This study aims to offer a wide range of practical implications for Smartphone addiction prevention by verifying the effect of mind health as a factor that is influenced by Smartphone addiction, and testing the relationships between Smartphone addiction and mind health with school life adaptation as a mediation effect. For this research, a survey was conducted of 250 elementary school students who use Smartphones. The relationships between Smartphone addiction, mind health and school life adaptation were set as the structural equation model, and they were verified by the mediation effect of school life adaptation. The results showed that school life adaptation turned out to be an entirely mediating variable on the relationship between mind health and Smartphone addiction. The statistical significance of the effect on school life adaptation was verified by the Sobel test. The mediation effect resulted in mind health reducing the occurrence of negative emotion of school life adaptation, and also reinforced decreased Smartphone use.

The purpose of the study is to explore mediation effect of marriage satisfaction when personality traits of married female immigrants would influence the preparation for old age. The survey targets are married female immigrants who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi province, Chungcheong province, and Jeolla province, who are using the programs of Multicultural Center, and who could communicate each other. The analysis was also conducted on 426 of 450 questionnaires. The findings are as follows. First of all, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness of personality traits appear as positive correlation with emotional preparation, physical preparation, financial preparation, marriage satisfaction. However, financial preparation has no correlation with neuroticism. Second, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about emotional preparation as 34.6 %, but there is no mediation effect of marriage satisfaction. Third, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about physical preparation as 28.1%. In addition, agreeableness and physical preparation have mediation effect of marriage satisfaction. Fourth, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about financial preparation as 15.9%.. Moreover, openness and financial preparation have mediation effect of marriage satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation on the relationship between economic level, self-esteem and teaching efficacy first, and then to investigate the mediating effects of self-esteem on the relationship between economic level and teaching efficacy. The subjects of this study were 457 students who attend two collages in Incheon and all of them were majoring in early childhood education. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS Window program. Correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results showed the there were correlation among economic level, self-esteem and teaching efficacy. Also there were mediating effects of self-esteem on the relationship between economic level and personal teaching efficacy. As a whole the result of this study showed the teaching efficacy of early childhood preservice teacher were more influenced by self-esteem than by economic level. The implication of the result were discussed with the necessity of curriculum development to improve the student's self-esteem.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of childhood obesity on school adjustment and whether the effects were mediated by withdrawal. Using the 2015 Korea Welfare Panel Study data, this study conducted a hierarchical regression analysis to examine the mediating effects of withdrawal on the relationship between childhood obesity and school adjustment. In addition, a Sobel test was used to consider the statistical significance of the mediating effects. Findings were as follows: First, childhood obesity had a negative influence on school adjustment. Second, childhood obesity affected withdrawal positively. Third. withdrawal had a negative impact on school adjustment. Fourth, withdrawal was found to partially mediate the relationship between childhood obesity and school adjustment. Based on the results, implications were discussed to intervene in preventing childhood obesity and to reduce the negative effects of childhood obesity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of hope between authentic leadership and job stress of office workers. For this purpose, a total of 27 workplaces located in Gyeonggi, Chungnam and Chungbuk Province were selected and surveyed, and a total of 295 copies of the collected questionnaires were analyzed excluding the unfaithful responses. Correlation analysis and Baron & Kenny's regression analysis of mediating effects were performed on the collected data. The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant positive correlation between authentic leadership and hope-agency thinking and hope-path thinking, excluding job stress. Second, as a result of the mediating effect regression analysis, the mediating effect of hope was identified between authentic leadership and job stress. Finally, based on this study, measures to reduce the job stress of office workers were discussed, and program development and policies using hope were specifically suggested.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational satisfaction on project effectiveness, and the mediating effect of participation satisfaction between educational satisfaction and project effectiveness of employment promotion project for the elderly. The data were Research of the aged joining employment promotion project for the elderly made by Korea Labor Force Development Institute for the Aged in 2010 and the total subject was 1220. Descriptive analysis, correlations analysis, and the multiple regression analysis for research model test were used. Additionally, Sobel test was used to verify the significant mediating effect. Results were obtained in this study as the educational satisfaction have significant effects on participation satisfaction. And the mediating effect of educational satisfaction on project effectiveness is statistically significant. Based on the findings, in order to increase project effectiveness, we need to realize the importance of education for the aged joining employment promotion project for the elderly, and consider the participation satisfaction.

The regulation of emotion is known to mediate the relationship between emotion-relevant differences in individuals and their life outcomes. This study attempted to include a situational factor in addition to the mediation model and investigated whether this conditional component changed the patterns of indirect effects. The researchers recruited 180 emotional laborers working in diverse domains and used a questionnaire to ascertain their negative affectivity, cognitive reappraisal, emotional exhaustion, and the intensity of negative comments they usually received from customers. The results of the conditional indirect effect analysis revealed the positive indirect influence of negative affectivity on emotional exhaustion through cognitive reappraisal when emotional labors receive highly negative comments from customers (high intensity of the situation). Similarly, negative indirect effects were found when emotional labors receive slightly negative comments from customers (low intensity of the situation). The outcomes of this study suggest that cognitive reappraisal can mediate to decrease emotional exhaustion in contexts that arouse more intensive negative emotions; it can also mediate to increase emotional exhaustion in contexts that arouse less intensive negative emotions. The implications of this study include the importance of integrating individual differences with situational factors. The study also provides information about the distinctiveness of groups of emotional laborers.

The purpose of this study is intended to identify the mediated moderating effect including the mediating effect of job satisfaction and moderating effect of job expectations in the relation between work value, job satisfaction, In this study, the mediating effect of job satisfaction and job preference on the relationship between job value and quality of life were investigated. In this study, questions to measure job value, job satisfaction, and job preference were examined using GOMS data, and data analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0 and SPSS Macro. Since the mediated moderation model is an integrated model that includes mediating and moderating effects, the mediating effect, the moderating effect, and the mediated moderation effect were sequentially verified. As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that the mediating effect model through job satisfaction was statistically significant. Next, it was confirmed that job value had a statistically significant effect on life satisfaction through the direct path and the indirect path through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Third, it was confirmed that the moderated mediating effect model of job preference through job satisfaction was statistically significant. In detail, job value as an independent variables and job satisfaction as a mediating variable were found to have a statistically significant positive (+) effect on the dependent variable, quality of life.

본 연구는 기업의 사회적 책임(경제적 책임, 법적책임, 윤리적 책임, 자선적 책임)이 조직몰입에미치는 영향과 이들 사이 조직평판의 매개효과를 연구하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 경제적, 법적, 윤리적 그리고 자선적 책임 모두 조직평판에 정(+)의 영향을 둘째, 경제적, 윤리적 그리고 자선적 책임은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을, 셋째, 조직평판은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을, 넷째, 경제적, 윤리적, 자선적 책임과 조직몰입 간의 영향관계에서 조직평판의 매개효과가. 특히, 윤리적 책임과 자선적 책임과 조직몰입간에는 완전매개(full mediation) 효과가 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다.

The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of Health Promotion Behavior in the relationship between Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction of Hospital managers. To analyzed by frequency, t-test, ANOVA, correlation and a hierarchical multiple regression analysis as suggested by Baron and Kenny(1986) using SPSS/WIN 21.0. There was a positive relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. There was also a positive relationship between health promotion behaviors and job satisfaction of hospital managers. There was a partial mediating effect of Health Promotion Behavior between Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction. The result need to develop programs that effectively promote the Health Promotion Behavior of Hospital managers to increase Organizational Culture and maximize Job Satisfaction.
