A comprison was made regarding perceived family support among patients with somatoform disorders, psychosomatic disorders and depressive disorders. The subjects included 49 patients with somatoform disorders, 43 patients with psychosomatic disorders, and 50 patients with depressive disorders. Perceived social support-family scale was used to measure the extent of family support. The patients with somatoform disorders were significantly lower in family support than the patients with psychosomatic disorders. However, no significant differences were found between patients with somatoform disorders and those with depressive disorders, as well as between patients with psychosomatic disorders and those with depressive disorders. Patients with older age had significantly higher scores on family support than those with younger age. Married patients were significantly higher in family support than unmarried ones. These results suggest that low family support may be associated with either the etiology or the sequelae of somatization. Thus, it is emphasized that the role of family support is essential in evaluation and treatment of somatization. In addition, longitudinal studies will be required to investigate the causative role of low family support in somatization.

This study examines the relationships between family-friendly organizational culture(FFOC), corporate entrepreneurship, and innovative behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship on the relationship between FFOC and innovative behavior. Also we examine the moderating effects of gender between FFOC and corporate entrepreneurship. Research sample consisted of 1,037 employees who were working in various manufacturing companies in Korea. The results of this research is as follows: First, FFOC showed a positive effects on corporate entrepreneurship. Second, FFOC had a positive effect on employee' innovative behavior. Third, corporate entrepreneurship partially mediated effect on the relationship between FFOC and innovative behavior. Finally, gender had moderating effect in the relationship between FFOC and corporate entrepreneurship. Specifically, the positive effect of FFOC on corporate entrepreneurship was stronger in women than in men when FFOC was higher. In particular, this research concludes with implications for future research of corporate entrepreneurship, limitations of this study, and practical application.

Most people cause disputes not to do things they do not want to do. Therefore, in this study, the mobile roulette system was studied to make role sharing easy and fun. The role sharing method is to rotate the roulette through the mobile application installed on the smartphone and throw the dart to check the result with the mobile application. Through this study, it is possible to set the role sharing that most people do not like to be as fun as the game, and the conflict due to the role sharing between family members can be reduced. It is also expected that it will contribute to leisure activities, not just unconditional roles.

This study attempts to analyze the structure of collaborative network among multicultural agencies in Busan area. The survey was conducted with such agencies as multicultural family support centers, regional government offices, public libraries, social welfare centers, and other NGO-supported agencies, in order to analyze the structural features of the network. The results of the study indicate that cooperative networks are hardly in action except for the one among agencies which share their function, roles, and characteristics in common, that regional government offices and multicultural family support centers have high density networks with other agencies and performed major roles. Public libraries, however, only collaborate with other libraries, or did not participated in the networks, which indicates that endeavors of public libraries to cooperate with other multicultural agencies is needed.

The aim of this qualitative study was to explore and understand the roles, efforts, difficulties and challenges parents have in the process of raising teenage children and supporting their career development in the underprivileged families. The research was conducted through focus group interviews with low-income parents, with support from 11 local community welfare centers nationwide, and then thematic analysis was done with collected data. And we could draw on findings on the difficulties those parents are dealing with while assisting career plans of their children, the endeavors they make when doing so, the helpful support from the society, and things to be done in the future. With the results, we provide final recommendations on family-centered action plans and the roles of community welfare center that can effectively assist career development of teenage kids in the process of child upbringing of the underprivileged families.

