동굴이 관광개발되면 반드시 그 환경은 변화되기 마련이다. 동굴이 관광개발된지도 벌써 20년의 세월이 지났다. 따라서 이 동굴의 개발은 마침내 많은 환경변화를 가져오게 하였다. 원래 동굴의 오염과 오손의 현상은 크게 퇴적물공해와 환경공해의 두가지로 대별되는데 그중 퇴적물공해에는 파손공해, 녹색공해, 그리고 흑색공해, 박리공해 등의 네가지로 구분된다.(중략)

본 연구에서는 환선굴의 동굴개발에 대하여 1992년 11월 삼척군이 보고한 $\ulcorner$대이리동굴주변개발에 관한 기본구상 및 계획$\lrcorner$을 요약 검토하고, 이에 입각한 인문환경과 관광환경을 중점적으로 분석.고찰하고자 한다. 과업의 목표는 삼척군 신기면 대이리 일대의 '대이동굴지대'관광자원과 주변 관광지와의 연계개발을 동하여 환선굴 주변지역 보전 및 개발계획수립에 있다.(중략)

A wide range of projects for ocean renewable energy are currently in development around the world and ocean energy industries continue to receive significant support from their governments. Surrounded by sea on three sides, Korea has potentially abundant renewable ocean energy resources, which include tidal current, tidal range, offshore wind power, osmotic pressure and ocean thermal energy. Numerous ocean renewable energy projects has been developed in Korea. Nevertheless, there are some concerns that those developments often select an environmentally unsuitable location and/or there are very few existing information on those environmental effects. The purpose of this study is to improve supporting policies and regulation systems of ocean renewable energy development in Korea by reviewing and compiling government policies and environmental assessment systems related to ocean renewable energy development around the world. The study suggests several policy implications for its environmental-friendly development in Korea, including requirements of strategic environmental assessment for proactive and environmentally suitable site selection of ocean renewable energy development and continuous post-development environmental monitoring, and so on.

Eco-friendly development is inevitable for eradicating poverty in developing countries. In order to make Eco-friendly development a worldwide movement, we have to provide education for Eco-friendly development. There are, however, many problems in achieving education for Eco-friendly development. In conducting human education, there should be a certain philosophy as a foundation. The Earth charter, which people from various countries have developed since the World Summit on Eco-friendly Development and on which they have gained an international consensus, including consensus from NGOs, should serve as a foundation to conduct education for peace, human rights and environment. In this paper, I have discussed first the loss of Sustainability, second the loss of the view that human development is the basis for education, third the decline of literacy, fourth the decline of education for women, fifth excessive emphasis on knowledge and rote learning, and sixth the deviation from quality-of-life education.

커뮤니티 메타포를 이용하여 유비쿼터스 공간을 정의하고 유비쿼터스 서비스를 구현하는 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅에 대한 연구가 제안되고 있다. 제시된 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅 어플리케이션의 개발과정은 추상화된 하이레벨의 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅 모델로부터 최종 플랫폼에 적합한 코드를 생산하는 MDA 개발방법이 적용되었다. 그러나 이러한 개발과정을 효율적으로 지원하는 통합개발환경은 아직 존재하지 않는다. 최근 관심이 고조되고 있는 이클립스는 오픈소스 프로젝트, 공개표준 런타임, 다양한 기능을 제공하는 플러그인들의 지원 등의 장점을 가지고 있기 때문에 통합개발환경을 구성하기 위한 적절한 방안으로 간주된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅의 개발과정을 지원할 수 있는 통합개발환경을 이클립스를 기반으로 하여 연구하였다.

미래사회의 농업-농촌은 다양성과 복합성을 지닌 도시화된 형태로의 변화를 예견해 볼 수 있다. 이는 인력개발, 기술개발, 시설개발, 문화개발 및 환경개발 및 환경개발 등 그 영역과 요구 또한 구체화되고 다양화되는 추세에 비추어 볼 수 있다. 이 연구는 연구자의 관점(qualitative approach)에서 농업-농촌사회 개발 전문가들의 개발 진행과 그 영역들은 무엇이며 어느 영역들에 개발비중을 두었는 지를 알아 보는 데 있었다. 11명의 농업 및 농촌 지역 개발 전문가들의 개발관점은 그 중요성과 영역의 다양성에서 공통점과 차이점이 있었다. 즉, 인력개발과 경제개발 영역에서 공통점으로 보였으며, 환경영역 및 문화영역에서 다소의 차이가 있었다. 이제 농업-농촌개발은 "instead of"의 개발접근이 지양되면서 "as well as"의 다각적 접근(multidisciplinary approach)이어야 한다. 또한, 개발의 개념은 성장(growth)이 아닌 유지(keeping)와 진행(process)의 차원에서 이해되어야 한다.

While the role of local community is getting important in reducing greenhouse gases, current financial supports have not considered these efforts. Instead, development activities have been the only basis of fiscal distribution, which have led to unsustainable development. In this context, this paper analyzes the emission and absorb of air pollutants by local districts in Daegu Metropolitan city and constructs an empirical energy database for local energy use and environmental emissions. Based on the data, it prioritized environmental contribution by region through using MCDM methods, that include maximin & maximax method, simple additive weighting (SAW) and hierarchical additive weighting method (HAW). This concludes the possibility of policy methodology through which we can input environmental variables in distributing local budget.

한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)에서 개발한 임베디드 리눅스인 Qplus(1)의 개발환경은 타겟 설정 도구인 타겟 빌더(2)와 통합개발환경인 Esto(3)를 포함한다. 타겟 빌더는 타겟에 설치될 응용, 라이브러리 등에 대해서 패키지 형태로 관리하고 있다. 개발자가 Esto를 사용하여 개발된 응용 프로그램을 타겟 빌더의 패키지로 추가하기 위해서는 패키지 명세 구문을 익혀서 수작업으로 패키지를 작성해야 한다. 이와 같은 과정은 개발자에게 프로그램 개발 이외의 오버헤드를 제공하기 때문에 전체적인 개발 시간이 길어질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 타겟 빌더의 패키지를 자동으로 생성하는 도구를 개발하였다. 본 도구는 Eclipse(4) 기반으로 개발되었으며, 개발중인 Eclipse 기반의 Esto와 타겟 빌더와 연동되어 개발자에게 사용하기 편리한 통합 Qplus 개발환경을 제공하여, Qplus 기반의 임베디드 시스템 개발 시간을 단축시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

임베디드 시스템에서의 소프트웨어 비중과 규모의 지수적 증가로 인해 관련 개발 프로젝트의 경우 많은 개발 지원도구를 활용한 개발활동이 이루어 지고 있다. 하지만 각 개발 조직간 상이한 개발 지원도구의 사용과 관리로 인해, 협업 개발체제에 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 단위 개발조직의 개발 지원도구의 추가 소요량 산정시 정량적인 데이터에 근거하지 않은 부정확한 구매 예측으로 인해 많은 개발 예산의 낭비가 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개발 조직간 개발 효율성을 높이기 위한 효율적인 인프라 환경을 구축하기 위해, 통합 도메인 환경하에 개발 지원도구의 일원화된 관리와 개발조직간의 라인센스 사용량 측정을 위한 모니터링 시스템 개발로, 개발 지원 도구 추가 소요 발생시 정확한 소요량 예측과, 사용량에 근거한 공정한 비용 분배 절차를 제시하고자 한다.
