This paper examines the aspect of the novel which appeared in the union of the male and female relationship of "OkSuki", one of the novels of the 19th century. "Oksuki" is a work focusing on the relationship between men and women. It takes a narrative structure based on the relationship. It shows various aspects of the relationship through the structure in which the pluralities of plural persons are repeated. Other events and illustrations, except for the talk, are both an occasion of the alliance and an auxiliary role. At the beginning of the work, the main character's parents are described in detail.By arranging the prophecies related to the relationship between the protagonist and the brothers, it suggests that subsequent narratives will flow into the center of the relationship. The male characters that make up the alliance are characteristically trained and have a good taste, and the Caines are colorfully colored. It is believed that the marriage pattern faithfully follows the medieval status order. The present study examines Bangsanjib(舫山集, Collected Works of Bangsan) written by Heo Hun (許薰, pen name: Bangsan), a scholar of the late Joseon Dynasty. Chapter 2 reviews the author's life and his academic orientations against the backdrop of his times. Chapter 3 goes on to select some of his essays and analyze their contents and characteristics. In Chapter 2, Bangsan is portrayed as a hermit scholar who devoted his entire life to his scholarly achievements. Although he tried to develop his academic theories based on both the Geungi and Yeongnam Schools of Neo-Confucianism, the scholar was more inclined to the Geungi School. Chapter 3 analyzes Bangsan's essays in Classical Chinese with a focus on two themes: The first is the author's loyalty to the academic tradition of the Geungi School, which is demonstrated by his positivistic and pragmatic approach to philosophical issues. The second is his awareness of self-reliant national defense as is revealed by his assertion that Joseon should have knowledge, and provide education, on new weapons in order to be better equipped with such military equipment and become a powerful nation.
In this paper, I examined two things. First explore the of the reality(眞) in poems written on paintings and discussion on paintings in men of letters of Pre-chosun dynasty, furthemore, it analyzes the meaning and thought. To explain it, I would like to analyse the discourse surrounding the reality(眞) in poems written on paintings and discussion on paintings, and concept of the borrowing(假) and the unreal(幻). First of all, I examine the ways that the view of nature of Confucians is pertinent to the abiding in reverence and the investigation of principles of confucians, also painting is necessarry condition for their moral and spiritual self-cultivation. In the discourse surrounding the reality, it is to suggest from 'natural reality (天眞)' to escape from the reality(眞), and proceeds to examine the transformation of reality(眞) in mind(人心). Furthermore I examine the meaning of transform and delicate difference between borrowing(假) and the unreal(幻). In this process, concept of the borrowing(假) and the unreal(幻) is divided into the two meaning. False(假) is to become the Borrowing and painting, the unreal(幻) is change into the act of recognition. In conclusion, I examined the significant transformation of the reality(眞) and the unreal(幻). The reality(眞) has been recognized as a important concept, it is diverged into the Nature, outer things and painting mind, and the object of ultimate value in appreciation and painting of Pre-chosun dynasty.
Mun Il-pyeong(1888-1939) is famous for a nationalist historian led history into popular style to enlighten the public. This paper aims to overview the characteristic of Mun Il-pyeong's history based on prior studies on Mun Il-pyeong's works. The characteristic of Mun Il-pyeong's history shows us people centric trend based on a struggle of classes. For the people, he insisted that description of history should be easy and scientific for the people who are host of history. And Mun Il-pyeong insisted the harmony of nationalist history and positive history. This was a progressive attitude in writing history at that time. Another characteristic of Mun Il-pyeong's history is that he considered cultural history as important. Mun Il-pyoeng wanted to overcome the ashamed political history by cultural history. In this intention, Korean history was again born proudful by him. Mun Il-pyoeng pursued open nationalism, not ultra-nationalism by connecting with other world. This paper focused on the essential part of Mun Il-pyoeng's history. Many scholars think Mun Il-pyeong focused on Korean modern history or history of foreign relation. But I think Mun Il-pyeong attached importance to Practical Learning, Sirhak in late Joseon dynasty. Because Sirhak contained Mun Il-pyeong's academic intention, Modernism and Culturism dreamed from his youth age. Therefore he led so-called Joseonhak Undong meaning study of Sirhak. Studying Sirhak made Mun Il-pyeong open a new direction Korean modern history have to go.
Hwang Hee (1363~1452), a well-known politician in the beginning of Joseon Dynasty, tremendously contributed to opening the glorious civilization during the reign of King Sejong. He was a public servant canonized in the Jongmyo Shrine and a good example of clean government officials in the Joseon era. There were two requests from scholars of 8 provinces across the country to ask his tablet to be enshrined in the Confucian shrine. As a matter of fact, historical evaluation as well as his status is somewhat extraordinary, but his appraisal during his living times was not consistent according to the annals of Joseon like "Sejong Chronicles". Many of his corruptions and unjust behaviors were shown in the annals. It is hard to accept all of them as truth. There are some questions raised about his character, but also some as intentionally bad judgments. However they should be respected now since the authors were trying to write objectively based on their consciousness. Hwang Hee was highly evaluated and popular among bureaucrats because of his generosity. On the contrary, his generosity was so big that he had problems dealing with his family matters according to an official writing historic chronicles. I think this judgment explains well the reason why then some raised questions about his reputation. This goes well with Confucian's saying, "Each fault by humans has a pattern. Seeing one's fault will let you know the one's personality."
