  • If you want to use the unmanned quad rotor for emergency information provision and information about the traffic situation of real-time and moving information is included in the car to help in emergency vehicle operation of the city and in the distribution future innovation the need to consider to have enough safety of the use of silent quad rotor. Therefore, in this study, the unmanned quad rotor system research of safe landing control from the center for the improvement of safety of unmanned quad rotor system you have a motor of four, has taken a good structural balance system based on the dynamic model and motion considering the nonlinear characteristics, and attempts to proceed via non-linearity and system disturbances, tough Fuzzy controller, and analyzed through a computer simulation result.

The effect of private information quality on firm performances (개인정보의 질적 수준이 기업성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study explores the factors that determine the quality of private information and how the subsequent consumption behavior is driven. The aim of the study is to discuss how the firms' collection of private information should be conducted and which factors are crucial to raising firm performances. The empirical test conducted with a sample of 331 online consumers suggest that credibility and skepticism were strongly influenced by website reputation and massive information collection, accordingly. Then, the established credibility and skepticism determined the quality of the provided information, ultimately influencing the subsequent consumption behaviors, which are revisit intention and switching intention. Especially, the falsity of provided information was a strong driver of the consumption behavior, highlighting the importance of the quality of provided information on firm performances.

  • Online firms collect consumers' private information, which serves as a valuable database for marketing activities. In order to encourage consumers to provide their private information, online firms offer high quality websites for consumers who provide private information. However, identity theft, phishing, and pharming, become critical social issues, consumers started to avoid providing their private information to online firms. Thus, consumers often provide false or limited information, which lacks value for practical use for the online firms. The main issue raised in this study is to discuss how online marketing activities has influence on consumers attitude and information providing behavior. From the result, this paper found that websites reputation had greatest impact on willingness of providing information. Also this study revealed that unauthorized use is the key factor for increasing distrust and avoidance of providing information.

  • Recently, BIM (Building Information Modeling) technique is being considered as a critical delivery condition for the public projects according to the increase of best practices by practical application of BIM. However, since existing BIM studies are focused on the design and construction phases, those results are not considering the life cycle of a construction project. Therefore, this study suggests an integrated BIM operation process that enables an application of BIM for each phase of a construction project from planning to maintenance phases and develops an integrated BIM system based on the suggested methodologies. This study developed basic BIM functions and its application process by analyzing information systems in each project phase for a bridge construction project. Besides, this study performed case study and survey analysis for construction managers to verify a practical applicability of the developed system. Therefore, it is expected that the integrated BIM system is going to be utilized as a 3D-based integrated information management system considering life cycle of construction projects.

  • A reasonable process for the activity duration estimation is required for the successful construction management because it directly affects the entire construction duration and budget. However, the activity duration is being generally estimated by the experience of the construction manager. This study suggests an estimation model of construction activity duration using neural network theory. This model estimates the activity duration by considering both the quantitative and qualitative elements, and the model is verified by a case study. Because the suggested model estimates the activity duration by a reasonable schedule plan, it is expected to reduce the error between planning duration and actual duration in a construction project.

  • The method of the edge detection algorithm based on grayscale mathematical morphology has the advantage that image noise can be removed and processed in parallel, and the operation speed is fast. However, the method of detecting the edge of an image using a single structural scale element may be affected by image information. The characteristics of grayscale morphology may be limited to the edge information result of the operation result by repeatedly performing expansion, erosion, opening, and containment operations by repeating structural elements. In this paper, we propose an edge detection algorithm that applies a structural element with strong directionality to noise and then applies weighted entropy to each pixel information in the element. The result of applying the multi-scale structural element applied to the image and the result of applying the directional weighted entropy were compared and analyzed, and the simulation result showed that the proposed algorithm is superior in edge detection.

