토양유실량여측을 위한 강우인자(降雨因子)의 추정(推定) (An Approximation of the Rainfall Factor (R) in Predicting Soil Loss)

  • 토양유실량 여측(予測)을 위해서는 강우인자(降雨因子)(R치(値))를 구(求)하여야 되며 이를 종뢰사용해오던 방법(方法)으로 구(求)할 경우 계산과정(計算過程)이 복잡(複雜)하고 어려워 실제 이용(利用)하기가 곤란(困難)하였다. 본(本) 연구에서는 이러한 불편(不便)한 점(点)을 고려(考慮)하여 간편(簡便)하고 실용적인 새로운 강우인자(降雨因子) 추정방법(推定方法)으로 IA-S Index을 제안(提案)하였다. IAS Index에 의(依)한 강우인자(降雨因子)의 추정(推定)은 연중(年中) 강우량(降雨量)이 최대(最大)가 되는 2개월간(個月間) 강우량(降雨量)의 총합으로 하였다. 이와 같이 추정(推定)된 강우인자(降雨因子)의 적용성(適用性)을 검토하기 위하여 우리나라 12개(個) 도시(都市)의 강우성적(降雨成績)을 토태(土台)로 기존방법(旣存方法)($EI_{30}$)과 상호(相互) 비교(比較)해 본 결과(結果) 7~8월에 집중(集中) 호우(豪雨)가 있는 지역(地域)에서는 제안(提案)된 방법(方法)인 IAS Index에 의(依)하여 강우인자(降雨因子)의 추정(推定)이 가능(可能)하였다.

온담탕(溫膽湯)과 사물안신탕(四物安神湯) 및 시호소간산(柴胡疏肝散)이 비만(肥滿)과 스트레스에 미치는 영향(影響) (Effects of Ondamtang, Samulansintang and Shihosogansan Water Extract on the Obesity and Stress)

  • Many phychiatrists have reported that the change of serotonin concentration would cause mental disorder and affect the pathological conditions such as schizophrenia, depression and eating behabior. The end product of serotonin metabolism was excreted as 5-HIAA in urine. Serum lipids, according to the report, were concerned with obesity, said it was. This study aims to observe the changes of plasma serotonin, urinary 5-HIAA and serum lipids, making use of Fat Cell Mass rate of 27 normal persons and 42 psychosomatic patients. For this, I also observed the change of serotonin, 5-HIAA and lipids of the psychosomatic patients by the use of 3 kinds of herbs as treatment medication on the basis of physical symptoms and the results were obtained as follows; 1. Urinary 5-HIAA is correlated with the body water rate(r=0.381), while reversely correlated with the Fat Cell Mass rate(r=-0.330). 2. Compared the control group with the patients group for the serum lipids value, they showed the significant results ; $146.4{\pm}5.71$ mg/dl and $166.9{\pm}6.56$ mg/dl in the total cholestrol value over- weights, $471.2{\pm}42.99$ mg/dl in the total lipid value, and $158.1{\pm}6.50$ mg/dl and $181.1{\pm}6.30$ mg/dl in the phospholipid of the obesity, respectively. 3. With comparison of each group to other group to the others for Fat Cell Mass rate, the total cholesterol showed the significant differences when the Fat Cell Mass rate was 20% or more, HDL-cholesterol value when 30% or more, and triglyceride when 30% or more, respectively. 4. there was significant variations in the relations between Fat Cell Mass rate and body water, which body mass index was increased as the body water was decreased. 5. Fat Cell Mass rate was correlated with Cholesterol(r = 0.420), triglyceride (r = 0.443), and $\beta$-lipoprotein(r = 0.450) of serum lipids, while reversely correlated with HDL -Cholesterol(r = -0.354) and urinary 5- HIAA had the correlation coefficient of -0.330. 6. What related with body water rate urinary 5-HIAA (r = 0.381) and $\beta$-lipoprotein(r = -0.405). 7. there were significant changes in the total cholesterol value and HDL-Cholesterol Value of serum lipids after dose of Ondamtang, significant increase in the 5-HIAA value after dose of Samulansintang, and significant devrease in the Trigylceride value of serum lipids after dose of Shihosogansan. As a result, it was seen that there was direct correlations among the Fat Cell Mass, urinary 5-HIAA, and serum lipids and stress from the mental conditions was not correlated directly to Serotonin, 5-HIAA, and serum lipids. I would like to conclude, therefore, that the detailed study should be performed on the function of serotonin of hypothalamus.

