The Effects of Relational Characteristics on the Performance of Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce (거래의 관계특성이 기업간 전자상거래 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • As the surrounding of companies is more complicated and intensive. many companies attempt managerial innovations by using information technology(IT) strategically. Recently, information technology, especially Electronic Data Interchange(EDI), is highlighted in the surrounding of companies, because it is regarded as a core technology. EDI is the direct computer-to-computer exchange of business documents in standard formats. EDI brings many benefits to the organization such as reduced costs, faster turnaround, better customer service, and strategic advantage. The Purpose of this study is to identify the effects of relational characteristics-communication, trust, conflict, and commitment- on the performance of Business-to-Business EC. In other words, this study examine the relationships between each characteristics and the effects of these characteristics on the organizational performance. The results of empirical analysis revealed that communications between parties have positive influence on the trust and commitment, and high label of commitment on the EDI is improved the organizational performance. In addition, trust in parties indirectly affects characteristics has unexpectedly positive influence on the trust, commitment, and performance.

학교 환경교육 10년 - 평가와 전망

  • 환경운동 10년의 결과 '생태적 감수성'이라는 '감성영역'이 새롭게 개발되고 보편화 되었으며, 녹색소비의 정신이 확산되고, '환경'은 늘 관심을 기울어야 하는 '문제영역'으로 설정될 수 있었다. 이는 환경교육에도 확산되어, 녹색소비 운동과 관리주의적 실천은 이제 보편화되었다. 지방정부에서 '의제21'을 채택하여 개발연대에 직강화된 '도시하천'의 생태적 복원이 활발하게 진행중이고, 초중고교의 '녹색화' 사업이 생태숲이나 생태연못 등등의 명칭하에 진행중이다. 한편 '환경교육진흥법'은 아직 계류중이긴 하나, 경기도와 같이 지방정부 수준에서 체험적 생태교육 시설을 정책적으로 확장해 나가고자 하는 흐름도 있다. 또한 1999년의 동강댐 반대투쟁, 2003년과 2004년의 새만금 저지투쟁과 부안항쟁을 거치면서 생명의 소중함에 대한 인식은 이제 '생명권' 개념의 확산을 앞두고 있을 정도로 보편화되고 있다. 그리고 이는 생태적 감수성을 함양하는 '체험 환경교육'의 보편화로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 교과교육으로서의 환경교육과 체험학습 영역의 환경교육은 '접점'을 찾지 못하고 있다. 한편으로 온 나라를 떠들썩하게 만드는 '환경갈등'에 대하여 그것의 '뿌리'를 완전히 뽑아내는 방식의 '재발 방지' 정치적 성과는 제대로 축적되고 있지 못하며, 환경교육은 '환경갈등'의 정치경제적 속성을 정면으로 응시하고 있지 못하다. 2004년의 환생교사업방향중 하나가 '사회적 실천'을 강조하는 흐름이었던 것은 바로 이와 같은 사정을 반영한다. '생태적 감수성'은 실천이라기 보다 안주와 '누림'의 영역으로 되기 십상이었기에 그러하며 실제로 상품화된 '생태기행'의 등장은 그런 맥락에서 이해된다. 그럼에도 이는 10년전 '군사문화'가 우리안에 살아있던 것에 비하면 분명 큰 진전이다. 군사훈련식의 수련활동이 생명과 생태에 대한 감수성을 일깨우는 '생태적 감수성' 함양으로 전환된 것이 단적인 경우이다. 이제 이러한 성과를 토대로 이후 학교환경교육 10년을 전망할 수 있어야 하겠다. 필자는 그 화두를 '환경정의'와 '생태적 합리성'에서 찾고자 한다. 생태적 감수성 키우기가 상업화 단계에 이를 정도로 보편화되었다면, 이를 바탕으로 '생태적 합리성'이라는 체계적인 지식교육을 거쳐서, '환경정의' 의식의 제고로 이어가고, 굵직한 '환경갈등'의 상황에서 뚜렷한 정치적 태도와 실천을 할 수 있는 '생태적 인간상'의 육성으로 나아갈 수 있어야 한다는 것이 필자의 생각이다. 이를 위해서는 어찌되었건 체험학습 영역에서는 환경현안에 대한 사회적 실천을 '교육 소재'로 삼을 수 있어야 하며, 교과학습 영역에서는 한국사회의 환경현안에 대한 정치경제적 접근을 외면하지 말고 교과서 저작의 소재로 삼을 수 있어야 하며, 이는 '환경관리주의'와 '녹색소비'에 머물러 있는 '환경 지식교육'과 실천을 한단계 진전시키는 작업으로 이어질 것이다. 이후 10년의 환경교육은 바로 '생태적 합리성'과 '환경정의'라는 두 '화두'에 터하여 세워져야 한다.

