간호사업은 1970년대 후반부터 이제까지의 병원중심-환자중심의 간호사업을 수행해 오다가 지역사회에 기반을 둔 간호사업인 건강간호사업으로 전환되기 시작하였다. 세계보건기구에서도 지역사회에 기반을 둔 간호사업인 일차건강관리사업을 중점적으로 지원하기 시작한 것이다. 이러한 역사적 전환의 배경과 실태에 관하여 문헌고찰을 하여 앞으로 국민건강사업 체계에 대한 논의에 참고자료가 되게 하고자 본 논문을 시도하였다. 본 논문에서 얻어진 결과를 다음과 같이 요약한다. 고도의 과학문명의 발달과 물질적 풍요로 특징짓는 현대사회속에서도 인류의 건강문제는 영원히 충족되지 못한 상태로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 전통적으로 60년대 중반까지는 의료지식 및 기계공업의 발달과 이를 뒷받침할 재정적 지원속에 세계적으로 치료의학분야에 획기적인 발전을 가져왔다. 다른 한편으로는 건강을 태생의 권리라고 규정하여 여러나라에서 사회보장제대로써 의료시해의 균점을 위한 각가지 방도를 마련하기에 이르렀다. 그리하여 60년대말기부터 70년대로 넘어오면서 치료의학의 발달만으로는 의료수가가 앙등되어 모든 국민이 이용할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라 나아가서는 모든 국민의 건강문제를 해결하기는 어렵다는 사실을 발견하기 시작하였다. 또한 지역사회의 건강문제를 요인별로 따져보면 복잡하여 사회경제적, 문화적, 환경적, 유전적 제요인과도 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있기 때문에 신체적인 질병의 치료만이 지역사회 건강문제를 해결하는 길이 아님을 알게 되었다 그리고 지역사회의 건강문제를 해결하기 위해서는 일차보건의료사업에 중점을 두어 노력하는 것이 가장 합리적인 개선방안이라는 의견이 경험적으로 이론적으로 뒷받침되기 시작하였다. 이러한 사조는 지역사회 건강문제가 복잡한 것과 같이 그 접근방법에 있어서도 여러보건요원이 팀이 되어 임해야만 하며 그중에서도 간호팀의 활동이 중추적인 역할을 담당해야 한다고 여러 전문가들은 주장하고 있다. 따라서 앞으로의 간호사업의 방향은 지역 사회에 기반을 둔 간호사업이 실시되어야만 국민건강문제 해결에 기여하게 될 것으로 고찰되었다.

With the development of the today's advanced industry civilization, We are always inhering a safety frigidity about disasters of various kinds when and where we may happen. The fires and disasters to be enlarged day by day are reported everyday through the mass communication. Therefore, a prevention countermeasure about the every kind fire and disaster is above all important along the social and the days requirement. As a kind of such countermeasure, this paper is proposed about automatic transmission system of disasters alarm by using wire and wireless communication network. The automatic transmission system prevents the unexpected fire or disaster from a sudden occurrence at the house, industrial field or at the place without the human. The proposed system has the characteristic of high precision and high response speed comparing with conventional system. Also, as the proposed system is small size and lightweight, the users have economic advantage and simply install the system.

This study was carrying out research on the geometry of Sulbas${\={u}}$tras as parts of looking for historical roots of oriental mathematics, The Sulbas${\={u}}$tras(rope's rules), a collection of Hindu religious documents, was written between Vedic period(BC 1500~600). The geometry of Sulbas${\={u}}$tras in ancient India was studied to construct or design for sacrificial rite and fire altars. The Sulbas${\={u}}$tras contains not only geometrical contents such as simple statement of plane figures, geometrical constructions for combination and transformation of areas, but also algebraic contents such as Pythagoras theorem and Pythagorean triples, irrational number, simultaneous indeterminate equation and so on. This paper examined the key features of the geometry of Sulbas${\={u}}$tras and the geometry of Sulbas${\={u}}$tras for the construction of the sacrificial rite and the fire altars. Also, in this study we compared geometry developments in ancient India with one of the other ancient civilizations.

In the history of the design movement since 18708 in Japan, four eras can be seen; the first era started with the opening of Meiji era and oontinued to the World War I, the second era to the World War II, the third era from right after the second world war to 1960, and the fourth era after 1960. Before the second world war, the design education of Japan had been influenced by plenty of modem design movements which brought about in Europe such as Art and Craft Movement of William Morris, Deutscher Werkbund, and Bauhaus and by American industrial design after the World War II. Japan which early introduced western civilization established design department in universities in 1940 professing itself to be a original design education. And Japan has kept making progresses with the help of design policies of the government until now, and has seen the tornadoes of education revolution in every university after the oollapse of bubble eoonomy.

Underground comics is a trend of comics started by reflecting hippie culture in the 1960's. It reflects hippie culture proclaiming return to nature and denying war with no humanity and social systems of material civilization expresses anti-culture in a radical and humorous way. Robert Crumb adds the features of hippie culture to comics aggressively with issuing comic book, series. Especially received great response from hippie. It became the chance for underground comics to improve further. includes works like 'Whiteman' expressing the hidden desire of conservative middle class or 'Keep on truckin' describing youths in hippie culture as characters lording it over somebody, strutting confidently across various landscape. The Comic was published and distributed independently and character-driven comic that reflected the variety of hippie culture. The Comic represented the characteristics of the underground comics very well. Winding lines and points, a strong contrast, were used for excellent graphical effect. These comics escaped from heroic comics of the era and played great roles in opening an era of underground comics which express satires of social culture more freely.

