통합 하이브리드시스템을 활용한 폐가스 처리 거동 (Time-Dependent Behavior of Waste-Air Treatment Using Integrated Hybrid System)

  • 교대로 운전되는 광촉매반응기 공정 및 바이오필터 공정[전통적 바이오필터(L 반응기)와 두 개의 유닛(Rup 및 Rdn)을 가지는 개선된 바이오필터(R 반응기)]으로 구성된 통합 하이브리드시스템(통합처리시스템)에서 에탄올과 황화수소를 동시 함유한 폐가스 처리를 성공적으로 수행하였다. 통합처리시스템의 운전 단계로서 HA1, HA2 및 폐가스의 공급 방향이 뒤바뀐 HA3T stage의 광촉매 공정에서 각각 55, 50 및 45%의 에탄올 제거효율과 각각 70, 60 및 37%의 황화수소 제거효율을 보였다. 특히, HA3T stage에서 통합처리시스템으로 공급되는 폐가스(feed)의 황화수소 농도가 10 ppmv에서 20 ppmv로 급증함에 따른 황화수소 부하량의 증가로 인하여 특히 황화수소 제거효율의 급격한 감소를 관찰하였다. 통합처리시스템의 HA1, HB1, HA2 및 HB2 stage 및 HA3T stage의 초반에, 개선된 바이오필터(R 반응기)의 각 유닛에 설치한 sampling 구들의 에탄올의 파과 순서 및 에탄올 처리효율의 크기 순서는, HA3T stage 후반과 HB3T stage의 경우에서 각각 거꾸로 바뀌었다. 한편 개선된 바이오필터(R 반응기)에서 황화수소의 경우는 파과 정도가 에탄올의 경우만큼 두드러지지는 않았으나 비슷한 추세가 관찰되었다.

경운기의 수리비계수(修理費係數) 산정(算定)에 관한 연구(硏究) (Estimation on the Coefficient of Repair & Maintenance Costs for Power Tiller)

  • This study was conducted to estimate the ratio of Repair & Maintenance (R&M) costs to purchasing price that is one of the important factors for calculating the management costs of farm machinery. For this purpose, hour of use and R & M costs of power tiller and its attachments utilized results that were investigated with 400 sample units, 50 units by years of use from 1 to 8 years in 1988. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The ratio of R & M costs per hours and annual R & M costs, accumulated R & M costs when sercice life of power tiller is 7 years were 0.017%, 5.50% and 38.52%, respectively. And in case of rotary, these ratio when its service life is 6 years were 0.072%, 7.16% and 43.0%, respectively. 2. The relationship between accumulated hours of use(t) and accumulated R & M costs(Y) of power tiller and its attachments were $Y=19.3t^{1.3}$ in power tiller, $Y=0.03t^{2.09}$ in plow, $Y=48.84t^{1.25}$ in rotary and $Y=7.45t^{1.15}$ in trailer. 3. The ratio of accumulated R & M costs to purchasing price when service life of power tiller is 7 years was 38.5%, and in case of rotary, this ratio when its service life is 6 years was 43.0%.

  • We introduce the concepts of (${\mathcal{T}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}},{\mathcal{U}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$)-double (r, s)(u, v)-preclosures and (${\mathcal{T}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}},{\mathcal{U}}^{{\mu}{\gamma}}$)-double (r, s)(u, v)-preinteriors. Using the notions, we investigate some of characteristic properties of double pairwise (r, s)(u, v)-precontinuous mappings.

  • Let R be a prime ring (or semiprime ring) with center Z(R), I a nonzero ideal of R, T an automorphism of $R,S:R^n{\rightarrow}R$ be a symmetric skew n-derivation associated with the automorphism T and ${\Delta}$ is the trace of S. In this paper, we shall prove that S($x_1,{\ldots},x_n$) = 0 for all $x_1,{\ldots},x_n{\in}R$ if any one of the following holds: i) ${\Delta}(x)=0$, ii) [${\Delta}(x),T(x)]=0$ for all $x{\in}I$. Moreover, we prove that if $[{\Delta}(x),T(x)]{\in}Z(R)$ for all $x{\in}I$, then R is a commutative ring.

  • The prevalence of type 2 diabetes (T2D) is increasing worldwide. Patients with T2D suffer from various diabetes-related complications. Since there are many patients with T2D that cannot be controlled by previously developed drugs, it has been necessary to develop new drugs, one of which is a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) based therapy. GLP-1 has been shown to ameliorate diabetes-related conditions by augmenting pancreatic ${\beta}-cell$ insulin secretion and having the low risk of causing hypoglycemia. Because of a very short half-life of GLP-1, many researches have been focused on the development of GLP-1 receptor (GLP-1R) agonists with long half-lives such as exenatide and dulaglutide. Now GLP-1R agonists have a variety of dosing-cycle forms to meet the needs of various patients. In this article, we review the physiological features of GLP-1, the effects of GLP-1 on T2D, the features of several GLP-1R agonists, and the therapeutic effect on T2D.

