A Study on the Indirect Copy of Dancheong Patterns Using Three-dimensional Scanning (3차원 스캐닝을 활용한 단청문양의 간접전사 연구)

  • Seonunsa Temple is a site of Dancheong cultural significance in Daewoongjeon. Three-dimensional (3D) scanning can be used to create a simulation in 1:1 ratio without touching the Dancheong patterns directly. The traditional method of recreating Dancheong was paining with tracing paper using a fix pin. However, manual direct copy processes can cause and damage to the objects. This study shows the results of a simulation of a tranditional Dancheong patterns as an alternative; the simulation was able to reduce dimensional errors and prevent damage by using 3D scanning. As a result, objective and precise proportions of the simulation were acquired. The 3D scanning method may be applied for work such as the replication and restoration of the drawing, 3D fabrication of the original data, and printing of the additional drawing. In addition, with the production of 3D materials, a virtual museum is possible.

  • 디지털 융합(Digital Convergence)이 모든 분야에서 급속히 전개됨으로서 기업들은 전략적으로 IT를 전사적으로 활용하면서 글로벌 시대의 경쟁 기업들에 비해 보다 빠른 신기술 습득을 적용함으로써 생존 경쟁의 우위 확보 전략이 점차 강화되고 있는 실정이다. IT 기술의 발전 방향도 전사적 데이터 및 비즈니스 프로세스의 통합을 통하여 전 영역에 걸쳐 신기술을 이용하여 표준화와 통합화로 진보되고 있다. 그러나 글로벌 경쟁체제인 세계화가 가속화 되고 있는 기업들의 품질 경영 활동이 실시간으로 처리되지 못함에 따라 각종 경영혁신 활동에 대한 통제/관리와 비용 절감 노력이 기업 역량 강화에 유기적인 효과를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서 일반적으로 제조 부문이나 사무간접(관리)부문에서도 적용 가능한 6시그마 추진 방법론을 기반으로 목표관리 및 방침관리인 Top-Down 프로세스인 순공학 품질경영 활동인 뿐만 아니라, 현장의 창의적인 품질경영 활동을 통한 Bottom-Up 프로세스인 역공학 품질경영 활동에서도 적용 가능한 실시간 동시공학적인 품질경영 활동의 프레임워크를 설계하도록 한다. 또한 가치 흐름 분석을 통해 낭비 요인을 철저하게 제거하고, 프로세스의 흐름을 최적화하여 원하는 품질경영 활동이 프로젝트로 발전하여 기업경영에 실시간으로 반영될 수 있는 전사적 통합 품질경영 활동 시스템을 제안하도록 한다.

  • 직물의 경우 드레이프성을 줄이고 KOSHI감(stiffness)을 부여하기 위해 일반적으로 나이프(knife) 코팅가공을 주로 사용한다. 하지만 니트는 워낙 신축성이 뛰어나기 때문에 큰 장력을 요구하는 일반 코팅공정을 적용할 경우 원단이 나이프에 밀리는 현상과 신장 상태에서 경화되어 니트 특유의 신축성을 완전히 읽어버리는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 니트 코팅 가공을 위해 원단에 장력이 걸리지 않으며 니트 원단에 직접 수지를 도포하는 방식이 아닌 간접 도포가 가능한 장비를 고안하였다. 즉, 아래에 나타낸 모식도와 같이 프로팅이나 over roll 나이프 방식을 사용하여 전사에 필요한 수지를 R/F에 코팅하고 이를 니트와 붙인 후 열풍 건조기와 열실린더를 통과시켜 수지가 니트에 전사되도록 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 고신축성과 탁월한 포면 터치감을 가지는 니트를 겉옷 및 다양한 용도로 전개하기 위해 R/F(releas fabric)의 조건을 설정 및 코팅 조건 설정을 통해 니트 가공 직물의 성능 변화를 살펴보기로 한다.

A Study on the Relationship of Internal Marketing and Market Orientation (내부마케팅과 시장지향성간의 관계에 대한 연구)

  • Market orientation emphasizes the capability of a firm to learn customers, competitors, and inter-functional coordination and to use this market intelligence of creating superior value in the marketplace. It has been proved that market orientation contributes to organizational performance. But the question is what the antecedents and consequent to superior market orientation are. The objective of this study is to assess the relationship between internal marketing and market orientation. In this study, Internal marketing consists of empowerment, internal communication, reward system, management supports, and education and training. The effects of internal marketing on market orientation were analysed by Structural equation model. Market orientation was positive affected by internal marketing, directly and indirectly. Specially, the management supports of internal marketing' constructs had relatively important effect on market orientation.

Putative Negative Regulation of Novel MarB along with MarA upon the Function of AcrAB/TolC Efflux Pump of Escherichia coli K-12 (대장균 K-12의 AcrAB/TolC Efflux Pump의 기능에 대한 MarB와 MarA의 추정적 억제조절)

  • This study was focused on the evaluation of MarB alongside with MarA for its regulatory effects upon the efflux function of AcrAB pump, which were induced or not, perhaps as a target. Transductions of marR and/or acrAB mutation which were derived from Mar and/or AcrAB mutants of wild type E. coli K-12, respectively, into the multicopy plasmid in wild type E. coli backgrounds or into the chromosome of isogenic parents were done. Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of transduced mutants was compared with their original mutants. This study reports the indirect evidences that suggests a model in which MarB along with MarA have a putative negative regulatory effect upon the efflux function of AcrAB/TolC pump while MarA alone have a positive regulatory effect to the expression of acrRAB operon at transcription level. The target of MarB with MarA for its putative negative regulator might be the AcrAB efflux pump. Another efflux system (s) might be negatively regulated by MarB with MarA, and be involved in the efflux of antibiotics which were otherwise extruded preferentially by AcrAB efflux pump.

