장기요양서비스 종사자 교육과정개발을 위한 요구분석 : 활동이론(Activity Theory)을 중심으로 (Reinforcement of Long-term Care Service Specialization Need Analysis for Curriculum Development: Focused on Activity Theory)

  • 본 연구는 장기요양서비스 종사자 전문성 강화 교육과정 개발을 위한 요구분석을 통해 온라인 학습으로 성인학습자 직무역량 교육과정의 운영에 대한 시사점을 도출하기 위함을 목적으로 실시되었다. 구체적으로, 장기요양서비스 관련 선행 연구와 정부정책 자료를 분석하고, 유관근무기관의 전문가 14명을 대상으로 2019년 3월에 초점집단 인터뷰(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하여 활동이론(Activity Theory)을 분석의 틀로 활용하여 정리하였으며, 추가적으로 요양시설 종사자 25명을 대상으로 필요 교과목의 중요성과 난이도에 대한 설문인 양적자료를 기술통계 분석을 통해서 질적자료 분석의 결과를 타당화 하고자 하였다. 활동시스템의 주체-목표-도구의 윗부분을 주된 행위의 영역으로 보고, 아래의 규칙-공동체-분업을 행동을 위한 맥락적 부분으로 구분하여 요구분석과 추후 온라인 교육과정의 운영에 대한 시사점을 정리하였다. 연구결과, 기초 과목으로 '노인상담기술과 의사소통', 기본과목으로 '요양케어지도론', '현장에 필요한 치매케어기술', '케이기술과 식이요법', '근로기준법과 인사관리', 그리고 심화과정으로 '장기요양사례 관리의 활용'이라는 6개의 과목이 개발이 필요한 것으로 도출되었다. 한편 이러한 과목은 다양한 형태의 집체교육과 보수교육에 활용되어 다양한 장기요양서비스 봉사자를 위한 학습자 중심의 플립러닝으로 활용되는 방안이 제안되었다. 연구의 말미에서는 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 교과목의 효과적인 운영을 위한 교육현장에서 적용의 시사점을 제안하였다.

장애인의 의료기관 접근성 조사: 서울시 종로구 병의원을 대상으로 (Accessibility of the disabled to Health Care Institution : A Case Study of Chongno-Gu in Seoul)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess adequately equipped with convenience facilities for the disabled in 160 healthcare institutions in Jongno district, Seoul. Healthcare institutions were equipped an average of 3.7 facilities out of 10. General hospitals had an average of 5.0 facilities, which was higher than an average of 3.6 facilities for private clinics (p<0.05). Of 160 healthcare institutions, only 13 (8.1%) offered easy access to the outpatient setting from the entrance for wheelchair users, highlighting difficult wheelchair access within hospitals. To provide easy access to medical service for the disabled, more accessible designs need to be adopted as part of the effort to improve public facilities for the disabled. Also, universal designs could be applied for newly constructed roads, structures and transportation vehicles to maximize accessibility for the disabled. Increased accessibility for the disabled in the community will eventually increase the use of healthcare institutions.

탈북 학생들의 교육을 위해 포커스 그룹들과 면담을 통한 교육의 실제 - 수학.과학을 중심으로 - (Some Practice in Math & Science Classes Found by Clinical Interview with Focus Groups of North Korean Students Who Live in South Korea)

  • This study was to find the perception of mathematical & scientific learning of North Korean students who lived in Korea. To understand their perception, three groups as the focus group for clinical interview, consisting of North Korean students, their teaches and their parents, were investigated through narrative description of qualitative method, North Korean students experienced the gap between what they had learned and what they learned in Korea, due to visiting the 3rd country before they came to Korea. So they were in need of well developed instructional instruments based on a precise diagnosis of language ability to help them get over their difficulties. Second, they have difficulties in math & science classes due to differences between curricular and to the differences between the ways of expression of terminologies used in two countries. They expressed that the group work in learning and a great deal of number of problems could be helpful for their needs. Third, the community-service center should be operated in a systematic way to compensate their lack of getting a private education. Fourth, they thought that the supplemental materials should provide some sources that might help them to get over the language barrier and difficulties from the differences, because they depended on them.

어린이급식관리지원센터 지원에 대한 효과 평가: 메뉴관리 및 식사다양성 (Effectiveness of Center for Child-Care Foodservice Management for Menu Management and Dietary Variety)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of Centers for Child-care Foodservice Management (CCFSM)'s support on menu management in child-care centers and kindergartens by comparing two perspectives of pre-support vs. post-support and established vs. non-established. To evaluate dietary variety, we used methods that considered both Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) and Dietary Variety Score (DVS). For surveying pre-support and post-support state by CCFSM, we collected and analyzed menus of June and September, 2012, targeting 7 CCFSM supported institutions. Meanwhile, for surveying state in CCFSM established and non-established areas, we collected and analyzed menus of June, 2012, which were implemented in institutions in CCFSM established (181 places) and non-established (106 places) areas. The results of evaluation on the dietary support by CCFSM showed that post-supporting state by CCFSM (95.3%) was significantly higher than pre-supporting state (77.2%) (p < 0.001) and established areas (87.4%) were significantly higher than non-established ones (77.2%) (p < 0.05) on 'Meeting the DRI for infant'. Evaluation of dietary variety between pre- and post-support state by CCFSM showed that post-support state (total 77.3 point) was higher than pre-support state (total 76.4 point). Evaluation of dietary variety between established and non-established areas showed that established areas (total 81.1 point) were significantly higher than non-established ones (total 77.1 point) (p < 0.001). Therefore, it is considered that dietary support service conducted by CCFSM contributes to improve variety level of diet provided by child-care centers and kindergartens.

