The Study on the On-line Sales Fitness of Small-sized Companies' Product Categories by the Integration of SEC and FCB Framework (SEC와 FCB골격 의 통합적 접근방법을 통한 중소기업 제품군의 인터넷 판매 적합성에 대한 연구)

  • The product categories that can be sold on-line are expanding. It is interesting to see which product categories have more sales possibilities on internet. Small-sized firms' products have low distribution coverage, low brand recognition, bigger dispersion in the perception on the values which consist of quality vs. price, and higher possibilities of perceived purchase risks. Since on-line shopping is supposed to provide opportunities to small-sized firms that have low distribution and brand power, it is quite necessary to evaluate the fitness of on-line sales for small-sized firms' product categories. There are virtually no research studies on the on-line sales for small-sized firms' product categories. In this study, based on the integration of SEC, FCB, and related concepts, we develop new theoretical framework and test the fitness of on-line sales for small-sized firms' product categories by conducting empirical analysis. The empirical results on 17 product categories show that SEC, FCB, purchase risks, brand factors are somewhat related. Unlike previous studies, since the fitness of SEC and on-line sales are not clearly shown, we need to consider those problems within inter-related multiple frameworks. That is, it is necessary to evaluate the fitness of on-line sales after defining the product categories within the integrated multiple frameworks rather than within the single framework.

  • To become a person that is suitable to the 'High-Touch' generation where emotion takes over, we can focus on 6 skill including design, story, harmony, empathy, play, and meaning. Among these skills, harmony with design was chosen as the most important skill. Design can be seen as the basic element of all business, but it will be difficult to match the flow of the future Sensibility and intuitive generation with just the modern design that has been made based on reasonable and objective information and knowledge. This study suggests system and standardization of Sensibility surface processing design that satisfies great quality, attractive quality and Sensibility quality by applying surface processing design of product and Sensibility cognitive factors felt by the consumer by setting differentiated strategy and CMF (Color, Material, Finishing) understanding along with the importance of design materials in primary aspect. By considering the efficacy/characteristic of new surface processing characteristic/differentiation/possibility of implementation according to setting direction of differentiated CMF strategy per type of parts applied to the product, visual surface processing sample was implemented. Through this, it is expected that practical communication connected tool and Sensibility surface processing design's strategic access framework can be applied by understanding and sharing comprehensive elements such as target product, part type, applied material, applied surface processing, surface color, surface texture, and implementing feeling to environments such as designers, CMF designers, surface processing experts, and engineers in IT, electronics, and other areas. when developing a product.

  • Promotion and marketing, which are essential to lower the investment risk and maximize commercial profit in the video game market. Game developers and publishers set up public relations strategies to encourage potential consumers' needs. Considering characteristics of video game, the trailer, which is the animated image advertisement material, could occupy a key position in its promotion and marketing plan. Cinematic spectacles and attractive narratives are essential ingredients for game trailers, which are usually produced in 3D animation. Dead Island is an open world first person shooters (FPS) game released in 2011. When launched, it grabbed a great attention with a trailer, awarded the Golden Lion Prize for the best internet film at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. The game was a commercial success and several spin-offs were producted. In 2014, its publisher, Deep Silver showed the official trailer of Dead Island 2 at Electronic Entertainment Expo, the world's largest game show. Dead Island 2 was scheduled to be released in 2016, but has been now delayed until 2018. This study compares and analyzes two trailers of Dead Island 1 and Dead Island 2. We examine the narrative structure of the trailer for the sequel promotion of a successful game. The differences between the two could be useful for building a promotion strategy of other game series.