아시아 피부에서 기존 미백 평가방법과 이미지 분석방법의 비교연구 (비타민 C 제형의 이온토포레시스 연구) (A Comparison Study Between Image Analysis and Conventional Methods in the Evaluation of Asian Skin Color)

  • 최근까지 Chromameter$^{(R)}$ CR-400, Mexameter$^{(R)}$ M18 그리고 육안평가는 피부색 평가를 위한 주된 평가방법으로 이용되어 왔다. 하지만 본 연구를 통해 피부색의 변화를 평가할 수 있는 객관성 있는 평가방법으로 이미지 분석을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 세 가지의 기존 평가방법의 변수들과 이미지 분석을 통해 얻은 V (Value) 값을 이용하여 미백 인체 효능평가를 수행하고 변수들 사이의 상관성을 분석하여 이미지 분석의 신뢰성을 확보하고자 하였다. 효능 평가를 위해 과색소침착으로 고민하는 34명의 시험 대상자를 모집하였고 선정된 시험 대상자들은 8주간의 시험기간 동안 vitamin C가 함유된 5 종류의 미백 화장품을 사용하는 동시에 일주일에 1회 전기이온영동(iontophoresis) 시술을 받았다. 제품 사용 및 시술 전과 8주 후 기존 평가 변수들과 V 값 측정결과를 비교하고 각 변수들 사이의 상관성을 분석한 결과, 제품 사용 및 시술 8주 후 V 값은 Chromameter$^{(R)}$$L^*$ 값의 경향과 유사하게 증가하였으며, $L^*$ 값과는 양의 상관관계를 보이는 것을 확인하였다(r = 0.494, p < 0.01). 또한, Mexameter$^{(R)}$의 MI 값(r = - 0.683, p < 0.01)과 육안평가 측정 값(r = - 0.549, p < 0.01)은 V 값과 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 따라서 이미지 분석의 V 값의 활용은 기존의 평가방법과 더불어 주관적인 육안평가의 한계를 보완할 수 있는 신뢰성 있는 미백평가 방법의 하나라고 생각된다.

해외진출 벤처기업의 R&D협력이 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 (The R&D Collaboration and Competitive Advantages in Korean Global Venture Firms)

  • This study is to investigate the relationships between R&D collaboration and competitive advantage in Korean international venture firms from the perspective of resource-based theory, organizational learning and network theory. The R&D collaboration is divided into vertical cooperation within the value chain and horizontal cooperation beyond value chain. The first key finding from empirical analysis is that both vertical and horizontal R&D collaborations have significantly positive impacts on technology based competitive advantages. The vertical R&D collaboration has more impacts on competitive advantages than horizontal R&D collaboration. This suggests that R&D collaboration with purchasers and suppliers plays a greater role for venture organizations' competitiveness. Second, the potential knowledge based absorption capacity and mutual goodwill trust also work significantly to reinforce the positive influences of R&D collaboration to the competitive advantage. This implies that mutual trust between partners participating in collaboration and absorption capacity within venture organizations would strengthen the effectiveness of R&D cooperation. This study provides the practical implications that the performance and effectiveness of R&D collaboration may rely on the nature of cooperation partners and internal organization capability.

R452B 냉매 적용 물대물 지열원 히트펌프 유닛의 냉난방 운전 성능 특성 (Heating and Cooling Performance Characteristics of a Water-to-Water Heat Pump with R452B Refrigerant)

  • Refrigerant having high global warming potentials will be phased out due to environmental protection issues. R410A has been widely used in geothermal heat pump. However, it has a little high GWP by 2088 value. One of the recommended substitute for R410A refrigerant is R452B which having a GWP by 698 value. In this paper, the heating and cooling performance of the water-to-water geothermal heat pump unit with R452B was experimentally investigated. The performance of the heat pump adopting R452B was also compared with the system applying R410A. The heating and cooling capacity of R452B heat pump system showed a slightly lower values within 2% comparing with R410A system. However, the R452B system's coefficient of performance was enhanced by 5.2% and 13.7% at heating and cooling mode, respectively.

탈취조건이 대두유의 색상에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Deodorizing Conditions on Color in Soybean Oil)

  • 대두유를 정제하는 과정에서 대두원유를 탈검-탈산-탈색-탈취의 일반적인 정제공정을 모두 거친 것과 이들 정제공정을 생략하고 협잡물만 제거한 후 그대로 탈취하여 고유의 색상을 갖는 독특한 대두유를 얻었다. 이 때의 차이는 Sample 1은 정상 탈취유, Sample 2, 3는 협잡물만을 제거한 다음 batch type deodorizer에 주입하여 진공도, 최고온도, stripping steam 주입량, 탈취시간 등을 차등화하여 3단계 탈취를 행하였다. 얻어진 탈취유의 이화학적 특성은 Sampl 1의 경우 산가 0.034, Lovibond color 9.1Y/0.9R, 과산화물가 0의 엷은 노란색 대두유였다. 그러나 Sample 2는 산가 0.078, Lovibond color 65.0Y/18.39R/4.2B/0.1N, 과산화물가 0.7의 밝고 투명한 녹색을 나타내었다. Sample 3은 산가 0.072, Lovibond color 37.3Y/3.8R/0.1B/0.1N, 과산화물가 1.6의 짙은 검붉은 갈색을 나타내어 차이를 보였다. 이러한 착색 탈취대두유는 앞으로 솔잎향미유, 들깻잎향미유 등의 다양한 향미유 제조의 원료유로 각광 받을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 한강수계의 32개 강우량관측지점에 7년간 오전 10시 일강우량과 임의 24시간 최대 강우량과의 관계를 506개 자료로서 분석한 것이다. 우리나라에서 널리 사용하고 있는 물부식의 n은 2/3이므로 한강수계에서도 이 n치가 2/3가 되는가를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 그 결과 ncl는 지형적인 영향을 많이 받고 있으며, 지역별 등에 n치선을 표시하였다. 일강우량은 y(%)=$$로서 표시되나, 일강우량이 200mm 이상이면 110%에 해당하는 것을 이용하면 안전측이다. 공공설계에서 강우강도-지속기간의 식은 r$$으로서 f는 y(%)를 100으로 기준한 것이다. 본 연구는 단기간강우자료를 사용한 것으로서 n 및 f 치의 정확한 산정을 위하여는 보다 많은 연우와 정밀한 값을 얻도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

