Characteristics Analysis of the CM and DM Noise Separator in EMI (EMI의 CM과 DM 성분 분리기의 특성 분석)

  • To separate the CM and DM noise in the EMI generated in various electrical electronic systems, passive and active separators have been researched. These separators are an important part of an effective active EMI-filter. The passive separator has some advantages, in that it is easy to realize at a low price and its structure is very simple. However, its major drawback is that its accurate inductor realization and accurate core selection are very difficult. The active separator is smaller in size and more accurate, but its main drawback is that an op-amp which has a broad band frequency response is necessary, its cost is high, and a DC power circuit is required. This paper compares the characteristics of EMI filters which apply the existing passive separator and proposed active separator. It was concluded that an active separator is needed for expensive and accurate equipment, whereas a passive separator is sufficient for inexpensive and general purpose EMI filters.

Compactability of various asphalt mixtures using warm mix additive (준고온 첨가제를 사용한 각종 아스팔트 혼합물의 다짐도 변화 연구)

  • This study presents the test results on the compaction characteristics of warm mix asphalt mixtures that include the additive in 3 different mixtures(hot mix asphalt, SBS and SMA). The tests were conducted to find out the compaction characteristics on the compactability with varying compaction time, different amount of the warm mix additive and lowering the compaction temperature. The Superpave gyratory compactor was used to find out the variation of the density when the number of the gyration is varied. A dense mixture and 3 different warm mix additives were employed to find the relationship between compactability and compaction time. The comparison of the compactability with lowering the temperature was conducted using dense mixture, SBS polymer modified mixture and stone matrix asphalt mixture(SMA). The difference of the density of warm mix asphalt mixtures was not found due to the lowering of compaction temperature when it was compared with the standard mixture and the warm mix showed the stable condition in density. In the mean time, depending upon the different warm mix additive and mixture, the difference of density and the variation trend of compaction is found to be existed and shows the relationship between these two variables.

  • 최근 ADCP 등 첨단장비를 활용한 유량 및 하상측정, 각종 하천기본계획 수립 시 확보되는 횡단측정 자료, 식생 및 서식처 등 하천환경과 생태자료, 드론 등을 활용한 영상자료 등 방대한 하천 정보가 확보되고 있으며, 다기능보 등 다양한 하천구조물 및 친수구역이 증가하는 등 이전과 비교하여 괄목할만한 수준으로 정보의 양이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 하천정보를 체계적으로 저장, 관리, 공유하기 위하여 표준화된 데이터 모델(Data Model)의 수립이 필요하다. 하천 정보의 경우 하천 시설물, 하천 단면측량 자료, 하천 시계열 측정 자료 등이 특정 하천을 중심으로 관리되는 반면, 기존 데이터 모델 연구에서는 특정 주제도에 기반하여 하천 정보가 레이어 형식으로 제공되어 상호 연계되지 않아 하천 정보의 효율적 관리측면에서 적합하지 않았다. 또한 신규 정보를 추가 시 기존 데이터 모델의 과다한 수정이 필요하고, 기존의 데이터 모델의 경우 표준화되지 않아 활용성이 매우 낮고, 유역중심으로 구성되어 특정 조건에 해당되는 하천 정보 검색이 어려운 단점이 존재하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 주제도 및 레이어 형식으로 구성되어 있던 데이터 모델 형식에서 벗어나 하천흐름선을 기준으로 데이터모델을 구축하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 하천흐름선과 하천 시설물, 단면 측량 자료, 계측 자료를 순차적으로 수용하고, 기존에 존재하지 않던 하천 정보의 추가 시 기존 데이터 모델의 형식을 수정하지 않고 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 관계형 데이터 모델을 구상하였다. 또한, 하천과 유역의 논리적 저장방안 고려하여 한 개의 하천을 다수의 세그먼트(Reach)로 구분하여 코드(Reach Code)를 부여하는 방안을 제시하였으며, 구상한 데이터모델을 통하여 국가하천과 지방하천 등 유역의 다양성을 포함하는 한강권역의 섬강유역을 시범하천으로 구축하였다. 제시된 하천 정보 데이터 모델을 활용하여 DB를 구축한다면 하천망을 기준으로 하천 정보가 저장되고, 기존의 유역단위의 하천 정보 제공 방식에서 하천과 유역을 모두 포함하여 검색 가능한 시스템을 구축하여 하천 정보의 관리와 제공이 수월해질 것으로 기대된다.

  • The development of ICT technology has a huge impact on the existing closed CCTV security equipment market. With the importance of video data particularly highlighted in areas such as self-driving cars, unmanned vehicles and smart cities, various technologies using video are emerging. In this paper, we proposed a method to transmit videos and metadata as a part of smart city integration, and to solve the traffic, environment and security problems caused in urban life by utilizing the metadata instead of using CCTV videos for simple recording purposes, and reverse tunneling technique was designed and implemented as a method for accessing CCTV videos for vehicles from remote locations. Integrated management of CCTV videos and metadata for vehicles that have been used only for limited purposes in closed environments will enable efficient operation of integrated centers in real time required by smart cities, such as vehicle status check, road conditions and facility management.

  • It is expected that ISO issue a standard method for sea trial and the correction of data taken during speed trial. One of the major reason for this effort(or trend) is to get reliable and accurate sea trial measurement. With the same philosophy, SHI(Samsung Heavy Industries) developed a nautical signal integrated unit in 1996. Two years after this, SHI developed a software that enable the user to analyze the sea trial measurement on-board. After a series of stationary and performance tests, KR has issued a certificate for international application of the software. We have been utilizing this program for the measurement and analysis of sea trial of more than 70 ships built in SHI shipyard. However, one critical defect of the software has been that it can be applied only for single shaft vessels. In this short paper, we would like to introduce a new version of the software which can be used for both single and multi thruster vessels. This paper deals with the introduction, test method and some of the test result.