  • 특정 제품이 가진 "감성 이미지"란 그 제품의기능과 함께 제품의 감각적 요소 그리고 사용자가 제품에 대해 가진 개념적인 사고 과정의 산물이다. 감성이미지의 국제 비교 연구는 사용자가 특정 제품에 대해 가지고 있는 이미지를 국가나 문화의 맥락 속에서 상호 비교 평가하여, 각 국가나 사회집단을 특팅지울 수 있는 문화적 감성 요소를 추출하고자 하는 것이다. 즉, 각 국가의 생활문화 속에서 사용자들이 제품에 대해 가지는 감성이미지를 계량적으로 규명하고 비교 평가하며, 이 정보를 기초로 각국의 문화와 정서에 적합한 제품 디자인의 모형을 제시하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구방법은 우선, 자동차 제품을 중심으로 '제품 이미지'를 나타내는 '언어 이미지'스케일을 각 문화 집단 별로 구성한다. 이 제품 이미지에 대비하여, 감성적 요소로 선정된 표준 색채 스케일을 중심으로 나타난 집단의 '이미지'를 상호 비교 평가한다. 이 경우, 각 국가별 집단에서 특징적으로 나타나는 제품의 주요 특성이 감성 이미지로 표현되는 색채 이미지에 어떻게 반영되는가를 상호 비교한다. 이 연구에서는 특정 지역의 사람들이 제품에 적용하는 감성이미지는 색채나 기타 감성 요소에 대한 선호의 문제가 아니라 그 집단의 사람들이 그 제품을 통해 표현하고자 하는 사회적 표상의 반영이라는 것을 보여준다. 따라서, 제품의 이미지가 각 국가별로 공유되는 감성 이미지로 변환되기 위해서는 동일한 의미나 상징성을 지닌 감성 요소를 활용하여 그 제품의 이미지를 포장할 수 있는 방법을 적용하는것이다. 본 연구에서는 각 문화 집단들이 특정 제품에 대해 가지고 있는 사회적 표상(social representation) 체계를 색채스케일에서 나타난 감성 이미지를 통해 구체화하는 것이다.로서는 방전효율의 저하가 없는 양호한 성능을 보였으며, SC의 시범 작동시험을 실차(소나타 1800cc)에 장착하여 수행한 결과 20회 이상의 연속시동에서도 아무런 문제점 없이 잘 동작하였다.되는 데이타를 입력한후 마우스로 원하는 작업의 메뉴를 선택하면 된다. 방법을 타액과 혈청내 testosterone 농도 측정에 응용하여 RIA의 결과와 비교하여 본 바 상관관계가 타액에서 r=0.969, 혈청에서 r=0.990으로 두 결과가 잘 일치하였다. 본 실험에서 측정된 한국인 여성의 타액내 testosterone농도는 107.7$\pm$12.0 pmol/l이었고, 남성의 타액내 농도는 274.2$\pm$22.1 pmol/l이었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 본 연구에서 정립된 EIA 방법은 RIA를 대신하여 소규모의 실험실에서도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사려된다.또한 상실기 이후 배아에서 합성되며, 발생시기에 따라 그 영향이 다르고 팽창과 부화에 관여하는 것으로 사료된다. 더욱이, 조선의 ${\ulcorner}$구성교육${\lrcorner}$이 조선총독부의 관리하에서 실행되었다는 것을, 당시의 사범학교를 중심으로 한 교육조직을 기술한 문헌에 의해 규명시켰다.nd of letter design which represents -natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea.   • Jens Jensen was an American landscape architect and early conservationist who pioneered a unique naturalistic landscape style. The purpose of the present study is to study Jensen's life, careers, design philosophy, and his contributions to the history of landscape architecture. Inspired by nature, Jensen worked closely with native plants, local materials, curvilineal and circular forms, and native scenery. His pioneering work in the Chicago's West Parks, including the design of Columbus Park and Humboldt, Garfield and Douglas Parks, was informed by his philosophical belief in the humanizing power of parks. In summary, first, Jensen played a prominent role in the creation of a unique native landscape style respecting regional landscape. Second, as a devoted conservationist and educator he organized conservation movements preserving landscape heritage and founded a education institution. Third, as a social reformer he emphasized the value of parks and nearby nature for urban citizens and children. Jensen's visions and philosophies have influenced on recent naturalistic landscape style and conservation efforts to preserve cultural landscape and natural environment.

  • There is a large waste of time, money, and production through the infelicitous product design process in small and medium enterprises. They don't possess enough career-manpower with respect to design. Especially, the objective and scientific approach process isn't presented very well on the 'establishment concept' of the embodiment phase or 'Sketch and Rendering' of the development phase which are the most important design processes. So, this research is applied to the conception of the AHP method. It uses the basic concept of relativity to decrease risk from the calculational quantity data, and supplement the decision making phase. Generally, human beings can conclude by relative judgement which is more influenceable than absolute judgement. So we must use the relative comparison concept rather than the comparison of two items with variable sketches based on characteristics of human beings. Thus, efficiency judgement is dependent on design sketch comparisons which help the consistency progress of variable alternative plans. We can decrease risk when we chose the final design and increase efficiency of the design decision making. That is now a perfect selection of each alternative's ranking and sensitive design result but this research will provide consistency criterion on filtering and lead to variable design alternatives. The significance of this research is the efficiency method that overcomes differences of character and sensitivity on many phases of the process. Finally, this research proposes a new ideal process that where applied improves quality and evidence of propriety through comparison to existing methods result in method application research for improvement quality.

  • To continue the growth of use of 5-star hotels by Koreans, who have recently shown the consumption trends pursuing the empirical value of a consumption process, and have turned into core customers of 5-star hotels in Seoul, it is necessary to study factors of experience value pursued by Koreans. As a result, fantasy is identified as a major leading factor in usage satisfaction among experiencial values. So it is important to reflect special concepts and atmospheres for emotional values, such as other world experience, new experience, and high-quality experience. And consumer return on investment was identified as a leading factor in positively affecting usage satisfaction. So it is important to develope a proper products that can enough benefits with reasonable prices. In the relationship between usage satisfaction and continuous usage intention, gender characteristics and occupational characteristics were found to play a moderating role. Male customers, and those with professional and self-employed occupations, were found to have higher continuous usage intention than females and other occupational customers. This is a result of the fact that customers with an economical power are likely to be continuous repeat customers of 5-star hotels, so the necessity of strengthening marketing activities such as research on the development of more differentiated and specialized products, service creation and atmosphere production for excellent consumers group.

