Since disasters have been getting stronger and wider according to the influence of climate change, those impacts on social and national economy have been also getting more severe in various subjects. However, as direct property damage as well as casualties are only measured in case of disasters, monetary figures on its losses are likely to be underestimated, which are known as a major barrier to both compensation for loss and making a regional disaster management plan. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to develop statistics appropriate to the direct and indirect socioeconomic losses, which have continuously been overlooked. To achieve this purpose, this study defines the scope of direct and indirect socioeconomic losses, provides a framework for developing those measurements, and determines a preliminary statistics list. Selection criteria to set the final list are decided and are then applied to the list. The result of this study can be used as basic data for further studies to estimate and calculate its socioeconomic losses from storm and flood.

인명피해를 넘어 터널 내부의 설비와 구조물의 파손에 이르는 피해정도가 대형화되는 추세이다. 이에 장대화되고 있는 국내 도로터널의 현황 및 방재설비 기준에 대한 문제제기를 통해 효율적 방재시스템 구축과 화재시 안전기준의 개정을 살펴봄으로써, 직.간접적인 피해를 최소화하는 노력이 필요하다.

상수관의 노후화 혹은 공사 중 작업자의 실수, 또는 자연재해 등에 의해 상수관망 내 파손 관이 발생할 경우 파손된 관의 보수 및 교체 작업을 위해서는 파손 관과 인접한 밸브를 차폐하게 된다. 이로 인하여 관망의 일부 지역에 물 공급이 차단되는 단수구역이 발생하게 되며, 단수구역은 밸브를 닫음으로 인해 파손 관과 함께 격리되는 직접고립지역(segment)과 직접고립지역을 차폐함으로써 의도치 않게 수원으로부터 물 공급이 차단되는 간접고립지역(unintended isolation)으로 구분할 수 있다. 간접고립지역은 차폐된 직접고립지역으로 인해 수원으로부터의 유일한 용수공급 노선이 차단되어 발생한다. 관 파손에 의한 단수 피해를 현실적으로 모의하기 위해서는 밸브위치에 따른 단수구역을 정확히 산정할 필요가 있다. 단수구역은 파손관의 위치뿐만 아니라 차단 밸브의 개수 및 위치에 따라 달라진다. 따라서, 관 파손에 의한 단수피해를 최소화하기 위해서는 각 관로의 파손확률과 절점의 중요도를 고려하여, 적절한 밸브의 위치를 선정해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 관 파손에 따른 단수상황을 모의하여 파손 관에 의한 직, 간접 단수구역을 탐색한 후, 단수용량을 파악하고 이를 최소화하기 위한 밸브의 적정 위치를 최적화 알고리즘을 이용하여 결정하는 방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of adolescent victimization on human rights consciousness and the mediating effects of depression and evaluation on their own human rights among adolescents. A total of 3,662 middle school student data from '2014 Korean Children and Youth Human Rights Survey' were used for the study. This study analysed a hypothesized research model using structural equation modeling. The main findings on structural model are as follows: First, victimization did not have a direct influence on human rights consciousness but had an indirect effect through a mediating role of evaluation on their own human rights. Secondly, victimization were related to human rights consciousness through double mediating paths of depression and evaluation on their own human right. Finally, human rights education, a control variable, had an indirect effect on human rights consciousness through self-evaluation on human rights. The results of this study suggest some implications for practical intervention and further research on the relation between adolescent victimization and human rights consciousness.

오늘날 인류가 누리는 문명은 자연에 대한 인류의 끊임없는 도전으로 이루어진 성과이지만 인류의 능력이 지나치게 거대화되어 자연의 평형상태를 깨뜨린 것이다. 또 산업 발달로 대량의 오염물질이 자연계에 확산됨으로써 자연계뿐아니라 인류 자신에게도 직접, 간접적인 피해를 주게 되었다. 근대화의 폐해로 생긴 다양한 환경오염과 생태파괴로 인해 위협받는 우리 삶을 반성적으로 성찰하고 지속 가능한 미래를 위해, 우리 먹을거리의 생산지이자 물질순환의 핵심고리인 농업의 피해를 개선해 나가고자 하는 것이다.
