최근 우리나라는 기후온난화 등으로 인해 봄철과 겨울철에 심각한 가뭄이 자주 발생하고 있으며 그 정도는 점차 심해지고 있다. 2001년과 2002년 사이에 발생한 가뭄으로 약 100여개 시군에서 제한급수가 시행되기도 하였으며 2008년 말부터 발생하고 있는 남부지방의 가뭄은 식수를 걱정해야 할 정도로 심각한 실정이다. 이러한 기후변화는 수돗물의 안정적인 공급을 위한 수자원확보를 어렵게 하고 있다. 특히 하천수를 취수원으로 하고 있는 지방상수도의 경우 수돗물의 안정적인 공급과 수질측면에서 가뭄에 매우 취약한 조건을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이러한 가뭄에 대처하고 안정적인 물 공급을 제공할 수 있는 광역상수도의 역할이 중요해 지고 있다. 광역상수도는 여름철 홍수기에 가두어 놓은 댐의 물을 사용함으로써 안정적으로 물을 제공할 수 있다. 광역상수도는 가뭄시 안정적인 수돗물을 공급할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지역간의 요금편차를 제거하여 수도요금의 지역간 형평성을 고려할 수 있다. 또한 광역상수도를 사용하는 지방자치단체의 경우, 지방상수원 보호구역의 해제로 인해 지역개발을 활성화 시킬 수 있으며 국가차원에서도 물관리의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 광역상수도의 사회적 편익을 조건부 가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하여 추정하였다. 조건부가치측정법은 비사장 재화에 대한 가치를 추정할 수 있는 통계적 방법이다. 추정결과 안정적인 물공급을 위한 광역상수도의 가치는 음의 효용을 허용하지 않았을 경우, 가구당 5,796원의 지불의사금액으로 추정되었다. 이러한 결과는 광역상수도의 투자계획시 정책자료로 사용될 수 있으며 물정책 당국자에게 물관리측면에서 유용한 자료로 사용될 수 있다.

최근 국내외에서 자동차 연비와 성능 향상을 위하여 고부가가치 자동변속기의 개발이 적극적으로 추진되고 있다. 특히, 유럽(ZF)과 일본(JATCO, AISIN)을 비롯한 변속기 부품의 기술선진국에서는 전자빔 용접을 적용한 고부가가치 자동변속기 제품이 개발되어 다양한 고급차 모델에 적용되고 있으며 2010년까지 8속 자동변속기를 출시할 예정으로 개발을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 자동변속기를 개발하기 위하여 부품의 성형 및 가공정밀도 관리가 중요하며, 최종 조립되는 부품의 전처리(연질화처리, 탈지, 이물질 제거등)와 용접시 용접변형을 최소화하기 위한 공정조건의 엄격한 관리가 요구되고 있다. 변속기 부품으로 사용되는 소재는 성형성 확보를 위한 연질재(SPCC)와 강도를 확보하기 위한 고강도강(SAPH400, SPFH590)으로 서로 다른 두께의 재질이 조립되어 최종단계에서 용접공정에 의해 제작되고 있다. 특히, 연질재는 복잡한 형상으로 성형한 다음, 가공을 거쳐 경화를 위한 연질화처리가 요구되기 때문에 건전한 용접을 하기 위해서는 용접면에 접한 연질화 처리부는 연질화 처리재가 잔존하지 않도록 완전한 제거할 필요가 있다. 만약 전처리 공정에서 충분한 세척과 가공품의 정도관리가 확보되지 않으면 전자빔 용접시 고온에서 이물질 증발과 잔류, 스패터 발생등에 의한 용접부 결함발생이나 용접변형으로 인하여 제품불량이 발생하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최종 조립공정인 용접작업시 발생되는 결함을 방지하고 이 두께 및 이종소재의 전자빔 용접비드 형상(비드 폭, 용입깊이)을 최적화 함으로서 용접부 변형을 최소화하고 충분한 강도를 확보하고자 전자빔 용접전류와 속도에 따른 비드형상을 비교검토 하고자 하였다. 그리고 실차적용시 신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 전자빔 용접한 자동차 변속기 부품의 비틀림 시험을 실시하였으며 전자빔 용접 전, 후의 변형량을 측정하여 변속기 부품으로서의 적용성을 검증하고자 하였다.

This study is intended to investigate what impact consumption value and subjective norm by consumers with regard to the social commerce for the foodservice to affect on the behavior of consumers. The result were as follows: first consumption value and subjective norm has positive effect on perceived usefulness, except for monetary value. Second, consumption value have positive effect on perceived ease of use, except for emotional value and subjective norm. Third, perceived ease of use has positive effects on usefulness. The last, perceived ease of use and usefulness has positive effects on reuse intention. It is to be hoped that this study provides foodservice social commerce service practitioners with guideline for establishing methodical strategies.