Analysis of Putative Downstream Genes of Arabidopsis AtERF71/HRE2 Transcription Factor using a Microarray (마이크로어레이를 이용한 애기장대 AtERF71/HRE2 전사인자의 하위 유전자 분석)

  • Arabidopsis AtERF71/HRE2, a transcription activator, is located in the nucleus and is involved in the signal transduction of low oxygen and osmotic stresses. In this study, microarray analysis using AtERF71/HRE2-overexpressing transgenic plants was performed to identify genes downstream of AtERF71/HRE2. A total of 161 different genes as well as AtERF71/HRE2 showed more than a twofold higher expression in AtERF71/HRE2-overexpressing transgenic plants compared with wild-type plants. Among the 161 genes, 24 genes were transcriptional regulators, such as transcription factors and DNA-binding proteins, based on gene ontology annotations, suggesting that AtERF71/HRE2 is an upstream transcription factor that regulates the activities of various downstream genes via these transcription regulators. RT-PCR analysis of 15 genes selected out of the 161 genes showed higher expression in AtERF71/HRE2-overexpressing transgenic plants, validating the microarray data. On the basis of Genevestigator database analysis, 51 genes among the 161 genes were highly expressed under low oxygen and/or osmotic stresses. RT-PCR analysis showed that the expression levels of three genes among the selected 15 genes increased under low oxygen stress and another three genes increased under high salt stress, suggesting that these genes might be downstream genes of AtERF71/HRE2 in low oxygen or high salt stress signal transduction. Microarray analysis results indicated that AtERF71/HRE2 might also be involved in the responses to other abiotic stresses and also in the regulation of plant developmental processes.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to show whether there is a relationship between companies that promote CSR and hire indirectly as opposed to companies that only hire directly. Research results show that it is actually beneficial for the economy when companies implement the CSR, especially during times of economic recession. Methods: We have used data by collecting from the top 100 companies in Korea, which are the number of permanent employees, stock market registrations, companies that implemented the CSR, hiring directly and indirectly, etc., and analyzed them to carry out the regression analysis. Results: Research has shown that when companies implement the CSR and has many permanent employees, they also tend to hire employees indirectly. Conclusion: In the views of the whole economy, utilizing indirect hiring of employees can be a useful alternative, which can be accomplished by implementing CSR, and it must be recognized as the reason for producing more job opportunities within economies.

  • Currently, the business environment has been rapidly changed due to the fast globalization and development of information technology. Therefore, many companies are trying to change their management system by improving their own decision making systems and innovations. Many domestic enterprises are introducing or considering the ERP system. In the field of ERP management accounting, there are many auxiliary functions for helping efficient internal management analysis for company. In this paper, we proposed and developed an improved method for minimize the variance between standard cost and actual cost of materials of the company. In this method we proposed efficient ERP cost management system considering current cost component including currency and actual material cost and overhead costs.

  • 소프트웨어 개발은 복잡도가 높고 가시성 확보가 어려워 전략적으로 접근해야 한다. 일반 개발 프로젝트에서 개발 전략은 특정 개발 모델과 프로젝트 관리 기법을 사용하겠다는 것이 주류를 이루고 있다. 이러한 방법은 각 개발 단계에서 업무를 진행하는 프로젝트 참여자가 프로젝트 전체를 보지 못하고 각자의 전문 분야만을 국지적으로 개발하여 초기에 의도된 대로 개발되지 않는 결과를 초래하는 경우가 다반사여서 개발 전략으로서의 역할을 적절히 수행하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 기반의 개발 전략을 제시한다. 개발 프로젝트 전체는 물론 개발의 각 단계 별로 전략이 존재할 수 있으며, 전사 차원과 프로젝트 차원의 전략이 존재한다. 분석한 리스크 레벨에 차등적으로 개발 리소스를 할당하고, 개발 기법을 사용하고, 리뷰 및 검증 활동을 진행하여 제한된 개발 리소스를 합리적이고 적절하게 사용하여 개발하고, 개발 과정을 모니터링 및 제어하는 접근법이다. 이미 개발의 일부인 테스팅 분야에서는 리스크 기반 테스팅 전략이라는 이름으로 활용하여 직간접적인 효과를 보고 있으며, 같은 개념을 개발 전체로 확장하여 개발 전략으로 체계화하여 제시한다.

Effects of Paf1 complex components on H3K4 methylation in budding yeast (출아효모에서 Paf1 복합체의 구성원들이 H3의 네번째 라이신의 메틸화에 미치는 영향)

  • In Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Paf1 complex consists of five proteins, and they are structurally and functionally well conserved in yeast, fruit fly, plants, and human. With binding to RNA polymerase II from transcription start site to termination site, Paf1 complex functions as a platform for recruiting many types of transcription factors to RNA polymerase II. Paf1 complex contributes to H2B ubiquitination and indirectly influences on H3K4 di- and tri-methylation by histone crosstalk. But the individual effects of five components in Paf1 complex on these two histone modifications including H2B ubiquitination and H3K4 methylation largely remained to be identified. In this study, we constructed the single-gene knockout mutants of each Paf1 complex component and observed H3K4 mono-, di-, and trimethylation as well as H2B ubiquitination in these mutants. Interestingly, in each ${\Delta}paf1$, ${\Delta}rtf1$, and ${\Delta}ctr9$ strain, we observed the dramatic defect in H3K4 monomethylation, which is independent of H2B ubiquitination, as well as H3K4 di- and trimethylation. However, the protein level of Set1, which is methyltransferase for H3K4, was not changed in these mutants. This suggests that Paf1 complex may directly influence on H3K4 methylation by directly regulating the activity of Set1 or the stability of Set1 complex in an H2B ubiquitination independent manner.