상수리나무림의 토양호흡에 대한 뿌리호흡의 기여 (Contribution of Root Respiration to Soil Respiration for Quercus acutissima Forest)

  • 공주 근교의 상수리나무림을 대상으로 단근처리 방법을 적용하여 토양호흡량에 대한 뿌리호흡량의 기여율을 파악하였다. 토양호흡구(control plot)와 미생물호흡구(trenched plot)를 설치하고 2011년 6월부터 2012년 5월까지 IRGA 토양호흡측정기를 사용하여 $CO_2$발생량을 측정하였다. $CO_2$발생량은 하절기에 증가한 후 동절기에 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 토양호흡구와 미생물호흡구의 $CO_2$발생량은 8월에 가장 높았으며, 이때 토양호흡구와 미생물호흡구의 $CO_2$발생량은 각각 1.345, 0.897g $CO_2\;m^{-2}\;hr^{-1}$로 토양호흡구에 비해 미생물호흡구에서 33.31% 낮게 나타났다(P<0.05). $CO_2$발생량은 1월에 가장 낮았으며, 이때 토양호흡구와 미생물호흡구에서 각각 0.097, 0.032g $CO_2\;m^{-2}\;hr^{-1}$로 토양호흡구에 비해 미생물호흡구에서 67.01% 낮게 나타났다(P<0.01). 연간 $CO_2$발생량은 토양호흡구와 미생물호흡구에서 각각 4.320, 2.834kg $CO_2\;m^{-2}\;yr^{-1}$로 나타났다. $CO_2$발생량은 토양호흡구와 미생물호흡구에서 토양온도와 높은 상관관계가 있었다. 토양호흡구와 미생물호흡구간의 $CO_2$발생량 차이로 추정한 뿌리호흡량은 토양호흡량 중 약 34.40%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다.

Furthermore, an example is given to illustrate the results.

The Relationship between the Types of Stress Coping and Life Goals for College Freshmen

  • This study was a descriptive cross-sectional study using questionnaire that analyzed the relationship between stress coping types and life goals in the freshmen. The study period lasted from May 1, 2020 to May 20, 2020. A total of 282 people participated in the study, with freshmen enrolled in C and J provinces. The collected data were analyzed frequency, t-test, multiple regression, and Pearson correlation using SPSS 18.0. As a result, the passive(r=.202, p<0.05), aggressive(r=.243, p<0.05), Supportive(r=.255, p<0.01) and active stress coping types(r=.410, p<0.01) were correlated with achieve oriented life goal. And Supportive(r=.383, p<0.01), Active stress coping types(r=.497, p<0.01) were correlated with life oriented goal. According to gender, men (Mean 1.87, SD=0.62) had higher aggressive stress coping types than women (Mean=1.54, SD=0.52) (t=4.202, p=.000). People with achieve oriented life goals were found to have an effect on passive (t=7.176, p<0.01), aggressive (t=1.974, p<0.05) and evasive stress coping types (t=4.207, p<0.01). People with life oriented life goals were found to have ab effect on passive (t=6.331, p<0.01)), active stress coping types (t=2.101, p<0.05). In addition, passive (t=2.946, p<0.01), aggressive (t=4.067, p<0.01) and evasive stress coping types (t=2.624, p<0.01) affected achieve oriented goals, supportive stress coping types (t=5.438, p<0.01) affected the life oriented life goal, and active stress coping type affected on both achieve (t=4.061, p<0.01) and life oriented life goal (t=6.905, p<0.01).

GCOTC에 의한 알코올류 분리를 위한 시스템 적합성에 관한 연구 (Study on The System Suitability Test for Alcohols Separation by GCOTC)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to enhance the application of analytical method of polar solvents(alcohols) by GCOTC (gas chromatography open tubular column) through the system suitability test(SST) to estimate the whole chromatographic system performance(integral part). Methods: To perform the SST, carried out repeatability(n=6) as analytical method of polar solvents by GCOTC, got the retention time($t_R$), standard deviation(${\sigma}_{n-1}$) of $t_R$, baseline width($w_b=4{\sigma}_{n-1}$) and calculated dead time($t_m$) by $v_m=d^2{\pi}L(f/4)$ and $v_m=t_m$ x flow rate. Results: In this experiment, obtained the basic data, there were $t_m=2$ min, methanol($t_R=3.569$, ${\sigma}_{n-1}=0.01$, $w_b=0.04$), ethanol ($t_R=3.892$, ${\sigma}_{n-1}=0.004$, $w_b=0.016$), isopropanol($t_R=4.209$, ${\sigma}_{n-1}=0.004$, $w_b=0.016$). By using these data, calculated the corrected retention time($t_R{^{\prime}}$), capacity factor(k), separation factor(${\alpha}$), number of theoretical plate(n) and resolution($R_s$) for SST and got the good results. Conclusions: Through the SST, could reconfirm the whole chromatographic performance system(integral part) for analytical method of polar solvents by GCOTC. Therefore, this analytical method expect to be widely applied at the related areas.
