A new research of geographic information system has been focused on an open architecture, interoperability and extensibility in their design. In order to process huge data, multidimensional data and heterogeneous geographic format data, these research move away from monolithic system to open structure system managing application layer and user interface layer. Nowadays, many developers have used CORBA middleware for the OGIS systems. However, CORBA middleware has some problems that support only a point-to-point communication and takes a long time to transfer sever data to client. Thus, in this paper, we propose a method on modifying a point-to-point communication and implement the efficient communication method. The proposed method that transfer data from sever to client in one connection support a group communication and reduce a transfer time delay.

방송과 통신이 융합됨에 따라 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스가 출현하고 있으며 가정에서도 다양하고 질 좋은 홈서비스에 대한 요구가 증대하고 있다. 이러한 다양한 홈 서비스 환경을 제공하기 위해 지능형 홈네트워크 플랫폼이 제안되고 구축되고 있으나 댁내부의 홈게이트웨이나 홈서버 등의 가입자 장치를 통한 응용 프로그램만으로는 다양한 서비스 제공에는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 외부에서 제공되는 다양한 디지털 홈서비스를 사용자에게 편리하고 안전하게 전달하고 사용자의 개입 없이 외부의 서비스 제공자가 개발한 홈서비스를 제공 수 있는 개방형 서비스 관리 구조가 요구된다. 본고에서는 다양한 홈서비스가 서비스 제공자로부터 사용자 장치에 분배, 운용, 관리될 수 있는 환경인 개방형 디지털홈 서비스 분배관리 체계를 소개하고, 홈네트워크 상의 서비스 사용자 뿐 아니라, 외부에서 댁내의 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 사용자에게 편리하고 안전하게 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 디지털 홈 서비스 플랫폼인 분배관리시스템 플랫폼을 제안한다.

Government has strictly regulated the concentration of the media market because the number of broadcasters was traditionally limited and they had significant influence on public. However as the media market converges with Internet's open architecture, scarcity and pervasiveness are losing their roles in justifying media regulation. This article examines market convergence and its impact on market concentration, and criticizes the current concentration regulation. The study indicates that market performance are much governed by firm's competitive actions than market structure, and that vertical integration contributes to service innovations, and that horizontal concentration makes it difficult to measure due to its even-changing market definition. Therefore, the regulation for market concentration should shift its focus from firm's market share to broadcaster's unfair acts driving market inefficiency and hurting content diversity.

공동주위의 유동에 대한 연구결과를 보면 개방형 공동(L/D<10)과 밀폐형 공동(L/D>13)으로 구별하는 데 개방형 공동은 앞전에서 발생한 자유전단층이 뒷전 부근에 재부착하여 공동을 완전히 연결하므로, 자유전단층과 외부유동과의 상호작용으로 발생하는 심한 압력변화에 의해 진동현상이 나타나게 된다. 이것은 큰 소음을 유발하고, 구조물의 고장 혹은 파괴의 원인이 되기도 하고, 공력 성능 및 안정성에 해를 주고 민감한 계기를 손상 시킬 수도 있다. 본 논문에서는 공동을 연구하기 위해 EDISON_CFD를 사용하여 공동의 시뮬레이션하기 위해 격자를 구성하고 세장비를 각각 1/5, 1/3, 1/2, 1, 2, 5 로 변화를 주어 M=1.5 일 때 밀도, 압력, 마하수와 유동구조를 세장비에 따라 결과를 비교, 분석한다.

