  • This study was to investigate the relationship of teamwork, burnout and clinical practice satisfaction and to identify the influencing factors on clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The participants were 197 nursing students in G city. The investigation period is from November 11, 2019 to November 21, 2019. As a result of the study, clinical practice satisfaction showed a positive correlation with teamwork, and a negative correlation with burnout. In the multiple regression analysis, burnout, teamwork, and age were the influencing factors. Those factors explainde 38.7% of the clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students. The most important factors were burnout of nursing students and teamwork. In order to improve clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, it is considered that a curriculum that can reduce burnout and improve teamwork during the clinical practice is necessary.

  • In order to analyze big data, documents should be converted to a open standard format to increase machine readability. It also need natural language processing tools. This study focused on the background of intelligent document processing and the status of research in the public sector, and predicted the changes in work that intelligent document processing would bring. This study noted the changes that intelligent document processing would bring to the archival work, and also considered changes in the role of archivist and their required competencies. Changes in archival work could be anticipated across a wide range of Records Management work and Archives Management work. In particular, it was expected to have a significant impact on the automation of repetitive archival tasks or the description and utilization of records. This study proposed the need to prepare new archival work procedures, methods, and necessary competencies in response to these change in archival work.

  • In this paper, we describe the Solar Car, Woongbi, which was created to participate in the World Solar Challenge(WSC) at the team NeulHaeRang of Korea National University of Transportation. The WSC is the world's largest solar car racing competition and has a separate automobile regulation and must be manufactured to meet the regulations. Therefore, the key point of the solar car design is to optimize the energy efficiency based on the regulations. The solar car's drive system consists of a solar array to convert solar energy into electric energy, a maximum power point tracker (MPPT) controller to track the converted electric energy to maximum output power, a battery to store the produced electric energy, a BLDC (Brushless DC) motor for driving the vehicle by converting energy into mechanical energy, and a motor controller for controlling the BLDC. The optimal design methods for solar energy conversion and electric driving system of battery, motor are presented in this paper.

  • Semiconductor-based photocatalysts can only be activated with ultraviolet or visible light due to their intrinsic bandgap, and they cannot use the energy in the near-infrared region, which accounts for about 50% of solar energy. Therefore, in order to improve the performance of the semiconductor photocatalyst, it is necessary to utilize more solar energy in a broad band ranging from ultraviolet to near-infrared. Combining upconversion nanoparticles with semiconductor photocatalysts for near-infrared absorption have thus been reported. Upconversion nanoparticles can sequentially absorb multiple near-infrared photons and convert them into ultraviolet or visible to activate photocatalysts. In addition, by coupling the semiconductor photocatalyst and the upconversion nanoparticles with the plasmonic metal nanoparticles, the photocatalytic activity can be further improved. This review summarizes the recent studies on improving the photocatalytic performance with near-infrared absorption by using upconversion nanoparticles.

  • This study investigates the relationships among empathy, career decision-making self-efficacy and learning flow of nursing students in non-face-to-face classes caused by a Pandemics. The subjects were 165 nursing students, analyzed the collected data using SPSS WIN 21.0. According to the study, empathy, career decision-making self-efficacy, and learning flow were a significant static correlation. The variables that significantly affect learning flow are major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy, and explanatory ability is 22.7%. Based on this results, it is proposed to prepare a plan to advance major satisfaction and career decision-making self-efficacy in a non-face-to-face classes.

  • The purpose of this study is a descriptive research to investigate the difference between career preparation behavior and major satisfaction level according to whether or not nursing students have taken career courses for nursing students to mke rational career choices. The participants were 221 nursing students. Data collection was conducted from December 1 to 15, 2019. The data was analysis with frequency and percentage, 𝛘2-test, mean and standard deviation and ANCOVA by using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The results were of this study showed that carrier preparation behavior(F=438.08, p<.001), Major Satisfaction(F=461.45, p<.001) have been confirmed significant difference depend on attending to college career course therefore, it is suggested to use career courses as a strategy to help nursing students make successful career decisions.

  • This study is a descriptive research study to investigate the effects of critical thinking and empathy on resilience of nursing students. The subjects of this study were 234 nursing students in the 4th grade and the data were collected from June 3 to 19, 2019. Data was processed by descriptive statistics, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression method. As a result of the study, critical thinking and empathy showed a significant positive relationship with resilience. Critical thinking and empathy were factors that influence the resilience of nursing students and the resilience was explained as 70.3%. Therefore, in order to increase the resilience of nursing students it is considered that an education program that strengthens internal factors can cultivate critical thinking and empathy skills is necessary.

  • This study was aimed to investigate the factors influencing COVID-19 practice of COVID-19 knowledge, COVID-19 attitude, COVID-19 perceived risk among adolescents. A descriptive study design was used. Participants were 164 high school students in D and K city. The data were collected from October 26 to November 6 2020. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. Results: The influential factor for COVID-19 practice was COVID-19 attitude (β=0.28, p<.001). It was found that satisfaction with peer relationship (β=-0.05, p=.493), economic status (β=-0.08, p=.270), subjective health status (β=-0.06, p=.438), COVID-19 knowledge (β=0.04, p=.571), COVID-19 perceived risk (β=0.05, p=.126) had no significant effect on COVID-19 practice. In order to develop a program to increase the COVID-19 practice for youth, it is necessary to prepare a plan to improve the attitude of COVID-19.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of total body water and it's influencing factors in community elderly. In this descriptive study, data were collected from 135 elderly at senior citizen center, from October 4 2016 to February 28 2017. Surveys using questionnaire and anthropometric measurements for BMI and total body water were done for data collection. The results of the study showed that while most of the subjects of the study showed total body water within the appropriate range, some elderly especially elderly women show a degraded total body water. Total body water showed significant difference according to sex, body mass index, number of chronic illness, number of medication and urinary incontinence levels. Significant influencing factors were BMI(${\beta}=-0.51$, p=<.001), sex(${\beta}=-0.47$, p=<.001) and this regression model explained 51% of the variance in total body water. In the future, attention needs to be paid to the total body water of the elderly in the local community, especially to the elderly women with risk factors.

  • The development of ICT has led to changes in the pattern and the meaning of work and requires restructuring of the existing social security system, which was established chiefly for the wage workers in the industrial economy. However, while economic activities within the digital platform markets are different from industrial labour, there is still a lack of discussion on what social problems platform workers can face and how to cope with them. As a comprehensive sketch of economic activities in platform economy, this study identifies the types of platform workers and analyses three characteristics of their economic activities - flexibility, virtuality, and connectivity. It then examines what social risks can be derived form the three characteristics. This research lastly suggests alternative social safety nets and policies to alleviates the social risks and problems that platform workers may face in the digital society.
