신감미료 및 지질식품소재 생산기술

  • 다른 산업과 마찬가지로 식품산업도 세계적인 추세인 자국의 기술보호주의와 무차별 시장 개방 압력 앞에서 존립하려면 우리의 기술을 자립화하는 외에는 방법이 없다. 효소공학, 발효공학, 탄수화물-단백질-지질공학 등 관련 학문의 발전을 통하여 생산성을 향상시키고, 천연원료를 이용한 식품소재를 개발하며, 제품을 다양화한다면 국제 경쟁력을 갖는 식품 산업이 될 수 있을 것이다. 세계 수요의 대부분을 미국과 일본의 몇개 회사에서 독과점적으로 생산되고 있는 지질소재 시장은 현재 약 4억불 정도로 추산되며 각국의 보건, 질병 예방에 대한 관심의 고조에 힘입어 5년 후에는 4배정도 신장할 것으로 예측된다. 우리나라가 상대적으로 우위에 있는 발효기술을 잘 이용하여 세계적으로 수요를 충족시키는 지질소재를 경제적으로 생산하면 세계 시장의 30% 정도는 확보할 수 있을 것이다. 올리고당의 생산기술 개발을 통하여는 국내 기반이 취약한 고도 분리, 정제 기술이 발전될 것이며 세계 대체감미료 시장에의 진출이 기대된다. 식이섬유의 경우 대두와 곡류 부산물의 가공기술 개발은 물론 공해방지기술의 개발도 기대된다.

  • 인터넷을 통한 웹 기반 교수-학습시스템은 상호작용 중진을 통한 학습자 위주의 교육환경으로 지속적인 변화를 해왔고, 그 결과 학습자는 시간과 공간의 제약에서 벗어나 다양한 교육정보를 접할 수 있는 기회를 가지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 교사를 대상으로 하는 원격교육 시스템에 한정하여 시스템개발에서 운영에 이르기까지의 모든 과정에 대한 경제적, 교육적 효율성 확보를 목적으로 하였다. 따라서 시스템 개발에서는 주요 모듈의 컴포넌트화를 시도하여 재사용성 증대를 통한 설계 기간 및 비용의 감소를 이끌어내어 개발의 효율성을 높이고, 교육학적 기반으로 구성주의 원리를 적용함으로써 교육의 효율성을 최대로 끌어올릴 수 있도록 설계하였다.

  • 정보화시대를 맞아 어느 때보다도 활발히 전교과에 걸쳐 학생의 의사소통의 능력을 향상하기 위한 다양한 방법이 모색되고 있다. 학교현장의 수학교육자는 수학교수-학습에서 어떤 상호작용이 일어났는지, 특히 다루기 쉬운 도구로써 계산기가 주어졌을 때 어떻게 학생의 지식 발달이 언어적 상호작용에서 이루어지는지를 알아야 한다. 본 연구는 이러한 학생의 상호작용을 분석할 때 필요한 분석도구를 개발하는 것이다. 예비연구와 본 연구를 통해 언어적 상호작용의 구성요소가 세 영역, 즉, 지식구성 진술, 사회적 상호작용 진술, 그리고 교사의 교육어 진술에서 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 자료를 이용하여 특히 학생의 지식 구성 발달에 따른 상호작용의 구성요소의 특징을 파악하고 이에 필요한 언어적 상호작용의 역할과 활성화 방안을 모색하는 연구가 가능하다.

  • 스마트 미디어 기기의 보급으로 많은 교육용 어플리케이션이 개발되고 있으며, SNS를 교육적 접근으로 활용한 학습모델의 사례들이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 현대 정보화 사회에서 요구되는 학습자 중심의 구성주의 교육 패러다임에 초점을 맞춰 학습자 스스로 학습콘텐츠를 구성하며 자기주도적 학습을 하기 위한 시스템 개발을 위해 본 논문에서는 소셜러닝 기반의 학습자 중심형 학습콘텐츠 개발도구의 설계방법에 대해 제시하고자 한다.