울산광역시 장애인 구강건강증진을 위한 자원봉사 중심의 지속적 치과진료사업의 사례 (Oral health promotion of the disabled by consistent voluntary dental care services)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the oral health promotion of the disabled persons by voluntary dental services in Ulsan Metropolitan City. Two dentists taken a calibration training for national oral health survey examined the oral health status of 473 disabled persons from two special schools for the disabled children and adolescents, a residential facility and a gymnasium for the disabled persons in 2009-2010. The surveyed disabled persons in the age range was from 7 to 74 years old. Voluntary dentists, oral hygienists and other civilian volunteers had supplied with the oral health care services to the disabled persons at dental clinics of special schools for the disabled children and adolescents, and a dental clinic supported from Nam-Gu Public Health Center in Ulsan Metropolitan City since 1997. The obtained data from these surveys were analyzed with the SPSS statistical package. Among subjects aged 12-14 years, subjects with decayed, missing and filled teeth (DMFT) in permanent dentition was 46.9%; subjects with untreated decayed teeth, 17.2%. The number of decayed, missing and filled teeth in permanent dentition was 1.36. The proportion of decayed components of DMFT score was 28.00%; proportion of missing components of DMFT score, 1.43%; proportion of filled components of DMFT score, 70.57%. The proportion of filled components of DMFT score among disabled persons of all age group in Ulsan were evaluated to be a similar level to non-disabled citizens in Ulsan from 2010 Korean National Survey. The oral health care programs for disabled persons by voluntary services of dental professionals and other civilians are evaluated to be effective for the oral health promotion of disabled persons in Ulsan.

지역아동센터 종사자의 전문적 능력, 심리적 자본, 지속경력학습이 직무수행에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Professional Capability, Psychological Capital and Career-Related Continuous Learning on the Job Performance among Practitioners of Child Welfare Centers)

  • 지역아동센터는 지역사회 최일선에서 아동을 보호할 뿐 아니라 지역사회의 다양한 자원연계를 통해 아동지원 체계를 구축하여 체계적인 서비스를 제공하는 지역사회 방과 후 돌봄의 중심기관으로 발돋움하고 있다. 이제 지역아동센터가 양적으로 성장하면서 질적 체계적 전문적으로 운영하도록 요구받고 있는 것이다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자의 전문적 능력, 심리적 자본, 지속경력학습이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2016년 3월 2일부터 3월 25일까지 부산 경남의 지역아동센터 총 460개소에 근무하는 시설장과 실무자를 대상으로 우편 설문을 실시하였다. 그리고 회수된 설문 가운데 성실히 응답한 550부를 최종 분석하였다. 분석결과, 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무수행에는 심리적 자본이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만 시설장 집단에서는 전문적 능력을 갖출수록 직무수행도가 높아지지만 생활복지사 집단에서는 전문적 능력이 직무수행에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지역아동센터 종사자의 직무수행도를 향상시키기 위해서는 심리적 자본을 확충하는 것이 가장 선행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 지역아동센터의 조직관리를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

A Study on the Job Stress of Social Welfare Officials and Administrative Officials

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 담당공무원과 일반행정직 공무원의 직무스트레스의 수준에 대한 선행연구가 충분하지 않은 점을 고려하여 직무스트레스에 대한 실증분석의 연구결과에 따른 이론적 시사점과 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하는 데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해서 G광역시 시청과 5개 자치구청(동 주민센터 포함)에서 근무하고 있는 사회복지직과 일반행정직 공무원을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 통계프로그램을 사용하여 직무스트레스의 하위변수에 대한 평균을 통한 기술적 통계를 구하였다. 분석결과, 직무요구도, 직무자율성인 직무내적 요인과, 직무불안정, 조직체계, 관계 갈등, 보상 부적절, 직장문화인 직무외적 요인 모두에서 사회복지 담당공무원과 일반행정직 공무원의 주관적인 인식 수준에는 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이를 토대로 사회복지 전담공무원의 자존감 부여와 담당업무의 개선과 업무량을 적정한 수준으로의 조정이 필요한 정책적 방안을 제시하였다.