기존의 기업 응용 프로그램들은 스마트폰의 성능 이상의 처리를 요구하는 데스크탑 환경에서 동작하였고 또한 기업의 시스템들은 스마트폰과의 연동과는 적합하지 않았다. 스마트폰 시장의 폭발적인 성장과 함께 일부 기업 업무처리가 스마트폰으로 이동하는 추세에서 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위한 모바일 플랫폼으로 온-디멘드 클라우드 리소스를 이용한 개방형 모바일 클라우드(Open Mobile Cloud 이하 OMC) 플랫폼이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 OMC 플랫폼에서의 어플리케이션 리파지토리의 역할과 구조를 제안한다. 해당 플랫폼에서 리파지토리로의 요구사항으로는 VApp과 HApp의 버전 관리 및 배포가 있다. 또한 확장성, 독립성, 신뢰성 및 고 가용성의 리파지토리를 만족할 수 있는 구조 연구를 통해 이를 시험적으로 구현한 OMC App Repository를 소개한다. 또한 결론에서는 OMC 플랫폼에서 리파지토리를 이용한 추후 연구에 대해서도 다루고 있다.

본 논문에서는 모바일 단말에 최적화원 VM(Virtual Machine)인 경량화된 PVI(Private Virtual Instance)를 프로비저닝하여 가상단발상의 Rich 앱에 고성능 컴퓨팅, 스토리지, 네트워크를 제공하고 모바일 클라우드 서비스를 위한 개방형 개발 환경 및 서비스 환경을 제공하는 새로운 모바일 클라우드 모델을 제안한다.

지리정보시스템 클라이언트는 Open API를 이용한 개방형((Open)구조를 지향하고 있으며 OpenGIS는 다양한 데이터 소스간의 상호운용을 지우 하는 개방형 지리정보시스템의 표준으로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 따라서 기존의 패쇄환경(Closed Environment)에서 행해졌던 공간 데이터 동시 수정의 연구는 OLE DB와 같은 개방환경(Open Environment)에서 연구될 필요가 있다. 기존의 기법을 OLE DB에 적용할 때 문제점으로 제기되는 것은 첫째, 공간데이터 수정을 위한 변경 제어가 서버측에 위치함으로써 서버에 따라 재작성 되어야 하는 문제가 있고, 둘째, 서버의 데이터를 중복 저장하고 있는 클라이언트 데이터에 대한 일관성 유지를 위해 클라이언트의 변경 내용은 다른 클라이언트에게 통보되어야 하지만 OLE DB의 통보 메커니즘은 Rowset을 공유하는 동일 클라이언트 내에서의 통보만 가능한 구조이다. 본 논문은 공간데이터베이스 서버에 의존적인 서버부분의 기능을 미들웨어에서 구현함으로써 서버 모듈의 재작성 문제를 해결하고 서로 다른 클라이언트간의 변경 전파 프로토콜을 제시하여 서버와 독립적으로 운용할 수 있는 공간데이터 변경을 위한 OLE DB서비스 제공자 프로토콜을 설계하고 구현한 결과를 보인다.

This paper describes a modeling of service composition manager based on TINA (Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture). The service composition function is mainly motivated by the desire to easily generate new service using existing services from retailers or third party service providers. The TNA-C (Consortium) specification for the service composition does not include the detailed composition procedures and its object models. In this paper, we propose a model of components for the service composition, which adapts a static composition feature in a single provider domain To validate the proposed modeling, we implemented prototype service composition function, which combines two multimedia services; a VOD (Video On Demand) service and a VCS (Video Conference Service) service. As a result, we obtain the specification of the detailed composition architecture between a retailer domain and a third-party service provider domain.

우리나라의 통신서비스는 유선전화서비스를 시작으로 최근에는 데이터 서비스, 이동 통신서비스 등 다양한 형태의 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 그러나 현재 서비스 시장은 포화 상태에 이르고 있어 통신사업자들은 신규 시장을 확보하기 위하여 노력하고 있다. 신규 시장 확보는 새로운 지능형 서비스의 개발을 통해 가능할 것으로 예상되는데, 기존의 수직적인 통신망구조에서 서비스의 개발은 쉽지 않다. 최근 하부 전달 망의 특성에 독립적인 Open API(Application Programming Interface)를 이용하여 망의 기능을 개방하고, 제3자 서비스 개발자들과의 제휴를 통해 다양한 형태의 유무선통합 지능형 서비스 개발을 유도하여 신규 서비스 창출이 가능한 차세대 네트워크에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다.(중략)
