기존 사물인터넷 서비스는 표준 기술적, 구조적 문제로 사물인터넷의 지향점을 충족시킬 수 없기 때문에, 현재 공통된 서비스를 제공하는 개방형 플랫폼을 기반의 연구 및 개발이 진행 중이다. 이에 따라 사물인터넷 디바이스는 서비스 환경 및 사물의 형태에 따라 다양한 기술의 성숙 및 지능화가 요구된다. 그러나 현재 전 세계적으로 사물인터넷 서비스를 위한 다양한 디바이스가 독립된 방식으로 운용되는 제품이 개발되고 있거나 출시되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 차세대 개방형 사물인터넷 플랫폼을 지원하는 IoT 디바이스 인터랙션 기술에 대해 연구하였다.

In this study, overflow behaviors through a partially open tainter gate mounted on a standard ogee spillway were investigated by using the FLOW-3D. The results indicated that the discharge coefficient is in the range of 0.685 to 0.723. A relation of gate-controlled discharge to free discharge was proposed and a reasonable correlation between the free and controlled discharge was obtained. Pressures on the spillway crest and the gate were also investigated. As the gate opening rate decreases with a fixed gate opening height and the gate opening height increases at a fixed gate opening rate, negative pressures on the spillway crest and the dimensionless maximum pressures on the gate increase.

The Urban Planning Information System is the core system in urban planning field which should operate at the national level of network, and requires a close inspection from the initial level of development. Therefore, this study analyzes international standards, domestic laws, preceding plans, as well as the standard system established in 2008, in order to identify the problems and propose directions for the future direction of the Urban Planning Information System. Suggestions from this study can be summarized as follows: (1) to take initiatives to create standards for the development of the Urban Planning Information System, followed by the establishment as international standards, (2) to have the system developed as an open structure, and (3) to comply w ith the preceding plans of related national GIS system to enable integration.

The purpose of this paper to lead North Korea to open up is the disclosure of the information. In addition, the world's standards must be tailored to the communication of information and communication world is possible. I closed the meantime, is a country that has a lot on its own standardized. First, the Republic of Korea and North Korea should be able to communicate in every way. So much information as possible should be accessible through the North and North-South cooperation as may be true. North Korea opening up to the leading international organization (UN) as part of this priority is public information and communication to induce North Korea must understand the standard. Therefore, in order to be a true national unity to be a leading priority with each other when integrated information and communications standardization is possible.

In this paper, an open architecture control system for automatic container cranes is investigated. A standard reference model for cranes, which consists of three modules； hardware module, operating system module, and application software module, is proposed. A hybrid control architecture combining deliberative and reactive controls for the autonomous operation of the cranes is proposed. The main contributions of this paper are as follows： First, a new reference platform for the crane control system is proposed. Second, by analyzing the structure of a container crane, implementation strategies for the automatic container crane are described.

인터넷 서비스의 이용자가 증가함에 따라 데이터 망의 구축을 위한 투자의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 여러 벤더들로부터 최적의 장비를 구입하여 망을 구축할 수 있도록, 통신 장비들의 상호 운용성을 지원하는 개방형 구조의 망 및 교환 시스템을 표준화하는 작업이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개방형 교환 시스템에서 사용되는 MEGACO 프로토콜을 SDL 형식으로 설계한다. 개방형 교환 시스템은 시스템의 각 구성 요소마다 시장 경쟁 개념이 도입될 수 있도록 수평적 계층구조를 갖추고 있다. 각 계층마다 표준 인터페이스를 정의하고, 이 규격을 만족하는 다수의 벤더들로부터 성능이 우수하고 기능이 뛰어난 모들을 제공받을 수 있으므로, 망 사업자들은 특정 벤더에 종속되지 않고 개선된 양질의 서비스를 경제적으로 제공할 수 있는 개방형 교환 시스템을 쉽게 구축할 수 있게 된다.

