  • 최근 화재시뮬레이션을 이용한 화재위험성평가를 많이 실시하고 있다. 이에 따라 화재시뮬레이션에 대한 중요성도 강조되고 있으나, 국내에서는 화재시뮬레이션에 대한 신뢰성에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 단일구획의 화재실험을 실시하고 각 가연물의 연소 특성 실험을 적용한 FDS와 일반적으로 구동하는 FDS의 비교를 실시하여 FDS의 신뢰성을 알아보았다.

  • 본 연구는 외국에서 수행된 FDS를 이용한 화재조사사례를 조사분석하여 그 문제점 및 개선방안을 정리하여 향후 국내에서 화재조사를 위한 FDS의 이용방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 수행하였다. 본 외국사례를 통한 케이스스터디와 실험적으로 국내의 주요가연물들에 대한 열특성데이터와 내외장재 및 창호등에 대한 열특성에 관한 DB를 분석하고 국내상황에 필요한 화재성장모델을 구축하여 화재조사에 적용할 수 있도록 개선하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Effects on Combustion Characteristics Induced by Ignition Timing and Shape of Passagehole in a IDI Type Constant Volume Combustion Chamber (IDI형 정적 연소기에서 점화시기 및 연락공의 형상이 연소특성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this research, we use IDI type constant volume combustion chamber which may make up stratified combustion to construct the design back data of lean-burn engine. Some experiments are conducted by the passagehole angle in the adapter of main chamber and sub-chamber. The effects on the combustion characteristics according to the ignition timing are investigated. The used fuel is methanol prospective for alternative fuel. Fuel is injected under 10.78MPa using solenoid and accumulator. As the results of the experiment, combustion characteristics reveals that ignition timing, passagehole angle and shape greatly effects on. Lean inflammability limit is extended to 0.45 in equivalence ratio.

  • This research surveys the twisting and untwisting tensions according to the various processing conditions of belt type texturing such as draw ratio, 1st heater temperature and velocity ratio. The 1st heater temperature was changed from 1606{\circ}C\; to\; 220^{\circ}C$, draw ratio was changed from 1.6 to 1.9 and velocity ratio was changed from 1.4 to 1.8. The twisting and untwisting tensions are measured with the variation of these processing conditions, in addition, the untwisting tension(T2) and tension ratio(T2/Tl) according to the various processing conditions are analysed with the false twist mechanism which is affected to the physical properties of draw textured yams.

  • This research surveys the threadline instability on the belt texturing machine according to the 1st heater temperature, draw ratio and velocity ratio. the threadline instability to the time, which is called surging phenomena, is analysed with variations of draw ratio and velocity ratio. In addiction, the surging phenomena is investigated with the variation of the untwisting tension and false twist mechanism on the belt texturing machine. The breaking strain, modulus and yam unevenness of the DTY along the yarn length are measured and analysed with the surging phenomena which is due to untwisting tension variation on the threadline according to the draw ratio, 1st heater temperature and velocity ratio.

  • False twist texturing uses the thermoplastic property of synthetic yarn and produces a bulk and a stretch by giving the filament a permanent crimp. This study investigated the effects of false twist texturing parameters, disk/yarn(D/Y) and heater temperature, on the physical properties of nylon textured yarn. D/Y was a primary determinant of twist numbers of filaments and was proportionally increased with the twist numbers of filaments, resulting in an increase of crimp rigidity of the textured yarn. Heater temperature, a determinant of the heat setting of transformed filaments, was proportionally increased with the increase of crimp rigidity. Nylon 6 was partially melted at $190^{\circ}C$. This study consequently suggested the optimal parameters of nylon 6 85d/68f full-dull POY.

  • 노은 매립지는 사용종료된지 5년이 경과된 비위생매립지로 최종복토는 되어 있으나 침출수 차집시설 및 매립가스 포집설비가 제대로 갖추어지지 않은 상태이다. 환경부의 사용종료 매립 지 정비지침에 의하면 침출수의 BOD/CODcr 비율이 1/10 수준임으로 침출수의 안정화 과정이 거의 완결상태로 진행되고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 매립지 가스의 안정화 측면에서는 CH4의 비 율이 5%정도이기 때문에 안정화가 거의 이루어진 것으로 볼 수 있다. 매립된 쓰레기 중에서 플 라스틱을 제외한 가연물 함량이 3.97 - 9.34%이기 때문에 매립폐기물은 안정화 기준에 미흡한 상태이다. 그리고 지하수는 대장균 항목이 지하수 수질기준 생활용수 기준에 미흡하여 안정화 기준을 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 노은매립지는 매립지 안정화의 속도가 평가 대상별로 상이하 게 진행되는 것으로 평가된다.

  • This study surveys the physical properties of DTY composite yarns manufactured by pin, disk and belt texturing systems. For this purpose, 208d/36f POY PET and 40d/12f high shrinkable PET filaments are prepared for specimens. The composite yarns are manufactured with this texturized POY and high shrinkable PET filament using the pin, disk and belt type texturing machines. While the processing conditions of the pin and disk types texturing machines were fixed, those of a belt type texturing machine were varied with over feed to compare and analyze with the yarn physical properties of pin and disk type composite yarns.

  • A new ignition system concept was developed to improve ignition performance, accuracy of control and the reliability of the ignition system. The new ignition system has ho호 frequency discharge characteristics with 1.5-2.0 ms discharge duration, in place of the usual solitary longer duration event. We applied the system to a commercial engine to study its influence on the maximum combustion pressure attained during the cycle, when this peak pressure occurred, imep, variation rate of the engine speed and the flammability limit of a lean mixture. In this study, we clarified that the new ignition system had a beneficial effect of the lean mixture flammability limit. Also for a given mixture strength we found that the mew ignition system gave a higher peak cylinder pressure than in the case of the conventional ignition system.

  • For the improvement of ignitability we need ignition energy and its discharge characteristics which are suitable for a part distribution of the mixture density around the ignition spark plug and the flow characteristics of the mixture in the combustion. Especially, for the solving of the instability of initial ignition and lean ignitability limit in the case of lean-burn combustion, the more powerful ignition energy is required. The conclusions from the observation can be summarized as follows: 1) The ignitability limit for HIS expands wider and the combustion is more stable than for CDI. 2) The combustion duration and ignition timing depend upon the distribution of local mixture density in the vicinity of ignition spark plug.
