It is urgent to have learning support for children with learning disability according to the survey made by the government educational organization. To this end, we developed a learning support system for children with learning disability. First, the system diagnoses the children with learning disability using a decision tree based on the pre-test results. Secondly, it supports for children with learning disability one of audio-, vision- and tactility-oriented learning types according to the results from the psychological learning style test. Thirdly, one-to-one study is supported for failed students at the achievement test. For the evaluation of the system, the children with disability were divided into an experimental group and a control group and the educational achievement was evaluated. We found that 10% on the average was improved in case that learning was made after the psychological test for learning styles.

The purpose of this study is to propose a record service based on the characteristics and production context of presidential records. To this end, we first looked at the design direction and characteristics of the e-jiwon system and then analyzed the structure and characteristics of records produced by the e-jiwon system. There are six types of records to be analyzed: e-jiwon document card, memo, schedule, diary, instruction card, and individual business system_speech DB. Next, through analysis of the Presidential Records Portal's records service, it was pointed out that the current records service does not fully reveal the production context and characteristics of records. Accordingly, as a service strategy based on the characteristics and context of presidential records, a service centered on each record card (e-jiwon document card, etc.) and a service that focuses on structural understanding of records and linkage between records were proposed.

국가의 글로벌화 전략에 따라 한 EU, 한 미 FTA가 발효를 앞두고 있으며, 중국도 단순히 농수산물 생산지원에서 탈피하여 농산물 가공촉진을 위한 계획수립 및 지원을 추진 중이다. 이런 대외의 상황변화에 따라 대기업을 제외한 중소식품기업은 고가의 메스티지 제품 생산이나 저가의 범용식품생산에서도 경쟁력이 부족한 실정이다. 노령인구로 인한 농업생산의 구조조정이 완료된 유럽이 농업 및 식품산업에서 경쟁력을 유지하고 있는 배경은 다양한 협동조합기업 그리고 협동조합기업연합의 활발한 경영활동과 한 번 협동조합기업에 가입하면 그 협동조합을 통해 농산물 등을 유통해야 하는 법과 제도에 기반하고 있다. 한국의 경우 "농업협동조합법" 등 기존 8개의 개별법체제는 농수산물생산자 중심으로 식품을 생산하는 중 소규모 식품기업이 연합하여 규모화를 달성할 수 있는 법인을 설립할 수 있는 제도적 기반이 미비하였으나, "협동조합기본법" 제정을 계기로 중 소 식품기업이 함께 공동체를 구성하여 대기업이나 수입식품에 대한 경쟁력을 갖기를 희망한다.

다양한 환경 제약적인 특성들을 갖는 인베디드 소프트웨어를 공유 가능한 개별 단위의 재사용 자산으로 개발하고, 자산의 재사용을 활성화 시키기 위해서는 명확한 개발 절차, 기법, 도구 및 이들을 이용할 수 있게 하는 교육 등 통합적인 재사용 체계가 필요하다. 이를 위해 ETRI에서는 "임베디드 시스템 개발 프레임워크 구축"의 일환으로 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발 조직내의 체계적인 재사용을 위한 재사용 체계를 개발하였다. 재사용 체계는 문서나 코드의 실질적인 재사용 형태 및 절차를 정의하는 재사용 지침, 재사용 지침의 적용을 도와주는 도구인 재사용 지원 시스템, 그리고 재사용 지침과 재사용 지원 시스템을 조직에 보급하기 위한 방법인 재사용 체계 보급 정책으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 재사용 체계의 구성과 내용에 대해 설명한다.

본 논문에서는 차세대 ATSC 3.0 표준 기반 단일주파수망 (Single frequency network, SFN) 지상파 방송시스템에서의 송신기 식별 (Transmitter identification, TxID) 기술을 살펴보고 그 성능을 분석한다. SFN 기반 지상파 방송은 복수의 송신기를 동일한 주파수 대역에서 운용하는 것에서 발생하는 간섭으로 인한 영향을 최소화하기 위해 적절한 망 설계를 필요로 한다. 용이한 망 설계를 위해, ATSC 3.0 물리계층 표준은 TxID 기술을 통해 개별 송신기에서 전송된 신호를 판별할 수 있도록 지원한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ATSC 3.0 표준에서 지원하는 TxID 신호 생성 및 검출 기술을 소개한다. 더불어, 전산 실험을 통해 해당 TxID 기술의 식별 성능이 TxID 신호의 삽입 준위가 매우 낮은 환경에서도 보장됨을 확인한다.

