Electronic financial accidents are constantly happening and these accidents are taking place by a combination of several causes such as technique, human, and structure. Among electronic financial accidents, personal information disclosure is most frequently happening and becomes big problems, because secondary damage like voice phishing causes great loss to society. This research model is that financial information security compliance affects the crisis response of financial institutions and financial authorities and these crisis responses affect financial information security trust. Research target is people who experienced the disclosure of their own financial information. For empirical verification, survey questionnaires were distributed and total 103 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. As results of data analysis, all hypotheses were accepted. First, financial information security compliance influenced the crisis response of financial institutions and authorities. Second, the crisis response of financial institutions and authorities affect financial information security trust. Third, at the moderating effect analysis, the importance of personal financial information moderated the effect of the crisis response of financial institutions on financial information security trust. And the disclosure level of personal financial information moderated the effect of the crisis response of financial authorities on financial information security trust.
The Global Financial Crisis and introduction of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) urged the banks to strengthen their asset qualities. The banks dispose their non performing loans(NPLs) consistently to maintain a sufficient BIS capital adequacy ratio. Accordingly, the interests in auctions, as a disposal method, of real estates that secured for NPLs are on the increasing. This study suggest an alternative for fairness consolidation of real estate auctions which secured for NPLs. First, the impartial entry barriers for NPL sales markets need to be eliminated for fair bidding competition in auctions for real estate that secured for NPLs. In addition, the portion of NPL disposal by real estate auctions need to be expanded. Second, the asymmetry of trade information in the retail markets of NPLs and the abuse of offset by NPL owners' also should be restricted. The Fairness improvement of NPL trading process and real estate auction process that secured for them would of great use in the protection of bidders. Futhermore, it would also contribute to the revitalization of real estate auction markets and the resolution of NPLs of banks through fair disposal of distressed assets.

For a long time, dramas that everyone has enjoyed at home have become the most popular cultural contents due to the development of digital technology and the influence of Hallyu.(Korean Wave) This study was conducted in-depth interviews and participatory observations on the background, role, identity, and labor experience of TV planning producers who appeared in the drama production process with the implementation of outsourcing production policy in 1991. The number of dramas produced increased sharply in the mid-2000s due to the Korean Wave. Against this backdrop, the planning producer has expanded their scope in the drama production process and emerged as a new drama producer. The planning producer plays a role in creating an environment in which writers and directors can be selected with the identity of "not a creator but a producer of dramas" and lead drama planning. OTT and watching TV on the Internet have made it possible to watch dramas without TV. As this phenomenon accelerates and becomes commonplace, fewer consumers adhere to the traditional way of watching dramas using TV, and consumers' emotional tastes become more demanding. In this environment, TV planning producers are leading the production of dramas, exerting as much influence as writers and directors. They are also building new power relationships among drama producers by securing planning and financial power.

This study intends to explore the factors influencing the progress of housing construction projects by regional housing associations. In order to develop the importance weight of factors classified into 11 factors with 4 categories, AHP and Fuzzy methodologies are implemented based on survey analysis by field experts and project participants. Research findings indicate that the four categories of land, business, legal entity, and copartner, and the factors of professionalism, location, transparency, purchasing cost, administrative supervision, landlord participation, liability for damages, etc are in order of importance. It is noteworthy that the contractor, financial institution, developer, legal expert, and association consider professionalism, location, purchasing cost, and transparency as the most important factors respectively. This study aims to help provide the implication for factors Influencing the progress of housing construction project to project participants.

In Portrait of a Lady on Fire, 'The Handmaiden', 'The Painter', and 'The Maid' show the solidarity of women without hierarchies in a liberated space where the patriarch is absent, showing a feminist interpretation of classics and a self-reflecting consciousness of women's historical records. Based on the setting of drawing, this film explores the genderization of gaze, gaze and objectification, issues of seeing and power, etc. constructed throughout the history of visual arts. The portrait work of Heloise and Marianne in the film deconstructs the formula of 'a male painter as a viewer and a female model who gazes at herself through the male gaze' and turns the gaze into an interactive process of giving and receiving. The process of exchanging gazes is sealed with a nude painting in which Marianne's face is superimposed on Heloise's body. This overturns the nude painting as the dominant form of engraving the male audience's position in the image through the stylization of the viewing method in the history of Western painting with the erotic gaze of a lesbian in an instant.

