  • 최근 결제 시스템은 인간 친화적이며 다양한 디지털 기술들의 발전으로 간편화되고 있다. 특히 핀테크의 일종인 간편 결제 시스템은 효율성과 간편성을 강조하면서 금융 시장에서 크게 화두 되는 시스템이다. 그러나 효율성과 간편성에 집중하다 보니 보안성이 낮아지는 단점을 가지고 있다. 특히, 간편 결제 시스템의 핵심인 토큰 시스템의 취약점은 가장 큰 문제를 발생할 수 있다. 이에 대응하기 위해, 이 논문에서는 기존 결제 시스템 방식에 비대칭 암호화 방식을 추가하여 간편 결제 시스템의 보안성을 높여 토큰 취약점 대응 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 본 연구는 모바일 간편결제시스템에 대한 신뢰 형성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 개인적인 측면과 시스템적인 측면에서 도출해내는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 개인적 특성으로는 개인의 혁신성과 익숙함이 포함되고, 시스템적 특성으로는 편의성, 접근성, 호환성이 포함된다. 또한, 이러한 개인의 혁신성과 익숙함, 편의성, 접근성, 호환성은 사용자의 신뢰에 영향을 끼치게 된다. 사용자의 신뢰향상은 모바일 간편결제시스템의 지속사용을 이끄는데 중요한 선행변수로 작용될 수 있다. 본 연구를 위해 부산과 대구지역의 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS와 PLS를 이용해 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 개인측면의 요인과 시스템적 요인이 사용자의 신뢰에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 모바일 간편결제시스템의 신뢰형성과정을 살펴볼 수있다는 점에서 의의를 가지게 된다.

  • In this paper, we propose about NFC-based mobile Easy Payment System. Already announced about kind of similar payment system by use smart phone NFC function. However this proposition system will uses an encrypted token and user indirect authentication. This feature makes through to simplify payment without other input necessary information. Also my proposition system has easy security certification process. This mean my system does not adequately to use payment of a large amount. But in retail payment will be very useful payment system.

  • As a new alternative to cash and credit-cards, mobile payment has been attracting world's attention. Although fin-tech, a mobile payment system provider, has been a rising issue, mobile payment systems is not yet widely used domestically. Because trust is the most important element in revitalizing the mobile payment system, we hoped to develop a hierarchical trust model to analyze the multi-dimensional trust factor. In this study, surveys were conducted to identify the components that affect the overall trust of a mobile payment system. It has been concluded that cognitive trust, affective trust, trust in system quality affect the overall trust of the system, and this trust affects the continuance intention of users.

  • With the growing interest being reflected in the FinTech industry, much attention has been paid to mobile easy payment services as well. In the era of mobile commerce, the core advantage of using mobile easy payment services(simplifying complex payment procedures and thus facilitating user convenience and reducing the chance of giving up payment) are being more emphasized. Mobile easy payment service market not only includes mobile easy payment service providers but also users, non-users, affiliates, banks, and credit card companies as main stakeholders. Exploring those stakeholders is thus important to thoroughly understand such market. However, extant literature on mobile easy payment services mostly focuses on examining adoption intention of users or non-users. This study, an exploratory research based on interviews, thus aims to extract driving as well as inhibiting factors of mobile easy payment service use from six different perspectives (i.e., social platform, bank, credit card company, affiliate, user, and non-user) and analyze a sequence of cause and effect for each factor. For this, the causal loop diagram was developed to deduce key issues and propose an alternative. Theoretical and practical implications of this study will also be discussed.

  • The easy payment service is a payment and remittance service that uses a simple authentication method. As online transactions have increased due to COVID-19, the use of an easy payment service is increasing. At the same time, electronic financial industries such as Naver Pay, Kakao Pay, and Toss are diversifying the competition structure of the easy payment market; meanwhile overseas fintech companies PayPal and Alibaba have a unique market share in their own countries, while competition is intensifying in the domestic easy payment market, as there is no unique market share. In this study, the participants in the easy payment market were classified as electronic financial companies, mobile phone manufacturers, and financial companies, and a SWOT analysis was conducted on the representative services in each industry. The analysis examined the user reviews of Google Play Store via a topic modeling analysis, and it employed positive topics as strengths and negative topics as weaknesses. In addition, topic modeling was conducted by dividing news articles into political, economic, social, and technology (PEST) articles to derive the opportunities and threats to easy payment services. Through this research, we intend to confirm the service capabilities of easy payment companies and propose a service activation strategy that allows gaining the upper hand in the market.

  • The damage to the security is increasing as public key-based ISP secure payment service is used in online banking payment system. Security technology aspect to ISP secure payment security has no special problems. But, security damage that occurs due to the simplicity of the payment system is a problem. In this paper, we propose response and plan for ISP secure payment service to minimize the damage that occurs due to the simplicity of a security settlement system. Proposed scheme is applicable to various billing systems such as secure payments, online payment, mobile payment, credit card. Proposed scheme is characterized in that can stably support the capabilities of the new billing system. Also, proposed scheme is to analyze the various security threats arising from the payment of the financial services and to describe response and plan technology.

  • The current study examines whether consumers' perceived usefulness of and trust in the integrated mobile payments services positively influence consumer loyalty to the payments system as well as to the online shopping websites where they have used the payments system. Moreover, the study investigates the effects of individual characteristics and brand awareness of the provider of mobile payments on perceived usefulness and trust. Online survey was administered to consumers ranging in age from 20s to 40s. Data analysis reveals that as consumers' perceived usefulness of and trust in the mobile payments system positively influence consumer loyalty to mobile payments and shopping mall websites. The results of the study suggests that e-commerce's user interface design, particularly the transaction system, should receive greater attention as a basic web element of e-commerce building rather than a set of plug-ins or so.

  • ActiveX가 법규제로 인해 없어지고 새로운 간편 절제 시스템이 출시되고 있다. 새롭게 도입되는 간편 결제 시스템의 경우 사용자가 한 번 내려 받으면 인터넷 익스플로러뿐만 아니라 사파리나 크롬 등 다른 브라우저를 사용 시 따로 보안프로그램을 내려 받지 않아도 된다고 한다. ActiveX대신 새로운 결제 시스템의 'exe'방식의 프로그램은 한 번 내려 받아 영구 사용할 수 있으며, 이러한 'exe' 프로그램은 인증우회가 가능하여 해커가 제3자의 금융정보를 가지게 된다면 간단한 우회를 통한 공격이 가능할 것으로 예측된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 인증우회 공격에 관한 시나리오 및 'exe'프로그램 내부의 보안프로그램에서의 이상 징후 조기 탐지를 이용한 사전 예방기법을 제안한다.

An Analysis of Factors Influencing Switching Intention toward Online Platform-based Easy Payment Service with Moderating Effects of Policy Expectations: Focusing on (정책기대의 조절효과를 고려한 플랫폼 기반 간편결제 서비스로의 전환의도 영향 요인 분석: <카카오페이> 사례를 중심으로)

  • This study identifies possible determinants that may have influences on the switching behavior from the current payment system of credit or check cards to the easy payment service based on push-pulling-mooring model. And this research empirically tests how those determinants affect switching intention to the easy payment service. The moderating effect of policy expectation is also taken into account. The findings show switching intention to the easy payment service is influenced by the followings: dissatisfaction with the current payment system as a pushing factor, perceived easy of use and trust in easy payment service as pulling factors, and affective/cognitive inertia and unfavorable subjective norm as mooring factors. The results also show that moderating effect of policy expectation exists in the relationship between perceived ubiquitousness and switching intention.