Development of Parametric Design Tool for Offshore Plant Cable Tray Using PML (프로그램 매크로언어를 이용한 해양 플랜트 케이블 트레이의 파라메트릭 설계 도구 개발)

  • The cable tray design of an offshore plant production design is to optimally arrange the 3D modeling so that the cable can be installed without interfering with the structural members and various outfit equipment, and it is performed using a PDMS (Plant design management system), which is a 3D CAD system for an offshore plant layout. This study reviewed the development of PML (Programmable macro language) for a PDMS supporting offshore plant cable tray design and examined the efficiency compared to the existing method. Cable tray design PML developed in this paper enables fully parametric design using electrical outfit template library, allowing a rapid response to frequent modifications due to design changes and minimizing repetitive work fatigue by reflecting the accumulated design experience. In addition, the developed system was applied to the offshore plant structure module and it improved the work efficiency by more than 50% compared to the existing method.

  • The maritime autonomous surface ship is automatically collects and manages various information necessary for the operation to minimize human intervention and safely perform the mission assigned to the ship. And the ship may autonomously operate the partial or entire route to the destination determined by the ship himself. This ship navigation technology allows partially remote control the ship to be operated if necessary. The maritime autonomous surface ship (MASS) should collect and manage signals of various navigation communication equipments and engines mounted on the ship for safe operation. This requires a common platform technology. In this paper, we propose a common platform that is the core of smart ship implementation. Territorial authorities and ships are connected by satellite or terrestrial communication. In such a communication environment, information is exchanged smoothly in real time. This allows the onshore authorities to monitor ships and provide remote control to enable safe vessel navigation at sea.

  • In this paper, by applying the constant current principle we develop an impedance measurement system which can measure the high precision impedance of various electric materials by using microprocessor. This measurement system board has an interface device for acquiring digital data from an external device including an impedance measuring device, and system software is also developed by a firmware program executed on such an embedded board. It can measure the high precision impedance of a specific band with 1/32768 precision by using 15-bit ADC(analog to digital converter) and calculate it to the five digits to the right of the decimal point(fraction part). Data is transmitted through a USB interface of a general computer and a measuring device to manage digital data. An impedance measurement system equipped with a communication function capable of a more general and easy-to-use interface than other equipment is developed and verified.

  • Avionics OFP runs on the mission computer and can be operated by interacting with several avionics equipments. In order to verify OFP SW, SIL having real avionics equipments or models is absolutely necessary. Therefore in many cases SIL is implemented concurrently with OFP developing, and only one SIL is provided to developers. So developers sometimes need an alternative to SIL for verifying requirements in the middle of development process. In this paper, we propose a single PC based STE SW that simulates interworking equipments and verifies OFP in a single PC environment without actual interworking equipments or SIL HW interfaces.

  • 최근 기후변화에 따른 국내 기상특성이 변화함에 따라 가뭄, 하천건천화, 홍수 등 물 관련 재해 발생 빈도 및 규모가 점점 커지고 있으며, 세계적으로 홍수 발생 빈도뿐만 아니라 태풍 및 가뭄 발생 빈도도 꾸준히 증가하고 있어 광범위한 관측과 정확한 예측 및 즉각적 대처능력 확보를 위한 수재해 관리가 필요한 실정이다. 아울러 급격한 도시화에 따라 내수범람이 빈번하게 발생하기 때문에 재난발생 시 그 피해가 극대화로 직결되고 있어 도시에서 발생할 수 있는 내수범람을 정확하게 예 경보하기 위한 고해상도 실시간 강수관측이 필요하다. 또한, 유역차원의 홍수범람이 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 홍수기 홍수통제소의 댐수문 관리에 어려움이 따라 기상관련 재난이 발생할 수 있어, 유역 차원의 정확한 홍수량 예측과 예 경보 시스템 구축을 위해서는 고해상도의 실시간 강수관측을 통한 강수예측 기술이 중요하다. 이를 위해 위성, 레이더, AWS 등 각종 광역 관측 장비로부터 표출되는 데이터를 통합하고, 이를 종합적으로 분석하여 수리수문인자 및 기상인자로 전환할 수 있는 시스템을 개발 할 경우 가뭄, 하천 건천화, 홍수 등을 실시간으로 감시하고 평가 예측 할 수 있는 정보 생산이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수재해 정보 플랫폼 서비스를 위하여 전체적인 시스템을 개발하기에 앞서 가능성을 타진하고 검증할 필요가 있는 주요 구간을 시험하는 개발 기법인 프로토타입을 우선적으로 개발한다. 주요 항목으로는 (1) 지속 산출 격자 자료에 대한 OGC WxS 또는 LOD 서비스 자동 연계, (2) 격자 자료 ?춤형 제공(해상도, 좌표계 등), (3) 기초, 분석 정보 제공 시스템 등을 프로토타입 대상으로 설정하고 웹 기반 수재해 정보 플랫폼 인터페이스를 구현한다. 개발된 플랫폼은 수재해 예측정보의 정확도를 향상시키고 국지적 침수재해 평가 예측 및 지역 맞춤형 재해평가 체계를 실현함으로써 국가 물 관련 재해를 혁신할 수 있는 기술을 확보하는 소중한 토대가 될 것으로 사료된다.
