  • In order to support effective decision-making related to inter-sewage planning, this study proposes the spatial distribution method of inter-sewage treatement area using spatial analysis of GIS, Communication system of database, spatial interaction of Gravity model. Evalution Indexs are consist of economic, social/political and environmental condition value which are explained by the analysis of AHP algorithm ,based on opinion of related experts. Network module in Arc/Info is applied in order to find out minimum pipeline root in Miho river watershed, one of the sub-basin of Geum river basin. This value also is utilized for the construction of cost decay function in gravity model.

  • The advanced planning and scheduling(APS) is an well known enterprise information system that provides optimal production schedules and supports to complete production on time by solving the complex scheduling problems including capacity and due dates. In this paper, we focused on the improvement of the APS that is already established on a real company. The existing APS had several drawbacks, thus utilization and satisfaction were very low. We performed the focused group interviews and the process analysis and could find that the end users and developers have various objectives and the frequently used functions are different. We applied the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to converge opinions of them on quantitative data. The results show that it is necessary to enhance visibility, to improve user interfaces and response speed, and to reconcile the real business process and the APS's process.

  • ESC has been used as a tool for evaluating overall performance of firms. ESC focuses mainly on building a balanced viewpoint comprising perspectives and their metrics. It is, therefore, difficult to value overall strategic achievements of a company derived by consolidating various perspectives and metrics. Because of the absence of a method for consolidating ESC metrics and computing total score based on these metrics, it is difficult to evaluate whole strategic performance and find core obstacle parts of performance. In this paper, we suggest a method of normalizing a numerical value of metrics with different units, and calculating the total score of ESC metrics. We conduct a case study of evaluating the effectiveness of CRM to illustrate the applicability and feasibility of the suggested method.

  • This study conducted an analysis of importance levels and also an AHP analysis based on the results of the monitoring (from Aug 2011 through Feb 2012) carried out in the Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheong-ju. By quantitatively eliciting the effects that the urban regeneration projects that use art programs have on the changes in the perception of community housings and by analyzing the results of objective verification, this study was able to ascertain that local resident festivals had the greatest impacts on the change in the perception of community housings in the Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheong-ju. This is deemed to be attributable to the fact that programs such as local resident festivals, in which various age groups participated, - amidst the unmitigated circumstance of Sajik 2-dong in the City of Cheong-ju (conflicts among the residents on account of redevelopment project) - exerted significant influences in the perceptional change of the community and in the resolution of conflicts.

  • Fixed cycle traffic signal controller is pattern type controller. This method is that one concluding traffic proposal affect fixed cycle controller to deciding cycle time during 24 hours. Traffic intersection jam is caused traffic controller supervisor input wrong traffic proposal. The available to traffic controller is traffic proposal is not selected by an outward look but propriety traffic proposal is compared with each other. This paper presents that property traffic proposal adopted to fixed cycle controller by fuzzy analytic hierachy process and new proposal adopted fixed cycle controller is compared with others.

항만 자동화 게이트시스템 구축을 위한 최적 기술 대안 선정에 관한 연구

  • 세계 항만환경은 초대형 컨테이너선의 등장이후, 허브 & 스포크(Hub & Spoke)의 형태로 급속히 변화하고 있다. 이에 해외 선진항만들은 중심항만으로서 자리매김하기 위해 자동화 컨테이너터미널을 구축하는 등 생산성 향상을 위한 노력을 하고 있으나, 국내의 경우 자동화 컨테이너터미널에 관한 연구, 그중 자동화 게이트시스템에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 자동화 게이트시스템을 구축 시, 최적 기술 대안을 선정하기 위해 국내 외 게이트 운영현황과 관련 기술들의 분석함으로써 자동화 게이트시스템 구축 시 필요한 기술을 도출하다. 그 결과를 컨테이너터미널 운영사의 기술 담당자들을 대상으로 현재 게이트시스템의 만족도와 문제점 그리고 향후 게이트시스템 구축 시 사용하고자 하는 기술과 기대효과를 찾고자 하였다. 하지만 1차 설문결과 내용만으로는 어떤 요소 기술이 사용자가 요구하는 기대효과를 만족시킬 수 있는 최적 기술 대안인지 제시하기 힘들었다. 이를 보완하기 위한 방법으로 정성적인 주관적 평가요소를 객관화하여 각 평가기준에서 나타나는 적용상의 한계를 해결할 수 있는 방법인 AHP 기법을 활용하였으며, 최종적으로 생산성 보안성, 경제성 3가지 평가 기준을 고려하여 최적 기술 대안을 선정한 결과 RFID가 최적의 기술대안으로 평가되었다.

  • 현재 전 세계적으로 이상기후로 인해 자연재해가 증가하고 있으며, 우리나라 또한 집중호우, 태풍, 홍수 등의 자연재해로 인해 경제적 손실뿐만 아니라 인명피해도 증가하는 추세이다. 2014년도에만 약 2천억원의 재산피해가 발생 하였고, 5천억원 이상이 피해를 복구하는데 사용되었으며, 피해금액과 복구금액은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 최근 발생한 토사재해의 경우에는 인구가 밀집한 도심지에서 발생하여 매우 단기간에 치명적인 피해를 야기 시키고, 사회적 관심을 크게 일으키기도 했다. 이처럼 자연재해가 인구가 밀집되어있고, 사회적재화가 많은 도심에서 발생할 경우 그 피해규모는 더욱 커질 수 있으므로 이에 대한 적절한 대응방안이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 대구지역에 대한 토사재해를 물리적 취약성과 사회적 취약성으로 구분하여 평가하고 이를 종합하여 평가하였다. 물리적 취약성은 Flow-R 모형을 사용하여 토사재해의 발생 가능성 및 정도를 평가하고, 발생지역의 건물 구분에 따라 그 취약성의 정도를 달리하였다. 사회적 취약성의 경우는 대구지역의 집계구 단위를 기준으로 하여, 다양한 사회적 지표에 계층분석법(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 적용하여 지표에 대한 가중치를 산정하였다. 이후 물리적 취약성과 사회적 취약성의 값을 0에서 1사이로 정규화 시키고 정규화된 값을 다시 곱하여 0에서 1사이로 정규화 하여 취약성 정도로 나타내었다. 본 연구결과는 대구지역에 대한 토사재해의 취약성을 평가함으로써 대구 도심지에서 발생할 수 있는 토사재해 위험구역을 선정하고 방재시설을 준비하는데 있어서 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • The supply of apartments has continuously increased, and the housing supply rate has exceeded 100 percent and the demands and standards of tenants have also been raised as technology has developed. This has led to the conflict and caused social and economic losses. In this study, the case investigation and research methods of the prior research are analyzed as the basis for identifying the defects cases of causes and influences occurring in the apartment building. To analyze various studies, we divided the prior research into the defect management process and the study on the type of defects and countermeasures, and investigated the features and limitations. Future research will be conducted on apartment buildings within 10 years of completion among conglomerate's nationwide apartments to compensate for the limitations of prior research. In addition, AHP static method and relational chart will be used to identify the relationship between the type of defect and the cause and the importance of the influencing factors.

  • In this study, an evaluation index was developed and applied to derive indicators related to the environment for bicycle use and to evaluate the environment for bicycle use in the city of Suwon. Analysis showed that the relative importance between the assessment factors was highest in bicycle safety and that the relative importance among the assessment indicators was highest in terms of priority of items directly affecting bike riding, and items with indirect influence were low in importance. As a result of applying the evaluation model to bike paths in Suwon, it was confirmed that they can be described in a relatively realistic manner. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of local government directives for improving the environment of cycle paths.