최근 폭발적으로 증가하는 대량의 정보를 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서 서버에 개별적으로 연결되던 저장장치를 고속의 전용 네트워크에 직접 연결하고 이를 여러 서버가 공유하는 SAN(Storage Area Network)이 등장했다. SAN을 보다 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 SAN 운영체제들은 여러 저장장치를 하나의 커다란 저장장치로 보이게 하는 저장장치 가상화를 지원한다. 저장장치 가상화의 핵심적인 역할을 하는 것이 바로 논리볼륨 관리자이다. 논리볼륨 관리자는 논리주소 블록을 실제 디스크의 물리블록으로 매핑시키는 매핑 관리자를 통해 가상화를 실현한다. 이 논문에서는 효율적인 논리볼륨 관리자를 위해 매핑 관리자와 자유공간 관리자의 기능 향상에 대한 방법을 찾고 이를 반영한 매핑 관리자와 자유공간 관리자를 설계하고 구현한다. 더불어 이 논문의 매핑 관리기법은 특정 시점의 볼륨이미지를 유지할 수 있는 스냅샷과 시스템을 정지시키지 않고 SAN에 디스크를 추가할 수 있는 온라인 재구성 기능을 지원한다.

This paper propose methods using union cataloging for effective journal collection development through a case study on the OCLC Collection Analysis system and Ulrich Serials Analysis System(USAS).

현재 다양한 패러다임의 수많은 프로그래밍 언어가 존재하고 있으며, 각각의 프로그래밍 언어를 실습하려면 해석기(interpreter)나 컴파일러(compiler) 같은 언어처리기를 갖추는 것이 필요하다. 언어처리기를 개별적으로 갖추는 것은 설치에 대한 시간적 부담, 시스템 자원 낭비 업그레이드의 필요성 등으로 인해서 언어 학습과 직접적인 관련이 없는 부분에 대한 부담이 커진다. 본 논문에서는 WWW 환경에서 프로그래밍 언어를 실습할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였다. 실습하는 프로그래밍 언어는 특정 서버에 제한적이지 않고, 네트워크를 통한 분산환경에서 확장이 용이하다. 또한 실습환경을 설정하는 구성 파일은 구조화된 문서의 작성을 지원하는 XML을 이용하여 관리자가 쉽게 구성파일을 작성할 수 있도록 했고, 자바의 정책(policy)파일을 이용해 시스템 자원 사용 허가를 투명하게 했다.

In this paper, we design an intelligent loaming management logics which provide personalized teaming considering adaptive learning content dement and content sequencing. We enhance the existing functional model including adaptive learning management functions. Also, we present a system architecture to implement the adaptive learning management system. We realize the adaptive teaming management system based on the SCORM run-time engine.

IMF한파가 과학기술계에도 매섭게 불어닥치고 있다. 벌써부터 기업의 연구개발투자가 급격히 줄고 있는가 하면 이로 인해 산학협동이 휘정대고 있으며 대학, 특히 사립대는 재정난으로 교수봉급을 감봉해야 하는 사태가 일어나고 있어 재단이 과학기술분야의 연구지원은 아예 생각지도 못할 형편이다. 서울대를 비롯한 연세대, 고려대 등 대학 이공계 연구실의 경우 새로운 산학협동 연구계약 규모가 지난해보다 30%이상 크게 줄었고 그나마 약속했던 지원금마저 작년 말부터 끊겨 실험기자재와 시약 등을 구하지 못해 산학협동연구가 사실상 중단된 실정이다. 정부와 기업이 공동 추진하고 있는 국가연구개별사업도 심각하다. IMF한파 속 신정부 출범에 따른 바람직한 과학기술 연구활성화 방안을 관련전문가들의 좌담을 통해 모색해 보았다.
