Exploring Factors to Minimize Hallucination Phenomena in Generative AI - Focusing on Consumer Emotion and Experience Analysis - (생성형AI의 환각현상 최소화를 위한 요인 탐색 연구 - 소비자의 감성·경험 분석을 중심으로-)

  • This research aims to investigate methods of leveraging generative artificial intelligence in service sectors where consumer sentiment and experience are paramount, focusing on minimizing hallucination phenomena during usage and developing strategic services tailored to consumer sentiment and experiences. To this end, the study examined both mechanical approaches and user-generated prompts, experimenting with factors such as business item definition, provision of persona characteristics, examples and context-specific imperative verbs, and the specification of output formats and tone concepts. The research explores how generative AI can contribute to enhancing the accuracy of personalized content and user satisfaction. Moreover, these approaches play a crucial role in addressing issues related to hallucination phenomena that may arise when applying generative AI in real services, contributing to consumer service innovation through generative AI. The findings demonstrate the significant role generative AI can play in richly interpreting consumer sentiment and experiences, broadening the potential for application across various industry sectors and suggesting new directions for consumer sentiment and experience strategies beyond technological advancements. However, as this research is based on the relatively novel field of generative AI technology, there are many areas where it falls short. Future studies need to explore the generalizability of research factors and the conditional effects in more diverse industrial settings. Additionally, with the rapid advancement of AI technology, continuous research into new forms of hallucination symptoms and the development of new strategies to address them will be necessary.

The effect of the user experience of smart phone on satisfaction (스마트폰의 사용자 경험이 만족에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • The effect of the user experience of smart phone on satisfaction. This research is to study the effect of the user experience factors of smart phone on customer satisfaction. User experience factors represent Usefulness, Usability, Affect and Brand images, based on antecedent literatures. And The targets of this study is 95 people in using S's company and 90 people in using A's company. As a result of this research, practicality(47.7%), offline issues(28.8%), usability(18.0%), aesthetics(17.6%) are identified for the effect of user experience on satisfaction. Most of the smart phone designer should consider that usefulness and affect are key factors, when they are designed for user-friendly in that they increase user satisfaction. In terms of these, we suggest that the fact that S's affect doesn't have effect on satisfaction is an urgent need for improvement.

  • 기업 디자인과 마케팅의 새로운 패러다임 중의 하나는 인간의 감성이 기업의 중요한 마케팅의 수단으로 등장하고 있는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 감성에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 감성디자인을 전략적인 도구로 사용한 감성 마케팅 사례를 연구, 소개하고자 한다. 그리고 무엇보다 이론적인 고찰 보다는 실증적인 사례로써 감성 디자인을 통한 감성 마케팅을 적용한 마블 코팅 프라이팬 제품 매출과 시장 점유율에 미치는 영향을 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구의 연구방법은 아래와 같다. 첫째, 선행 연구와 문헌 조사를 통한 감성 디자인과 감성마케팅의 정의를 알아보았다. 둘째, 경험적 조사(Empirical research method)에 의한 연구 가설과 연구문제들을 설정하고, 셋째, 기업의 실증적 자료, 기업의 임원 및 매니저들과의 인터뷰(Interview)와 제품 사용자의 설문조사(Questionnaire)를 통해 본 연구의 목적인 '연구가설'을 검증하고 '연구문제들'의 결론을 돌출하는 방법으로 연구가 진행 되었다. 이러한 일련의 연구를 통해 궁극적으로는 감성디자인을 통한 전략적 감성 마케팅의 성공사례를 소개하고, 그 가치를 재평가하여, 앞으로 감성 디자인과 감성 마케팅의 전략적 차원에 도입하려는 기업인이나 연구자에게 도움을 주는데 그 연구목적이 있다.

Investigation and Application of Car Drivers' Mood State (운전자의 무드(mood) 파악 및 활용에 대한 연구)

  • 보다 바람직한 운전 경험을 제공하기 위하여, 운전자의 감성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 관심이 높아져 가고 있다. 본 연구에서는 운전자의 운전 시의 기분 혹은 감정상태에 영향을 미치는 외부요인으로 도로 소통 상황, 계절, 날씨, 운전 시각, 운전 지역을 추출하였으며 운전자 개인의 감정상태를 결정짓는 주관적이고 심리적인 요인은 배제하였다. 운전 경력 3 년 이상의 운전자를 대상으로 감성 상태는 긍정/부정, 흥분/안정의 2 가지 축으로 나뉘어 측정하였다. 운전자의 무드는 중립을 기준으로 양 극단보다는 중립에 가까운 상태에 주로 분포하였는데 긍정/부정에는 각각 고루 분포한 반면, 흥분/안정에서는 안정 쪽에 더 많이 분포한 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 다섯 가지 외부 요인들이 모두 운전자의 무드에 영향을 미쳤으며 도로 소통 상황이 긍정/부정과 흥분/안정 모두에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 감성의 긍정/부정 축에서는 계절, 날씨, 소통 상황, 그리고 운전 지역이 유의미하였으며, 감성의 흥분/안정 축에서는 운전시간과 소통 상황이 유의미하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 확장시켜 운전자의 감성에 영향을 미치는 외부 요인들을 데이터베이스화하여 운전자를 위한 다양한 제품 및 서비스 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Intuitive conception method based on the experiential emotion information (경험적 감성 정보에 의한 직관적인 아이디어 발상 기법)

