최근 통신 시장은 전례없는 변화를 맞이하고 있다. 많은 신생 사업자들이 사라지며 기존 종합 통신 사업자들 역시 심각한 재정상의 어려움을 맞이하고 있으며 장비의 가격은 2년 동안 거의 40% 정도의 가격 하락이 있었다. 따라서 앞으로 모든 통신 사업자들에게는 검증된 비즈니스 모델, 안정적인 기술 그리고 신뢰할 수 있는 공급업체 선택이 가장 중요한 요소가 될 것이다.

최근 제조공정상의 학습효과를 고려한 통합로트량 결정모형이 개발되었다. 본 논문은 기존의 단일 구매자에서 복수구매자의 모델로 확장된 가격할인 모형을 다룬다. 이 모형에서는 복수구매자의 발주간격은 가장 짧은 구매자의 발주간격에 정수배라는 가정하에서 모형이 개발되었다. 구매자의 계수변화로 인한 민감도 분석이 되었다. 소개된 모형의 효과를 보이기 위해 수치예재를 이용하였다.

본 연구는 기후변화협약이 한국의 산어구조에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 투입산출모형을 이용하였다. 가장 실현가능성이 많은 에너지/탄소세 부과 시나리오별로 에너지수요에 대한 가격탄력성을 고려하여 가격효과를 살펴보고, 이것을 이용하여 궁극적으로 한국산업구조에 어떠한 영향이 미치는 가를 분석하였다. 또한 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 한국산업구조의 특수성을 감안하면서 중 장기적으로 합리적인 산업구조조정을 수행하는데 필요한 성장산업과 사양산업을 구분할 기준이 되는 지수를 개발하였다.

미국, 중국 등 외국의 부동산을 취득하는 사례가 점차 늘고 있다. 정부는 작년 7월 1일 해외 투자 활성화 방안을 발표한 이후 올1월 6일 '해외투자촉진방안'을, 3월 2일에는 '외환거래 규제완화 방안' 을 내놓았다. 결국 해외에서 2년 이상 거주 목적을 밝힐 수 있다면 아무리 비싼 해외 주택도 어렵지 않게 구입할 수 있게 된 것이다. 또한 해외에서 취득한 주택은 귀국일로부터 3년 내에 다시 팔아야 한다는 규제 조치도 이번에 폐지됐다. 따라서 에서는 미국, 중국, 베트남 등 해외 부동산 시장에 대한 정보와 지역별 주택 가격 동향, 매매 절차 등을 매달 연재 형식으로 다뤄보고자 한다. 이번 호는 지역별 주택 가격 동향과 모기지 이자율 변화 등 미국의 주택시장에 대해 살펴보았다.

WTO 뉴라운드와 DDA협상 등 농산물수입개방 확대로 국내 농업ㆍ농촌의 여건은 점점 악화되어가고 있다. 우리 농촌이 국제적 환경변화에 영향을 받기 시작하여 농산물의 생산과 판매에 있어서 영향을 주고 있다. 농산물가격이 보장되지 않고 국제적 경쟁을 통해 이겨야하는데 현실적으로 구내의 농산물가격 경쟁에서 이기기 힘들다. 따라서 각 국의 농업정책도 자국내 농정에서 글로벌 스탠다드에 의한 국제시장 메카니즘 강요를 받고 있으며, 농업도 생산증대에 역점을 두어왔으나 소비자지향의 고부가가치를 창출하는 농업으로 패러다임의 전환을 요구받고 있다.(중략)

The aim of this paper is to research the changes of social welfare by internalizing external cost, especially the maintenance cost. Main target of this paper is the Cheonan$\sim$Nonsan Line, where private capital highway, national highway and local road are competing against each other. Considering the realistic difficulties in applying the First Best pricing, this paper applied the Second Best pricing, applying the maintenance cost, in lieu of the already mentioned. The demand functions of the toll roads were built through regression analysis. By reflecting the maintenance cost to the toll fee, It was able to confirm the variation of social welfare deriving from the traffic assign change but also the aspects of toll revenue at the same time. Result of applying the Second Best pricing shows merely a small change in social welfare. However, in the aspect of finance, it is analyzed that there will be about 13 billion won worth of financial effectiveness which will contribute to the reduction of the national financial support.

As the trade linkages and the financial relationship between China and Korea grow stronger, China's influence on Korea is also growing larger. Therefore, it is meaningful to examine key features of Chinese monetary policy operations and the current situation, and to analyze the transmission mechanism of China's monetary policy shocks onto the Korea economy. China's monetary policy shocks can have an impact on the Korea economy through the trade, financial and oil-price channels. In the trade channel, an expansionary Chinese monetary policy can increase Korea's exports of intermediate goods to China under the vertical trade structure, via the vertical trade integration effect. Meanwhile, the expenditure switching effect and the income demand effect show no statistical significance. In the financial and oil-price channels, expansionary Chinese monetary policy shocks can decrease the interest rate and increase both stock prices and the consumer price index in Korea through changes in global portfolio capital flows, interest rates, and raw material prices.

This paper attempts to estimate the energy price elasticity of per capita $CO_2$ emissions, which helps to understand the influence of recent energy price increase on the natural reduction of $CO_2$ emissions. For this purpose, this study researched panel data of twenty-nine OECD countries from 1978 to 2009 and adopted estimation models for testing the environmental Kuznets hypothesis. Estimation results show that the 1% increase of energy price index will cause a statistically significant decrease of per capita $CO_2$ emissions by 0.26 ~ 0.31%, which is substantial enough for policy consideration. Also Kuznet curves in estimation models were identifed, the turning points of income lie between 22.2~48.5 thousand US dollars, depending on model specifications.