Construction projects have risks due to various factors such as construction delays and construction accidents. Based on these construction risks, the method of calculating the construction period of the construction project is mainly made by subjective judgment that relies on supervisor experience. In addition, unreasonable shortening construction to meet construction project schedules delayed by construction delays and construction disasters causes negative consequences such as poor construction, and economic losses are caused by the absence of infrastructure due to delayed schedules. Data-based scientific approaches and statistical analysis are needed to solve the risks of such construction projects. Data collected in actual construction projects is stored in unstructured text, so to apply data-based risks, data pre-processing involves a lot of manpower and cost, so basic data through a data classification model using text mining is required. Therefore, in this study, a document-based data generation classification model for risk management was developed through a data classification model based on SVM (Support Vector Machine) by collecting construction project documents and utilizing text mining. Through quantitative analysis through future research results, it is expected that risk management will be possible by being used as efficient and objective basic data for construction project process management.

Attempts were made in this paper to compare the practice of protective actions for information of patients' medical treatment between hospital administrators who do not make direct contact with patients and occupational therapists who usually do. The comparison between jobs in charge showed that occupational therapists did not practice much protective actions for information of patients' medical treatment ($3.52{\pm}.809$) compared to hospital administrators ($3.92{\pm}.724$), even though the former had received regular education about protection, management and supervision of patients' medical information more often ($3.17{\pm}1.129$) than the latter ($3.16{\pm}1.037$). In spite of the fact that occupational therapists were exposed frequently to the danger of revealing medical information in the process of their job performance through talks and communications with patients, they displayed relatively little concern for and awareness of keeping information of medical treatment from being leaked by them. It is thus suggested to promote awareness of medical staff to protect medical information by means of flexible educational system for each occupational group, periodical monitoring, continuing public relation, training and quality control for protection of medical information, as well as routine self-examination of such practice.
This study aims to explore the character and problem of multicultural society in Korea in terms of the concept of moral panics. Its major issues are dealt with as follows: Firstly, this essay will apply two concepts of culture in multiculturalism - the pattern of meaning and a study of perfection- to three degrees of multicultural members: by individual, by groups and by a society as a whole. In this approach, moral panics of multicultural society in Korea have been manipulated by the secondary definitions like Korean government and media. In this study, however, the resource of the panics would be seen as nationalism in Korean history. To remove it in this essay, the conception of the pattern of meaning, which makes members understand others outer their norms, should be harmonized with that of a study of perfection by which they have identities. Secondly, the main subject of multiculturalism in Korea should at least be majority (groups)-Korean, not minority (groups)-foreigners. A stereotype of foreigners by majority is an image distorted by nationalities and races. People, for example, with the white skin from advanced countries are recognized as superior, while those born in the countries of Southeast Asia are, consciously or unconsciously, discriminated and have low positions due to socio-economic stratification in Korea. In this sense, a study of multicultural society in Korea should go forward to the inner direction to majority, because it is one of the real moral panics in Korea. In conclusion, it is important that there must be a study of identity which we can have of others in multicultural studies of Korea. It enables us to meet the conception of diversity. In that Korean government and media have neglected the danger of nationalism, it is also necessary that this study have any foundation of morality in ethics, which can give useful alternatives to the given polices of the secondary definitions.
This research analyzes and evaluates The Korean Security Industry Law(TKSIL) putting the regulation of the present government about the private security industry. It nowadays becomes the important axis of the police services offered in the aspect of 'the national life safety' in connection with 'the materialization of society which is safe from the crime'. TKSIL is one of the national administration strategies which Park Gun-hye government aims on supervision policy. After seeking out the core values of the private security industrial policy which sets up in order to approach the national life safety which Park Gun-hye government aims, we make some assessments of this revised security industry law systematically. Particularly all keynote of policy about the private security of the police tried to be confirmed and the desirable direction of policy tries to be presented as to the security industry law application and real operation. In the site of organized civil complaint, the revised security industry law was revised as the direction which intensifies the administrative regulation as to the partial regulation such as it established the reason of the introduction of the arrangement license system. And grounds for disqualification of security instructor and guard, and rules of punishment is intensified order to intercept previously illegal and violent act of the security company etc. However it has the feature that it accomplishes 'the law principle(principle of statute)' the substantial portion through the effort of them changing a lot the content for the form of the law when being the clauses of the fundamental human rights limit, although it has been prescribed in "the security industry law enforcement ordinance" or "the security industry law enforced regulation". The security industry law revised this time brought from the change of the sharp policy through the revision of 17 clauses or new establishment. It can divide into 4 categorizes.
