P-sample 21 subjects were asked to read Q sample 25 statements about comprehensive nursing care services and indicate their level of agreement to those statements on a 9-point scale. The data were collected during the period from March 16 to March 31, 2020, and the collected data were analyzed using PC-QUANL program. The results of the study showed differences in the respondents' perceptions, which led to the classification into three types. "Type 1" is "those calling for continuous emotional management for early postpartum mothers." "Type 2" is "those seeing the role of a family in the recovery period as important." The respondents of this type considered a bond of sympathy should be formed in the family in relation to the new tasks of the mother's recovery and the child's birth. "Type 3" is "those calling for differentiated operation guidelines according to the motivation for hospitalization." The respondents of this type recognized that the operation guidelines limiting the residing of guardians need to be improved for early postpartum mothers.

  • This study examined the factors affecting the readmission of patients with liver cirrhosis, and focused on self-care, social support, and drinking refusal self-efficacy. The subjects were 75 cirrhosis patients who were admitted to medium-sized hospitals at S-city for two months from May 2019 to June 2019. The data was analyzed with the SPSS (Version 25) program, and logistic regression analysis was performed on the factors affecting readmission. The results were self-care (27.49±0.53 out of 60), social support (52.80±16.44 out of 90), and drinking refusal self-efficacy (42.39±22.76 out of 80). The readmission method was classified into planned and unplanned admissions. Unplanned readmission was found to differ depending on the drinking experience (OR: 4.16) and the presence of complications (OR: 5.11) within a month of discharge rather than that of the planned readmissions, accounted for 19.7%. It will be very important to reduce the occurrence of complications by early management of patients with cirrhosis, and increase the drinking refusal self-efficacy, and so reduce unplanned readmission and prevent the progression and deterioration of cirrhosis. The drinking experience and the occurrence of complications can be reduced through interventions that increase self-care, social support, and drinking refusal self-efficacy. Nursing interventions are needed to prevent patients with cirrhosis from drinking and to manage the complications due to relapse into alcoholism.

  • A personalized recommendation system is a recommendation system that recommends goods to users' taste by using an automated information filtering technology. A collaborative filtering method in this technology is a method that discriminates certain types, which represent similar patterns. Thus, it is possible to estimate the pain strength based on the data of the patients who have the past similar types and extract related conditions according to the similarity in classified patients. A representative method using the Pearson correlation coefficient for extracting the similarity weight may represent inexact results as the sample data is small according to the amount of data. Also, it has a disadvantage that it is not possible to fast draw results due to the increase in calculations as a square scale as the sample data is large. In this paper, the excellency of the intelligence pain nursing intervention u-health system implemented by comparing the scale and similarity group of the sample data for extracting significant data is verified through the evaluation of MAE and Raking scoring. Based on the results of this verification, it is possible to present basic data and guidelines of the pain of patients recognized by nurses and that leads to improve the welfare of patients.

  • This study was aimed to construct a theoretical model for managing persons with early psychosis. We systematically searched SCOPUS, PubMed, RISS, Web of Knowledge, and KoreaMed for related factors to manage persons with early psychosis. Significant terms or phrases for a preliminary structural model were obtained from 19 studies since 2000 regarding the management of persons with early psychosis. Moreover, the content validity for the model was evaluated by 22 professionals. The study results revealed 51 factors for managing persons with early psychosis extracted by meta-analysis, and all factors were divided into 21 medium classification and 8 categories. A theoretical model was constructed with 8 categories, by using the middle range theory of Peplau's Interpersonal Relationships in Nursing. The results suggest that the theoretical model for the management of persons with early psychosis provides a sound theoretical basis for future study.