  • This study tries to explore that the relationship between social media company's coercive and involuntary marketing stimuli and the negative consequences that have not been intensively discussed in measuring the performance of social media companies. To reflect the influence of the socio-cultural environment of country, a comparative study was conducted on major social media market in Korea and China. As result of the verification, it was found that coercive marketing stimuli had influence on social media firm's negative consequences. And there are significant differences by country in the effect of company's coercive marketing stimulus on user attitudes and negative performance. The results of this study are expected to provide practical implications for the operation of social media firms and individuals who want to do business using social media.

Verifying the Voluntariness of the Location of Drunk Driving Accidents (음주운전사고 발생위치의 임의성 검증)

  • The cases of drunk driving accidents have been steadily increasing every year. The number of accidents was quadrupled from 7,303 cases in 1990 to 25,150 cases in 2004. In addition, the proportion of drunk driving accidents to total traffic accidents was 2.9% in 1990 but it increased to 13.0% in 2003. Studies of drunk driving accidents have been focusing on analyzing psychological decisive factors, classifying drivers' individual characters and types of drunk driving accidents by considering the location of drunk driving accidents. This study assumed that drunk driving accidents would have regular characteristics in respect to spatiality and analyzed its relation with spatial factors such as, accident black spot, the location of bars, the distance of drivers' houses, and spatio-temporal distributional characteristics through drawing density distribution and connecting the time of accidents. In order to achieve the goal of this study, the individual location information was organized and drawn as types of GIS data. From the result of density distribution using Kernel Density Mapping and analysis through the coefficient of areal correspondence, it was understood that drunk driving accidents correlates with some spatial factors.

Fabrication and Characterization of Thermo-responsive Nanofibrous Surfaces Using Electron Beam Irradiation (전자선 조사에 의한 온도응답성 나노섬유 표면의 제조 및 특성분석)

  • We have fabricated a novel thermo-responsive nanofibrous surfaces by grafting PIPAAm by electron beam irradiation onto poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)(PHBV) nanofibrous mats. The electrospun PHBV nanofiber structures revealed randomly aligned fibers with average diameter of 400 nm. Increased atomic percent of nitrogen was observed on the PIPAAm-grafted PHBV mats after electron beam irradiation determined by ESCA. The amounts of PIPAAm-grafted onto PHBV films were $6.49{\mu}g/cm^2$ determined by ATR-FTIR. The PIPAAm-grafted surfaces exhibited decreasing contact angles by lowering the temperature from 37 to $20^{\circ}C$, while ungrafted PHBV surfaces had negligible contact angle change. This result indicates that PIPAAm surfaces, which are hydrophobic at the higher temperature, became markedly more hydrophilic in response to a temperature reduction due to spontaneous hydration of the surface-grafted PIPAAm. Thermo-responsive nanofibers showed good tissue compatibility. Cultured cells were well detached and recovered from the surfaces by changing culture temperature from 37 to $20^{\circ}C$.

Development of an Official Method for Measurement of Fluazinam Residues for Quarantine of Imported and Exported Horticultural Products (수출입 원예작물의 검역을 위한 살균제 Fluazinam의 공정 잔류분석법 개발)

  • This experiment was conducted to establish an official determination method to measure fluazinam residue in horticultural crops for import and export using GC-ECD/MS. Fluazinam residue was extracted with acetone from fresh samples of four representative horticultural products, the vegetable crops green pepper and kimchi cabbage, and the fruit crops mandarin and apple. The acetone extract was diluted with saline water and n -hexane partitioning was used to recover fluazinam from the aqueous phase. Florisil column chromatography was additionally employed for final purification of the extract. Fluazinam was separated and quantitated by GC with ECD using a DB-17 capillary column. The horticultural crops were fortified with three different concentrations of fluazinam. Mean recoveries ranged from 82.5% to 99.9% in the four crops. The coefficients of variation were less than 10.0%. The quantitative limit of fluazinam detection was $0.004mg{\cdot}kg^{-1}$ in the four crop samples. GC/MS with selected-ion monitoring was also used to confirm the suspected residue. This analytical method was reproducible and sensitive enough to measure the residue of fluazinam in horticultural commodities for import and export.
