피의자신문시 변호인이 참여할 수 있도록 명문 규정을 둔 2007년 형사소송법 개정은 진일보한 개정이라 할 수 있다. 그러나, 피의자신문시 변호인 참여 제도는 현재까지도 제대로 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이 제도를 활성화하기 위해서는 첫째, 피의자에게 국선변호권이 확대되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, '검사의 사법경찰관리에 대한 수사지휘 및 사법경찰관리의 수사준칙에 관한 규정'의 문제점이 개정되어야 할 것이다. 셋째, 수사기관에 대한 교육이 강화되고 변호인에게 수사 일정 등 통지가 제도화 되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 대책을 통해 피의자신문시 변호인 참여 제도가 활겅화되어야 피의자의 인권이 제대로 보장될 것이다.

Comic has a story. Comic exits as a some kind of media to convey the story the writer wants to say and it not only is a message described by sign, content, and complexity but also works in more vast communication condition. This Study treats that the rhetoric expression of 4 panels comicstrip in internal and external weigh with the narration of story. If the rhetoric is the sort out of the words, in the rhetoric of 4 panels comicstrip, the target is how easy to read, how interesting to read. Here are the analysis of the narrative structure in daily life and current affair 4 Panel Comic Strips. To analyze and compare the narrative structure of two above strips proposes actual model of basic skill making 4 Panel and further will be applied in the narrative structure of long comics. The study of explaining the feature of 4 Panel Comic Strips is proposed, based on the basic act in all comics. The narrative structure of the 4 Panel Comic strips Comic Strips has the basic structure of long serialized comics and story telling.

There have been many radiographic studies on age estimation that evaluate reduction in size of dental pulp cavity with secondary dentin formation. The Paewinsky method reported high accuracy in estimating ages by measuring the width of the pulp cavity in panoramic radiographs. The aim of this study was to evaluate the application of the Paewinsky method to digital periapical radiographs. This study was conducted on 103 cases that reported to the Section of Human Identification of the National Forensic Service. The age was calculated by applying the Paewinsky method that measures the root and pulp canal width at three points in a tooth. The estimation results were compared with those calculated by the Johanson method. When the Paewinsky models were applied to digital periapical radiographs, the errors were significantly greater as compared to the original study. The errors of the maxillary second premolar and mandibular lateral incisor were greater than those of the maxillary central incisor, lateral incisor, mandibular canine, and first premolar. Furthermore, errors of the age estimation models in level C were greater than those in levels A and B. This study could be a reference for the application of the Paewinsky method to digital periapical radiographs.

Special judicial police officer are exercising their right to investigate areas that require expertise that is difficult for ordinary police to investigate. The fire special judicial policer are also like this, and since they investigate the specialized field of fire offenders, they require not only expertise in the firefighting field but also professional capabilities in the investigation. To achieve this, there must be improvements in the selection process for fire and special judicial police officers to secure excellent investigative personnel. There is a lack of educational facilities and training content that can systematically educate selected investigative personnel and strengthen their expertise, so improvements are needed. must also be done. Laws on controversial areas surrounding the fire and special judicial police must be reorganized and poor investigative conditions must be improved so that the fire and special judicial policer can properly perform their role.

In this study, we estimate the vehicle speed by analyzing the acoustic data recorded in a single microphone of a surveillance camera. The frequency analysis of the acoustic data corrects the Doppler effect, which is a characteristic of the moving sound source, and reflects the geometric relationship according to the location of the sound source and the microphone on the two-dimensional plane. The acoustic data is selected from the horn sound that is mainly observed in an urgent situation among various sound sources that may occur in a traffic accident, and the characteristics of the monotone source are considered. We verified the reliability of the proposed method by time domain acoustic analysis and actual vehicle evaluation. This method is effective and can be used for traffic accident analysis in the blind spot of the camera using a single microphone built into the existing surveillance camera.

In recent years, the technology for autonomous driving has been advancing rapidly, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) functions, which improve driver convenience and safety performance, are mostly equipped in recently released vehicles and range from level 0 to level 2 in autonomous driving technology. Among the various functions of ADAS, AEBS (Autonomous Emergency Braking System), which analyzes traffic accidents, is the most closely related to the vehicle's braking. This study developed a simulation technique for reproducing accidents related to AEBS based on real vehicle experimental data, and it was applied to the analysis of actual ADAS vehicle accidents to identify the causes of accidents.

In case of the crime occurrence preliminary investigation is very important. Police perform on-site first responders throuth the First Responders Manual and 112 information system. But recently the failure cases of preliminary investigation happened. Social criticism was castrated for the police that roundup succeeded but failed to protect the victims of crime. Avoiding these accidents, improvement of preliminary investigation is required. Accordingly local police personnel system improvement, improvement of reporting systems, Integration of 112 information and 119 information, improvement of seizure search regulations, victim care, crime response exercises reinforcement is required for the protection of criminal victims in preliminary investigation.

Computer Forensics functions by defending the effects and extracting the evidence of the side effects for production at the court. Has the faultlessness of the digital evidence been compromised during the investigation, a critical evidence may be denied or not even be presented at the trial. The presented monograph will deliberate the faultlessness-establishing chain procedures in disk forensics. system forensics, network forensics, mobile forensics and database forensics. Once the faultlessness is established by the methods proposed, the products of investigation will be adopted as a leading evidence. Moreover, the issues and alternatives in the reality of digital investigation are presented along with the actual computer forensics cases, hopefully contributing to the advances in computer digital forensics and the field research of information security.

Cloud computing is a service that to use IT resources (software, storage, server, network) through various equipment in an Internet-enabled environment. Due to convenience, efficiency, and cost reduction, the utilization rate has increased recently. However, Cloud providers have become targets for attack Also, Abuse of cloud service is considered as the top security threat. The existing digital forensic procedures are suitable for investigations on individual terminals. In this paper, we propose a new investigation model by analyzing the vulnerable points that occur when you investigate the cloud environment with the existing digital forensic investigation procedure. The proposed investigation model adds a way to obtain account information, and can apply public cloud and private cloud together. Cloud services are also easily accessible and are likely to destroy digital evidence. Therefore, the investigation model was reinforced by adding an account access blocking step.
