도자기 산업 유통단지 선정 시 성능 특성은 구매선호도, 가격, 제품, 생산품질 등 여러가지가 있지만 모든 성능 특성을 동시에 고려하는 것은 불가능 하다. 따라서 이들 중 중요인자를 선정하고, 유통단지의 필요정도만을 특성치로 선택하여 제품에 대한 범위를 결과로 도출하고자 한다. 이로 인해서 현행의 부진한 도자기시장을 활성화할 수 있도록 판촉 방안의 문제점 및 개선 방안을 강구하고, 효율적인 유통시스템의 설계로 인한 도자기 산업 전반의 비용 절감을 모색하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 일반 대중들이 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 형태의 유통구조 개선에 따른 마케팅 접근방법을 제시하여 유통단지 구축으로 판매 촉진 방안을 수립하는 것이 이 연구의 목적이다.

전환사채에 대한 연구는 전환사채의 가치와 최적상환정책에 대한 연구, 기업의 재무의사결정에 있어서 전환사채의 역할 및 기능, 그리고 전환사채의 발행이 주식가격에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 중점이 주어져 왔다. 전환사채의 가격결정모형에 대한 연구와 전환사채 발행이 주식가격에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 많지만, 전환사채를 발행한 기업의 재무적 특성과 발행동기에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 적다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 착안하여 1987년 이후 발행이 증가하고 있는 국내전환사채를 연구대상으로, 전환사채 발행기업과 전환사채 비발행기업의 재무비율을 변수로 선택하여 전환사채를 발행한 기업의 채무적특성을 분석한다. 그리고 기업들이 실제로 어떤 동기에서 전환사채를 발행하고 있는가를 설문조사를 이용하여 살펴본다.

전력산업 구조개편에 따라 도입된 새로운 전력시장환경하에서 전력시장가격(SMP)은 시장참여자에게 있어 기존사업 운영 및 신규투자에서의 의사결정을 하는데 가장 중요한 요소로 작용하게 된다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 전력시장 시뮬레이션 모형인 P-Pool 모형을 활용하여 제3차 전력수급기본계획에 기준한 장기 전력시장가격(2007-2020)을 전망하고 이를 시장정보로 제공함으로써 향후 잠재적 시장참여자의 의사결정을 돕고자 한다.

현재 우리나라 전력시장에서 시장가격(SMP) 결정시에는 전력계통 운영 및 발전기 자기제약에 기인한 Must Run 등의 제약요소들을 고려하지 않고 실제 전력계통 운영시에만 반영하고 있다. 그러나 전력을 안정적으로 공급하기 위해서는 다양한 제약조건을 충족시켜야 하므로 시장가격은 원칙적으로 이러한 기술적인 제약을 충족시키는 조건에서 결정되어야 한다. 따라서 각종 제약요소 처리 관련 효율적인 전력의 생산 및 소비, 신규투자 등에 대한 시장신호를 제공하기 위해 필요한 개선방향 검토, 시장에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 가능한 개선대안을 모색하여 보았다. 현실적으로 가능한 전력계통 예비력 확보 조건, 발전기 자기제약의 반영 등은 단기적으로 시행하되, 계통제약을 반영한 지역별가격제는 송전이용요금의 개선과 병행하여 점진적으로 개선하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.

This Paper investigates how perceived Price, airline service aquality, perceived value. passenger satisfaction, and airline image determine passengers' future behavioural intentions. To test the conceptual framework, Path analysis using a maximum likelihood estimator, was applied to data collected from Korean international air passengers. It was found that all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant. Perceived price. Perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image were each found to Have a direct effect on Korean international air passengers future behavioural intentions.

유가 자유화 이후 석유제품가격이 인상되면서 소비자들의 불만이 크다. 이러한 불만과 비난의 상당부분은 석유제품가격이 어떻게 구성되어 있는지, 또 어떤 요인들에 의해 변동되고 있는지에 대해 일반소비자들이 잘 모르고 있기 때문에 나타나는 현상일 수도 있다. 월간 주유소 1월호에 유가자유화와 관련하여 실시한 설문조사 결과도 이러한 사실을 잘 나타내주고 있다. 특히 설문조사 문항중 유가결정 구조에 대해 알고 있느냐는 질문에 대해 응답자중 93%가 「모른다」고 대답한 사실은 깊이 새겨봐야 할 부분이다. 정부고시가격 체계하에서는 유가산정의 근거 및 변동요인등에 대한 대국민홍보는 기본적으로 정부에게 책임이 있었으나, 유가 자유화 이유에는 석유업계가 그 정당성 및 타당성을 스스로의 책임하에 소비자에게 설득하고 홍보해야만 할 것이다. 이러한 홍보활동은 고객에 대한 서비스, 고객의 알 권리 충족이라는 차원에서 뿐만 아니라, 앞으로의 석유업계가 지속적으로 성장 발전하기 위해서 필수 불가결한 요소가 될 것이다. 월간 주유소 1월호의 소비자 설문조사 결과를 요약, 전재한다. <편집자 주>

본 논문은 제품공급자, 중간분배자 그리고 고객으로 구성된 2 단계 공급사슬에서 공급자가 수요 증대를 목적으로 중간분배자에게 일정기간 동안 제품대금에 대한 지불연기를 허용하는 상황을 고려하여 중간분배자의 신뢰성있는 판매가격 및 재고보충정책을 결정하는 문제를 다루었다. 문제 분석을 위하여 고려하는 제품은 시간에 따라 일정률로 퇴화한다는 가정과 함께 수송량에 따라 할인되는 수송비를 고려하여 모형을 수립하였고, 중간분배자의 수익 증대를 위한 경제적 판매가격 및 재고보충정책 결정을 위한 해법을 개발하였다.

Over the years, the widespread proliferation of multimedia services has necessitated the development for an efficient network management. In this paper, we investigate the role of adaptive online pricing mechanism in order to manage effectively the network congestion problem. Our on-line approach is dynamic and flexible that responds to current network conditions. With a simulation study, we demonstrate that our proposed scheme enhances network performance and system efficiency simultaneously under widely diverse traffic load intensities.

We investigate the factors affecting the price of apartments using the spatial and temporal data of private real estate prices. The factors affecting the price of apartment were analyzed using geographical and temporal weighted regression (GTWR) model which incorporates the temporal and spatial variation. In contrast to the OLS, a general approach used in previous studies, and GWR method which is most widely used for analyzing spatial data, GTWR considers both temporal and spatial characteristics of the house price, and leads to better description of the house price determination. Year of construction and floor area are selected as the significant factors from the analysis, and the house price are affected by them temporally and geographically.

This paper proposes an efficient market mechanism-based resource transaction model for grid computing. This model predicts the next resource demand of users and suggests reasonable resource price for both of customers and resource providers. This model increases resource transactions between customers and resource providers and reduces the average of transaction response times from resource providers. For prediction accuracy improvement of resource demands and suggestion of reasonable resource price, this model introduces a statistics-based prediction model and a price decision model of microeconomics. For performance evaluating, this paper measures resource demand prediction accuracy rate of users, response time of resource transaction, the number of resource transactions, and resource utilization. With 87.45% of reliable prediction accuracy, this model works on the less 72.39% of response time than existing resource transaction models in a grid computing environment. The number of transactions and the resource utilization increase up to 162.56% and up to 230%, respectively.
