This thesis, which mainly focuses on judicial supervision of commercial arbitration in China, will deal with the developing process of arbitration system and analyze the actual condition of judicial supervision in commercial arbitration. And it also focuses on the underlying problems attributed to the excessive judicial intervention and an effort that the related academic world, arbitration industry and legal circles in China start to make in order to improve the system, resolving them. About the time China became a member of the WTO and about the 10th anniversary of the enforcement of Arbitration Law, powerful demands to solve the problems started to exist intensively. Academic field in China integrated these demands into the form of "proposed amendment of arbitration law", which enhanced the independence of arbitration and the autonomy of the involved parties drastically, as it accepted major contents of UNCITRAL Model Law while preserving of original tool of Chinese arbitration system. Separately from the movement in academic field, Supreme People's Court starts to exert itself for the, improvement of arbitration system, by announcing a series of proposed judicial interpretation so that it could collect the public opinion continuously and reflect the gathered opinion in judicial interpretation efficiently. Notwithstanding, there still remains to be ameliorated that the Arbitration Law of the PRC won't be able to overcome original limit when valuating judicial intervention on arbitration in some ways.

With the advent of the internet age and the outbreak of COVID-19, many companies have embraced online trade. However, due to the way the cyber economy works, the number of companies engaged in financial fraud by falsifying their transaction amounts and customer numbers has been gradually increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyze financial fraud of companies in the Internet era and to present solutions. Therefore, this study analyzed the financial fraud behavior of Luckin Coffee in China as an example and studied the causes and countermeasures of financial fraud. As a result, it was found that the cause of financial fraud lies in the opacity of cash flows from online transactions. The recommendations proposed by this study is to improve internal control systems in companies, develop risk management system, and establish comprehensive external supervision system

The revised security industry law revised 17 provisions among 31 provisions in order to root out the violent event. The main contents of the revised security industry law is the intensitfication of the required condition of permission, intensitfication of the obligation, management strengthening of the public resentment of group field, official, reason of expansion of the expenses instructor and guard, dress and equipment, vehicle, intensitfication of the managing director, intensitfication of the punishment, and etc. However, there is the problem including the putting under an obligation of the arrangement new appointment education, cause provider punishment of the service company violence, awareness of the police to the security company, excessive regulation, intensification of punishment problem, supervision power intensitfication of the revised security industry law is excessive the police, and etc. The individual responsibility education completion method and public resentment of group field in addition to is thought in order to solve this that exclusion of the prior education obligation, revision of the security industry law, burden on tax payers of the extra charge, punishment of the violence request contract trader, introduction of the guard qualification certificate system, and etc. are needed.

Financial fraud such as phishing have passed several years from the occurrence, in spite of the widely known through the media, regardless of the social status or age, financial fraud has occurred on an ongoing basis, the damage is not reduced. The fraud account, the person who made the account, the user is different, it is possible to avoid tracking financial channel, and is used as a receiving means for fraud money of various crimes. Efforts of financial institutions and financial supervisory institutions, it has been promoted by preparing various measures for the eradication of fraud account so far been used as a means of financial crime, the proliferation of financial fraud, opening and distribution of fraud account is a receiving means for fraud money are also increasing continuously, it is necessary to take countermeasures. In spite of the continuous crackdown of financial institutions and financial supervisory institutions, it is causing serious damage to society, analyzes the current situation of fraud account, to present an effective and aggressive countermeasure of financial institutions in this paper.

For the continuous financial incidents occurred in 2011, Korean government has announced the amendment on electronic finance supervision regulation including human resources, organization and budget. The major part of the regulation is mainly focused on human resources and budget. It states that company has to employ at least 5 percent of IT staff out of total staff, and at least 5 percent of security staff in IT staff employment number. Budget for security should be at least 7 percent of total IT budgets. This paper studies IT outsourcing policy based on operational risks of financial industries caused by amendment of regulation. This paper provides the policy decision procedure for resolving the 3rd party problems and suggests the effective operation policy to 3rd party for the program quality improvement and case studies at the IT task classification.