WTO 세계무역기구의 발족과 더불어 국가간의 개방과 정책에 따라 건설시장은 물론 사회 전 분야에 걸쳐 새로운 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 건축 관련 부분은 민간사업뿐 아니고 정부 조달시장까지도 개방되어 정부부처나 지방 자치단체에서 구매하는 물품(설계 및 시공 포함)에 외국업체가 참여하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 건축 설계의 경우 "서비스 무역에 관한 일반 협정"에 의해 원칙적인 기준만 체결되어 있을 뿐 상호인증에 관한 세부사항은 서로의 제도가 동일하거나 합의한 나라를 제외하고는 당사국간의 상이한 제도와 운영체제로 인하여 실용화되고 있지 않고 있다. 국내에서는 지난 4년간 "국가를 상대로 하는 계약에 관한 법률"을 제정하고 건설제도 기획단을 운영하여 시장개방에 대처해 왔으나 국제적인 건축 설계 관련 단체인 UIA와는 의견 교환이 없었다. 특히 상호인증에 따른 기본 요건으로 대두되고 있는 건축교육, 실습 및 훈련, 건축사 자격 등에 대한 우리의 입장을 정리하여 국제적으로 대응할 필요성이 요구되고 있으며 건축설계 관련자들에게 매우 중요한 관심사의 하나로 되어 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 논의하기 위해 국제건축가연맹(UIA)에서는 용역실무협의회를 설치하여 이미 2년여에 걸쳐 인정방법에 대한 세부사항을 검토하고 있으며, 올해(6월) 북경 총회에서 상호인정 표준안을 공포할 예정이다. 이와 관련하여 건축3단체(대한건축사협회, 대한건축학회, 한국건축가협회)주관으로 건축사자격 상호인정에 대한 공동 대응책을 논의하고자 건축계와 정부가 함께 참석하여 토론회를 개최한 바 있으며, 또한 본협회 국제위원회에서 한국측을 대표하여 지난 98년 12월에 열린 UIA 용역실무위원회(PPC)에 참석하여 상호인정에 대한 우리측 입장을 개진한 바 있다. 이에 본지에서는 문호 개방에 따른 한국건축의 현안에 대한 현실적이고 구체적인 문제점이 검토되고 아울러 우리 건축계의 입장 정리와 실질적인 의견을 수렴하고자 UIA 국제 표준안 전문에 이어 부록을 정리하여 게재한다.

기존 의료정보 시스템은 본질적으로 성격이 다른 텍스트 기반 정보와 의료 영상 정보를 HL7과 DICOM이라는 각기 다른 두 표준을 기반으로 다루어 왔다. 따라서 상이한 두 표준 상호간의 정보 교환의 필요성과 최근들어 인터넷을 통한 개방 시스템으로의 전환의 필요성이 증가되면서 이를 위한 적절한 대안이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 두 표준간의 데이터 교환과 통합을 위하여 XML을 활용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 두 표준의 통합 DTD를 기반으로 XML 문서를 생성하고 통합 의료정보를 웹 상에서 검색, 저장할 수 있는 통합 의료정보 시스템을 구현하였다.

오늘날 실시되고 있는 각국의 칼라/흑백 TV 방송의 표준은 잡다한 것 같으나 간추리면 525/60625/50의 2개방식을 NTSC, PAL 및 SECAM의 칼라 3방식으로 채택하고 있다. 한편 통신위성에 의하여 TV방송프로는 국제간에 하시하처에서나 즉시중계가 가능해야하기 때문에 또 앞으로는 방송위성이 등장하게 됨으로 이 표준방식변환(TSC)장치가 꼭 필요하고 매우 중요하게 되었다. 본고에서는 일본 NHK방송센터에 설치된 인터레이스내주사선내압방식 디지털 TSC를 중심으로 TSC의 발달, 표준변환의 원리, 또 여기쓰이는 기억소자로서의 메모리 유형 및 최신의 TSC연구방향으로서 프레임 내주사선내압방식디지털 TSC등을 간약하게 해설하고져 한다.

This paper proposes method about development of conversion software for controller without OPC stack to communicate with OPC DA client. The proposed method is composed of development of OPC server based on OPC DA standard protocol, development of GUI application can be checked the OPC tag and point informations, development of conversion module to convert from OPC protocol to open standard protocol. In the stage of development of OPC server based on OPC DA standard protocol, we develope server in the pc to transmit and receive datum through OPC DA protocol with OPC DA client. In the stage of evelopment of GUI application can be checked the OPC tag and point informations, run the OPC DA server and register to window system registry and check OPC tags, points, transmitting and receiving of data from serial communication. In the stage of development of conversion module to convert from OPC protocol to open standard protocol, convert from OPC tag data which has received from OPC DA client to protocol can be communicated with industrial controller using open standard protocol so that support to transmit and receive data. To evaluate the efficiency of the proposed software, we connected OPC DA server software and OPC client, and 5 sample industrial controller which use open standard protocol, as a result we got 96.98% average communication succeeding rate among entire transmitting and receiving packets. We also confirmed that successfully communicated between industrial building controller which uses modbus protocol and industrial OPC DA client using OPC DA conversion software proposed by this dissertation.
