Emotion plays a key role in both generating and understanding narrative. In this article we analyzed the emotions represented in a movie script based on 8 emotion types from the wheel of emotions by Plutchik. First we conducted manual emotion tagging scene by scene. The most dominant emotions by manual tagging were anger, fear, and surprise. It makes sense when the film script we analyzed is a thriller-genre. We assumed that the emotions around the climax of the story would be heightened as the tension grew up. From manual tagging we could identify three such duration when the tension is high. Next we analyzed the emotions in the same script using Python-based NLTK VADERSentiment tool. The result showed that the emotions of anger and fear were most matched. The emotion of surprise, anticipation, and disgust, however, scored lower matching.

While the quantitative results of research on emotional labor that has been studied in Korea has never been minimal, most of the researches that have been conducted are limited to generalization by empirical analysis studies limited to single industry cases. A more integrated approach is needed in addition to quantitative research methods in order to research results that can be generalized when the importance and interest in emotional labor is increasing. Therefore, this study analyzed in-depth 112 articles published in the field of management in Korea, which were searched under the keyword emotional labor, using KCI from 2008 to 2018. To this end, the research trends of emotional labor, such as the concept, and the method of analysis, were reviewed from various aspects and presented future research directions. This research result attempted to contribute not only to academic contribution to emotional labor but also to the expansion or integration of the application area to the internal mechanisms of emotional labor.

본 논문에서는 서비스업 종사자들의 감정노동에 따른 언어폭력의 실례를 파악하여 보고자 한다. 폭력은 외부로 가해지는 신체적 상해로 인지하고 있으나 언어폭력에 대한 인식은 상대적으로 미약하다. 외적으로 드러나는 상해가 아니어서 언어적 폭력의 강도는 더욱 심해지고 있으며, 자신의 감정 해소를 위한 수단으로 악이용되는 사례도 다분하다. 언어폭력이 미치는 영향 및 잘못된 인식 개선과 사회적, 제도적 대응 방안 마련 등 문제 제기를 통해 앞으로 심층적 연구를 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to consider the impact on the degree of turnover of the professional self-concept and the emotional labor. This study were subjected to empirical analysis on female children's hospital nurses. The results of the analysis, only emotional labor and task satisfaction among the components of the professional self-concept became statistically significant results. The relationship between professional pride and task satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover. The relationship only of surface acting and turnover between those of emotional labor and turnover became significant. Based on the research results, it should be preferred to nurse specialists in the women's hospital, in order to lower the turnover of nurses. Management strategies of the organization should be sought to improve operational feeling of satisfaction, and Also the approach should be applied to ease the negativity of surface acting.

More than 25% of software copyright evaluations commissioned to the Korea Copyright Commission are software completeness-defective evaluations. Most of the existing software completeness-defective evaluation cases were made to ensure that the requirements contained in the contract or customer's desired requirements were implemented and able to run, limited to the functionality of the software. This paper proposes a more systematic and reasonable maturity-correction technique to meet software completeness definitions. The ISO / IEC 9241.10 standard is a design standard for improving software quality. The ISO / IEC 9241.10 standard specifies seven items that must be complied with and requires functional integrity for work and operational integrity for work efficiency. The software completeness-defective methodology presented in this paper complements the existing function's implementation-functioning methodology with completeness evaluation on the quality of software.

This study is an example of a Cinema Therapy class through the movie Life of Pi (2013). Cinema Therapy proceeds through the process of identification, empathy, projection, and observational learning through the cinema. Through research, students objectively examine the situation of the characters in the movie, identify themselves, and empathize with them. Students evaluate the situation of the character in the movie, and indirectly experience the hardships facing the character in the movie through the answer to "What would you do if I were the main character?" and think about what they would do. I admire the outstanding points of the main character and reflect on my life. Through this process, students examine the situation of their emotions and problems and specifically suggest ways to solve them. In the end, students' emotions can be fully healed through the movie. Healing through the cinema should start with the selection of the cinema in consideration of the healer's client. It is also necessary to sufficiently present a specific method of applying this. It is expected that the cinema healing plan will be able to develop further by presenting various healing methods in the future.

The importance of problem solving in mathematics education has been emphasized and many studies related to this issue have been conducted. But, studies of problem solving in the aspect of affect domain are lacked. This study found the changing pattern of emotions that occur in process of a problem solving. The results are listed below. First, students experienced a lot of change of emotions and had a positive emotion as well as negative emotion during solving problems. Second, students who solved same problems through same methods experienced different change patterns of emotions. The reason is that students have different mathematical beliefs and think differently about a difficulty level of problem. Third, whether students solved problems with positive emotion or negative emotion depends on their attitude of mathematics. Fourth, students who thought that a difficulty level of problem was relatively high experienced more negative affect than students who think a difficulty level of problem is low experienced.

In Korea, video-based news broadcasters are primarily classified into terrestrial broadcasters, general programming cable broadcasters and YouTube broadcasters. Recently, news broadcasters get subjective while targeting the desired specific audience. This violates normative expectations of impartiality and neutrality on journalism from its audience. This phenomenon may have a negative impact on audience perceptions of issues. This study examined whether broadcast news reporting conveys emotions and if so, how news broadcasters differ according to emotion type. Emotion types were classified into neutrality, happiness, sadness and anger using a convolutional neural network which is a class of deep neural networks. Results showed that news anchors or reporters tend to express their emotions during TV broadcasts regardless of broadcast systems. This study provides the first quantative investigation of emotions in broadcasting news. In addition, this study is the first deep learning-based approach to emotion analysis of broadcasting news.
