지금부터 4년전 다시 말해 현재의 국제원유시장의 공급과잉 사태가 발생되기전 원유의 현물가격은 공시판매가격보다 웃도는 상태를 지속했었다. 원유가격 형성의 기본이 되는 현물시장의 가격수준이 공시가격의 방향을 예시하는 나침판 역할을 하기 때문에, 원유의 안정적인 공급을 확보키 위한 일환으로 산유국과 장기계약을 선호하던 당시, 석유소비국들은 로테르담 석유시장을 원망하는 태도로 바라보았다. 왜냐하면 악덕거래업자들의 조작으로 현물시장 가격은 계속 상승일로에 있었기 때문이다. 산유국정부들은 표면적으로 가격은 시장의 원리에 입각해서 형성되어야 한다고 주장하면서 그들의 공시가격이 현물가격보다 낮다는 점을 들어 공시가격 수준을 합리화했던 것이다. 이하에서 현물시장 가격 형성에 영향을 주는 요인들을 설명하기로 한다. <편집자 주>

9월중순부터나 하순부터는 새로 도입하는 실지 수입단가에 따라 또는 정부관리양곡 부산물가격 인상여부와 소맥피가격 형성 여하에 따라 결정될 것으로 전망되나 사료가격 안정기금을 수입사료 부담금으로 충당하게 될 경우 배합사료 가격의 하락폭은 예상보다 다소 좁아지겠지만 배합사료 가격은 계속 적정수준으로 유지 시킬 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to develop an integrated agricultural distribution network management system to improve the quality, profit, and decision-making efficiency of agricultural products. We adopt two key techniques: crop maturity detection based on the YOLOX target detection algorithm and market price prediction based on the Prophet model. By training the target detection model, it was possible to accurately identify crops of various maturity stages, thereby optimizing the shipment timing. At the same time, by collecting historical market price data and predicting prices using the Prophet model, we provided reliable price trend information to shipping decision makers. According to the results of the study, it was found that the performance of the model considering the holiday factor was significantly superior to that of the model that did not, proving that the effect of the holiday on the price was strong. The system provides strong tools and decision support to farmers and agricultural distribution managers, helping them make smart decisions during various seasons and holidays. In addition, it is possible to optimize the distribution network of agricultural products and improve the quality and profit of agricultural products.

The analysis on the relations of appraising elements and market prices in ruby being used for jewelry was carried out by using the ruby prices from Palmieri's Market Monitor. As the result, it is understood that weight is the most influential, next is color, clarity is the least influential among these three main appraising elements, and the other relations between the appraising elements and market prices in ruby are also clarified.

국내 전력시장은 발전기별 비용에 근거한 운영체계를 가지고 있다. 특히 각 발전기의 임시발전가격(IGP, Interim Generating Unit Price)은 발전기별 기동비용 및 무부하비용을 평활화하여 시간대별 가격으로 변환하고 증분비를 더함으로써 산정되고 있으며 그 중에서 가장 높은 임시발전가격이 계통한계가격(SMP, System Marginal Price)으로 결정되고 있으나, 발전비용 최소화를 위하여 단시간 가동되는 소규모 발전기의 발전력 배분으로 계통한계가격의 Spike 현상이 종종 발생하고 있다. 이는 수요증가 및 발전력 부족에 의한 영향보다는 발전비용 최소화 구현과정에서의 현상이므로 이를 해결하기 위한 대안을 검토하고 이에 따른 전력시장의 계통한계가격 영향을 검토하였다.