Managerial Ownership and R & D Investment in the Chinese Firms : Comparison between State_Owned Firms and Private_Owned Firms (경영자 지분이 연구개발투자에 미치는 영향: 중국 국유기업과 민영기업 비교를 중심으로)

  • Using 1855 observations from 5 years-371 firms panel data during 2010 to 2014 in Chinese stock exchanges, this study examines the impact of managers' ownership on R & D expenditures. The empirical study finds that when firms are state-owned, managers' ownership have negative relation with the level of R & D expenses as well as the likelihood of executing R & D investment, implying that managers are less likely to invest in high risky projects due to managerial ownership's entrenchment effects to pursue private benefits rather than alignment of interest effect as shareholders. The empirical study also finds that when firms are private-owned, managerial ownership are inverse U shaped related to the level of R & D expenses, implying that managers are less likely to invest in high risky projects due to increasing risk aversion resulting from concentration of private wealth at its high level while managers are more likely to invest in high risky projects due to increasing incentives as shareholders at its low level. The results support that the effects of managerial ownership on R & D expenses may be different according to the ownership type of Chinese listed firms.

  • The trend of the computer education is shifting from problem-solving in the real world and using functions for it to behavioristic perspectives which encourage people to acquire the functions simply according to the applying programs of well-known companies. Thus, this research studies the computer instructional model which emphasizes the basic computer education and connections to the real world at the same time. In the constructivistic perspectives, this model emphasizes the learners activities, their using of meta-cognitive strategies to reflect their level of the lesson and collaborative-reflective learning of problem-solving. The research applied in the real computer skill education and according to the result of the research, I could find the experimental group got high level of learning achievement and this benefits to the high level group rather than low and middle group.

  • It has gone that the age of making the products focusing on only the capacity or efficiency, We face the age that only the products which fit the sensitivity of customers. Now, customers attach importance to impressive design, convenience, and satisfaction as well as the quality, cost, and capacity of the products. Under the much plentiful life, it has a limit of exciting customer's interest to pursue the quality, cost and capacity, so we need new design development which can produce more different, better, and newer mood. Recently, past synchronism and standardization have collapsed according to the change of sense of value, customers make much account of their own sensitivity comparing with at any time in much information and visual stimulus, and they would like to purchase the products which satisfy their sensitivity as a way of their image creation and settlement of wants.

  • Combining Iwan-Blevin's model into the approximated form of the nonlinear model derived for the dynamic analysis of the riser system with the inclusion of internal flow, current-vortex model is developed to investigate the effect of internal flow on vortex-induced vibration due to inline current The riser system includes a steadly flow inside the pipe which is modeled as an extensible or inextensible tubular beam. Galerkin's finite element approximation are implemented to derive the matrix equation of equilibrium for the finite element system. The investigations of the effect of internal flow on vibration due to inline current are performed according to the change of various parameters such as top tension, infernal flow velocity. current velocity, and so on. It is found that the effect of internal flow on vibration due to vortex shedding can be controlled by the increase of top tension. However, careful consideration has to be given, in design point in order to avoid the resonance band occurding near vortex shedding frequency, particularly for the long riser.

  • Web-based teaching-learning systems through the internet has continuously pursued the learner-centered educational environment by promoting the interaction between leachers and students. As a result, learners haute become free of the limit of time and space and have more ways to have access to education information more easily. Consequently, the development of the internet has resulted in the changes of the educational environment. Web-based distance education through the internet is now expected to be applied widely in various fields of education. In fact, distance education through the internet has taken place in a new education paradigm. The purpose of this paper is to promote the economical and educational efficiency of all the procedures from developing the system to operating in a remote training cyber system. Therefore in developing the system, we designed it to raise the efficiency by making main modulo into components and by reducing the terms and cost by reuse. Also lute meant to raise the efficiency of education by applying constructivism as an educational basic.

Development of Sports Ethics Consciousness Scale for Preventing Fixing Game (승부조작 예방을 위한 스포츠 윤리의식 척도개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop sports ethics consciousness scale for preventing fixing game, based on foreign data but considering the actual conditions of Korea. Respondents were elite sports athletes from D-city. This study was conducted on 304 elite sports athletes from middle, high school and college students selected by purposeful sampling, for three months from May to July 2018. In the date analysis stage, the descriptive statistic analysis was performed for understanding the item characteristic and the internal consistency coefficient(α), the exploratory factor analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis were perforned for analysing the credibility, the validity. There were five sub-factors of sports ethics consciousness scale, consisting of ethics of autonomy, ethics of collectivism, ethics of common good, ethics of dignity, and ethics of productivity, which were identified through 23 questions. It was proved that the scale have enough suitability (χ2=420.151, df=220, p=.000, GFI=.996, NFI=.979, TLI=.960, CFI=.978, RMSEA=.055).
