A Feedback Control of Pump-Controlled Electro-Hydrostatic Actuation System (펌프 가변제어기반 유압시스템의 피드백 제어)

  • This paper presents a position control strategy for a pump-controlled electro-hydrostatic actuator (EHA) using feedforward control with disturbance compensation. As the disturbance observer is used to estimate nonlinear dynamics of EHA, which has valve-opening conditionals, as well as external disturbances, an additional feedforward control is adopted to achieve rapid response. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified through experiment using an EHA test bench. The proposed controller shows better tracking performance compared with a conventional PID controller.

  • In this paper suggested methods for current control in active filter are using the triangular carriers which were composed of independently generated threefold carriers and controllable current source which compensates the harmonics generated independently from the types of the load with instantaneous amplitude adjusting from the maximum magnitude of the compensating currents. And the 2-nd order high pass passive filter connected to the source finally supplies pure sinusoidal waves by suppressing the residual harmonics which cannot removed by the active filter. As the typical load which generates the harmonics, a rectifier was set and the system was also designed by simulations and implementations.

A New Robust Discrete Integral Variable Structure Controller with Disturbance Observer for Uncertain Discrete Systems (불확실 이산 시스템을 위한 외란관측기를 갖는 새로운 둔감한 이산 적분형 가변구조제어기)

  • In this paper, a new discrete integral variable structure controller based on the a new sliding surface and discrete version of the disturbance observer is suggested for the control of uncertain linear systems. The reaching phase is completely removed by introducing a new proposed integral sliding surface. The discrete version of disturbance observer is derived for effective compensation of uncertainties and disturbance. A corresponding control with disturbance compensation is selected to guarantee the quasi sliding mode on the predetermined integral sliding surface for guaranteeing the designed output in the integral sliding surface from any initial condition for all the parameter variations and disturbances. Using Lyapunov function, the closed loop stability and the existence condition of the quasi sliding mode is proved. Finally, an illustrative example is presented to show the effectiveness of the algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose a new driving mode control algorithm for a mobile robot based on obstacle detection. The robot has a variable geometry single-tracked mechanism, so it can maximize a contact length with ground for the adaptability to off-road and puesue a stable system due to the lower center of gravity. However this robot system embodied passive type according to operator. In this reason, several problems are detected. So, this research presents a new method of obstacle detection using PSD infrared sensors and translates the variable tracks on the best suited driving mode actively. And experimental results about mentioned are presented.

  • This paper presents property of the squeeze mode type mount using Magneto-Rheological fluid(MR fluid). The mount can isolate multi-directional vibrations, and also effectively reduce the vibrations in a wide range of disturbance frequencies by controlling the applied magnetic field. The shape of the mount is the same that of squeeze film damper. In the present work, the performance of this mount was experimentally investigated according to changing the magnetic field strength.

  • OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)는 의료용 생체조직의 단층 영상을 레이저 빛을 이용하여 구현하는 첨단 의료기술이다. Time-domain과 Fourier-domain을 기반으로 다양한 광간섭 신호의 획득이 연구되고 있으며, 영상획득 속도의 향상을 위한 경쟁이 세계적으로 치열한 상황이다. 최근 초고속 파장훑음 광원(Wavelength-swept source)의 개발을 통하여 초당 300 frame 이상의 단층 영상이 구현되고 있다. 본 발표에서는 초고속 파장훑음 레이저 광원(Wavelength swept laser)이 능동형 모드잠금(Active mode locking) 외부공진 반도체 공진 구조를 기반으로 새롭게 구현된 연구 성과를 포함한다. 분산에 의한 모드 잠금에 의하여 발진 파장이 결정되어 가변하므로 1 MHz 급 이상의 초고속 반복이 가능하며, 특히 의료용 산업용 분야의 다양한 광센서 및 광영상 응용에 활발히 응용되고 있다.

  • This paper studied performance characteristics of hybrid automotive to replace existing fossil fuel vehicles. Specially, about power split type HEV that is T-HEV's drive system when a vehicle drives at steady speed, monitored both output of each engine, motor and generator and battery SOC (state of charge) and analyzed performance characteristic of power transmission system and electricity power parts. This study shows those that acquired and analyzed information from signals between HCU and each controller of actual T- vehicle. From this study, it is confirmed that each conditions of EV and HEV drive can be a improvement with respect to the fuel efficiency of vehicles.

  • The existence of the j-type collision periodic orbit is examined on the condition of mass ratio 0.9878449 and Jacobian constant 2.9∼3.4. Using the Birckhoff's regularization method and the 5th order Runge-Kutta variable step-sized numerical roution introduced by Fehlberg (1968). we test their periodicities. As the results, 4 j-type collision orbits and 5 peculiar orbits are represented. There are good agreements in this collision orbits with the relationship between the period and the shape of orbit proposed by Pinotsis Zikides(1984).

  • 본 논문에서는 중소형 전동차에 활용하기 위한 DC모터 구동회로를 설계하였다. 설계된 구동 회로를 활용하여 자체발진회로의 스위칭 신호를 갖는 트랜스포머를 이용하여 연속적으로 구동할 수 있다. 또한 DC 모터 최대속도 동작시, 제어회로의 기준전압 값을 삼각파보다 높게 유지할 수 있고 모터 구동 FET를 항상 온 값을 가지도록 하여 최대출력을 얻을 수 있도록 해준다. 설계된 구동회로를 장착한 250W급 DC모터속도 컨트롤러를 활용하여 소형전동차 구동시험을 실시한 결과, DC모터의 전진 및 후진 속도를 연속 가변 할 수 있음을 확인하고 그 특성을 검증하였다.

  • 본 논문은 이차공기송풍기를 가변 회전수 제어하여 소내 소비 전력을 절감하고, 전동기의 직입기동에 의한 스트레스를 줄이기 위하여 실증 적용된 발전소 이차 공기송풍기 구동용 H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터에 관한 것이다. H-브릿지 멀티레벨 인버터는 독립적으로 절연된 직류 부를 갖는 저압의 단상 인버터(셀 인버터)를 다수 직렬 접속하여 고압 3상 전압을 출력하는 Cascaded H-브릿지 전압형 인버터이다. 주요내용은 국산 인버터 발전소 현장적용 기술을 바탕으로 대형 인버터 현장 실측 내용과 적용시의 문제점들을 다루어 발전소에 확대 적용에 도움을 주고자한다.
