We propose a speech act analysis method for Korean dialogue using Support Vector Machines (SVM). We use a lexical form of a word, its part of speech (POS) tags, and bigrams of POS tags as sentence features and the contexts of the previous utterance as context features. We select informative features by Chi square statistics. After training SVM with the selected features, SVM classifiers determine the speech act of each utterance. In experiment, we acquired overall $90.54\%$ of accuracy with dialogue corpus for hotel reservation domain.

An OLAP system is a decision support tool with which a user can analyze the information interactively in the various aspects. Applying CBD(Component-based Development), which treats software as components, to implement an OLAP system has limitation in the flexibility and reusability. To overcome those limitations, we propose a method of CBD(template-based CBD) which integrates the concept of template and CBD. Through the implementation of an OLAP system with the proposed TCBD, we show that our proposal is more efficient in flexibility and reusability than CBD and decreases the period of time for the development, test, and debug.

MPEG-7 provides a lot of advantages for retrieving and editing of multimedia data by providing the information of structure and semantics in multimedia data such as digital images and audio. In this paper, a metadata generator and editor system for MPEG-7 is introduced. It suggests the overall technique and framework of generating and editing multimedia data when such content is created. This system also includes not only the functions of generating, editing and saving meta-data of MPEG-7 but also the functions of meta-data editing of moving pictures based on MPEG 1, 2 and browsing of the overall editing process.

As Internet is spreaded widely, the virtual communities among people with the same interest and hobby are dynamically created. The exchange of fruitful opinion and information makes them to be closed, not only with the help of the messaging system but also wireless terminals. The messaging system is a core technology supporting the global community services like chatting, messenger, short message services, and file sharing services. The paper focus on the design of software architecture for messaging system and the engineering model for QoS support.

The partial free order feature of Korean makes grammar size represented by CFG too big and that's why grammar has to contain all the ordered words. There are some problems to parse spoken language, because spontaneous spoken language has special features such as meaningless words, repetitious speech, etc. So, in this paper, we define 'Core-Concept' as the necessary element for parsing and we describe grammar only using Core-Concept. And we can prevent grammar from becoming very large and reduce an additional parsing burden as we select. Core-Concept described in grammar as parsing element. Through this strategy, we present that the simplified grammar can give us more efficient method to get right results. Experiments show that our parsing strategy has an average of 98% or over success rate in correct parsing results.

대부분 기존의 Multimedia 시스템은 응용프로그램이나 사용자에 의해 발생되는 Operation 을 수동적인 형태로 처리를 한다. 개발자는 시스템의 목적이나 전략에 따라 시스템을 구성하는 각각의 Module에 대해 작업을 해야 하지만 목적이나 전략이 변경되면 해당되는 각각의 Module을 찾아서 수정을 해야만 한다. 이러한 일은 상당히 번거롭고 Error를 발생시킬 수 있는 가능성을 내포하고 있다. 또한 Multimedia 시스템은 적절한 정보를 관리하고 다양한 응용프로그램을 지원하기 위해서 많은 기능을 가져야 한다. 이 논문은 Event-Condition-Action(ECA) rule의 Active특성을 Multimedia 시스템에 적용하는 것을 제안하고 있다. 이러한 접근 방법을 통해 코드를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있다. 또한, Operation으로부터 rule을 정의하고 관리하는 것을 분리함으로써 Multimedia 시스템에 대해 상위 계층의 새로운 개념을 제시한다. 이렇게 Multimedia 시스템 상에 Active Rule시스템을 계층화시킴으로써 진보된 Multimedia 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 시스템의 모든 기능은 Event에 의해 발생되고 Rule의 Condition이 만족할 때 해당하는 Rule의 Action이 실행된다. 여기서 제안한 Interactive Group Teaching System (IGTS) 시스템은 Active Rule 시스템인 Active Rule Management System(ARMS) 상에서 구현되었고, Active 속성을 가진 IGTS 을 설계하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 시스템은 ECA Rule 개념이 적용 가능함을 보여준다.

In this paper, we design and implement a VoIP traffic generator for simulating call processing in IP contact center systems. Creating a VoIP call based on H.323 and SIP and generating RTP traffic which uses G.711 codec, the generator lets many users simulate situations on which they call each other. With this tool, which is named VoIPTG, users can combine H.323 or SIP session control protocol, the number of users, time variation, and voice codecs and then direct various situations for simulation. This traffic generator can be used for testing functions of an IP contact center and especially it is necessary for testing the quality of IP based call recording systems.

The purpose of this study is to analyze fundamental six functions of DIALOG, STN, ORBIT and CDP and then investigate the similarities of the four systems in terms of the functions, and also to compare the commands of these systems with ISO 8777 which is an international standard of command language for the interactive text searching. It was found that there are few differences between the four systems and ISO 8777 in functional aspects, but few similarities in command expression aspects. In addition, it was proven that these four systems are more effective than ISO 8777 in some commands.

Objectives : In case of herbs decoction, the ceramic or earthware pots was recommended, but not the metals, particularly iron or aluminum, which could cause unknown chemical reactions. In Korean Medical classics, it has been known that some herbs including Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae (CL) were not recommended to boil with iron pot. This study investigates the physical changes of extracts of CL with or without iron. Methods : CL was decocted with reflux cooling extraction system to prevent evaporation and volatilization. Content of polyphenol was detected by Folin-Denis method and the levels of loganin and chlorogenic acid were evaluated by UPLC. Results : The color of extract with glass beads (GB) is yellowish brown, and the iron beads (IB) is blackish brown. Polyphenol and chlorogenic acid levels were reduced in IB extracts. Conclusions : The color of extract was change to blackish brown, and polyphenol and chlorogenic acid levels were reduced in CL extract with iron. Therefore, iron pots is not suitable for CL extraction.

This study reflects the regional context of Northeast Asian countries embodied in US-North Korean nuclear tension. The researcher uses the methodological inquiry of practical theology to analyze the political affairs and intertwine with religious education. The ecology of religious education to dismantle the threat of ethnic and racial discrimination such as white supremacy supports a shared pedagogy between students and their teachers in the narrative of Jesus to challenge all forms of oppression as the democratic presence of God.