The forces to protect people's life and property against the enemy attack is an organization which is regulated by the constitutional law. In terms of nature, its security is a significant factor to determine success or failure for the war. However, recently the 4th industrial revolution represents the rapid change in the advancement of civilization and technology. It can influence on the environment of military security which can make various changes. Unless taking proper action againsty these changes, it can inflict a vital harm for the organization of forces and its internal security. In this aspect, this study discuss new threats of the military security, above all, the most technical improvements and harms for the drones in terms of security. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of drones which can influence on the ragions of military command and control, information operations, maneuvers, firepower, operation sustainment supports are analyzed. Moreover, this study set the purpose of developmental security measure for security threats in the aspects of military security.

21C 현대 문명사회에서는 도시의 고밀도 및 팽창으로 인하여 도시 내 생태계가 파괴되면서 생물서식처의 환경 악화 및 엄청난 감소가 초래되었으며, 그 결과로 인하여 인간과 생물이 접촉할 수 있는 공간이 현저하게 줄어들고 있다. 또한 도시 영역의 확장을 위하여 산림 및 녹지의 감소, 녹지의 분절 및 단절화, 해안 매립 등이 계획 없이 무분별하게 진행됨으로써, 각종 동식물의 개체 수 감소 및 토양의 건조화 등이 발생하고 있으며, 그 영향으로 생물종의 다양성이 떨어지고, 도시 생태계의 교란이 심해지고 있다. 이러한 도시 생태계의 교란은 도시에 거주하고 있는 시민들의 생활의 질이 떨어지게 하고 많은 환경 문제들의 주원인이 되고 있다. 지속적이면서도 자연친화적인 도시발전을 위해서는 도시 내 자연생태계를 회복하고 생물서식공간을 종합적으로 보전하면서 복원해야 한다는 요구가 높아지고 있지만, 이를 체계적으로 이루기 위한 방법론의 부재에 시달리고 있었다. 이러한 가운데 유럽을 중심으로 생겨난 비오톱(Biotope)과 비오톱 지도화 방법이 생태계를 보전하며, 시민들에게 다양한 자연체험과 휴양 기회를 제공하고 친환경적인 도시계획을 위한 핵심적인 역할을 하는 것으로 인식되고 있다. 하지만, 기존의 비오톱 지도는 이미지 기반의 2차원 지도로 제공되고 있어, 거리 및 공간 분석에 취약하고 정보전달력이 부족하여, 익숙한 전문가가 아닌 경우 비오톱을 이해하는데 상당한 정도의 시간이 필요하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공간정보가 결여된 2차원 형태의 GIS 데이터를 기반으로 3차원 공간 데이터를 자동으로 생성하고, 위성영상과 DEM(Digital Elevation Model)을 이용하여 3차원 지형을 만들어 각 주제도별로 입체적인 분석이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 동영상 녹화 기능과 3차원 객체 추가 기능을 이용하여, 자연생태계를 고려한 도시의 설계를 진행하는 경우 3차원적인 모델링을 제공함으로써 효과적이면서도 사용자의 이해도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 정보 전달력을 가질 수 있도록 설계 및 구현하였다.

Reducing the impact of collisions of cars is a major issue for reducing the injury and death of passengers. According to the statistical data of the Road Traffic Authority, the deaths from side collision accidents caused by the collision of passenger cars is greater than the deaths from head-on collision accidents. To accommodate this, vehicle designers have added a reinforcing material called the impact frame and impact beam on the inside of the door. Many experiments are needed to develop the door impact beam. These reinforcements to develop a collision experiment is essential. Collision experiments are costly and time consuming. This study used a drop Impactor to obtain the impulse and a strain experimental device was developed for this purpose. The economic costs were reduced and the ideal experiment device configuration was determined. A comparison of the experimental results with numerical value analysis revealed $3.5{\tiimes}10-3sec$ strain ranging from $3.49{\tiimes}10-3$ to $3.99{\tiimes}10-3$.

This study aims to show the dynamics behind official historical descriptions, tracking the development of information system for Seoul Olympic Games. Shortly after the decision was made to host the Seoul Olympics, the South Korean government planned to import a computer system used in the previous Olympics. In response, scientists at Electronic Data Processing Center of KAIST put much effort into persuading the authorities to take the initiative in their own development, and they had to prove their capabilities by developing a computer system that worked safely in the National Sports Festival. With the development of the Olympic information system taking shape, various disputes arose among the host ministries, participating organizations and researchers. As a result, the end product resulted in a modularity of four different systems developed by different agencies, rather than a single system. For this reason, no organization claimed ownership or directly inherited the technical performance of the Olympic computer system, although it was praised as a "gold medal outside the arena." Nevertheless, the technology, hardware and manpower accumulated during the development process have since spread to various areas, laying the groundwork for the development of South Korea's information and communication technology.

Connectivity and knowledge are the main keywords of the IoT. In this paper, I analyzed how the two civilizations, Christianity and Islam, were connected through Mughal paintings and what result they have brought in the spread of knowledge. For that, I analyzed literature as well as paintings of those days. In terms of theme matter, Western painting was used as a means of strengthening the royal authority of the Mughal Emperor. In terms of style, perspective and shading from the Western Paintings began to be used in Mughal painting. Later, Christian symbols and themes were linked to absolute power of kingship, and further utilized them to develop into the concept of kingship = spirituality = divinity, creating an original art style that was unprecedented in the history of world painting. By analyzing the two disparate cultures in terms of 'connectivity' and 'knowledge' of the Internet of Things, such research could serve as a platform for future humanities research on the Internet of Things.
