The volume of Construction project is increasing now in Korea. The complexity and variety makes the project many problems. But there are few construction contract experts. This results in a lot of managerial conflicts. Specially Engineer/Designer confront gigantic risk related to their job. So, to classify and to identify the risk practical investigation about Engineer/Designer's job. Therefore, to avoid and to prevent the claims for Engineer/Designer, clarification of the scope of service, use of external claim expert, and introduction of professional liability insurance should be accomplished.

Smartwork technology, using teleworking, smartwork centers and mobile terminal, provides a flexible work environments without constraints of time and space. Smartwork system to increase the work efficiency has the information protection threats according to their convenience. Thus, in order to build smartwork, it is proper to provide information protection audit to help ensure the information protection. In this paper, we have proposed an infortaion protection audit model at the practical and technical level for building a smartwork environment. We were classified as a terminal, network and server area for information protection, and derived a professional information protection check items. Further, by establishing a smartwork information protection audit time to map ISMS control items, we have proposed an audit model so that it is possible to improve the security and efficiency. It also verified whether the proposed model is suitable or not by doing a survey if deduced audit domain and check items correspond with the purpose of the smartwork information protection audit to auditors and IT specialists. As the result, this study was 97% satisfaction out of 13 check items.

The Korean Stock Market Surveillance System is desinged to control the volatility of stocks by drawing investor's attention and suppressing disguised demand, when stocks run up so rapidly in short period of time. Yet the Surveillance System has not been under empirical examination about its role and evolved in line with the Price Limit System. This study looks at the security returns under surveillance designation for 1995 -2001 period. The results indicate that the volatility of stocks has not been affected after surveillance designation. The constraints against the disguised demand, however, seems to limit the security returns rather than volatilities. These findings raises a question about the role of The Korean Stock Market Surveillance System for the control of volatility. The Surveillance System needs to be examined thoroughly about its role, function, and its conditions. Otherwise, the shareholders with less information could be placed at a disadvantage. This paper suggests that the system should be amended in an effort to make the volatility of stocks under control.

유비쿼터스 시대의 핵심 기반기술인 RFID와 관련하여 공공기관을 중심으로 시범 사업 및 본 사업이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 또한 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리 수요도 계속 증가하고 있으며, 특히 개인정보보호에 대한 관심이 확산되면서 보안감리의 비중도 높아지고 있다. 이와 관련하여 RFID 기반 정보시스템의 사업특성을 적절히 반영한 보안감리 점검항목이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 RFID 기반 정보시스템에 대한 감리를 보다 체계적이고 효율적으로 수행하는데 활용될 수 있는 RFID 사업특성기반의 보안감리 점검항목을 제안한다.

국토해양부는 건설공사 부실방지를 위해 시공감리제도를 도입하고 이를 민간 감리전문회사가 수행하도록 하였다. 당초 감리전문회사의 등록 관리를 국토해양부에서 처리하였으나, 2005년 서울특별시 등 16개 광역자치단체로 이관하였다. 이에 따라 행정구역을 달리하는 주소지 이전, 양수 양도 및 합병 등 광역자치단체간 상호 업무협의와 관련서류의 이관이 지연되고, 관련 정보의 분석 및 통계관리 등을 수작업으로 시행함에 따라 업무효율성이 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 16개 광역자치단체에서 분산 관리하고 있는 감리전문회사 등록관리 업무를 전산화하여 통합관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고, 프로토타입 시스템을 개발함으로써 행정업무의 투명성 확보와 행정 편익비용을 절감하는 등 감리전문회사 등록 업무의 효율성 제고를 도모하고자 한다.

This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.

The supervision system due to the Building Law was introduced in 1963. As the building came to be more various from the side of use, efficiency and the size, it came to be complicated. Construction Technical Managemen Law started in 1994. and it introduced a responsibility supervision system. And Residential Building Promotion Law improved quality of Buildings. But these facts are limited in part in the supervision objective building, and supervision system is restricted. This research investigates the current problem of supervision system, and the improvement program will go far toward solving the problem.

With the government plan to introduce a post-sale system to the Korean real estate market quickly becoming a reality, reformation of the supervision policy under the current pre-sale system is expected. The current supervision policy, designed to enhance the quality of houses and to prevent improper construction, was reinforced through the 'residential construction promotion act' and has been further revised as the 'residential law'. At this current time, the introduction of a post-sale system is expected to affect all aspects of residential construction, from the planning stages to overall conditions regarding the actual construction. Therefore, this research will illustrate several changes in the supervision policy that are expected to arise from the introduction of the post-sale system, focusing on areas of the policy that are presumed to be the most affected. The research will highlight problems under the current system, analyze any domestic supervision restrictions that have been regulated for post-sales that are currently effective, and suggestion methods of improvement in construction supervision system through SWOT analysis.
