Methods to Reduce Conflicts on Energy Transition to Hydro Energy: Focused on the Application of Design Thinking (수소에너지의 에너지전환 활용을 둘러싼 갈등해결 방안: 디자인씽킹 방법론 적용을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this paper is to present a solution to the conflict when hydrogen energy is used for national energy transition through design thinking methodology. Research shows that design thinking enables joint design of policies for hydrogen energy transition between government and stakeholders. This is a macro approach based on empathy and cooperation, and can form consensus on the policy design process in the early stages. Starting with an understanding of hydrogen energy conflicts, ideas can be found based on the experiences gained from conflicts of stakeholders, disputes or lawsuits. And based on this, additional ideas on hydrogen energy transition will be verified the realization of the ideas. Collaboration with stakeholders to improve conflicts can create new values. In the process of reconfiguring the definition of energy transition problems, the opinions of stakeholders can be integrated with continuous empathy. Through design thinking methodology, we can integrate opinions of stakeholders and prevent conflicts.

Detection of Conflict Transition Scene Using Character Regions (인물 면적을 이용한 갈등 전환 장면 검출)

  • The story is formed by the flow of the development and resolution of the conflict between the characters. Namely, the story consists of conflict setting, development, and resolution. Character region is an important expression technique to describe the emotions or states of characters and the relationship between characters and the environment. The purpose of this paper is to propose a method for detecting the transition of conflict from the graph of character region's change. To this end, we present a method of generating a change graph of a character region in a movie by calculating the character region and a method of detecting a conflict transition scene from a graph of character region's change. To verify the performance of the proposed method, an experiment was conducted to extract conflict transition scenes for 7 movies, and performance evaluation results of 73.57% accuracy and 77.26% recall were obtained. This proves that it is possible to extract conflict transition scenes based on the character region.

Overcoming Over-Politicization and Extreme Polarization of North Korean Issue: The Institutionalization of Conflict Transformation in South Korean Society (북한문제의 과잉정치화와 극단적 양극화 분석: 갈등전환(Conflict Transformation)의 제도화 모색)

  • This study aimed to lay the groundwork for overcoming extreme polarization due to over-politization of North Korean issue by applying an approach based on the concept of 'conflict transformation' in order to analyze the North Korea's intervention in 'South-South conflict' and the structure of conflict in South Korean society. First of all, it analyzed how North Korea intervened in the two presidential elections in 2007 and 2012, the 'candlelight protest' in 2008, and the 'candlelight protest' in 2014 that were conducted in South Korean society. To this end, this study analyzed the contents of articles published by North Korea's official media, the Rodong Sinmun. It also analyzed aspects and characteristics of the North Korea's intervention in South-South conflict, also substance and cause of extreme polarization and over-politization of North Korean issue in South Korean society in terms of conflict context, relations, and memories. As a result, not only inter-Korean relations but also relations between the conservative and progressive forces in South Korean society need to be reset to overcome them. And based on these new relationship settings, it is evident that reconstruction of mutual memory and sharing work are required. This study is meaningful in that it has tried to incorporate existing researches while compensating the limitation of existing researches through a conflict transformation approach.

An Empirical Study of the Causal Relationship between Job Performance, Job Stress, and Turnover Intention of Salesperson (영업사원의 직무성과, 직무스트레스와 이직의도 간의 인과관계에 대한 실증적 연구 - 직무교육과 전환손실의 조절역할을 중심으로 -)

  • Many studies have been conducted to find the causal factors that influence salesforce performance and turnover behavior. This study focuses on the turnover intention of salesperson. Specifically this study argues that the causal relationship among job performance, job stress and turnover intention will be mediated by job conflict of salesperson. We develop the hypotheses from the conceptual framework and empirically test them for the salespersons of lifetime insurance companies. Based on the previous studies and conceptual framework developed in this study, we derive 8 hypotheses. <Figure 1> shows the conceptual framework from which hypotheses are derived. Hypotheses for the empirical test are as follows: H1: Job performance will have negative impact on the turnover intention. H2: Job performance will have negative impact on the job conflict. H3: Job stress will have the positive relationship with the turnover intention. H4: Job stress will have the positive relationship with the job conflict. H5: Job conflict will have the positive relationship with the turnover intention. H6: The negative impact of job performance on the job conflict will be moderated by job education/training. H7: The positive impact of job stress on the job conflict will be moderated by job training. H8: The positive impact of job conflict on the turnover intention will be moderated by the switching costs. To test the 8 hypotheses, we estimate the level of fitness and parameters of structure equation model by using AMOS 5.0. <Table 1> shows the results of empirical tests for hypotheses. <Table 2> shows the moderating effect of job training. <Table 3> shows the moderating effect of switching costs. This empirical study finds interesting results. The job training has the moderating effect on the causal relationship between job performance and job conflict. But it is found that the job training has not the moderating effect on the causal relationship between job performance and job conflict. These results may be due to the fact that Korean insurance company mainly focuses on training of the job skill and knowledge, not motivational elation of salesforce.

