This paper is an analysis about Ahn, Jasan's theory of Sijo. He comprehended that Korean classical poetry is not a literary genre written in letters but a music genre sung orally, because he minutely investigated old books under the situation without preconceptions. Ahn, who had a thorough knowledge on our native music or literature, had an exact recognition about Sijo. He had analyzed existence of Sijo after commenting Sijo's true nature, whenever he discuss. His attitude was possible for his recognition like that. The first step of Ahn, Jasan's theory of Sijo is source of Sijo searched for identity of Sijo. Generic source, metrics, poetical idea, and history are written well in the paper. Establishment of Sijo's poetic identity is second step's discourse about Ahn's theory of Sijo, the contents are integrated in his book Poetics of Sijo poetry. He became to discuss Sijo as a regular poetry, even in this book. Especially a minute discussion about theory of Sijo's phrase and lines was accomplished in this time, theory of metrics based on meter and rhythm was a core discussion of this time too. Although his scholarly opinions are not refined comparing to the scholars of later ages, we can say that his opinions clearly worked a role of exemplary precedent. His opinions were other scholars ahead, nevertheless he had been neglected by researchers for not belonging to major group against his will. For this reason, I think Ahn's status in history of Sijo study has to be readjusted.

This study examined the effects institutional block ownership on the stock market liquidity in Korean Stock Market. The two measures of institutional block ownership are used. They are the percentage of a stock owned by institutional blockholder and the number of institutional blockholder that own the stock. This study used the Amihud(2002) illiquidity measure to measure stock market liquidity. The results are as fellows. First, this study showed that the number of institutional blockholder is significantly negatively correlated with the Amihud(2002) illiquidity measure in the analysis which is used the whole data. But we found no a consistent results between the number of institutional blockholder and the Amihud(2002) illiquidity measure in the grouped institutional blockholder's number analysis. This indicates that the effects institutional blockholder on market liquidity is not simple. Second, this study showed that the percentage of a stock owned by institutional blockholder are negatively related with Amihud(2002) illiquidity measure, especially revealed statistically significant in the group 3(11.71%~17.38%) and group 4(7.45%~11.65%). This results suggest that the institutional blockholder have positive effect on the market liquidity in the group 3 and 4. Third, the significance of the percentage of institutional block ownership and the number of institutional block ownership in explaining illiquidity are more showed in the term of the global financial crisis(2008) than the before and the after of the global financial crisis.

The objective of this research is to evaluate both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis by comparing vital variable factors of the golf swing successes and the failures. At the moment of swing, each body segment and the movement of the club as well as kinematical parameters were produced by utilizing the 3-D swing analysis for the high school female golfers. As kinematical parameters, it analyzes the 3-D analysis and ground reaction force about the location change, velocity and angle. The 3-D swing analysis and ground reaction force location change, velocity and angle are analyzed for Kinematical parameters. As a result, the stable swing is maintained by club head showing very few front-back movement (X) when the address and the top swing. Also, the center of mass velocity contributes to the momentum increase by showing very rapid velocity when successful comparing with when failed at the time of top swing of left-right(Y) and it is thought that by lessening the cocking angle when successful from the top swing to the impact, it influences the linear velocity increase and has a good effect on a non-distance increase. It shows that Ground reaction force (GRF) is examined by showing the stable approval rating in a front-back(X) direction and left-right(Y) and connected to a successful swing.

Purpose: The current study was performed to compare the difference in binocular visual function depending on variable background colors at near work. Method: Fifty four adults (18 males, 34 females) who consented to the present study and had no ocular disease, ocular surgery history, strabismus and amblyopia with normal binocular vision were participated into this study. The subjects were asked to read the novels with black letter printed on white, red, green and blue background for 15 min. Then, their heterophoria, AC/A ratio, near point of convergence, accommodation facility, relative accommodation and vergence were measured before and after reading. The difference of measurements were compared. Result: Overall heterophoria was tended to decrease with regardless of background color. AC/A ratio showed a tendency of increase after reading the novels with all backgrounds except white background. Near point of convergence was significantly increased compared to before reading at all background color. Accommodative facility of dominant and non-dominant eyes were also significantly increased after reading however, binocular accommodative facility showed a tendency of decrease. Negative relative accommodation also decreased at all background colors however, the change of positive relative accommodation was not significantly different. In case of vergence, there was significant difference in break point of far BO and recovery point of far BI by the wavelength of background color. Conclusions: From the results, it was known there is convergence change depending on the wavelength of light even though same amount of accommodation and convergence is required when doing near work for certain period. Thus, it can be suggested that the adjustment of the near working environment which perception of various color was required, should be conducted according to the main wavelength.