This study attempts to investigate the influence of the parental reality show viewing on both the marriage expectation and family value. More specifically, this study investigate the effect of the parental reality show() viewing on marriage expectation(romance and partner expectation), fair parental role model value, and parental nursing efficacy. Indeed, the mediation effects of wishful identification were examined. For this purpose, this study surveyed 407 college students from three different areas. The results showed that the viewing had significant influence on both romance and partner expectation directly as well as indirectly through wishful identification. For the family value, the viewing did not directly influenced on the fair parental role model value, however, it had indirect effects through wishful identification. Meanwhile, viewing had only the direct effect on the parental nursing efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to explore ways to help improve adolescents' happiness by exploring the influences of emphatic ability and family strengths on happiness. This subjects were 514 middle school students living in Gwangju. Data were collected from self-report questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program. The major findings were as follows; First, the adolescents' emphatic ability('viewpoint', 'identity', 'emphatic interest'), family strengths('family respect and affection', 'role sharing and problem solving', 'communication and bonds', 'financial stability') and happiness scores were higher than the median(3.00). Emphatic ability('viewpoint', 'identity', 'emphatic interest', 'personal suffering') and family strengths('communication and bonds') showed significant difference according to gender. Second, the adolescents' happiness was influenced by 'family respect and affection', 'role sharing and problem solving', 'financial stability', 'personal suffering', 'identity', and 'emphatic interest'. Adolescents' happiness was explained about 39% by these variables. In other words, the higher family respect and affection, both higher role sharing and problem solving and higher financial stability, with lower personal suffering and higher identity and higher emphatic interest showed the higher happiness. These findings demonstrate the emphatic ability and family strengths in adolescents influence on the level of happiness. As such, in order to improve the happiness of adolescents, it is necessary to energize those programs focus on the forming healthy family relationships and to design finance assistance programs that could attempt to minimise financial gap. Additionally, it is necessary to develop programs aimed to enhance emphatic ability and continue such programs in homes as well as at schools. Finally, it is necessary to implement curriculum that may improve family strengths and emphatic ability, which have influenced on the happiness in adolescents. Since the subject "Technology & Home Economics" helps to enhance family strengths, emphatic ability and eventually amplifies the happiness, it is necessary to expand and reinforce it as well as to make it a mandatory subject.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the Family Functioning, Smartphone Addiction and Self-differentiation of college students and investigate whether Self-differentiation mediated the relationship between Family Functioning and Smartphone Addiction. The subjects of this study were 176 college students from 3 colleges located in S-si and M-si and the data were collected over the period of 20 days from December 1 through December 20, 2016. As their Family Functioning increased, their Self-differentiation increased (${\beta}=667$, p<.001); as their Self-differentiation increased, their Smartphone Addiction decreased (${\beta}=-.361$, p<.001); moreover, their Self-differentiation fully mediated the relationship between their Family Functioning and Smartphone Addiction (Z=-2.336, p<.001). To alleviate the Smartphone Addiction of college students, their Family Functioning and Self-differentiation need to be improved.

Elderly males in retirement experiencing a change in their social status and role in the family are likely to develop negative perception toward the elderly and the elderly life. The purpose of this study is to examine how the experiences of age discrimination affect elderly male's perception and his attitude towards the elderly life, and to verify the mediation effects of the family and peer relations, which would necessitate the need for social welfare intervention. 215 participants, the elderly men registered at the welfare centers in Seoul Metropolitan area, participated in this research utilizing the structural equation modeling to verify the mediation effect. The findings are as follows. First, the elderly males's experiences of age discrimination is found not to have a significant effect on their perception towards the elderly. Second, the elderly males' discrimination experience has a significant effect on their attitude towards the elderly life. Third, it is found out that family function and peer relationship has complete mediation effect on the perception on the elderly experiencing discrimination in their perception towards the elderly life. Fourth, the family function and peer relationship has partial mediation effect on the elderly male experiencing discrimination in their attitude toward their life after retirement. This shows that more efforts are needed to reduce discrimination towards the elderly, and that strong family function and peer relations help the elderly to develop more positive perception and attitude towards the elderly life. In conclusion, it proposes an institutional approach towards the problem as well as increased support for elderly welfare service including family counseling intended to strengthen family function and alternative family, and more active social activities aimed at strengthening of peer relationship.

Family films with insight of the society are now recognized as significant texts to communicate with audience from the beginning of the history of film and to reflect various viewpoints on changes of the times and socio-cultural context. In such aspect, the films of Hirokazu Kore-eda are very significant in that they suggest very sharp view on modern society through family narrative. His family narratives not only presented a profound reflection on the modern society and human relations through themes on death, loss, severance, and alienation, but also formed a public sympathy based on success in the box-office numbers despite his heavy subjects. His such achievement is closely related to the format of spatial representation to record 'time' and 'daily life' as well as the family film as a narrative form to draw the meaning of a family. Therefore, this study analyzes the family narrative and the format of spatial representation in the films of Hirokazu Kore-eda, and could find the film form where life and space closely communicate each other to reach the topic. This study, concentrating on the spatial representation and the roles and meanings of formal factors in family narrative, can find its own value in its expansion out of the previous studies which adopted macro perspectives on the trend of the times.