퇴비의 부숙도 평가에 있어서 CO2 발생량과 발아지수와의 상관성 연구 (Studies on the Correlation between Germination index and CO2 Emission for Evaluation of the Maturity of Compost Products)

  • This study was carried out to elucidate the correlation between Germination Index(G.I.) and CO2 emission for evaluation of the maturity of compost products. 13 compost samples was used for this experiment. The G.I. test was carried out on the basis of T-N 200ppm. As a result of this research, we found that CO2 emission method was good simple indicator for evaluation of maturity of compost materials, in spite of G.I. The obtain results are summarized as follows ; 1. The correlation value between the G.I. and the CO2 emission was R2 = 0.776. 2. The correlation value between EC(Electric Conductivity) and G.I. was R2 =0.7. 3. The equation calculated from G.I. and CO2 emission was G.I. = -16.7(InCO2) - 6.87. 4. From these results, we found the possibility of estimation for the value of G.I.(T-N 200ppm) from CO2 emission volume under specific condition.

디지털구내방사선사진의 구리당량화상에 대한 평가 (An Assessment on Cu-Equivalent Image of Digital Intraoral Radiography)

  • Geometrically standardized dental radiographs were taken. We prepared Digital Cu-Equivalent Image Analyzing System for quantitative assessment of mandible bone. Images of radiographs were digitized by means of Quick scanner and personal Mcquintosh computer. NIH image as software was used for analyzing images. A stepwedge composed of 10 steps of 0.1mm copper foil in thickness was used for reference material. This study evaluated the effects of step numbers of copper wedge adopted for calculating equation. kVp and exposure time on the coefficient of determination(r²)of the equation for conversion to Cu-equivalent image and the coefficient of variation and Cu-Eq value(mm) measured at each copper step and alveolar bone of the mandible. The results were as follows: 1. The coefficients of determination(r²) of 10 conversion equations ranged from 0.9996 to 0.9973(mean=0.9988) under 70kVp and 0.16 sec. exposure. The equation showed the highest r was Y=4.75614612-0.06300524x +0.00032367x² -0.00000060x³. 2. The value of r² became lower when the equation was calculated from the copper stepwedge including 1.0mm step. In case of including 0mm step for calculation. the value of r showed variability. 3. The coefficient of variation showed 0.11, 0.20 respectively at each copper step of 0.2, 0.1mm in thickness. Those of the other steps to 0.9 mm ranged from 0.06 to 0.09 in mean value. 4. The mean Cu-Eq value of alveolar bone was 0.14±0.02mm under optimal exposure. The values were lower than the mean under the exposures over 0.20sec. in 60kVp and over 0.16sec. in 70kVp. 5. Under the exposure condition of 60kVp 0.16sec.. the coefficient of variation showed 0.03. 0.05 respectively at each copper-step of 0.3, 0.2mm in thickness. The value of r² showed over 0.9991 from both 9 and 10 steps of copper. The Cu-Eq value and the coefficient of variation was 0.14±0.01mm and 0.07 at alveolar bone respectively. In summary. A clinical application of this system seemed to be useful for assessment of quantitative assessment of alveolar provided high coefficient of determination is obtained by the modified adoption of copper step numbers and the low coefficient of variation for the range of Cu-Equivalent value of alveolar bone from optimal kVp and exposure time for each x-ray machine.

  • Globally, many researchers have been trying to improve the fuel economy of a vehicle for satisfying future $CO_2$ regulation and minimizing air pollution problem. For the same background, diesel engine and vehicle system optimization using simulation models have been key technologies for the improvement of vehicle system efficiency. Therefore, in this study, calibration method for the air breathing system of a WGT diesel engine using mean value model has been composed for efficient engine and vehicle optimization simulation researches. And virtual WGT performances have been calculated for a 2 cylinder downsized diesel engine system. From these researches, the calibration method for the boost pressure and EGR rate of a virtual diesel engine related with WGT performances could be composed and some of technical issue related with downsized diesel engine could be investigated.
