The Conceptual Definition and the Measurement Development for IT Governance (IT 거버넌스의 개념적 정의 및 측정도구 개발)

  • Recently, IT Governance has emerged as the new keyword in the IT world. However, the multiple definitions and concepts that exist for this word are causing confusion among observers. Thus, in order to clarify the conceptual meaning behind the term 'IT Governance' once and for all, this study reviews previous literature and defines the sub construct of IT Governance. Then, we develop the measurement instrument for IT Governance, which results in three domains: IT resource and performance management. IT project management, and IT service management.

The Effects of College Students' Emotional Expressiveness on their Smart Phone Addiction : The Mediating Effects of Self Concept (정서표현이 스마트폰중독에 미치는 영향 -자아개념의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the Emotional Expressiveness, Smartphone Addiction, and Self Concept of college students and investigate whether the Self Concept mediate the relationship between the Emotional Expressiveness and Smartphone Addiction. The subjects of this study are 175 college students of 3 colleges located in M-si, J-si and G-si and data collecte for 21 days from June 1 through June 21, 2017. As Emotional Expressiveness increase, Self Concept increase (${\beta}=.286$, p<.01); as their Self Concept increase, their Smartphone Addiction decrease (${\beta}=-.269$, p<.05); and their Self Concept full mediate the relationship between their Emotional Expressiveness and Smartphone Addiction(Z=3.447, p<.01). To alleviate the Smartphone Addiction college students, their Emotional Expressiveness and their Self Concept need to be improved.

신개념의 수위-유량곡선식 개발과 적용 방향

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기존 수위-유량곡선식 개발과정에 내재되어 있던 목적함수 문제와 곡선식 개발과 정에서 대두된 발산과 처리 불능문제를 해결하기 위해서 새로운 형태의 관계식$(Q=p(h-e)^{\beta}-{\gamma})$과 비선형 매개변수 추정방법을 이을 제안하고 이러한 신개념의 수위-유량곡선식 산정모형을 개발하는데 있다. 기존 수위-유량곡선식은 기존수위-유량자료를 log변환하여 산정된 목적함수는 저수위에 비하여 고수위 부분에 잘못된 유량 값을 추정하는 문제를 갖고 있다. 기존의 발산 문제는 영유량 수위 매개변수 e를 찾고 추정된 식의 목적함수을 수렴하는 동안 매개변수 ${\beta}$가 비정상적으로 커지는 것이다. 이상의 두 가지 문제는 제어변수 ${\gamma}$를 도입하고 목적함수, $min{\sum}w(i)(Q-\hat{Q})^2$를 도입함으로서 개선 할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 물리적 분석과 민감도 분석을 통하여 수위-유량곡선식에서 매개변수 ${\gamma}$의 영향이 e의 영향과 같음을 보였다. 또한 개발된 WinCARD 시스템은 기존의 목적함수에 의한 추정오차와 새롭게 제안된 목적함수의 개선사항을 상호 비교할 수 있게 하였다. 본 개발프로그램은 기존 수위-유량곡선식의 적합도를 평가하고, 하천유량 산정을 위한 신개념의 수위-유량곡선식을 개발하는데 활용될 수 있다.

On Modeling the PBL Process and the ILS Development from a Life Cycle View with Resultant Enhanced Interrelationship (PBL 수행절차와 ILS 개발절차의 수명주기별 프로세스 모델링 및 상호 연계성의 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The demand on applying the performance-based logistics (PBL) in the operational phase of the weapon systems development is increasing these days. Therefore, the enhancement of the PBL concept and process needs to be done. This is the objective of the paper. As a method of approach, a modeling method is adopted to cover the whole life cycle of the weapon systems development from the concept development to the operation. The modeling results for the PBL process yield an useful suggestion for improvement. Also, by analyzing the interrelationship model between the PBL process and the integrated logistics support (ILS) procedure, it is possible to take advantage of the PBL concept in the ILS elements development, which is usually carried out from the beginning of the development phase, a lot earlier than the operational phase. Note that the PBL concept has been restrictively applied in only the supply support among many ILS elements up until now. However, the results obtained in the paper can make it also possible to consider the availability, reliability, logistics support, cost and so on from the early phase of the weapon systems development.