Analysis of Dog-Related Outdoor Public Space Conflicts Using Complaint Data (민원 자료를 활용한 반려견 관련 옥외 공공공간 갈등 분석)

  • Companion animals are increasingly being recognized as members of society in outdoor public spaces. However, the presence of dogs in cities has become a subject of conflict between pet owners and non-pet owners, causing problems in terms of hygiene and noise. This study was conducted to analyze public complaint data using the keywords 'dog,' 'pet,' and 'puppy' through text mining techniques to identify the causes of conflicts in outdoor public spaces related to dogs and to identify key issues. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, the majority of dog-related complaints were related to the use of outdoor public spaces. Second, different types of outdoor public spaces have different spatial issues. Third, there were a total of four topics of dog-related complaints: 'Requesting a dog playground', 'Raising safety issues related to animals', 'Using facilities other than dog-only areas', and 'Requesting increased park management and enforcement related to pet tickets'. This study analyzed the perceptions of citizens surrounding pets at a time when the creation and use of public spaces related to pets are expanding. In particular, it is significant in that it applied a new method of collecting public opinions by adopting complaint data that clearly presents problems and requests.

  • Construction program management requires more systematic management than traditional management methods due to the complexity of the project and various stakeholders. In particular, the systematization of closure phase of the process is in urgent need as there is a difference between the owner's expectations and the contractor's deliverables, resulting in delayed handovers, conflicts, frictions, and increased legal disputes. This study identified the process and activities of closure phase through domestic and international literature and case studies for the successful closure of the construction program. Further, the proposed processes and activities were verified through expert verification for appropriateness and the possibility of application to the site. By utilizing the processes and activities proposed in this study, the project aims to overcome the limits of closure phase and improve the satisfaction of the owner, as well as to enhance the global competitiveness of domestic construction companies.

Effect of Organizational Support Perception on Intrinsic Job Motivation : Verification of the Causal Effects of Work-Family Conflict and Work-Family Balance (조직지원인식이 내재적 직무동기에 미치는 영향 : 일-가정 갈등 및 일-가정 균형의 인과관계 효과 검증)

  • This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational support perception of workers in medical institutions on intrinsic job motivation, and to check whether there is significance in the mediating effect of work-family conflict and work-family balance factors in this process. The results of empirical analysis through the questionnaire are as follows. First, it was confirmed that organizational support recognition had a significant positive effect on work-family balance as well as intrinsic job motivation, and work-family balance had a significant positive effect on intrinsic job motivation. Second, it was confirmed that organizational support recognition had a significant negative effect on work-family conflict, but work-family conflict had no significant influence on intrinsic job motivation. Third, in order to reduce job stress for medical institution workers, it is necessary to reduce job intensity, assign appropriate workload for ability. And in order to improve manpower operation and job efficiency, Job training and staffing in the right place are needed. Fourth, in order to improve positive organizational support perception and intrinsic job motivation, It is necessary to induce long-term service by providing support and institutional devices to increase attachment to the current job and recognize organizational problems as their own problems with various incentive systems. The limitations of this study and future research directions are as follows. First, it is believed that an expanded analysis of medical institution workers nationwide by region, gender, medical institution, academic, and income will not only provide more valuable results, but also evaluate the quality of medical services. Second, it is necessary to reflect the impact of the work-life balance support system on each employee depending on the environmental uncertainty or degree of competition in the hospital to which medical institution workers belong. Third, organizational support perception will be recognized differently depending on organizational culture and organizational type, and organizational size and work characteristics, working years, and work types, so it is necessary to reflect this. Fourth, it is necessary to analyze various new personnel management techniques such as hospital's organizational structure, job design, organizational support method, motivational approach, and personnel evaluation method in line with the recent change in the government's medical institution policy and the global business environment. It is also considered important to analyze by reflecting recent and near future medical trends.

