지난 반세기간에 우리나라에 채소 육종은 주요 채소의 주년공급을 가능하게 하였으며, 토지 생산성의 향상, 상품화율의 증대, 품질의 향상 등의 면에서도 괄목할 만한 성과를 거두었고 인공교잡은 물론이고 웅성불임성과 자가불화합성의 활용에 의한 1대잡종 품종의 일반화로 채소 산업의 발전에 크게 기여하였다. 앞으로는 기왕의 업적을 심화시키는 한편, 생산비를 절감하기 위한 생력화, 기계화 재배용 품종 및 내제초제성 품종의 개발 환경보호 및 식품안정성의 확보를 위한 내병층성 품종 개발, 수출시장과 다양화하는 국내의 시장기호에 대응하고 가공 식품의 표준화된 품질관리를 지원할 수 있도록 품질 면에서의 개량과 신작물 또는 신생태형 품종의 개발에도 더욱 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 육종목표를 달성하기 위한 유전자원의 확보는 더욱 어려워질 것이며 유전 양식이 복잡하고, 환경요인의 작용이 상대적으로 크기 때문에 전통적인 육종 방법만으로는 목표달성에 필요한 인적, 물적, 시간적 소요가 훨씬 증가될 전망이다. 유전변이의 창성 및 확대, 유용 대립인자의 도입, 동정 및 선발, 그리고 종자생산을 위한 자가 불화합성 및 웅성불임성과 개화·수정 관련 유전인자의 발현 조절에 분자유전학의 보완적 역할이 기대되며 이렇게 되면 전통육종과 분자유전학간의 잡종강세로 품종 개량의 효율은 크게 높아질 것이다.

고령인구의 증대 및 출생 인구의 감소로 과소지와 대중교통 취약지역이 확산되고 있다. 이러한 인구구조의 변화는 교통약자의 독립적 이동이 더욱 불편해지고, 물류의 수송이 어려워 진다. 한편, 도심은 차량의 포화상태로 대기환경의 질이 나빠지고 도심도로는 주차장으로 변질될 뿐만 아니라, 운전자와 보행자 모두에게 안전의 위협이 되고 있다. 이러한 환경과 이동의 효율성을 극대화 하는 방안으로 친환경자동차와 자율주행기술의 접목이 연구개발 중이다. 자율주행기술은 자율주행차와 도로 인프라에 ICT가 융 복합되어 이동과 수송분야의 새로운 산업과 서비스 창출이 가능하다. 본 고에서는 교통약자의 이동과 물류의 수송을 지원하는 자율주행기술의 개발 동향을 살펴본다. 특히 광화문, K-City 등의 도심 자율주행서비스 테스트 경험을 통해 해결해야 하는 복잡한 도심 주행 환경의 인지와 교차로 및 합류로, 비정형 도로환경에서의 주행협상기술의 필요성을 소개한다. 도심의 주행 환경은 고속도로와 같은 자동차 전용도로와 달리, 신호등과 교차로, 2륜 이동체 및 버스 등이 다양하게 혼재된 것으로 인지 및 판단 기능의 고도화가 적극적으로 요구된다. 그리고, 다양한 자율주행서비스 시장을 확산하기 위해 요구되는 이동하는 공간과 시간을 메꿔 줄 미디어 콘텐츠의 역할에 대해 설명하고자 한다.

This thesis is on the character naming which plays much of a role in the cultural contents, but it is beyond the research of character naming itself and is based on the needs of research for character naming in game, fairy tale, comic and animation. In fact, there are some books and theses showing us the way to create names of products and this area is known as brand naming. But it is not easy for people to find books on character naming which is only focused on the characters in all fictions. While a brand name is made to secure a brand identity which is fundamental to consumer recognition and symbolizes the brand's differentiation from competitors, a character name is the name of living thing in the fiction. So, people say that these two areas are similar to each other or not. This these is the consequence of the research on the character naming, especially how to figure it out and how to use it. I hope that my paper would be a little help for those who work for the creating of the characters involved in shape, personality, role and storytelling in the field of fictions through the interest and understanding of Character Naming.

The policy aims of Regional Innovation Cluster(RIC) are not making the RIC itself but promoting the competitiveness of Small and Medium Enterprises(SMEs) in the region. Also, it goes without saying that small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) do the key roles of regional economic growth. This paper indicates that the innovative capabilities of SMEs are the crucial factors of the success of Regional Innovation Cluster. In order to improve SMEs' capabilities for innovation, knowledges are vital including codified knowledge or tacit knowledge. In cluster, the linkages especially among researchers and factory workers is important to innovative activities, and universities have to of for knowledge, education programs and new researchers fully qualified to SMEs. Also, regional governments and medias positively participate the cluster as helpers. Based upon the research results, some policy implications have been suggested concerning the policy supports to enhance innovative activities of SMEs within the Regional innovation Cluster.

