This study identifies influential factors for invigorating the public management office (PMO) system for system integration (SI) projects in public sectors and analyzes the priority of each factor from the point of different stakeholders, i.e., owners, SI company, and PMO. Based on the literature review, four first-level influential factors are identified: legal system maintenance, owner's capability, SI company's capability, and PMO's capability. Among them, the PMO's capability is determined as the most critical factor by all the stakeholders. Among the second-level influential factors, the capabilities of professional engineers and project managers are considered as important among the PMO's capability, whereas the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most critical factor among the legal system maintenance. With respect to each stakeholder, project management capability is considered as the most important factor for owners, while the reasonable consulting fee is considered as the most important factor for PMO.

In this paper, we suggest the IT industry complex strategy based on previous study on the success factor and success strategy for the promotion of IT industry in Yongin city. The strategy factors are evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy, and the priority and important rate of strategy analyzed by AHP. The results of this research extracted through expert inquiry and survey contribute to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy.

The purpose of this study is to investigate cognitive gap between users and architectural experts for architectural planning of elementary schools to support effective decision-makings. For this study, each architectural factor was selected from the journals published by Korean Institute of Education Facilities(KIEF) from 2000 to 2004. Among these factors, the priority planning factors were decided through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The results of this study showed users' emphasis on the amenities of physical environment such as orientation, ventilation, noise, view, but experts' preference on spatial composition of space and function such as orientation, circulation, zoning, parking lot, courtyard. This difference shows clear cognitive gaps between two groups and also suggests factors required to be considered to develop effective decision-making in elementary school planning.

재난발생 위험은 불확실성을 내포하고 있으며, 이러한 불확실성 요인을 줄이고 사전에 소멸시키는 일은 매우 중요한 사항이 될 수 있다. 또한 재난관리 관점에서 그것이 발생했을 때 어떤 식으로 대응할지에 대한 과정이 체계적으로 갖추어져 있어야 하며, 복구 및 재발 방지를 위한 지속적인 노력이 수반될 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기후정보를 활용한 중장기 수문예측을 실시하고 통합홍수위험평가 시스템 구축을 통한 홍수위험도 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 위하여 우리나라 243개 지자체를 대상으로 홍수관련 위해성, 노출성, 취약성 자료를 수집하여 표준화하였으며, 전문가 Delphi-AHP 설문조사 분석을 통하여 가중치를 적용하고 위험도를 예측 평가하였다. 이러한 중장기 위험 예측 정보는 한 달 또는 수개월 전에 지자체 행정력을 집중 및 분산시키고, 수재해(홍수/가뭄 등) 위험관리 계획 수립이 가능하여 재난관리자에게 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 재난의 생애주기(Life Cycle)별 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구 단계에 따라 사전과 사후에 가능한 주요 활동들을 구체화 할 수 있으며, 시간 스케일별 기후예측 정보를 활용한 재난관리 패러다임 전환과 골든타임 확보 등 수자원예측 분야 기술적 진보를 이룰 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 향후 통계 역학 모형 기반 중 장기 예측 정보의 신뢰도가 향상 된다면 보다 다양한 분야 예측 정보 서비스 및 활용이 가능할 것이다.

We categorize the model of simple payment into Magnetic Secure Transmission, Near Filed Communication, and App Card based on the Focus Group Interview. We also define the key drivers for the diffusion of simple payment services based on the literature review with the experts. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process our finding suggests that the degree of acceptance at the stores is the most critical factor which decides the diffusion of simple payment service model. Security is also the important driver but due to the fact that service providers should follow the information security rule and supervisory guidance, it actually did not make a big difference in terms of assessing competence of each model.

Since the release of and in 2017, business models for collection mobile games have been changing. Collection Mobile games are composed mainly of characters, and the business model is also highly related to user preference factors. The Delphi method and the AHP analysis were used on ten experts in each field of game production to identify preference factors, and five collection mobile games were selected for business model analysis. The result shows that 'moe' characters are a major preference factor, and accordingly, business models are also changing to focus on the completion of character collection and products such as character skins.

