합지수를 선정하여 중권역별로 산정한 바 있다(건설교통부, 2007; 국토해양부, 2008, 2009). 보다 합리적인 수자원 평가를 위해서는 분야별(물이용, 치수, 하천환경) 평가 지수의 공간적 범위 확대 및 세부지표를 추가 고려함으로써 과거에서부터 현재까지의 분야별 변화 패턴을 파악해야 한다. 이를 통해 수자원 관련 정책 및 사업의 성과를 평가하고 구축된 기초자료 및 분석정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 도구의 개발이 무엇보다 중요하다고 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기 개발된 분야별 평가지수 산정 결과와 분야별 현황과의 비교 분석을 통해 지수의 현장 적용성을 검토함으로써 기 개발된 지표의 취약점 및 한계점을 제시하였다. 보다 합리적이고 타당한 분야별 평가를 위해 세부지표를 추가로 선정하였으며 선정된 분야별 세부지표를 PSR 구성체계에 맞추어 구성하였다. 또한 분야별 현황 및 특성을 평가할 수 있는 분야별 평가지수를 개발하였으며 물이용 특성을 평가할 수 있는 지수를 '물이용안전성지수', 치수 특성을 평가할 수 있는 지수를 '홍수안전성지수', 하천환경 특성을 평가할 수 있는 지수를 '하천환경건강성지수'라 명명하였다. 또한 분야별 평가지수를 통합하여 수자원 현황을 평가하고 관리할 수 있는 수자원 통합지수인 '물만족지수'를 개발하여 제시하였다. 분야별 평가지수를 구성하는 각 세부지표의 특성을 파악하여 지표 산정 범위를 점, 선, 면으로 확대하여 제시하였으며 세분화된 공간단위별로 기초자료를 조사, 수집하여 시계열 DB를 구축하였다. 개발된 분야별 평가지수 및 물만족지수를 연도별 표준유역별로 구축된 DB를 이용하여 산정하고 비교 분석하였으며 상대적인 분야별 안전성 및 건강성을 평가하여 지수의 적용성을 검토하였다. 지표 관련 기초자료 및 분석을 통해 생성된 정보자료는 수자원정책 수립과정에서 매우 유용한 정보를 제공해 줌으로써 정책결정을 지원할 수 있고, 일반인과 관련 전문가들에게 수자원 관련 다양한 정보를 제공할 수 있다.

The Effects of Personal and Social Coping Resources of Mothers on the Stress of Caring Adult Children with Developmental Disabilities (어머니의 개인·사회적 대처자원이 성인발달장애인 자녀의 돌봄스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to reveal the effects affecting mother' coping resources on caring stress of mothers caring for adult children with developmental disabilities. The research data was collected from the service users recruited from two disability organizations and the disabled community welfare centers in South Korea. The survey was limited to mothers caring for adult children with developmental disabilities over the age of 18. The samples of the study consisted of 119 mothers. The data were analysed through SPSS statistical program. It was used for the analysis method of Frequency analysis, T-test, ANOVA and Step wise regression. Analysis results are as follows: the family support and friend support of social coping resources is affecting in caring stress of mothers. Also, the mothers who is working are more caring stress than unemployed mothers and the mothers who is between 50age and 54age are more caring stress than the mothers of under 49 age. Based on these results, I proposed the idea of several programs for social work practice for community welfare centers based on the results.

The Special Education Teachers' Execution Status and Awareness on the intervention for Positive Behavior Support (긍정적 행동지원 중재 전략에 대한 특수교사의 경험 및 인식)

  • The purpose of this study is to prepare the basic information of teacher training through the special education teachers' present execution status and awareness on positive behavior intervention support for the student with disabilities. The results of the study as follows: First, the rate of teachers having high concern on students' behavioral management was 22.9%, and the rate of teachers taking median concern was 66%. And the teachers obtained the information on problem management including positive behavior support by publications or teacher training. Second, the importance of individual interventions valuated significantly which presented mostly more 4 point. But relatively the point of application possibility was lower than the point of importance evaluation. Third, the rate of application as 70% among total research participants presented to be used the most in all individual interventions on positive behavior support. And on the effectiveness, the teachers answered that 23 interventions were effective. But, on the facts of monitoring and assessment of behaviors, the special education teachers negatively evaluated the effectiveness. Results are discussed with previous research, contributions to future directions, and implications in interventions for students with disabilities.