국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 보육교사 직무수행능력에 대한 운영주체에 따른 보육교사의 중요도 인식 비교 (A Comparison of the Teachers' Awareness about the Importance of Job Performing Abilities from National Competency Standards)

  • 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS: National Competency Standards)에서 제시하고 있는 직무수행능력에 대한 어린이집 운영추체별 보육교사의 중요도 인식을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산광역시 소재 국공립어린이집, 민간어린이집, 가정어린이집, 법인어린이집 교사 각 35명을 무선표집하였다. 이들을 대상으로 국가직무능력표준의 직무능력단위 12개 영역에 근거하여 추출된 45개의 하위 능력단위요소를 토대로 작성된 하위요소 230개를 문항으로 작성한 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 국공립 어린이집 교사 28명, 민간어린이집 교사 30명, 가정어린이집 교사 30명, 법인어린이집 교사 29명 총 117명의 설문지가 최종 분석대상이 되었다. 설문 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 12가지 모든 직무수행능력단위에 있어 네 집단 간 중요도 인식에는 차이가 있었다. 12가지 직무수행능력단위에 대하여 법인어린이집, 국공립어린이집, 가정어린이집, 민간어린이집 순서로 중요도를 인식하고 있었다. 그중, "어린이집 운영방침 수립", "어린이집 활경구성", "보육활동운영", "영유아놀이지도", "신체 예술활동지도", "언어, 수 과학활동지도", "건강 안전 영양지도"의 일곱 가지에 있어서는 법인어린이집 교사와 국공립어린이집 교사들의 중요도 인식은 차이가 없었으며, 국공립어린이집 교사와 가정어린이집 교사 간에도 차이가 없었다. 그러나 법인어린이집 교사들과 가정어린이집 교사 간에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가정어린이집교사들과 민간어린이집 교사들 간에도 중요도 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 나머지 다섯 가지 직무능력단위인 "보육평가", "영유아발달지원", "가정 지역사회와의 협력", "보육운영관리", "보육연구"에 있어서는 법인어린이집, 국공립어린이집, 가정어린이집 교사들의 중요도 인식에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었으나, 민간어린이집 교사들과는 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 45가지 하위 능력단위요소에 있어서도 이러한 경향은 일관되게 나타났다.

응급의료 전달체계의 충실 방안 (A Study in an Effective Programs for Emergency Care Delivery System)

  • As the society is being industrialized, the fast-paced economic development that has caused substantial increase in cerebrovascular and coronary artery diseases and the industrial development and increased use of means of transportation have resulted in the rapid rise of incidents in external injuries as well. So the pubic has become acutely aware of the need for fast and effective emergency care delivery system. The goal of emergency care delivery system is to meet the emergency care needs of patients. The emergency care delivery system is seeking to efficiently satisfy the care needs of people. Therefore the purpose of this study is designed to develop an effective programs for emergency care delivery system in Korea. The following specific objectives were investigated. This emergency care delivery system must have the necessary man power, for transfering the patients, communication net work, and emergency care facilities. 1) Man power Emergency care requires n0t only specialized traning in the emergency treatment but also knowledge and experience i11 other related area, so emergency care personnel traning program should be designed in order to adapt to the specific need of emergency patients. It will be necessary to ensure professional personnel who aquires the sufficient traning and experience for emergency care and to look for legal basis. We have to develop re-educational programs for emergency nurse specialist. They should be received speciality of emergency nursing care so that they will work actively and positively in emergency part. Emergency medical doctor and nurse specialist should be given an education which is related in emergency and critical care. Emergency care personnel will continue to provide both acute and continuing care as partner with other medical team. 2) Transfering the patients. Successful management of pre-hospital care requires adequate traning for the emergency medical technician. Traning program should be required to participate in a actual first aids activites in order to have apportunities to acquire practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge. The system of emergency medical technician should be remarkablly successful with first responder firefighters. Establishing this system must add necessary ambulances operating at any given time. It will be necessary to standardize the ambulance size and equipment. Ambulance should be arranged with each and every fire station. 3) Communication net work. The head office of emergency commumication network should be arranged with the head office of fire station in community. It is proposed that Hot-line system for emergency care should be introduce. High controlled ambulance and thirtial emergency center should simultaneously equip critical-line in order to communication with each other. Ordinary ambulance and secondary emergency facility should also simultaneously equip emergency-line in order to communication with each other. 4) Emergency care facilities. Primary emergency care facilities should be covered with the ambulatory emergency patients-minor illness and injuires. Secondary emergency care facilities should be covered with the emergency admission patients. Third emergency care center should be covered with the critical patients who need special treatments and operation. Secondary and third emergency care facilities should employ emergency medical doctor and emergency nurse specialist to treat in-patients with severe and acute illness and multiple injuires. It should be fashioned for a system of emergency facilities that meets emergency patients needs. Provide incentives for increased number of emergency care facilities with traning in personal/clinical emergency care. 5) Finance It is recommended to put the finance of a emergency care on a firm basis. The emergency care delivery system should be managed by the government or accreditted organizations. In order to facilitate this relevant program the fund is needed for more efficient and effective emergency researchs, service, programs, and policy. 6) Gaining understanding and co-operation of pubic It is also important to undertake pubic education to improve understanding of first aids and C. P. R of individuals, communities and business. It is proposed that teachers and health officers be certified in C. P. R. The C. P. R education can be powerful influence save lives. Lastly appropriate emergency care information must be provided to the pubic for assisting them in choosing emergency care.
