Irregular workers, which have recently caused various socio-economic issues and conflicts, generally have low loyalty to the organization and job satisfaction due to anxiety about employment. As a way to improve this, this study attempted to analyze the effect of organizational communication satisfaction of irregular workers on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Among the 7th Human Capital Companies panel survey data, irregular workers survey data were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model analysis. The results were as follows: First, it was analyzed that organizational communication recognized by irregular workers had a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, it was analyzed that job satisfaction had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was analyzed that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study is significant in that it expanded the research subject to irregular workers from the existing service industry-oriented research, and that it included more diverse industries. The results of this study suggest that mission and vision sharing and communication activation system are needed to improve organizational effectiveness of irregular workers.

This frame analysis attempts to shed light on the process by which the Korean press constructs crisis as social reality through a series of risk reporting on food safety. Based on the FSSI(Food Safety Sentiment Index) developed by KIHASA(Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs), 11 cases of food safety reports from 1989 to 2005 were collected from the Korean Integrated News Database System(KINDS) and analyzed to yield the following salient features: risk diffusion frame; attribution of responsibility frame; conflict frame. It was observed that the press exhibited a tendency to approach the food safety incidents from a bi-polarized perspective, amplifying dichotomy between the victim and the perpetrator rather than treating them as scientific, or environmental hazards that require precise and synthesized information for resolution. This occupational habit of attributing status to agents of news was also found to contribute towards construction of crisis as social reality.

This study tries 'interdisciplinary research' regarding the formation process of public sphere and the modern media on the Korean society. From the process where the civil society of modern ages is formed, the public sphere was condition that pulls down the feudal system of medieval Europe and appears the civil society. The modern newspaper collected the public opinion from lower part and did play a leading role which forms public sphere in Europe. Even from Korea the literary public sphere and political public sphere were developing inside the Chosun Dynasty period from lower part since 18th century. However the opening of a port became accomplished before making the printing media which is newspaper. As a result the public sphere in Korea was accomplished a conflict-structure. This study cleared where the crisis of Korean journalism is originated by presenting a conflict-structure differently with a transplantation theory or a graft hybrid hypothesis.

전자정부사업은 본질적으로 이해당사자 사이의 갈등을 내포하고 있어 막대한 사회적 비용을 초래하기 때문에 이에 대한 적절한 조정과 협력이 중요하다. 정부통합전산센터는 정부부처별, 기관별로 구축 운영 중인 전산시설, 운영인력 등 정보자원을 통합하여 공동활용체계를 구축하는 대표적인 전자정부사업으로 현재 대전과 광주에 설치되어 있다. 2006년부터 단계별 통합을 추진하고 있는 정부통합전산센터에는 다양한 IT 거버넌스(IT Governance) 이슈가 잠재되어 있으며 이를 해결하기 위한 방안 마련이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 IT 거버넌스 관련 문헌연구와 전문가 의견수렴을 통해 조직문화, 업무프로세스, 구성원역량, 커뮤니케이션 분야에서 IT 거버넌스 이슈들을 선정 후 정부부처, 정부통합전산센터 및 외주업체 관계자들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문조사를 통해 해결방안을 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공부문 IT 거버넌스에 대한 국제적인 성공모델 정립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study explored the influence of two types of conflict(task and relationship conflict) on group creativity and tested this model with a sample of 58 teams. Relationship conflict negatively influenced group creativity but, task conflict did not show the effects on group creativity. Specifically we found the moderating effects of supportive leadership and communication. Supportive leadership style moderated positively both task conflict and relationship conflict on group creativity. But controlling leadership styled moderated negatively relationship conflict and group creativity. Finally the relationship between task conflict and group creativity was moderated by communication. Overall, we suggest conflict is one of the important group process to boost group creativity and supportive leadership and communication are the important moderators to manage conflict successfully and effectively.

