Breast cancer is the most prevalent oncological disease among women. Various psychosocial distress is common at the diagnosis, treatment, and posttreatment phase of breast cancer. For the treatment of breast cancer, not only medical treatment but also psychosomatic integrative care will be needed. Patients with breast cancer may lead to increased vulnerability to stress, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder, and depressive disorder, and these psychiatric diseases and conditions are associated with recurrence or exacerbation of breast cancer. Psychosocial treatment of anxiety and depression could increase the quality of life of patients and decrease the recurrence and progression of breast cancer. In this article, we reviewed 5 clinical breast cancer survivorship guidelines focused on psychosomatic integrative care including psychosocial treatment and alternative treatment for psychosocial distress. Because 5 treatment guidelines were using various definitions of evidence, we confirmed evidence of various psychosocial treatments for patients with breast cancer based on the definition of evidence by the US Preventive Service Task Force (USPSTF) guideline. We also reviewed the effect size of psychosocial treatment for anxiety, depression, mood, and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. This article discusses the barrier to the delivery of psychosomatic integrative care and suggests integrative care planning for breast cancer. Multi-disciplinary teams, patient's needs assessment, information technology support, patient and caregiver engagement, planned periodic monitoring of psychosocial distress by a psychosomatic specialist or consultation-liaison psychiatrist are recommended as key features of a psychosomatic integrated care plan.

This study is about a Customized Nursery School where working women can support work - life balance and a reduction in retirement or turnover. The research method is to identify the current status of Customized Nursery services and to recognize the recognition and need of the operation of Customized Nursery School. The importance of securing skilled nurses and preventing them from changing their jobs for the health and safety of people cannot be emphasized enough. A Customized Nursery School must be opened to reduce the retirement or change of jobs of working women nurses and to provide care for continuous work in three shifts from 365days to support the balance between the working mother and family. It is considered that nurses will put their children in relief when using retired nurses who have the ability to work 24hour rotation in a Customized Nursery School and when a Customized Nursery School be ran suited for the condition and demand of working women nurses, it is expected to reduce retirement and the change of jobs, also to give positive effect on marrige and family planning which would make improvement in low birthrate. To activate the Customized Nursery School, Creating a secure learning environment and qualification of educators great effort should be put. A program curriculum based on 'basic life and habits' should be the center of education. Continuous management and effort will need to be placed in continuous development of educators.

Background: Despite increasing the number of newly licensed nurses across Korea, shortages caused by geographical imbalances remains a significant concern. Therefore, understanding nursing students' attitudes to working and living, factors influencing where they first choose to work after graduation is useful in formulating appropriate interventions to retain nurses in regional areas. Methods: A total of 329 senior nursing students from areas outside Metropolitan Seoul completed self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test, chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: Of the respondents, 57.8% reported that they planned to work in the region in which their school was located. The three factors ranked as having the greatest influence on their decision to work in non-metropolitan regions were: the cost of living, housing costs, and the proximity to family. Enjoyable aspects of rural life contributed positively to students' intentions to work in non-metropolitan regions, whereas isolation and socialization problems negatively affected their intentions to work in such areas. Conclusions: Greater consideration should be given to improving working conditions and housing environments in non-metropolitan regions.
This qualitative study explores how Mongolian migrant workers, with a marked tendency for family migration, plan and put into practice their child's education and attach meaning to it in relation to the social network they form during their stay in Korea. Specifically, it analyzes in particular ways the social network Mongolian migrant workers form affect their settlement in Korea, the process by which the social network affects their planning of their child's education, and how the education planning and its realization lead to the formation of new social networks. The results show that parents were divided between those who made a deliberate decision in sending their child to the Seoul Mongol School as a part of their plan and those who chose the school due to forced circumstances. While some parents preferred the Seoul Mongol School over regular Korean schools for their child's education and future, others sent their child to the Seoul Mongol School, regardless of their preference, because they did not have access to information about regular Korean schools, were afraid of divulging their illegal status, or were afraid their child would not be able to adjust to the school life in Korean schools. Based on such analysis, this paper stresses the urgency of further research in this area, and suggests direction for future policy measures.

