A study policies for activating information services at the Government Archives and Records Service(GARS) (한국의 국가기록관리기관 정보조사제공 활성화를 위한 정책 연구)

  • This research is aimed at proposing the policies for enhancing information services at the GARS. To this end, a survey was carried out over the user group, the staff group, and the external expert group. And then the 3-Partner Approach Model was proposed that accommodates the archivist-centered partnership with users and external experts. Based on this model. the three-aspect policies to upgrade information services were proposed.

A Clinical Study on the Physiotherapy of Congenital Muscular Torticollis (선천성 사경의 물리치료에 대한 임상적 고찰)

  • 연구목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 선천성 사경을 가진 22명의 유아에 대해 임상적 양상과 물리치료 만족도 및 사경의 요인을 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 설문지를 통해 유아의 성별과 연령분포, 사경의 요인, 사경의 관리, 사경의 물리치료를 조사하였다. 연구결과 : 1. 환자의 성별 및 연령분포는 남자아이가 9명(41%), 여자아이가 13(59%) 이었고, 연령분포는 1~4개월이 5명(22.7%), 5~8개월이 6명(27.3%), 9~12개월이 4명(18.2%), 그리고 1년 이상은 7명(31.8%) 이었다. 2. 사경의 정도는 경도가 3명(13.6%), 중등도 3명(13.6%), 중증 16명(72.8%) 이었고, 사경의 분만요인으로 정상분만 12명(54.5%), 재왕절개분만 8명(36.4%), 그리고 둔위분만 2명(9.1%)으로 나타났다. 산모의 건강상태에 따른 요인은 매우 양호 7명(31.9%), 양호 11명(50%), 약함 3명(13.6%), 그리고 매우 약함 1명(4.5%) 이었다. 사경의 요인으로 분석된 가족력, 임신, 분만 사이에는 특별한 관련성은 없었다. 3. 사경 환자가 물리치료를 받는 횟수는 매일 치료 9명(40.9%), 일주일에 2~3회 12명(54.5%) 이었고 물리치료에 대한 만족도는 매우 우수 4명(18.2%), 우수 15명(68.2%), 보통 3명(13.6%)로 나타났다. 결론 : 이러한 결과를 통해 물리치료가 선천성 사경에 매우 효과적이었다.

  • The effect of filler type and dispersion time on thin film characterization is studied. Hollow silica powders which have the advantage of transmittance are selected. In this paper, the characterization of haze, transmittance, and gloss are analyzed in terms of filler concentration and coating thickness, respectively. As a result, the value of haze and gloss increased with increasing of filler concentration and coating thickness, respectively. In addition, the variation of transmittance by filler concentration and coating thickness is not occurred. In conclusion, it is assumed that hollow silica powders as a filler have an advantage of concentration increment and transmittance.

  • This research aimed at a clear definition of simplicity and complexity and other elements of product aesthetics and investigated the influence of simplicity/complexity on consumer preference, and balance. The research also made it an objective to find answers to underlying questions of whether there is a relationship between simplicity/complexity, and balance, and if there is, then how is the relationship? and is balance in a product's aesthetics an influential factor? does a relationship exist between consumer preference, simplicity/complexity, and balance? In conclusion, the research process categorized products into groups by use of FCB Grid, and analyze4 each group to establish a prototype which represents the group, then questionnaires where presented to consumers in order to find satisfaction to consumer preference. Also, the research proposes a verification method through design process.

  • A 65-year-old-male had a mass in the oral cavity, and this was ultimately determined to be squamous cell carcinoma and he underwent wide excision for it. Postoperatively, he underwent the staging work up; this showed that he had other cancers in the esophagus, stomach and lung. We performed a curative resection of all the lesions simultaneously. We report here on a case of synchronous multiple cancers of the esophagus, stomach, lung and oral cavity.

한국우주전파관측망을 위한 전파세기 시험용 측정기 설계

  • 한국우주전파관측망(Korean VLBI Network, KVN)을 이루는 21m 망원경의 수신기에는 전파세기를 모니터링하기 위한 장치가 있으나, 회로잡음, 이득, 그리고 DC offset 등의 개선을 위하여 전파세기 시험용 측정기를 설계하였다. 이 장치는 입력신호의 전압에 대하여 주파수로 출력되는데, 선형성과 신호잡음특성이 중요하다. 이러한 회로 특성 파악과 개선을 위하여, 차동입력 증폭, 단일입력 증폭, 그리고 1:1앰프출력 등으로 입력신호에 대하여 다양한 실험을 할 수 있게 하였고, 샘플링 주파수도 1 MHz와 4 MHz를 선택할 수 있게 전파세기 시험용 측정기를 설계하였다. 시제품을 제작하여 DC 입력 시험, 0 전압입력 시험, 노이즈 제너레이터를 이용한 동작 시험, 그리고 KVN연세전파천문대의 수신기에 직접 연결한 실험을 통하여, 최종 이득안정도의 잡음스펙트럼 ~1.5 X $10^{-4}\;dG/G(Hz^{-1/2})$@1Hz를 얻었다. 이번 실험 결과를 바탕으로 KVN의 전파세기측정기를 새로 제작할 예정이다. 이에 전파세기 시험용 측정기의 설계 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

Research on Developing Instructional Design Models for Enhancing Smart Learning (스마트 러닝 교수학습 설계모형 탐구)

  • According to recent needs for 'smart learning', the concept of smart learning was reviewed by device, environmental, and theoretical approaches. The principle of smart learning includes three elements: First, rich instructional resources as learning contents. Second, participatory learning environments with interactions among teachers and learners as learning methods. Third, practical and realistic contexts as learning environments. Based on those characteristics, instructional designs for smart learning can be summed up as learning objectives, learning resources, instructional environments, instruction process design, instruction method development, implementation, and evaluation. As a conclusion, it is required to systematically develop instructional designs addressing specific learning settings to facilitate smart learning.

  • Plasticity of clay bodies containing bottom ashes(BA) and small portion of other wastes was investigated. Plasticity indices of clay bodies using Atterberg limits were measured. It was confirmed that the plasticity indices could be applicable in actual forming process by extrusion. The forming possible compositions were found by changing the contents of water, bottom ash, stone dust, and sewage sludge. The relationship between the plasticity and physical properties of the aggregate green body was also investigated. The compositions for extrusion forming can be expected by measured the plasticity indices and these results were confirmed by real extrusion process. There is also strong relationship between the plasticity indices and the property of aggregate green body.

  • This study is the Smart Office features that take advantage of KEPCO eIoT(: energy Internet of Thing) platform, and it's Network configuration is composed of sensing device, gateway, platform, and the service server. The key features are parts for processing protocol data between the gateway and the device using LoRa(: Long Range) technology, Intelligent applications and public safety data connected to the PS-LTE(: Public Safety-Long-Term Evolution) system. And the resource tree provided Smart Office for the service, which commonly used in the application server and the device.

  • Studies were conducted in Mt. Namsan, Seoul, during the summer of 1997 and 1998 using racemic disparlure to determine seasonal occurrence and circadian activity in male gypsy moth, and size of egg mass and wing length of male moth. Male gypsy moths occurred from middle part of July until middle part of August and peaked in late part of July. Circadian activity of male moths initiated from 12: 00h and continued until 21: 00h, and the peak time was between 14: 00h and 17: 00h. Mean number of moths captured per trap in 1997 was larger than that in 1998, however, eggs per mass, egg size and wing length were not significantly different between the two years, 1997 and 1998.