New technologies representing the Fourth Industrial Revolution are already being realized in library services. There is not, however, active research on measures to increase work efficiency by introducing a new technology in the work of "classification" that is part of the traditional librarian jobs they should continue in the future. The Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) has not issued a print version since 2018. This study analyzes cases of WebDewey, Classification Web, and UDC Online. The functions required for the development of the Korean Decimal Classification (KDC) web version were derived, and the final functions suitable for the development of the KDC web version were proposed through AHP analysis.

플랫폼은 산업 전반에 걸쳐 막강한 영향력을 행사하며 비즈니스 생태계를 변화시키고 있다, 이러한 변화의 흐름에 따라서 플랫폼 기업의 가치가 빠르게 상승하고 있으며 좋은 플랫폼 기업을 발굴하여 육성하는 것이 곧 국가경쟁력 향상으로 이어지고 있다. 플랫폼 비즈니스 기반의 기업은 플랫폼 특성인 네트워크 효과와 수확체증 현상이 영향력을 발휘하기 전인 사업 초기에는 충분한 수익 발생이 어렵고 승자독식의 산업구조로 인해 치열한 선두 경쟁을 강요받고 있기에 기업 성장을 위해서는 투자유치를 통한 자금을 확보할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 플랫폼 비즈니스 기반의 기업에 대한 투자자의 투자결정요인을 도출하고 각 요인 간의 중요도 차이를 분석하여 투자를 준비하는 플랫폼 기업에게 투자자의 관점을 이해하고 사업을 검토하는 데 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하여 플랫폼 기업의 투자유치 성공률을 제고 및 플랫폼 생태계 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 투자자의 투자결정요인과 플랫폼 가치평가에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 플랫폼 기업에 적합한 14가지의 투자결정요인을 도출한 뒤 계층화를 통해 플랫폼, 시장, 창업자/팀, 재무, 제품/서비스의 5가지 주요 요인을 선정했으며 투자자를 대상으로 AHP 분석기법을 활용한 1:1 쌍대비교 설문을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 가장 높은 중요도를 나타내는 요인은 플랫폼 특성으로 확인되었으며, 이는 본 연구에서 선정한 플랫폼 특성인 플랫폼 규모, 핵심 참여집단 확보 여부, 가치 고착 용이성, 확보한 데이터 가치가 플랫폼 기업의 가치평가에 적절하다는 것을 시사한다. 추가로 플랫폼 기업에 대한 투자경험 유무로 그룹을 나누어 중요도를 비교한 결과 플랫폼에 투자한 투자자가 그렇지 않은 투자자에 비하여 플랫폼 기업이 확보한 데이터 가치에 대해 높은 중요도를 두고 있다는 것을 확인했다.

This study is focusing on the needs to introduce policy decision making based on identification of the definition for 'business life cycle' and 'public enterprises' for proper public enterprises management. For this purpose, the study is planning to define categorical variables for enterprise life cycle and provide basic data for public enterprises management policy. This study explored 'Korea Expressway Corporation', 'K-water', 'Korea Railroad', 'Korea Land and Housing Corporations', because of they are the public institutions recently underwent 'management normalization policy' due to rapidly increasing debt. First, there follows the analysis on priority and standard of categorical variables for quasi-market oriented SOC public enterprise life cycle by using AHP and frequency study on expert survey. Next, this study investigated and analyzed the enterprises management plan for expected 'declining period' through forecasting 'declining period' by conducting 2nd expert survey.

In this study, for the introduction factors of ERP system suggested in the prior study, I analyzed the importance of each introduction factor by using Delphi methodology and AHP. As a result of analysing the importance of the introduction factors of the 1st layer, the supplier factor was analyzed to be the most important factor among innovation factor, information technology factor, the user factor, the supplier factor, and in the weight analysis on the 2nd layer considering the importance of 1st layer, the standard work model of the supplier factor was a suitable factor, and the CEO participation factor(.086) was analyzed as the second most important introduction factor. These analysis results enable to determine that domestic Small & Medium enterprises' position hope to introduce by selecting a system in which the company characteristics and management strategies are applied well, because they should operate an ERP system that has already been developed, and in this course, the participation of CEO was also found to be a very important factor.