An Analysis on Differences between Freshmen and The Other Students' Career Development Competencies and Educational Needs (대학 신입생과 재학생의 진로개발역량 수준 및 교육요구도 차이 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences between freshmen and the other students' career development competencies and educational needs. To achieve this, the survey was carried out and 362 undergraduates participated. The findings of the survey were shown as follows: First, the students perceived that effective interpersonal relationships and positive self-concept formation were more needed. Second, only the positive self-concept formation showed statistically significant differences. Third, the rating of the educational needs was identical from the first place to the forth, but different from the fifth to the sixth. Fourth, by the Locus for Focus model, more information was identified about educational needs of students. These results will contribute to develop the career education programs.

  • In order to increase extensibility and reusability of business components, the variable things need to be analyzed from the analysis phase and identified as components. In this paper, we propose a rule-based analysis pattern, which can effectively extract object-based main concepts from a variable business process in the analysis phase and identify a variable business component by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. It can make analysis artifacts consistent and readable for analysts with different level of knowledge and experience to apply the pattern to analysis of rule-based variable business processes. And also, variable business components can be easily identified by applying the pattern to the UML Components development process. In order to prove the feasibility of the pattern, we have applied the pattern the deposit and import/export subsystem of the banking domain. According to our experience, we can make the same business conceptual models between the deposit and import/export subsystem due to the main concepts suggested by the pattern and effectively identify a variable business components in the UML Components development process.

  • This paper deals with a space identity development model using design process. The main contents of the study are as follows. First, this study has defined the design process concept and studied various design process model. Second, the meaning of space design process was studied and concept definition was made. Third, it developed a conceptual model of space design process for developing space identity. Finally, a conceptual model that can define space identity by applying design process to complex and various types of space is studied and presented. This study applied positivist research methods such as literature review and various theoretical review to study design process and space identity. The research on space design process adopts indirect research method based on previous research data.

  • Navigation Software for the various weapon systems has common functionalities which give the possibility of common use among them. SPL(Software Product Line) framework of the navigation software for weapon system refers to developing a standardized navigation software platform from common functionalities of navigation software, managing the standardized navigation software platform, and developing weapon system navigation software such as navigation software for missile, UAV(Unmanned Air Vehicle), submarine, and etc. from the standardized navigation software platform. In this paper, we propose SPL based navigation software development process, Integrated Development Environment and operational concept of SPL framework. The operational concept will be defined by specifying the role of every stake holders and their activity scenario. The Operational concept would be referenced to implement SPL for other domain through using with detail implementation guide.

The Effect of Learning Module Using, Cognitive Conflict Strategies on Secondary Pre-service Science Teachers Conceptual Change about Tide (인지갈등 전략을 적용한 학습모듈이 중등과학 예비교사의 조석 개념변화에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate secondary pre-service science teachers' misconceptions of tide and to develop a learning module that can change misconceptions into scientific concepts and to examine the effect of the learning module for conceptual change. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, the researcher developed the test tool of tidal phenomena and the learning module using cognitive conflict strategy. The subjects of this study were 40 first year students who majored science education at a college of education in G metropolitan city. The results of this study are as follows. First, secondary pre-service science teachers had various misconceptions about tidal phenomena. Second, the developed learning module was effective in changing misconceptions about tide of pre-service science teachers into scientific concepts. However, some students had misconceptions about tidal phenomena after learning the developed module. The typical misconception was that they could not distinguish the centrifugal force generated when the earth and the moon revolve about the center of common mass as the center of rotation and the centrifugal force generated by the earth's rotation. And they did not know that they should not consider the earth's rotation while the earth was revolving around the center of common mass.
