In this thesis, the safety inspection of the T-beam bridges were studied. The stage of the safety inspection were classified according to the importance of the inspection contents the preliminary inspection, the resume inspection, the detail inspection, and the close inspection. By stages, the Inspection contents, the inspection items, and the inspection methods were systematized. And the method of the repair or the reinforcement for the demaged bridges were also suggested.

웹사이트의 품질 평가는 기본적으로 품질과 관련한 개별 평가요소들에 대한 측정을 필요로 한다. 또 이러한 요소들은 웹사이트 유형에 따라 그 상대적 중요도가 다르기 때문에, 개별 웹사이트 유형에 따라 요소들의 중요도를 정확히 산출하는 것이 성공적 평가의 관건이다. 그러나 웹사이트 평가요소들의 가중치에 대한 합리적 산출방법에 관한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 평가요소들에 대한 가중치를 AHP기법을 이용하여 합리적으로 도출하기 위하여 인터넷뱅킹 이용자들을 대상으로 개별 평가요소들의 중요도에 대한 인식을 조사하여 분석하였다.

128-비트의 마스터 키를 지원하는 블록암호 AES-128을 IoT 보안에 적합하도록 경량화하여 구현하였다. 키 스케줄러와 라운드 블록을 8 비트 데이터 패스로 구현하고, 다양한 최적화 방법을 적용함으로써 하드웨어를 최소화시켰으며, 100 MHz 클록 주파수에서 4,400 GE의 작은 게이트로 구현되었다. Verilog HDL로 설계된 AES 크립토 코어를 Vertex5 XC5VSX50T FPGA 디바이스에 구현하여 올바로 동작함을 확인하였다.

The effect of glycyrrhetinic acid(18.betha.-glycyrrhetinic acid, GA) on histamine synthesis and release was investigated in cocultured mast cells with Swiss 3T3 fibroblasts. GA has strong dose dependent inhibitory activity for histamine synthesis and release in cocultured mast cells. GA(50 .mu.M) inhibited about 85% of histidine decarboxylase (HDC) activity. The appearance of cells staining positively with berberine sulface was also decreased in the presence of GA. It indicates that transdifferentiation of cultured mas cells (CMCs) was also inhibited.

This study was performed to investigate the effect of ginseng saponin from Korean red ginseng on the learning and memory. Total (50, 100 mg/kg, bw) and panaxadiol saponin (15, 30 mg/kg, bw) treated groups did not show the difference of the time score and the number of error in comparison with control group. Panaxatriol saponin (15, 30 mg/kg, bw) significantly decreased both the time score and the number of error in water maze test. These results indicate that panaxatriol saponin from Korean red ginseng may improve the learning ability of rat in water multiple T-maze.

Extranodal Natural Killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type, is a subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, strongly associated with Epstein-Barr virus. Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma mostly affects the nasal cavity and there has been no report of the disease's occurrence at the base of tongue. Here we report a case of 43-year-old man who presented with a diffuse ulcerative lesion at the base of tongue. Because the patient had oral bleeding, tracheostomy and lingual artery ligation was performed via a transcervical approach to control bleeding and protect the upper airway. We performed a deep biopsy through the lateral pharyngotomy approach, and finally, the patient was diagnosed with extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type. We report this rare case of extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma at the base of tongue with a literature review.

This study was carried out to investigate statistical validity of medical articles that used various statistical techniques such as t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis and chi-square test. For study 429 original articles using those statistical methods were selected from Journal of Korean Acupuncture & Moxibusition Society published from 1984 to 2002. 429 original articles were reviewed to analyzed the statistical procedures. Results are summarized as follows : 1. In this study 93 articles(21.68%) of 429 ones didn't report statement of statistical method in detail. 2. 53 articles(12.53%) didn't report p-value in correctly, and 245 articles(57.11 %) used mean${\pm}$standard error (Mean${\pm}$SEM.) and 109 articles used mean${\pm}$standard deviation(Mean${\pm}$SD.). All of 23 articles using nonparametric statistical techniques made an error to central tendency or dispersion. 3. 175 articles(59.93%) and 14 articles(4.79%) of 292 ones made an error to description of equal variances and normal distribution. 4. 99 articles(50%) of 185 ones misused t-test and 4 articles of 5 ones misused chi-square test. 5. 28 articles(73.68%) of 38 ones using discrete variable misused parametric technique such as t-test or ANOVA. 2 articles and 1 article of 125 ones choosing paired samples misused independent t-test and Mann-Whitney U test. 6. 20 articles using analysis of variance didn't use multiple comparison.

Flux-gate magnetometer has been still used for low field magnetic field measurement with portability, low power consumption, and high reliability. In many applications, flux-gate magnetometer measures not absolute values but changes of the earth magnetic field. For the eia magnetic field change measurements, we have constructed a high sensitive 3-axis flux-gate magnetometer of which measuring ranges is ${\pm}$1000 nT and noise level is 5pT/√㎐ at 1 ㎐. Using this magnetometer, we can compensate the earth magnetic field of ${\pm}$50,000 nT with successive approximation methods using microcomputer. After earth magnetic field compensation, we could measure earth magnetic field changes with ${\pm}$100 nT measuring ranges.

This study was investigated to evaluate the physiological responses on T-shirts manufactured with selected functional materials by body parts which were selectioned on the distribution of sweating and temperature change. Seven healthy men in twenties were participated in a climate chamber of $27{\pm}0.5^{\circ}C$ and $50{\pm}1%RHC$. Three kinds of T-shirts named 'D1', 'D2' and 'Poly' were used as experimental clothings. Four kinds of functional materials of quick absorbing/drying were used in all section in 'D1', but two kinds of functional materials used partially in 'D2'. 'Poly' T-shirts used only polyester. In an experimental schedule of 90 minutes, which were consisted of 'Rest', twice of 'Exercise' and twice of 'Recovery' periods, the subjects walked on a treadmill with 60% of $VO_2max$. As a physiological responses, the microclimate temperature, surface temperature(skin, clothing) and sweat rate were measured. Temperature regulation was kept well in 'D1' rather than other T-shirts. The quick absorbing/drying T-shirts showed its performance well as the exercise goes on the second half. With these results in mind, 'D1' will be more effective for long hours exercise such as climbing rather than short hours exercise.

Fifth instar larvae of the new bivoltine hybrid (CSR2 ${\times}$ CSR5) were reared under different temperature and humidity viz., $20^{\circ}C$ and 85 ${pm}$ 5% R.H (T1), $25^{\circ}C$ and 70 ${pm}$ 5% R.H (T2-Optimum), $30^{\circ}C$ and 80% ${pm}$ 5 R.H (T3) and $35^{\circ}C$and 50 ${pm}$ 5% R.H (T4). The cocoon yield, cocoon characters and disease incidence were studied in normal (non infectious source, i.e control) rearing as well as in 1% infectious source of rearing. The results indicated that V instar larval duration was prolonged and cocoon weight was improved in T1. ERR and shell ratio were significantly improved and disease incidence was minimised in T2. Further significant difference was observed among the treatments with regard to spread of diseases.