Purpose: To evaluate the results and prognosis of operative repair to acute rupture of achilles tend on associated sports injury. Materials and Methods: 21 cases were surgically treated and average follow-up period was 1 year and eight months. The forth decade was most common with $55\%$ and soccer was most common in sports with 5 cases. End-to-end suture of ruptured achilles tendon was performed, and paratendinous structure was wrapped sufficiently. Postoperatively. ankle was plantarflexed for 6 weeks with longleg cast. And then 2 weeks interval, short leg cast with equinous position was conversed to functional position. About 10 weeks after operation, ankle was recovered to right angle. Hooker scale was used to evaluate the results. Results: Compared to normal side, heel-floor distance of ruptures side was decreased 0.7 cm in average, and 0.8 cm was deceased after 20 times weight loaded dorsiflexion. Mid-calf circumference was deceased 0.3 cm, and active dorsiflexion and plantar flexion of ankle was decreased each 3 and 5degree. 16 cases showed ‘excellent’result and 5 cases showed ‘satisfactory’. There was no complication, such as re-rupture or infection at operation site. Conclusion: After end-to-end operative repair to achilles tendon, sufficient wrapping of paratendinous structure is efficient for healing and prevention of postoperative adhesion. And serial dorsiflex-ion cast change is considered to be a successful treatment for preventing residual equinus deformity.

To face these challenges, Sejong city governments and policy maker recognizes the opportunity to ensure more enriched lives for citizen with data-driven city management, and effectively exploring how to use existing data to improve policy services and a more sustainable economic policy to enhance sustainable city management. As a city government is a complex decision making system, the analysis of astounding increase in city dada is valuable to gain insight in the affecting traffic flow. To support the requirement specification and management of government policy making, the graphic representation of information and data should be provide a different approach in the intuitive way. With in context, this paper outlines the design of interactive, web-based dashboard which provides data visualization regarding better policy making and risk management.

In recently, thanks to the development of computer and internet, and reinforcement of digital media literacy of ordinary people, many users of comics and animations recombine contents into various ways, including UCCs. In a glance, it seems these outputs violates the copyrights of contents. But in reality, they helps the growth of the ecosystem of contents market, with increase of contents users. The reason of these reproductions inclines the characteristics of animation media. Animation, which are constituted by plastic symbols, auditory symbols, and narrative symbols, and Comic, which supports stories of Animations, affects as 'Imaginary signifier'. These signifiers helps users of contents to dismantle and reassemble stories. These aspects are seen in doujin culture, animation soundtrack fandom, and voice actor fandom. But In this article, we will concentrate into cosplay culture. Cosplay culture shows more active appearances than another fandoms. In especially, cosplay stage and daily cafe show more active reproductions of characters and communications. However, they are done by youth fans, which has not enough financial abilities: therefore, events are not sustainable and discontinued. And they have another limits, like lack of opportunity of performance. In the reality of Korean society, which needs of community making by community member, and hybrid culture, comics and animation productions in Korea are in need of access positively and encourage reproductions of active receivers of animations.

The concentrations of mercury, cadmium, copper, lead and zinc in sea water of Ulsan Bay were determined at spring and neap tide in August 1976. The range and mean of the heavy metal concentrations are as follows: at spring tide mercury 0.00-0.20ppb, 0.06ppb, cadmium 0.00-1.80ppb, 0,22ppb; copper 0.83-10.60ppb, 1.67ppb; lead 0.00-4.53ppb, 1.35ppb; zinc 0.0-21.8ppb, 4.4ppb, and at neap tide mercury 0.00-0.10ppb, 0.03ppb; cadmium 0.00-0.54ppb, 0.19ppb; copper 0.51-2.60ppb, 0.92ppb; lead 0.00-2.21ppb, 1.00 ppb; zinc 0.0-13.6ppb, 3.3ppb respectively. The concentrations and variations of the heavy metals were higher at spring tide than that at neap tide. The heavy metal levels of Ulsan Bay except Ulsan Harbour area was not higher than those of other coastal area. Low chlorosity, low pH and high heavy metal levels except zinc were determined in Ulsan Harbour at spring tide.