Acting is an act of expressing personality, image, sound, tempo, and movement flexibility in order to effectively express fictional characters in the play. It is said to refer to the action or mood of the person performing the character. In addition, all these acts are important elements of the media that the director wants to convey the subject of the work to the audience. In particular, the actor relies on the ambience, image and passionate role of winning and losing in theatrical film. In addition, more than 60% of the afterimages or remaining images in the film are images of the actor's acting or movement, and the trend of the actor. This study is not about acting divided by Conti, who is under the control of directors and directors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the aesthetic response and analyze the inner half of the suspense in the act and to help influence the expression that is effective in expressing the play.

어선의 경우 어선운영자의 어선 자율정비 및 안전관리 능력이 미흡하고, 안전관리 수행 인력이 절대적으로 부족한 상태이다. 또한 어선 및 어선사업장의 지도 감독업무가 지방자치단체에 위임되어 있으나 인력 및 전문성 부족 등으로 개별어선에 대한 직접 관리가 곤란하여 어선 해양사고 예방을 위한 적극적 관리가 되지 못하고 있다. 따라서 국내 어선의 안전관리 현황과 문제점을 분석하여 수산업계에 대한 자율적인 안전관리체제의 구축 등 안전관리시스템 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

IMF이후 건설 물량은 감소하고 있는 경향이나 재해율은 그다지 감소하지 않고 있고 여전히 중대재해는 계속 발생하고 있는 추세이며, 건설업체에서는 안전관리에 대한 비용을 더욱 아끼려 하고 있어 비용절감을 위해 재해예방을 위한 안전시설 비용이나 안전활동 비용을 투자하지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 노동부에서 현재 시행하고 있는 건설현상 페트롤점검의 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다. 현행 페트롤점검의 실태조사를 위하여 페트롤점검의 관계담당자인 전국의 노동부 지방노동관서 근로감독관, 한국산업안전의 각 지역본부 및 지도원 기술직원, 페트롤점검 대상 건설현장 관계자에게 각각 설문조사지를 배부하여 실태를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 또한 노동부의 최근년도인 1999년, 2000년도의 재해발생통계 및 페트롤점검 실적자료, 대한건설협회의 최근 년도별 건설공사 수주금액, 공사규모별 현황 및 외곽의 건설현장 페트롤점검사례를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이러한 실태조사 등 수집된 자료분석 및 각종 참고문헌 연구를 통하여 4가지 문제점을 도출하였으며 각 도출된 문제점에 대하여 효율적인 개선대책을 제시하였다.

우리나라 산업현장의 2001년도 산업재해 통계분석 발표자료에 의하면 전년대비 산업 재해자수는 18.06% 증가한 81,434명으로 재해자중 6,168명을 발췌한 불안전행동 원인별 분석에서 불안전한 작업수행에 의한 자가 2,238명(37.91%), 작업수행 중 에러 1,341명(21.74%) 위험장소접근 11명(0.18%) 무리한 행위 및 동작 418명(6.18%) 기계기구의 잘못사용 1,558명 (25.26%) 복장보호구 잘못사용이 264명(4.28%) 감독 및 연락불충분 222명(3.06%) 기타16명(0.26%)순으로 대부분 휴먼에러에 의하여 발생되고 있으나 심도 있고 신뢰성 있는 분석이 되지 못하고 대책방안도 형식적 이어서 성과를 얻지 못하고 있다.(중략)

분산 시스템의 규모가 점점 커지고 이기종 환경이 증가함에 따른 시스템 관리가 더욱 어려워지고 있다. 물리적으로 원거리에 위치한 자원들의 상태를 감독하고 시스템 운용을 위해 많은 인력과 시간을 낭비하는 문제점 또한 대두되고 있다. 이러한 분산 시스템의 부수적인 문제를 해결하기 위한 분산 시스템 관리의 효율적인 운영을 위해서 각 분산 시스템의 일관된 성능 데이터 관리 방안이 필요하다. 이기종의 시스템들을 관리할 경우 각 시스템들의 성능 데이터들이 상이한 형식을 가지고 있기 때문에 플랫폼에 독립적이지가 못하다. 그러므로 시스템의 성능을 나타내는 데이터를 정형적인 형식을 정해서 표면, 관리하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 XML과 XML 스키마를 사용해서 이질적인 시스템간의 성능 데이터에 대한 일관된 형식을 제공하고 플랫폼에 독립적인 관리 방안을 제안한다.
