This paper presents robustness propertis of the Kalman Fiter and the associated LQG/LTR method for linear time-invariant output-delayed systems. It is shown that, even for minimum phase plants, the LQG/LTR method can not recover the target loop transfer function. Instead, an upper bound on the recovery error is obtained using an upper bound of the solution of the Kalman filter Riccati equations. Finally, some dual properties between output-delayed systems and input-delayed systems are exploited.

인쇄의 메카 서울 중구. 현재 중구에서는 인쇄업체가 대략 5000여 사에 이르며 종이, 배달, 코팅 등 연관 업체의 종사자까지 합칠 경우 10여만 명이 종사하고 있는 것으로 추정된다. 중구가 한국 인쇄업의 메카임을 웅변하는 지표다. 그러나 서울시 중구 인쇄타운은 서울시의 재개발계획 때문에 수백년 이어온 삶의 터전을 잃을 위기에 처해 있었으나 이를 지키고자하는 인쇄인들의 노력 끝에 결국 지난 5월 26일 서울시가 중구 을지로와 주교동 일대를 인쇄산업개발진흥지구로 지정 예고하므로써 인쇄타운의 명맥을 잇는 한편 새로운 도약의 계기를 마련하게 되었다. 이에 본지에서는 인쇄산업개발진흥지구로 선정되기까지의 과정과 중구 인쇄타운을 지키면서 인쇄만을 생각하며 묵묵히 걸어온 인쇄인들을 소개하고자 한다.

서울시가 지난 3월 7일 건설공사와 관련한 저가하도급 대금미지급 임금체불 등 고질적인 하도급 부조리로 인한 피해를 속 시원하게 해결해 주는 "서울특별시 하도급부조리 신고센터"를 개소하고 본격적인 운영에 들어갔다. 서울시 감사관실 산하에 설치된 신고센터는 하도급 관련 신고 접수 및 처리를 일관성 있게 관리해 운영효과를 극대화할 예정이며, 앞으로 25개 자치구 공사 공단 감사부서에도 부조리 신고센터를 확대 설치할 계획이다.

창원시와 마산시, 진해시가 합쳐져 지난 2010년 출범한 통합 창원시. 3개시가 통합되면서 인구 110만명에 달하는 거대 기초단체가 설립됐다. 이에 발맞춰 이곳에서는 각종 사회기반시설, 생활편의시설들이 속속 들어섰고 이 가운데에는 신(新) 주거문화의 중심을 이끄는 것도 포함돼 있다. 바로 태영건설이 야심차게 시공하고 있는 '마산메트로시티 2단지 아파트'가 그것이다. 특히 이곳은 경남에서는 최초의 초고층아파트(최고층 55층)라는 상징성까지 갖고 있다. 때문에 이곳을 시공하는 태영건설에서는 안전에 남다른 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 조그마한 사고도 이런 명성에 오점을 남길 수 있기 때문이다. 무재해 준공을 목표로 하고 있는 이곳의 안전관리가 어떻게 전개되고 있는지 찾아가 봤다.