정부의 건강증진사업은 국민의 건강수명 연장과 삶의 질 향상에 궁극적인 목적이 있다. 이는 건강 지지적인 환경을 조성하고 질병을 예방${\cdot}$관리하며 평생 건강서비스를 제공하고 건강한 생활양식을 형성하도록 함으로써 달성될 수 있는 것이다. 건강증진사업을 위한 기반으로 연구와 개발 강화, 법과 규칙의 조정, 기금과 인력과 같은 자원 확보는 필수적이다. 정부의 건강증진전략은 첫째 자원할당의 우선순위를 확보하는 것으로 건강증진, 질병 및 손상의 예방, 재활관련 사업에 더욱 많은 자원을 할당하는 것이며, 둘째로 국가차원의 건강증진 프로그램을 개발하여 실행하는 것이다. 포괄적인 생애주기별 건강증진 프로그램(건강증진종합계획)과 모아보건, 학교보건, 산업보건, 그리고 만성질환예방프로그램 등이 포함된 포괄적인 프로그램을 개발하여 실행하는 것이다. 셋째로, 건강증진기금을 공공보건을 위한 하부기반과 건강증진 프로그램에 투자함으로써 사업의 하부기반을 정비하는 것이다. 건강증진사업을 위한 하부기반으로는 정책과 위임사항을 들 수 있는데, 국민건강증진법과 국민건강증진종합계획, 2005년 6월에 서울시 의회를 통과한 건강도시추진위원회를 들 수 있다. 정부의 건강증진사업의 법적 기반은 1995년에 제정된 국민건강증진법이다. 국민건강증진법은 국민들이 건강에 대한 가치를 인식하고 책임의식을 함양하며, 올바른 건강지식을 갖고, 국민들이 건강한 생활양식을 실천할 수 있는 환경 조성을 목적으로 하고 있다. 건강증진사업은 대중을 위한 보건교육과 건강상담, 영양관리, 구강보건관리, 질병의 조기발견과 치료를 위한 건강검진, 지역사회 건강문제에 관한 조사와 연구, 담배소비 감소와 건강증진부담금 부과를 통한 국민건강상태의 향상을 위한 사업이다. 훈련과정으로는 보건복지부에서 2005년부터 수행하고 있는 시와 지역을 위한 현장관리 프로그램과 서울시가 수행예정인 지역수준의 지도자 훈련과정이 있다. 건강증진사업의 원활한 진행을 위한 기금조성은 건강증진기금이 담배세로부터 조성되고 있으며 2004년 12월 31일 현재 담배 한 갑 당 500원으로 인상되어 부과되고 있다. 기금의 관리와 운용은 보건복지부가 담당하며, 기금은 건강한 생활양식형성에 대한 지원활동, 국민을 위한 보건교육과 교육자료 개발, 건강증진과 만성질환에 대한 연구, 질병의 조기발견을 위한 건강검진, 구강보건관리활동에 사용되고 있다. 향후 건강증진사업 투자계획은 1단계 (98-02년)에는 사업기반조성기, 2단계(03-06년) 보건소사업발전기, 3단계(07-11년)통합사업정착기로 구성되고 2단계의 인프라구축에 사용될 투자 비율은 30%에서 3단계에 15%로 감소될 예정이며, 사업실행 영역은 50%에서 65%로 확대될 계획이다. 2005년 건강증진사업의 중점목표는 건강증진사업의 지방 분산화, 건강증진사업의 근거마련, 사회적 형평성의 달성에 있다. 건강증진사업의 지방분산화를 위해서는 중앙에 관리센터가 설치되어 기획과 평가, 연구와 개발, 현장관리 훈련을 담당하게 되고, 지역관리센터에서는 자치적인 보건소 중심 건강증진사업의 수행과 평가를 진행하게 된다. 건강증진사업의 근거마련을 위해서 효과가 입증된 사업에 우선순위를 두며, 기획과 평가위원회를 설치하고, 건강증진사업의 평가결과를 환류 할 수 있는 체계를 마련하는 것이다. 또한 건강증진포럼을 구성하며 현 건강조사 체계를 수정한다. 한편 형평성 제고의 측면에서는 저소득층, 노인, 장애인들과 같은 취약계층의 건강상태 향상을 위한 중앙정부와 지방자치단체의 역할을 강화하고, 지역간${\cdot}$사회적 집단 간의 건강증진사업관련 형평성을 제고한다.

We examined sapflow of two populus tree species (Populus alba ${\times}$ Populus glandulosa and Populus euramericana) grown under Swine wastewater treatment, and measured relationship between sapflow and climate facters. Sapflow of P. euramericana was 1.5 times greater than that of P. alba ${\times}$ P. glandulosa from September to late December 2007. However, sapflow of P. euramericana and P. alba ${\times}$ P. glandulosa was similar after late January. The relationship between the mean temperature and sapflow was relatively high. There was a decrease in sapflow tendency of the two poplar species during the late October when the mean temperature was low. Trends on relationship between the relative humidity and sapflow showed low relationship. However, data showed weak relationship between sapflow and precipitation. During the period of less precipitation, sapflow of P. alba ${\times}$ P. glandulosa has no relationship. Sapflow of two populus species was still active during non-growing season. P. euramericana was considered as a better species than P. alba ${\times}$ P. glandulosa, in terms of phytoremediation.
