A single w& optical fiber strain gauge subjected to the excited PZT-plate is presented which was obtained using a Mach-Zehnder interferometer. This paper has been performed the considerations to the experimental situation In which the dynamical behavior of a optical fiber strain gauge is illustrated. A comparison is reported between the dynamic response of a optical fiber strain gauge and the semiconductor strain gauge in the frequency range 5-50Hz. This result is shown in very good usage as the dynamical measurement of the low strain below l.mu..epsilon. by this system.

We discuss the possible ranges of electron neutrino degeneracy which is consistent with the inferred primordial abundances of the light elements. It is found that the electron neutrino degeneracy, [${\epsilon}_e$], up to order of $10^{-1}$ is consistent with the present data.

본 연구에서는 분말단조 공정의 유한요소 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 위한 기초연구 로 다공질예비성형체의 기지(matrix)인 합금강의 변형률 속도와 온도에 따른 일축 압 축하의 열-점소성 거동을 조사하였다. 변형률 속도와 온도의 영향을 동시에 고려하 기 위하여 변형률 속도 .epsilon.=$10^{-4}$, $10^{-2}$ 및 $10^{-1S-1}$과 온도범위 800~ 1200.deg. C에 대하여 실험하였다.

Loop shaping techniques are developed for the LQG/LTR controller design of singular multivariable sytems. One approach is to use the mode form of plant and the other is to replace the eigenvalues at 0 by ones at .epsilon.(.rarw.0). These two concepts for the target filter loop design are applied to a flight autopilot. And it is shown that these techniques are effective ones for the desired loop-shaping of singular multivariable systems.

Free jet was investigated experimentally and numerically in range of Reynolds number from 9900 to 21000. The working fluid was air; the mean velocity components and turbulent quantities were measured by a hot-wire anemometer. In numerical computations, the governing partial differential equations of elliptic type were solved with conventional k- ${\epsilon}$ turbulence model. The measurements show that the jet increased linearly in flow direction, and that similarity for each turbulent quantity such as Reynolds shear stress, or turbulent kinetic energy was revealed in the fully developed region. The computational results show good agreements with experiments.

We applies Molecular Dynamics simulation technics to a system of Lennard-Jones potential interacting Argon liquid to study shear flow behavior. The thermodynamic state of the system is .rho.=35.54 Kg, mole/m$^{3}$, T=86.5.deg. K which is the triple point of Argon liquid. We applies shear rate : .epsilon.=9.26*10$^{9}$ 1/sec in the system. We find the response function, shear viscosity changes, and shear rate build-up as a function of time. We also find the thermal conductivity in a soft-sphere system.

We derive an It${\hat{o}}$ formula for generalized functionals for the fractional Brownian sheet with arbitrary Hurst parameter ${H_1},\;H_2$ ${\epsilon}$ (0,1). As an application, we consider a stochastic integral representation for the local time of the fractional Brownian sheet.

From the study of a spectroscopic plate of $\varepsilon$ Auriage, we can measure the radial velocity and the relative abundance for this eclipsing binary. Calculated radial velocity is -37Km/s and the abundance of [Fe] is estimated as -1.5.
