This study aims to find evaluative criteria of quality on the organic clothes with college student consumers, categorize them, establish the basis of evaluation criteria, and examine the roles of each attribute according to their demographical characteristics and the association between their quality evaluation and their purchase intention. College students' evaluative criteria of quality factors of organic clothes were three factor; "aesthetic symbolism", "mainterance efficiency", and "functionality". As a result, first this study showed significant differences from the evaluation criteria of organic clothes in sex, major and pocket money among demographical characteristics Second, this study found that college student consumers' experience of purchasing organic clothes considered "aesthetic symbolism", "mainterance efficiency", and "functionality" more important compared to non-purchase group. Third, it was found that there might be differences between future purchase intention group and non-repurchase intention group according to evaluation standard of organic clothes. There was significant differences in "functionality" between the two groups.

The purpose of the study is to examine citizens' perception regarding establishing a new public library in Jung-gu, Daegu. The study conducted a survey and the participants(N=300) were recruited using a quota sampling method(174 residents of Jung-gu and 126 others in Daegu who may use public libraries in Jung-gu). The respondents highly recognized both the present and future value of public libraries and the impact to themselves and their families, but they perceived that they currently have very few public libraries in Jung-gu, Deagu. Thus, they damanded that new public libraries be built in Jung-gu, and had high willingness to use the public libraries. The study also found that respondents' basic direction regarding building a new public library in Jung-gu and their preference on library location, collection, services, etc. The study finally earned the validity in establishing a new municipal library in Jung-gu, Daegu from the results. On the basis of the findings, the study suggested planing the detailed guidelines and directions for further library construction and operation.

We should step forward from the cremation-centered funeral and consider the well-ending of the diseased from a welfare perspective. Therefore, it is necessary to re-highlight our funeral culture from a welfare perspective and to explore developmental policies in association with the well-ending of the deceased. This study aims to examine the changing history of funeral culture, to identify problems arising in the funeral culture of the Seoul Metropolitan City, and finally present policy and practice implications for funeral culture. We conducted the survey on awareness of funeral culture with recruiting 500 citizens in Seoul City. Well-ending culture is the process which secures human dignity until the last moment of the death and improves the quality of death culture. Systematic approach to well-ending culture will gain the objectives of qualitative improvement of the death. Therefore, the funeral culture paradigm should be shifted for the settlement of funeral culture applicable to aging society. Education for well-ending preparation will give a meaning of life for both the persons waiting for the death as well as the family members. We also should establish funeral facilities as culture welfare facilities where all the generations share.

The objective of the current study was to engage in an in-depth discussion and analysis about the process of overcoming hardships in students that play varsity sports as student athletes and who grew up under incomplete family structures, To achieve this end, the current study conducts a narrative inquiry into the subjects, which found the following: First, in terms of improvement and expansion of interpersonal relationships, the student athletes were able to change their personalities to be more confident and active in their daily routines. Second, in forming positive emotions through playing sports, the student athletes were able to actively search for ways to overcome difficult situations and self-regulated their emotions. Third, in relation to improvement of problem-solving skills, the student athletes were able to find the most effective ways to overcome hardships caused by their broken family situations, in addition to exhibiting advanced problem-solving skills that enabled them to find courses that are most adequate for solving future problems.

This article aims at exploring the convergence and sharing of cultural tastes among Northeast Asian countries by analyzing TV drama "Boys over flower", based on the original Japanese manga and produced in Korea, China, Japan and Taiwan in the $21^{st}$ century. It explores the expectation and desire of the mass who have taken pleasure in watching it in each country as well. This article argues that the sharing of the sensitivities and tastes of young women, the main consumer of the drama, by the mass of the four countries, are an important cultural phenomenon in that it reveals the emergence of "girl" as an active cultural consumer, who had been the object of a restraint and strict protection of the bourgeois family structure.

This study investigated the experiences of baby boomers' social participation through social contribution jobs after retirement, using content analysis. The baby boomers who participated in social contribution jobs after retirement showed a strong desire to work, and were provided with rewarding and self-development, which resulted in family members viewing job participation positively. In addition, through self-help groups and communities, they shared information for the program and formed a social relationship. However, they expressed dissatisfaction with the instability and discontinuity of the job with low salary, with job interview repeated every year. As for the future direction, it is necessary that jobs utilize the skills and expertise of the baby boomers, the bridging jobs as an income guarantee after retirement, and the promotion of industries with marketability and publicness through institutional and regulatory reform. It is emphasized that the human resources of the retired baby boomers should be actively utilized with the governmental support.

This study was attempted to understand the relationship between gender sensitivity and rejection sensitivity of nursing students. From August 26 to September 4, 2022, a survey was conducted on 180 people attending nursing universtity in I Metropolitan city, and then analyzed using the SPSS 24.0 Program. As a result of the study, nursing students' gender sensitivity had a high score of openness to gender identity and openness to gender roles, and overreaction was high among the sub-factors of rejection sensitivity. The gender sensitivity of nursing students was statistically significantly higher when female students, under the age of 23, without religion, experienced gender discrimination, and when there were LGBT people among family, relatives, or friends. In addition, rejection sensitivity was statistically significantly higher only when female students. Finally, among the sub-factors of gender sensitivity, there was a positive correlation between introspection and rejection sensitivity. In order to improve the introspection of gender sensitivity for nursing students, it is necessary to include education or programs on rejection sensitivity.

The Republic of Korea Army predicted that the continuous decline in fertility rate and the low birth rate, one of the biggest issues in our society, would lead to a security crisis due to a lack of military personnel, and revised the Military Service Act in 2010 to prevent enlistment of 'clearly mixed races', which had previously restricted enlistment. made it compulsory As a result, 50 children from multicultural families enlisted in the military in 2011, and the Military Manpower Administration at the time predicted that more than 8,000 people would enlist every year after 2020. This poses another challenge for the Army. A lack of understanding and respect for different languages, religions, and eating habits can lead to conflict among members, which will lead to weakening of combat power. Therefore, through a case study of multicultural application by world powers, the history of success and failure of respect for multiculturalism and the current policy of respecting multiculturalism of the U.S. Army are studied to examine the direction of our army.

This study aims to propose a method of spatial therapy through spatial psychology in various ways of healing for emotional damage received by individuals. It is intended to prove the effectiveness and specify the method through instructional cases of spatial therapy for general university students. The method of spatial therapy was designed as a preliminary question(past)-space exploration (present)-travel plan(future). In the preliminary question, the students remembered the happy trip with their family and the pleasant memories with a person for the longest time. In the space exploration, the places the students visited were all different, but they were fully satisfied and happy about the place they had been to. The students fully remembered and expressed their feelings about the person they were with and the place. In their travel plans, students were fully prepared for the trip and looking forward to various therapy emotions they wanted to feel there. Most of the students said they wanted to find peace of mind through travel, feel peaceful feelings, and enjoy a beautiful world. Travel for spatial therapy or visiting certain places gives those who are tired and struggling enough therapy power.

The continuous rise in the number of multicultural households and the issue of insufficient Korean language proficiency among marriage immigrants have highlighted the need to expand support programs for multicultural families and the importance of staffing multicultural centers. This paper designs and implements a diary application that leverages AI technology to enhance communication between parents and children in multicultural families based on diary entries. The proposed technology uses OCR, machine translation, Korean language correction, and sentiment analysis AI models to facilitate diary-based conversations between parents and children, addressing linguistic barriers and fostering emotional bonds. Additionally, it aims to provide direction for the development and harmony of future multicultural societies.