A Plan for Building up the Rational Defense Acquisition System (합리적 국방획득체계 구축을 위한 방안)

  • This paper examines several inefficient problems generated from a management process of defense acquisition system, and suggests several alternatives to remedy the current acquisition-related problems. This might help MND to reform the current DAPA's acquisition system. The offered elements are to, first, redefine function of mid-term plan & budget allocation between MND and DAPA, second, devise economic acquisition management and force development to build integrated management system of requirement-acquisition-operation & maintenance, third, build Workforce Management Act(WMA) and Professional Education System(PES) for strengthening expertise and institutionalizing manpower rotation of requirements & acquisition-related fields, fourth, implement weapon systems' Total Life Cycle Systems Management(TLCSM) and improve developmental & operational test and evaluation. These are essential elements in minimizing confusion & conflict emanating from surrounding acquisition program among MND-DAPA-Each Services.

The Status of Managing Posttraumatic Stress in Life Managers for Elderly People Living Alone and Measures for its Improvement: Focusing on Employees in Seoul (독거노인생활관리사의 외상 후 스트레스 관리 실태와 개선 방안: 서울 지역 종사자를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to examine Life Managers for Elderly People Living Alone (LMEPLAs) in Seoul regarding their traumatic experience and the status of their posttraumatic stress disorder and also how they are coping with it in order to find out ways to improve it. As a study method, we investigated LMEPLAs in Seoul through a self-administered survey regarding whether they had faced any traumatic experience, types of their traumatic experience, diagnosis on posttraumatic stress, and the status of their coping with traumatic experience. According to the study results, 186 respondents (37.57%) have been found to indicate either partial or complete posttraumatic stress symptoms, but the status of their coping with it is very poor. The followings are the results of our discussion. First, it is needed to find out life managers suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder and build up a system to manage them consistently. Second, it is necessary to vitalize education about traumatic experience and posttraumatic stress management. Third, it is urgently needed to build up a system to support life managers who have faced any traumatic experience or been diagnosed to have posttraumatic stress disorder. Fourth, it is demanded to cultivate and arrange experts equipped with specialized knowledge and technique. Fifth, it is needed for them to build a network with medical institutes to receive a prompt diagnosis and specialized treatment.

Effects of Action Learning Approach on Learning Motivation and Problem-solving Capacity in NCS Vocational Competency Class of Polytechnic College (폴리텍대학 NCS 직업기초능력 수업에서 액션러닝방식이 학습자의 학습동기와 문제해결력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed effects of Action Learning approach on enhancing learning motivation and improving problem-solving capacity in NCS vocational competency classes of Polytechnic College. Targeted group is B Polytechnic College located in Chungnam, and 53 students in experimental group and 64 students in control group. analysis of data is descriptive statistic analysis and the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) method to study sub factors of learning motivation and problem-solving ability. As a result, Action Learning approach has a great influence on connection, confidence, and satisfaction, among the sub factors of learning motivation. also figured that the approach has positive effects on problem clarifying, cause analysis, alternative developing, planning/practicing, and performance assessment, among the sub factors of problem-solving capacity. Moreover, Polytechnic College's NCS vocational competency classes are desirably required to adopt the approach of Action Learning for their educational method, as it fosters basic competencies, such as understanding of diverse perspectives, communicating, leadership, interpersonal relationship, self-development, coping with conflicts, operating meetings, to be learned while students are doing problem-solving activities under a team-working atmosphere.