This research aims to analyze the usefulness of biological resources from the perspective of the users from various angles and after taking these factors into consideration, provide policy implication and scientific criteria for judging and choosing useful biological resources. Among biological resources defined in CBD, the subject of the research was confined to the biological resource as a unit which can be actually used in benefit sharing and trade. Also, among diverse values of biological resources, the usefulness was assessed focusing on the utility value and scarcity. Usefulness was rated on a scale of 1 to 5 (5 grades). The rating was adjusted for the biological resources that need to be managed as a part of the management policy. It is expected that the criteria of this study will be useful for the following: (1) the procurement of biological resources in the need for primary protection and management (2) the utilization of secured biological resources by analyzing their utility value and using them in biological resources industry (3) securement of sovereignty over biological resources, such as prior access permit under the Nagoya protocol, through management and protection of biological resources in Korea.

This paper is to analyse how Industree Crafts, social enterprise in the field of crafts, could generate profit and create a sustainable growth for the last 30 years out of dependence on government grants in India. Success factors was drawn from the findings as follows. First, bringing stakeholder value: it preferred social mission as a goal for generating the value of stakeholders respectively and shared value mutually. Second, building distinctive internal business processes: it adapted unique business model and 4P strategy into its internal organization system and introduced the way of management to support the independence of self-help groups aimed at creating greater added value. Third, promoting learning and innovation culture: it challenged with the help of new design strategies continuously, was unafraid of change, and promoted learning culture to turn trial and error into the organization learning. Finally fourth, securing right finances and resources: it obtained proper finances and resources such as trying joint-sale, attracting investment from a private company, and acquiring enough skilled artisans at every scaling up.

The contemporary domestic construction landscape has witnessed a contraction, primarily attributed to the operational challenges faced by construction entities and a downtrend in the initiation of new projects. In light of this, domestic construction enterprises are ardently seeking avenues to economize whilst simultaneously amplifying the quality across diverse construction genres. Value engineering (VE), heralded for its prowess in not only cost mitigation but also in accelerating project timelines and bolstering construction quality, has been extensively adopted in refining finishing tasks. However, its application to framework enhancements remains conspicuously limited. Particularly in factory edification, framing emerges as a pivotal process exerting significant influence over the entire construction continuum. Thus, it becomes imperative to integrate VE techniques at the inception phase of framing. This would facilitate a meticulous examination of design schematics and on-site conditions, paving the way for alternative strategies that condense construction durations, economize on costs, and augment work efficiency, all the while upholding paramount standards of quality and safety. Such a venture stands to be foundational in expediting construction timelines, fostering economic efficiency, and buttressing construction safety protocols.

취업박람회에서 참관객에게 제공되고 있는 박람회의 서비스품질, 가치, 그리고 만족 등의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 인과관계를 나타내는 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 개최 도시의 지각된 품질 요인은 정보의 확신성, 인적서비스, 접근성, 물리적 환경 그리고 관광매력성의 총 5개의 요인으로 총 16개의 항목을 Likert 5점 척도로 측정하였으며, 변수들의 집중 타당도와 판별 타당도를 확보하였다. 분석결과 관광매력성, 물리적환경, 인적서비스, 정보의 확신성 순으로 취업박람회 참가자의 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 박람회 주최자가 사용자 관점에서 좀 더 효율적으로 행사를 준비함과 동시에 참가 업체의 보다 나은 서비스 지원으로 기업의 가치인식 제고에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

SI기업은 IT시대에 광범한 산업영역에 걸쳐 높은 사회적 가치를 창출하는 주체로서 인정받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 재무적 조달 관점의 가치평가결과는 타업종에 비하여 그다지 매력적이지 못하다. 그렇게 되는 요인은 높은 원가율, 기술적 차별화의 제약 및 낮은 시장진입장벽으로 인한 경쟁격화 등으로 요약될 수 있다. IT기술의 확산에 대한 기대, 적정 마진의 확보가 가능한 SM 및 기개발된 솔루션 매출 등의 긍정적 요인과 경쟁과다로 인한 원가경쟁, 낮은 진입장벽, IT 투자 변동성 등의 부정적 요인이 SI기업의 가치에 영향을 미치고 있다.

제주특별자치도개발공사에서는 제주의 청정자원 가치를 창출하여 도민을 위한 사업이 다양하게 펼쳐지고 있다. 그중 우리나라 시장점유율과 선호도, 만족도에서 최고 1위 자리를 차지하며 2009년 가치 브랜드로 선정된 먹는 샘물 "제주삼다수"가 대표적이다. 그러나 제주도 총 생산의 18%를 차지하는 감귤에 있어서도 감귤농가 소득향상에 기여하는 사업이 있다. 상품가치가 없는 감귤 때문에 손실을 볼 수 있는 감귤농가에 감귤을 전량 사들여 새로운 제주도 특산품으로 가공하는 사업, 바로 음료사업이다. 그 선두에 제주도민의 행복한 삶을 제공하고 있는 감귤제1가공공장이 있다. 감귤제1가공공장에는 농축액공정과 주스공정이 있다. 1일 400톤의 가공된 농축액과 주스가 생산되는 제1공장은 5개의 공장동과 관리동에서 감귤, 녹차 가공공정이 분주하게 돌아가고 있다. 여기서 가장 중요한 것은 안전, 안전을 최우선으로 확보되어야 제주 도민을 위한 일도 할 수 있는 것이고, 수익 또한 창출 된다는 것이 이곳 사람들의 생각이다. 안전을 위해서는 나부터 시작하여 나와 동료의 안전을 지킨다는 감귤제1가공공장을 둘러본다.