The present study attempted to explore effective scanning and monitoring in process of risk management on agri-marine products distribution policy. The interest public's group interests clash in accordance with theme for issue on marking policy. For executing a better systematic scanning and monitoring on actual affairs of marketing, selecting information personnel, gathering and analysing information, issue and risk management and their valuation with ongoing and simultaneously. Especially, In order to explore effective scanning and monitoring as a model of risk management, the study attempted to analyze within and without environment of marketing, to analyze issue management strategy, to evaluate issue activity for likelihood and impact, risk cycle analysis, interest public's group concerned, grade of interest public's group threatened(power, legitimacy, willingness), rapport(staying close, credibility, meeting expectation). And the study make an ongoing observation progress of subjects, and the serious subjects need have made an close observation. The study suggested to establish friendly relationship between organization and interest public's group, and to regularly accomplish two-way symmetric communication.

The purpose of this study was to provide information to prevent and manage the risk factors of adolescent health behavior by identifying the relationship between smartphone use and the intake of sugar-sweetened beverages of Korean adolescents. Data from the 2017 Korean Youth Risk Behavior Survey of 54,603 adolescents was used for this study. The study examined the variables related to general characteristics, smartphone use, and intake of sugar-sweetened beverages. Complex sample analysis was done by performing multivariate logistic regression analysis. Smartphone usage time (aOR = 2.19, 95%CI = 2.05-2.34) and smartphone use for communication (aOR = 1.51, 95%CI = 1.43-1.60) were associated with three or more times per week of SODA beverage intake. In addition, adolescents who experienced conflicts with family were associated with SODA beverage intake (aOR = 1.42, 95%CI = 1.33-1.51), conflict with friends was associated with sweet beverage intake (aOR = 1.39, 95%CI = 1.30-1.49), and study problems were associated with SODA beverage intake (aOR = 1.79, 95%CI = 1.54-2.07). Therefore, controlling the use of Smartphones in schools and homes and creating an environment in which communication skills can be learned can help adolescents reduce the intake of sugar-sweetened beverages. Positive relationships with family and friends, and appropriate management of academic stress can help reduce inappropriate health behaviors associated with smartphone use by adolescents.

Demand/withdraw communication is an important dysfunctional pattern of serial arguing. This study aims at addressing factors that affect the ways in which self-demand/partner-withdraw pattern increases the likelihood of persistence of serial arguing. We posit that sensitivity to rejection is positively related to the degree to which individuals perceive a partners' behavior as generally disconfirming, which is positively related to enactment of self-demand/partner-withdraw during an argumentative episode. This sequence is positively related to perception of arguments as unresolved. In addition, among those who reported their argument was resolved, this sequence is positively related to the likelihood that the argument is resolved without mutual agreement. Serial mediation analysis confirmed that the likelihood of resolution without mutual agreement were positively associated with rejection sensitivity partially because high RS individuals are likely to perceive their partner to be generally disconfirming and to enact self-demand/partner-withdraw communication during the episode. However, this pattern did not apply to perception of the argument as resolved.

Due to the limit of the time length of advertisement, facial expressions among the types of nonverbal communication are much more expressive and convincing to appeal to costumers. The purpose of this paper is not only to investigate how facial expressions are portrayed but also to examine how facial expressions convey emotion in TV advertisements. Research subjects are TV advertisements of and which had the wide range of popularity for customer known as one of the most touching commercials. The research method is Facial Action Coding System based on the theoretical perspective of a discrete emotions and designed to measure specific facial muscle movements. This research is to analyse the implications of facial expressions in the both TV ads by using FACS based on Psychology as well as anatomy. From the all the result of this, it is shown that the facial expressions portrayed with the conflict of emotional states and the dramatic emotional relief of the heroin could move more customers' emotions.

The dispute between SK and Netflix, which has been going on for more than three years, ended in the direction of dropping the lawsuit and establishing a cooperative relationship between the two companies. However, as Internet traffic usage is likely to increase further in the future due to digital transformation and activation of generated AI, conflicts between domestic mobile carriers and global CP operators over network usage fees can arise at any time. In this study, the issues of the dispute related to network usage fees that occurred between SK and Netflix were examined, and different implications were drawn for each issue. The cost and scope of network usage considerations are an issue that must be determined entirely by negotiations between operators. However, if a dispute occurs between operators, user damage such as speed delays may occur, so it is necessary to prepare a policy alternative. As the domestic media industry has grown cooperatively with global CPs, it is considered important to form a reciprocal relationship between domestic mobile telecommunication operators and global CP operators regarding network usage fees in the future.