  • This paper as basic study for the effective conflict management of the local government analyzed the local laws and regulations in conflict. The significant analysis details of this research are a basic contents, a goal and conflict party, a term of the laws and regulations and an consideration committee, an mediation committee, a important different item. And this research suggests that the improvement of he local laws and regulations in conflict are the local government chief's understand change about conflict management, strengthening a role of the conflict management organization and an implementation of agreement subject, the spread of a administrative and financial support clauses.

소상공인의 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)은 실질적 성과가 있는가?

  • 최근 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 디지털 전환의 발달이 활발하다. 특히나 이런 디지털 전환의 영향은 대기업에게만 주는 것이 아닌 소상공인들에게도 많은 영향을 주고 있다. 하지만 소상공인들을 대상으로 한 디지털 전환에 대한 연구는 적은 편이었기에 본 연구에서는 디지털 전환으로 인한 소상공인의 실질적인 성과가 있는가를 살펴보았다. 연구 방법으로는 보다 디지털 전환을 겪으며 소상공인들이 느꼈을 의사결정과 갈등의 현상을 파악하기 위하여 사례연구로 진행하였다. 연구 대상자로는 국내 대표 플랫폼인 N사에 디지털 전환 시스템인 스마트 스토어 개설과 라이브 커머스 등을 이용해 보고 싶었던 소상공인 여섯 팀을 섭외하여 진행하였다. 소상공인 디지털 전환을보다 면밀히 과정 기록 및 도움을 주기 위하여 경기도에 위치한 G학교 경영학 학부생들과의 협업으로 진행되었다. 연구는 총 12주 정도 소요되었고 프로그램이 끝난 후 각 소상공인 대표들과의 심층면담을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 소상공인들 스토어의 매출 및 고객 유입수가 모두 현저히 증가한 것으로 보여줌으로서 실질적인 성과가 있음을 보였다. 면담에서는 소상공인들이 디지털 전환은 새로운 고객 유입 및 홍보와 언제든 고객을 맞이할 수 있는 환경을 위해서는 선택이 아닌 필수라고 언급하여 정성적인 성과로 증명하였다.

  • This paper attempts to analyze labor politics under the Kim Young-Sam regime. The labor politics transformed from conflictual pluralism to social partnership. The transition was triggered by the 'IMF economic crisis,' and the transitional direction was determined by the character of political regime and the pattern of social coalitions. These findings imply that the transitional direction of labor politics is not determined by an economic crisis or international pressure, but by the relational dynamics of social coalitions forcing social actors to new perception and strategic choice.

지역균형발전 정책 추진에 따른 갈등 해소 방안

  • 본 논문에서는 지역균형발전의 중요성과 지역균형발전의 목표 및 정책방안을 알아보고 지역균형 발전정책 추진에 따른 갈등해소의 장애요인과 갈등 해소방안에서 장애요인을 분석하면 지역균형발전 및 지역경제 활성화를 위한 새로운 전략방향을 모색하고, 지역경제 활성화를 위해서는 지역중심으로의 관점의 전환과 새로운 발전전략 설계와 실행의 지속적 추진이 필요하다 갈등해소의 장애요인으로 권위주의 문화의 전통, 당위론적 사고방식, 교육방식에 있어 우열의식이나 흑백논리 사고와 민주적 훈련 및 자율의식의 결어 되어 있다. 이러한 장애 요인을 해소하기위해 지방경영의 효율화를 위하여 지방 재정확충을 위한 적극적인 정책 제안이 필요하고 지자체간의 협의회 및 중앙정부의 분쟁조정위원회의 법적 구속력과 권한을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 규제완화와 함께 지자체간 경쟁을 유발하고 합리적인 수익자 부담원칙을 적용하는 것이 바람직한 방안임을 알 수 있다.

  • This paper is a record of the transitioning of the Journal of Korean Society of Archives and Records Management to open access. To understand this process, this paper explains the meaning of the conflict over the copyright among commercial journal aggregators, scholarly societies and public sector aggregators. In addition, this paper explains the declarations for open access transition in scholarly societies in the fields of library and information science and other humanities & social sciences in Korea. This paper records the practices and problems that the scholarly society as a publisher has faced in related to securing the journal publication cost, expanding the channels of distribution, and reforming the regulation of the journal. This paper also attempts to understand this transition process as making a knowledge commons.