淸初, 王士禎與長兄王士祿同上公車, 與海內文人論文定交, 一時馳聲藝苑, 傳譽京師, 人稱'二王'. 王士禎之所以成爲淸初詩壇領袖, 在文藝方面受到王氏前輩與兄弟的薰陶和影響. 家學的淵源是王士禎吸之不盡的營養寶庫. 王士禎對其兄弟們互相切磋. 勸學共勉, 尤其是長兄王士祿, 是王士禎詩的啟蒙人之一, 實際上是爲兄兼師, 對王士禎的詩歌創作與理論兩方面的影響無與論比的. 王士祿仕宦不達, 物役艱難, 尤經歷兩次被入獄的痛苦, 終生靠佛教, 又在香奩體詩見長, 故王士禎受到長兄王士祿的愛好. 王士祿的佛學修養對王士禎深有影響, 王士禎與不少禪僧交遊, 而且王士禎晩年自放逃禪, 深究佛理. 甚至, 王士禎所標榜的神韻說, 長期建樹在詩禪一致的角度, 其理論體系與參禪的原理與標準幾乎沒有差別, 所以嚴羽和王士禎共以禪喩詩, 從創作構思和作態度至於創作技巧, 皆與頓悟境地十分相似, 如王士禎《香祖筆記》卷八曰"捨筏登岸, 禪家以爲悟境, 詩家以爲化境, 詩禪一致, 等無差別. " 其次, 王士祿喜歡作香奩詩, 也有對王士禎的影響. 在中國古典詩歌的角度, 香奩詩不包含雅正文學的範圍, 反而有香奩詩爲淫靡之作的看法. 但是, 王士祿認爲香奩詩表現出人間純粹感情的抒情詩的特徵, 肯定香奩詩一定包含傳統抒情詩的領域, 具備登上中國詩歌之大雅之堂的資格. 王士禎同樣視香奩詩爲內質相同的文學, 甚至香奩詩也有諷諭功能, 能反映出當時現實與時代的眞相. 如此, 王士祿鼓吹香奩詩, 肯定重情思想, 這些顯然對王士禎産生了影響.

As the increase of an environmental disease has become a social problem after industrialization, academic interest in a spatial difference and characteristics of an environmental disease is on rise. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial distribution and characteristics of an environmental disease using the data provided by National Health Insurance Corporation in 2009. This research is focusing on atopic dermatitis among a variety of environmental diseases and shows the map that atopic dermatitis patients are distributed. Also, The Local Moran's I show how spatial autocorrelation of atopic dermatitis patients are distributed. First, the distribution of atopic dermatitis patients show the spatial difference. Second, 42 places including the western part of Incheon are hot spots of atopic dermatitis. Third, 39 places including Danyang are cold spot of atopic dermatitis. Forth, Jeju-si and Seogwipo-si are unusually hot spot of atopic dermatitis. These results have important implications that further research need to be done in public health geography.

In this age of digital technology, we often experience overwhelming and inescapable feelings of weakness, vulnerability, loneliness and fear that propel us into a state of gloom or frustration. Poetry can also serve as a therapeutic medium for overcoming them because it provides unique opportunities for self-discovery and is a catalyst for healing and self-integration. This study examines the healing properties in English poetry. First, Poetry has expressed innermost feelings, which can serve as a catharsis the emotional release. Therefore it can nurture and strengthen the human capacity. Poetic language heals our soul and mind. Rhythm which comes in many forms and poetic form also are important components of the therapeutic value of poetry. So we can say English poetry can be used as a therapeutic means for healing and personal growth.

In order to examine the flow motion in a combustion chamber of a motored diesel engine, the variation of instantaneous are velocity at a fixed point in combustion chamber was measured by the constant temperature hot wire anemometer, varing engine speed, shroud shape and shroud position. The results are summerized as follows: 1. The variation of air velocity in a combustion chamber is closely related with the valve timing and piston velocity. 2. The air velocity in the cylinder at suction stroke is being increased and maximized at 60$^{\circ}$ ABDC in compression stroke and then decreased at the e.v.o. in expansion stroke. 3. The mean velocity using shroud valve was less than no shroud valve. However the turbulent intensity using shroud valve was larger than no shroud valve. 4. The turbulent intensity with 90$^{\circ}$shroud valve was larger than that of 120$^{\circ}$shroud valve, and 90$^{\circ}$shroud valve at 180$^{\circ}$shroud position had the largest turbulent intensity.

This study attempts to empirically investigate if relative momentum strategy is effective in the Korean stock market. The sample of the study is comprised of companies which are traded in both Kospi and Kosdaq stock markets in Korea for the period between 2001~2014. The study observes that the momentum strategy buying past winner stocks and selling past loser stocks is negatively correlated with the value strategy buying value stocks with high book to market ratio and selling glamour stocks with low book to market ratio. And each strategy is alternatively effective from period to period. The study demonstrates that the momentum strategy is effective when both strategies which are negatively correlated are treated as one system by estimating Fama and French's[1] 3 factor regression model.
