가동 코일 및 DC Motor로 작동되는 유연한 빔의 운동 특성 해석 (Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of a Flexible Beam Actuated by Moving Coil and DC Motor)

  • Active damping system is generally used for the vibration suppression and precise motion control for the flexible structure. This application can be easily found on the space structure and driving mechanism of optical storage devices. Although a control system using the flexible structure has many advantages over using rigid mechanism in driving energy saving, system weights, and etc., more complex and precise control strategies are required. A position control system using flexible structure and the concept of active damper is designed and manufactured, which is driven by slide DC motor and moving coil motor located at the tip of the flexible beam. Dynamic characteristics of this system are investigated by analytic and experimental ways. By the comparison of those two results, a nominal reference model for this system is proposed.

  • 가동코일형 리니어 액추에이터는 다른 형식의 액추에이터에 비해 구조가 간단하고 제어가용이하여 다양한 산업 분야에 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 리니어 액추에이터의 가동 특성을 향상시키기 위해 가동자의 모든 동작점에서의 추력을 반영한 목적 함수를 구성하고 최적설계 문제를 정식화하였다. 명확한 형상표현을 위해 레벨셋 함수를 설계변수로 설정하여 최적설계를 진행하고 성능과 생산성을 동시에 만족하는 액추에이터를 설계하기 위해 페이즈 필드 모델의 개념을 최적설계에 적용하여 최종형상의 단순화를 고려하였다. 제안한 기법의 효용성을 확인하기 위해 액추에이터 진동과 소음의 원인인 추력의 변동폭을 최소화하기 위한 코어 설계를 수행하여 추력의 변동을 감소시킬 수 있는 최적 형상을 제시하였고 복잡도 계수에 의한 최종 형상의 단순화도 확인하였다.

  • In a modern control field, a control engineer who has theoretical backgrounds with some practical knowledge is demanded. That is to say, an engineer who can understand and operate the various parts such as modeling, simulation, system analysis, signal processing, statistics, and hardware is required. In order to prove the theoretical backgrounds and operate various hardwares, a lot of experimental devices for students are designed in universities. Since the conventional experimental devices are manufactured abroad and the prices of the devices are too high, it is difficult to have. If a low cost experimental device can be developed, it will be very useful for a control engineering education. In Ibis paper, an experimental rig which has two control inputs and three sensor outputs to control the end point of a flexible beam is designed and manufactured. This rig can be used for a control field education.

  • 최근 산업 분야에서 리니어모터는 고속, 고정밀도의 요구사항에 따라 회전 모터와 볼 스크류, 벨트를 이용한 직선구동방식보다 빠르고 정확하며, 효율이 높기 때문에 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 리니어모터 중에서 선형 브러시리스 직류 전동기(LBLDCM)는 다른 리니어모터에 비해 소형, 경량이 가능하고, 저속 및 고속의 운전이 용이하며, 기계 가공 정도보다는 엔코더 등과 같은 위치 결정 응용 분야에 적합하며 본 연구에서 사용된 LBLDCM은 코일 가동형으로 영구 자석에 의해 발생된 자계와 가동자 코일에 흐르는 전류 사이에 작용하는 힘을 이용하게 된다. 이와 같은 LBLDCM을 응용분야에 적용하기 위해서는 구동 중에 속도가 변하는 지점에서 발생하는 진동을 줄여야 하며 목표지점까지의 정확한 위치 제어가 필수적이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 다양한 속도 프로파일에 따른 진동에 대해 비교 분석한 후, 이동거리에 따른 적합한 속도 프로파일에 대해 알아보았고, 그 결과를 토대로, 목표지점까지의 위치 오차를 저감하면서 정밀한 위치 제어에 적합한 프로파일을 제시하였다.

  • As high-definition television(HDTV) broadcasting were generalized, there have been many researches and developments about large storage capacity and fast data transfer rate in optical disk drives(ODD). Pickup actuators must have high flexible mode frequencies and gain margins. Flexible modes are caused by the flexibility of moving parts in the actuator and a servo bandwidth is limited by them. As a result, the system becomes unstable for high-speed operations in high density reading and recording. In this paper, we suggest improved modeling method that considers the bonding layer. And, flexible mode frequency of actuator is improved by Design of Experiment of lens holder. Magnet circuit is designed considering the relation with moving part. Through improving yoke design, the magnetic flux is changed and DC tilt is reduced. Consequently, we designed actuator which has high flexible mode frequency and gain margins.

  • In this study, the design procedure of hybrid active mount by an electro-magnetic actuator is proposed to reduce the transmitted force from naval shipboard equipment to ship hull structure. The hybrid type mount which is composed of a passive rubber element and an electro-magnetic actuator is introduced and, through the vibration measurement for the objective pump system, the required force of the actuator is computed and discussed in detail. The initial designs were supposed for three types, one is moving coil type actuator and the others are moving permanent magnet type actuators. Based on the initial design concept, the final designs considering shock resistance and interference with mover and stator are proposed and examined.

  • The lift and drag forces on various magnet moving with a velocity is developed above a closed loop coil. These forces are affect by resistance and inductance of circuit, velocity of magnet. To obtain strong magnetic flux density, the magnet is replaced by Halbach array. This paper presents analysis of force between linear motion Halbach array and a closed loop having the constant resistance and inductance as a various speed.

  • 경추 수술 중 발생한 척추 동맥 손상은 드물지만 중요하다. 중재적 혈관내 치료 기술의 발전으로 척추 동맥 손상에 대한 치료 접근 방식이 바뀌었지만 확립된 치료 방침은 아직 없다. 우리는 트리플 스텐트 시술 실패 후 플러그 앤 패치 방식으로 혈관내 코일 시술을 하여 척추 동맥 손상으로 인한 가동맥류를 성공적으로 치료한 사례를 보고하고자 한다.

  • A moving-coil-type linear oscillatory actuator is consisted of the NdFeB permanent magnets with high specific energy as the stator, a coil-wrapped nonmagnetic hollow rectangular structure and an iron core as a pathway for magnetic flux. The inductance of moving coil and the push/pull effect is obtained from the permeance model of LOA with the open magnetic circuit. The analytical method are verified using the 2D finite element method.