This study aims to predict the land use demand of Seongnam-city using system dynamics and to simulate the effect of changes in family structure and land use density adjustment policy on land use demand. This study attempted to construct causal loop diagrams and an analysis model. The changes in land use demand over time were predicted through simulation results. As a result of the analysis, as of 2035, an additional supply of 2.08 km2 for residential land and 1.36 km2 for commercial land is required. Additionally, the current supply area of industrial land can meet the demand. Three policy experiments were conducted by changing the variable values in the basic model. In the first policy experiment, it was found that when the number of household members decreased sharply compared to the basic model, up to 7.99 km2 of additional residential land were required. In the second policy experiment, if the apartment floor area ratio was raised from 200% to 300%, it was possible to meet the demand for residential land with the current supply area of Seongnam-city. In the third policy experiment, it was found that even if the average number of floors in the commercial area was raised from four to five and the building-to-land ratio in the commercial area was raised from 80% to 85%, the demand for commercial land exceeded the supply area of the commercial area in Seongnam-city. This study is meaningful in that it proposes a new analytical model for land use demand prediction using system dynamics, and empirically analyzes the model by applying the actual urban planning status and statistics of Seongnam-city.
Child policy has focused on needy children with special emphasis on residual services but youth policy has implemented to promote capabilities of general adolescents by various activities. The fragmented implementation of child-youth policy by several ministries resulted in possible redundancy of target groups and insufficient service delivery system. Thus, the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Family Affairs has pushed forward to integrate service delivery systems in child-youth policy after the former Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Government Youth Commission were integrated as part of a government reorganization plan. The purpose of this study is to review limitations of Lee Myung-bak government's plan to integrate child-youth policy and to make important suggestions for effective integration. Lee Myung-bak government's plan seeks to help children and adolescents prepare for the future and move forward with dreams and hope. However, this plan has fatal problems of overemphasizing the efficiency of finance without expansion of budget for children and adolescents. To achieve well-being tailored to one's life cycle, the full-scale expansion of budget is indispensible through the induction of the special fund or the special tax for children and adolescents. Fortunately, Lee Myung-bak government recognized child-youth policy as the social investment that would heighten national competitiveness in the long term, but there was insufficient child-youth policy infrastructure for new implementation. Therefore, Lee Myung-bak government needs a new design for integrated and universal child-youth policy that should take into account national human resource development plan and its economic development policy. The public responsibility for children and adolescents should be strengthened and, in addition, the network function in service delivery system should be complemented.

From this, base on the investigation and analysis of diet&living space of most chinese apartment, and through differences kinds and places of storage items. With them I would combine the food culture and feature of storage space of China to solve problems of the efficiency of the kitchen.

The purpose of this study is to take a closer look at the child-rearing experiences of a two married individuals who were both raised in a child care institution after they had been separated from their parents. Data was collected from a husband and wife who had grown up together in the same child care institution, and in-depth interviews were conducted on them. The research method was analyzed by a qualitative case study. According to the results, the following main themes were extracted from the experiences of the child-rearing couple : 'A family made to escape loneliness', 'Childbirth that started without preparation and fell into the swamp of child rearing', 'Faced reality, regret, and reflection', and 'Finally regaining strength because of the responsibility to be a parent'. The couple married with vague fantasies and without any preparation to escape from the terrible loneliness. Like the marriage, the couple subsequently did not have a specific plan for childbirth. Later, it proved difficult to raise children who did not receive enough information or education, and the couple became exhausted. After the child entered the day care center, the couple experienced a sense of regret and was forced to reflect as they faced a child who resembled their negative appearance. The couple also reported that they felt deeply responsible for their parents even though they did not grow up with any form of parental care. Based on these findings, this study suggested a social welfare intervention plan which could have helped the married couple grow up in the child care institution.
COVID-19 is sweeping the world, and it is in crisis in all aspects of politics, economy, culture, and religion. Because of the COVOD-19 crisis, Korean churches were unable to provide on-site worship, and online worship began, and churches that started on-site worship also performed online worship. In the case of church schools, the functions of fellowship and education were paralyzed and many are offering online Sunday service only. Many people eagerly want to go back to what it was before COVID-19, but it seems difficult because COVID-19 has become a global issue and a pandemic situation. We can't wait to get better out of this. In the COVID-19 crisis, the church was unable to properly handle the church's original work and to fully fulfill the mission of education. The response of many churches was to postpone the planned ministry to the second half of 2020. Now, we should try to set a new direction and prepare specifically to move in the new direction. With this perspective, this paper studied the direction of Christian education in the post COVID-19. Specifically, the theoretical basis of the direction of Christian education in the post COVID-19 was found in the theory of Agape's encounter, Catechesis theory, and diakonia theory, and specific directions were suggested according to these theories. Specifically, based on the theory of Agape's encounter, Christian education that emphasizes the encounter with the natural environment, Christian education that emphasizes the encounter among family members, Christian education that emphasizes the encounter among citizens of the world, and Christian education that emphasizes the encounter through online were presented. Based on the Catechesis theory, Christian education copping with the attack of heresy was presented. The current public health service programs are Inefficient due to an inconsistent policy for health service program, lack of health information system, irrational health program planning and evaluation, and Inadequate training of health workers. Local government has a legal responsibility for health service program planning and promoting the competence of health workers. Thus, municipal and provincial health departments should expand their roles and strengthen their function. The strategies for developing public health service programs at local level are ${\circled}1$ stipulating the goals of health policy, ${\circled}2$ promoting the ability for health program planning and evaluation, ${\circled}3$ establishing health information and surveillance system, ${\circled}4$ training of health workers, ${\circled}5$ establishing an institution for health information management and training of health workers, and ${\circled}61$ collaboration with local universities.