Elicitation of drought alternatives based on Water Policy Council and the role of Shared Vision Model (협의체 기반 가뭄 대응 대안 도출과 비전공유모형의 역할)

  • The numbers of multi-year droughts due to climate change are increasing worldwide. Boryeong Dam, located in Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea, was also affected by a 4-year drought from 2014 to 2017. Since traditional unilateral decision making processes to alleviate drought damage have, until now, resulted in conflicts between many of the involved groups, the need for active participation from both stakeholders and policymakers is greater than before. This study introduced Shared Vision Planning, a collaborative decision making process that involves participation from various groups of stakeholders, by organizing Water Policy Council for Climate Change Adaptation in Chungcheongnam-do. A Shared Vision Planning Model was then developed with a system dynamics software by working together with relevant stakeholders to actively reflect their requests through three council meetings. Multiple simulations that included various future climate change scenarios were conducted, and future drought vulnerability analysis results of Boryeong Dam and districts, in terms of frequency, length, and magnitude, were arrived at. It was concluded that Boryeong Dam was more vulnerable to future droughts than the eight districts. While the total water deficit in the eight districts was not so significant, their water deficit in terms of spatial discordance was proved to be more problematic. In the future, possible alternatives to the model will be implemented so that stakeholders can use it to agree on a policy for possible conflict resolutions.

An Analysis of China's Approach to Shared Rivers: Focusing on Factors of Dam projects at the Yaluzangbu River Basin (중국의 공유하천 접근방식 분석 -중국의 야루짱부(아로장포(雅魯藏布))강 댐 건설 요인을 중심으로-)

  • 최근 중국과 인도는 공유하천인 야루짱부(중국명: 아로장포(雅魯藏布), 인도명:Brahmaputra)강 유역 내 수력발전용 댐 건설을 놓고 갈등 중이다. 발단은 중국이 2010년 9월에 정식으로 착공한 짱무수력발전댐(장목수전참(藏木水電站))의 건설이다. 총길이 3,848km, 유역면적 71만여 $km^2$인 야루짱부강은 중국과 인도, 방글라데시, 부탄 4개국이 공유하고 있다. 야루짱부강의 발원지는 히말라야 산맥 북쪽 기슭의 지에마양쫑 빙하(걸마앙종(杰馬央宗) 빙천(冰川))이고 중국내 길이가 2,057km에 달한다. 강은 중국의 씨짱(서장(西藏))지역, 인도의 아루나찰 프라데시(Arunachal Pradesh)주와 아쌈(Assam)주를 경유하여 부탄, 방글라데시로 흐른다. 야루짱부강은 티베트로 잘 알려진 시짱자치구에서 발원하여 중국과 인도의 영토 분쟁지역인 아루나찰 프라데시주를 관통함으로 인해 지정학적으로 중요한 의미를 갖고 있다. 짱무수력발전댐은 시짱 지역 최대 수력개발댐으로, 인도와 방글라데시는 중국의 댐 건설로 인해 자국의 수자원의 감소와 생태계 파괴가 발생할 것을 우려하고 있다. 그러나 최근 중국과 인도의 관방은 이 같은 우려를 부인하며 인도의 아루나찰 연방당국 또한 5개 주요 지류에 1,750MW 규모의 수력발전댐을 건설할 계획을 발표하였다. 이와 같이 수력발전댐 건설과 수자원확보를 놓고 중국과 인도가 팽팽하게 경쟁하게 된 데는 중국과 인도 간의 역내 힘겨루기와 자국 내 정치적 이해, 영토분쟁지역의 존재 등이 원인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국의 짱무수력발전댐(장목수전참(藏木水電站)) 건설원인을 중국정부가 가진 시짱지역관리 및 개발의 필요성에서 찾고 짱무수력발전댐(장목수전참(藏木水電站)) 건설에 드러난 중국의 표면적, 내재적 의도의 분석을 통해 중국의 공유하천 접근 방식의 특징과 원인을 규명하였다. 발원지에 위치한 중국이 수자원확보경쟁에서 유리한 입장을 점하고 있는 가운데 중국에 비해 상대적으로 정치적, 경제적 열세에 놓인 하류국가들은 공유하천의 동등하게 이용할 권리를 쟁취하기 위해 필요한 협상력을 갖고 있지 못하다. 따라서 하류국가들은 중국의 의도를 파악하여 이를 토대로 적절한 대안을 마련해야 할 필요성이 있다. 중국의 공유하천접근방식의 원인과 특징에 대한 분석은 남북통일 후 중국과 하천을 공유하게 될 우리나라에 시사하는 바가 클 것이라 생각된다.