  • Information gathered through experience transforms into knowledge and such knowledge becomes a foundation for intuitive decisions. Based on such background, the following study investigates intuitive decision making on basic elements needed for design concepts and visual conceptualizations. The study consist two phases. first, 12 structural elements of a digital camera and relation between each elements were arranged intuitively on a board. Next, sketches were generated with relationship of structural elements in mind. As a result of the study, concept with intuitive decisions effect structural thinking, various developments, specific operation methods , and sketch expressions. However, study also revealed that the freedom of human emotions don't accord with the qualification map.

  • Existing researches have been limited to one-dimensional analysis of game experience (enjoyment, addictive user, usability). However, we considered to analyze complex sentiments of mobile game users due to diffusion of multitasking in these days. In this study, We focused on 'collective sentiments' of mobile game users and studied 'connected emotions and mental model' of them. To support theoretical assumption, we analyzed social data which reflect intention and unintended behavior of users. As a result, multiple consumption of service, diversified patterns of information recommendation and quest experience based on networking were critical to mobile game UX.

  • 본 논문에서는 사용자의 다양한 감정을 이입하는 디자인을 통해 사용자들로 하여금 새로운 경험을 체험하도록 13개의 감성차원에 맞는 페이지 레이아웃, 배경색 등의 감성 데이터베이스를 구축하고 사용자의 감성체험 요청에 따라서 서비스하는 유무선 통합 시스템을 제안한다. 실험을 통해서 사용자 만족도 및 접속유지시간이 기존 방법보다 향상되었음을 입증하였다.

  • Since smart devices are able to efficiently provide information without barriers of time and location, they are widely utilized with advent of the hyper-connected society. Especially, the smart devices have been developed in the form of wearable devices for mutual interaction between human and objects. Smart clothing, which embeds smart devices within clothes, measures and obtains a variety of bio-signals as it is in close contact with the human bodies. Conventional smart clothing generated wearers' discomfort because they were developed by simple attachment of electronic devices to clothes. Therefore, it is highly recommended to develop novel smart clothing based on smart textiles which integrate electronic devices as parts of textiles. As smart watches are currently the most available wearable devices in the market, smart watch users were selected in this study, for the purpose of investigating core needs of wearable smart device users based on the user experience and user's sensibility. Qualitative research was performed through semi-structured interview in order to obtain detailed answers about user sensibility based on smart watch user experience. After the in-depth interview, the user's sensibility was categorized into four aspects; functional, aesthetic, social, and empirical. Sensibility adjectives and key words were assigned to each aspect and their frequency was analyzed. It was the functional aspect of sensibility that the wearable device users require the most. The results of this study will be utilized as a fundamental data to develop the smart textiles required for the next generation of smart clothing which is attracting as a future wearable device.

  • 주택문화관은 소비자와의 접점으로 주택상품을 전시하고 판매하는 실질적인 공간이다. 따라서 주택문화관은 다양한 디자인을 통한 경험을 제공하고, 소비로 이어질 수 있는 마케팅 요소로써의 공간이 되어야 한다. 특히 행동체험은 신체적 경험을 유도함으로써 기억과 추억을 남기는 핵심적 공간마케팅 전략이다. 본 연구에서는 현실적 체험요소와 호기심 자극 체험요소를 제안하여 소비자들에게 은유적이고 장기적인 인식을 지원하며, 이것이 공간 마케팅 관점에서 반복적이고 지속적으로 접근 가능한 소비환경이 되는 전략을 제시한다.

The Relation among Experience of Verbal Abuse, Emotional Labor, Emotional Intelligence, Social Support and Turnover Intention of Hospital Nurses. (병원간호사의 언어폭력 경험, 감정노동, 감성지능 및 사회적 지지와 이직의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relation among experience of verbal abuse, emotional labor, emotional intelligence, social support and turnover intention of hospital nurses. The survey was conducted with 189 hospital nurses working at general hospital in the city of S. The data was collected by using structured questionnaires as research tools from November 17, 2015 to November 27, 2015. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS ver. 18.0 program. As a result of the correlation analysis between the nurse 's experience of verbal abuse, emotional labor, emotional intelligence, social support and turnover intention, the turnover intention of the nurse was a significantly positive correlation between the experiences of verbal abuse from the doctor, nurses, patients, and the caregiver and the emotional labor. Also, There is a significantly negative correlation between emotional intelligence and social support. In order to identify the factors influencing the turnover intention of the subjects, multiple regression analysis was performed. The statistically significant variables were emotional labor & the ER in the working department.