The care market has a unique characteristic that cannot be understood only by pure consumerism. It is not simply constituted by the relationship between consumers and providers at a uni-dimensional level of consumerism logic; rather, it operates in the tripartite-dimensional relationship between the state, consumers and providers through the design and regulation of policies by the state(Evers 1994). The unit costs of long-term care insurance has a meaning as the signal of state for policy direction. This paper consists three contents. The first, it provides to examine the developing process and method of the unit costs of long-term care and to define the characteristics of the developing method of unit costs of the Korean Long term care Insurance. The second, it tried to evaluate the adequacy, validity, and equity of unit costs of care. The third, it proposed the policy direction and measures focused on state's role as price determinator and regulator of care market in that unit costs of care is very important factors for formation and operating of care market.

항공우주산업의 선도적 기술혁신은 타 산업으로 연계 파급 효과가 매우 클 뿐 아니라 역으로 연관산업의 발전이 없이는 기술적 우위를 확보하기 어렵다. 항공우주산업이 높은 기술파급효과를 가지는 이유는 수백만 개의 부품을 퍼즐처럼 조립하는 전형적 복합체계종합산업이기 때문이다. 때문에 기술체계가 매우 복잡하고 관련된 산업 기술 분야 또한 매우 넓다. 항공우주 부품의 생산과정이 매우 복잡하고 엄격한 안전규정을 충족해야 하기 때문에 모기업에 대한 의존도가 높은 강한 가치사슬 구조를 지니게 된다. 항공기 개발 산업은 설계, 생산, 자본재 조달에 있어 계약 관계에 크게 의존한다. 수요특성 면에서는 군 또는 대형 항공사가 주된 수요자로서 상당히 높은 수요독점력(monopsony power)을 지니고 있어 관련 업체(Player)간 협상을 통해 계약관계가 형성된다. 계약 관계는 거래 당사자간의 흥정 또는 협상을 통한 게임으로 지배되는 경향이 많아 상호 정보의 교류는 매우 필수적이다. 항공우주산업 완제품 획득에 있어 체계종합과 부품소재 간의 효율적 연계는 매우 중요한 문제이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 필요기술과 그 소요시점에 있어 부품소재 개발자와 체계설계자는 서로 상이한 시각을 지나고 있다. 양자간의 차이점을 밝히고 전략적 연결점을 제안함이 본 연구의 주제이다. 본 연구는 2004년 산업자원부와 한국산업기술재단이 작성한 항공우주산업기술로드맵의 결과를 바탕으로 항공기 개발 과정에 있어 체계설계와 수많은 부품간의 관계를 파악하고 전략적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

양성자 기반 공학 기술 개발 사업단은 20MeV 양성자 가속기를 운전 중이며, 진공, 빔 계측, 전원 등의 장치에 대한 제어 시스템을 개발 운영 중이다. 대형 입자 가속기를 위한 제어 시스템의 전체 네트워크는 사용자 인터페이스와 제어계가 단일 네트워크를 공유하고 있으며 EPICS(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System) CA(Channel Access)통신을 이용하여 데이터를 상호 교환한다. 그러나 단일 네트워크를 사용함으로서 관리자만이 제어해야 할 데이터는 많은 클라이언트에게 노출되는 문제점이 있다. 그러므로 클라이언트의 접근을 제어하여 제어계로부터 전달되는 신호들의 안정성과 보안성을 유지할 수 있는 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 제어시스템에 보안성과 안정성을 유지하기 위하여 클라이언트를 Control Network, 제어계를 Machine Network로 분산시키고 통신 중계기 역할을 하는 CA Gateway를 적용하여 클라이언트에게 접근 권한을 주는 기법을 제시하고 구현 및 그 결과를 보고한다.

In the rapidly changing era of knowledge revolution, user-centered IT services are emerging as a very important component of modern business. However, in order to lead IT services into success, traditional capabilities and competences are not good enough. Development of IT services involve service planners and designers as well as traditional systems developers. This detailed segmentation of job and corresponding competences among involved in IT service development brings in new type of conflicts and contradictions that may require special attention for IT services to be properly development and implemented. This study aims to explore and define competences and roles of newly emerging job groups in IT services: planners, designers, and developers. In order to identify underlying competences of these emergeing groups, two stage interviews were conducted. At the first stage, general competence framework is developed across these groups with different skills for similar competence catogories. Using the categories developed at the first stage, members of each groups were asked to rate and assess the competences of other groups. Comparisons of these reciprocal assessment revealed the conceptual differences and biases across these groups. Detail differences are discussed and implications are discussed.

The importance of bumper system lies not only in the styling of vehicles, but also in the protection of vehicles and pedestrians from reasonable impact. In this study, we proceed to search a method for efficient bumper system without using the impact test and the computer simulation to analyze the bumper system. In the process of the research, we proposed the each method that is used to search the shape that satisfy each regulations in first, because bumper's dimensions to satisfy 'vehicle protection' regulations and form's dimensions to satisfy ‘pedestrian protection' regulations are difficult to exist together. After that we proposed the calculate method and design algorithm that is used to search a reasonable point satisfying the two regulations together.