Development of Climate Change Education Program in High School Based on CLAMP Inquiry of Fossil Leaves (잎화석의 CLAMP 탐구를 통한 고등학교 기후변화 교육 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a STEAM program for teaching climate change through CLAMP (Climate-Leaf Analysis Multivariate Program) paleoclimate inquiry in connection with high school 'Integrated Science' subject. In order to do so, we analyzed the 2015 revised national curriculum and science textbook in terms of the PDIE instructional design model, and developed the teaching-learning materials for 10 class hours through expert panel discussion and pilot test. According to the STEAM class procedure, in the situation presentation stage, the fossil leaves were collected from the dicotyledon plants near school, and the LMA (Leaf Margin Analysis) climate inquiry activity. was presented as the learning goal. During the creative design stage, students were taught about geology and leaf fossils in the study region, and CLAMP input data (31 characteristics of morphotype and leaf architectural of fossil leaves) were given. In the emotional experience and new challenge stage, we collected leaf fossils for outdoor learning, explored paleoclimate with CLAMP method, and promoted climatic literacy in the process of discussing tendencies and causes of Cenozoic's climate change. The validity of the development program was assessed (CVI .84) as being suitable for development purpose in all items through the process of establishing reliability among expert panel. In order to apply the program to the high school, a pilot test was conducted to supplement the discrepancies and to review the suitability. The satisfaction rate of the participants was 4.48, and the program was complemented with their opinions. This study will enable high school students to have practical knowledge and reacting volition for climate change, and contribute to fostering students' climate literacy.

  • In 2019, SUV sales surpassed sedans in the domestic sales market with phenomenal domestic sales. The strength of SUVs around the world is expected to continue in the future. South Korea's K-company aggressively launched small SUVs in the SUV market. Its simple lineup is recognized as a brand image, not as a SUV. It is time to evaluate this. Therefore, it influences the purchasing decisions of potential customers and buyers of small SUVs through the evaluation of design images of small SUVs in Korea. Rather than the functional properties of the SUV model, it is purchased by emotional characteristics, brand symbolism, and image. Subconsciousness of the purchasing psychology of the end consumer was used by metaphor extraction techniques. Customers wanted to study the evaluation of small SUV design images that fit their needs. We wanted to see if consumers who intend to purchase or purchase small SUVs in Korea had a connection with the image of design of small SUVs in Korea. The conclusion of the study was extracted through ZMET, a metaphor extraction technique, with the latent consciousness of the primary ambiguous message from the consumer's feeling and representation of the image. Therefore, based on the results of this study, we hope that the images presented in SUVs in the future will be used as a design guide in the development of small SUVs to influence customer thinking and behavior.

An Exploratory Case Study of a Successful Online Start-up Fashion Shopping Store: Focusing on the Entrepreneurial Process of a Soho Shopping Mall (온라인 패션쇼핑몰의 성공적 창업에 대한 탐색적 사례연구: 소호쇼핑몰의 기업가적 과정을 중심으로)

  • This study targets four Soho fashion shopping malls that are operating successfully in the online fashion market. This study analyzed the entrepreneurship process by dividing it into three stages. The results of the case study are as follows. In the case of Company S, the founder, who had little work experience, started an e-commerce business with a sense of fashion and entrepreneurship. It is a contemporary, casual brand with competitive prices, design power, and diverse product assortment, and the business performance was achieved through data management and analysis and the diversification of distribution channels. In the case of Company B, the founder, who had little work experience, started a manufacturing and e-commerce business by leveraging their SNS network capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit. It is a contemporary fashion brand with product competitiveness of specific items and start-up characteristics, and performance was achieved through the establishment of brand identity and market expansion. Third, Company M and Company C are examples of Soho fashion shopping malls where the founders with more extensive work experience at the time of founding their respective start-ups focused on brand recognition as their core competitiveness. In the case of Company M, the apparel brand was launched with a wealth of experience and design spirit. It is a fashion designer brand that stands out for its sensibility, and the owner has achieved performance through various entrepreneurial activities that broaden the corporate horizon. Company C is a manufacturing and e-commerce brand that was started with design capabilities and an entrepreneurial spirit. It is a luxury fashion brand that focuses on emotional expression, and the outcomes, such as brand recognition and sales, were achieved through active customer management. The results of this study can be used as basic data in education for and research of Soho shopping malls and the prospective founders.