'Travelogue to Shenyang(瀋陽日記)' is a documentary literature that Seon Yak-hae (宣若海) who was a military official of Joseon(朝鮮) Dynasty, described matters happened in Shenyang when he visited there as an envoy during early 17th century when Qing(淸) Dynasty and Ming(明) Dynasty coexisted and had diplomatic conflict with Joseon Dynasty. This documentary literature is included in the data collection of China that gathers important historical data of China and has been published and delivered in China, but it hasn't caught attention in Korean academic society. There's another 'Travelogue to Shenyang' which is known in the academic society that is a record of eight years of hostage period of Crown Prince Sohyeon and his group in Shenyang. However, this 'Travelogue to Shenyangl' of Seon Yak-hae is a record of Joseon and other countries' status at that time as well as the Joseon intellectual's activities while visiting Shenyang before the outbreak of the Manchurian Invasion (to Korea) in 1636. Seon Yak-hae who wrote this 'Travelogue to Shenyang' recorded his successful works as an envoy with proud, and showed a unique appearance as a military official and intellect who wanted to observe political and military status of Qing Dynasty secretly and report to his country. Since he was an intellect who had military background, he responded bravely when dealing with diplomatic problem and collected data strategically. He also had the ability as an intellectual official, so he wrote realistic articles and also wrote some poems to express his honest feelings in this peculia Travelogue. Therefore, this ' Travelogue to Shenyang' has both values as a historic records that showed diplomatic status of Joseon in the 17th century and literature records that showed unique spirit to record as an intellect who also had military mind.
This article's aim is to contrast Dasan's commentary with Chu-tzu' and old commentary on The Meaning of learning(學) and ming(命) in Confucius Analects analects. Confucius Analects analects began with Confucius said, " Is it not pleasant to learn with a constant perseverance and application?"(1:1), and closed with Confucius said, "Without recognizing the ordinances of Heaven, it is impossible to be a superior man. We can consider Confucian analects as theory of science. I've tried to define the meaning of learning(學) in Confucius Analects, at first. The Meaning of learning in Confucian analects have 1) Technology, 2) the way of human relation, 3) liberal ar, and 4) 'learning to become a sage. Chu-tzu defines learning(學) in Confucius Analects as 'learning to become a sage'. Dasan's considered learning(學) as science in general. Chu-tzu' and old commentary defined zhiming(知命) in Confucius Analects is 'to know the fact that there is destiny in man's life(ex, life and death). Dasan reinterpreted ming(命) in Confucius Analects as human mind-nature.
The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to identify the emotional labor, ethical climate, job satisfaction, and retention intention of nurses in general hospitals, and to identify the relationship between variables and factors influencing the retention intention. The study subjects were 198 nurses working in four general hospitals, and data were collected from September 18 to September 30, 2019 using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression using SPSS WIN 25.0. As a result of the study, there was a positive correlation between ethical climate(r=.345, p<.001) and job satisfaction(r=.388, p<.001), but emotional labor (r=-.153, p=.031) showed negative correlation. Factors influencing the retention intention of general hospital nurses are job satisfaction(β=.27, p=.001), age(β=.27, p<001), ethical climate(β=.16, p=044), and the explanatory power of the variable was 24.2%. In order to increase the retention intention of general hospital nurses, it is necessary to increase job satisfaction and create a sound ethical climate, and to develop an intervention program that can increase the retention intention by age.
This study is a descriptive research to grasp the effects of nurse practice environment on organizational commitment and to confirm the mediating effect of resilience. The subjects of this study were 150 nurses who agreed to participate in this study among clinical nurses working in university hospital and General hospital located in City J and City J and the data were collected through survey. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 program. Mean scores were organizational commitment 3.38, nurse practice environment 2.62, and resilience index 3.45. There were significant differences on the organizational commitment index for : age, marriage, clinical experience, job satisfaction and a positive correlation between nurse practice environment and organizational commitment, between nurse practice environment and resilience index and between organizational commitment and resilience index. As a result of research, resilience partially mediated the relationship between nurse practice environment and organizational commitment. The findings suggest that in order to improve the organizational commitment of nurse, converged organizational commitment arbitration program strategies are needed to improve the nurse practice environment and resilience of nurses.
Population aging is an inevitable problem in our society nowadays, and the current aging trend in Asia is prominent and the number of elderly people is huge, among which the World Health Organization predicts that by 2050, 35% of China's population will be over 60 years old, making it the most serious aging country in the world. According to actual reports and surveys, there is a clear digital divide between a large proportion of the elderly and ICT technology, which has had a negative impact on the quality of life and mentality of the elderly living in cities due to the rapid development of technology and the dramatic changes that have occurred in urban life in recent years. The author chose Chinese urban elderly as the main research topic, the research method through the collation of existing literature and information combined with the actual data research, narrative collation of the current situation of ICT use among the Chinese urban elderly and the causes of the difficulties, summarize the ability of the Chinese urban elderly as the representative of the elderly users to master and learn ICT. The study concluded that the needs of the elderly for ICT are multi-layered and there is a gradation in the ability of the elderly users to master various ICT services, so that the elderly can better use and enjoy ICT services and provide teaching and services in a hierarchical and targeted manner can be the next research direction.
