  • 본 논문에서는 라즈베리파이를 활용하여 야생조류의 행동에 반응하는 비전기반 야생조류 퇴치 장치를 구현하였다. 저가형 라즈베리파이 보드를 기반으로 카메라센서와 OpenCV 모션탐지기법을 활용하여 야생조류의 침입을 탐지하고, 그리고 야생조류가 소리별로 반응하는 데이터를 누적시키는 방법을 활용하여 효율적으로 퇴치하도록 개발하였다. 성능평가는 야생 직박구리와 박새를 포획하여 야외 실험장에서 진행하였고 실제 환경에서도 야생조류를 퇴치할 수 있다는 결과를 보여준다.

X-ray Structure and Electrochemical Properties of Ferrocene-Substituted Metalloporphyrins

  • Transition metal complexes of novel mono- and di-ferrocene-substituted porphyrins have been synthesized and characterized by structural and electrochemical methods. The X-ray structures of Mn(FPTTP)Cl and Mn(DFTTP)Cl showed the distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry with syn configuration of chloride and ferrocenyl substituents. The electrochemistry of ferrocene-substituted porphyrins and their metal complexes has been determined to elucidate the ${\pi}-conjugation$ effect of the porphyrin ring. The ferrocenyl group of H2FPTTP underwent a reversible one-electron transfer process at 0.30 V, indicating the good electron donating effect of the phorphyrin ring to the ferrocene substituent. The redox potential of the ferrocenyl subunit and porphyrin ring was affected by the central metal ions of the metalloporphyrins, that is, Zn(II) and Ni(II) made the oxidation of ferrocene much easier and Mn(III) made it harder. The ferrocene subunits of H2DFTTP interacted electrochemically with each other with peak splitting of 0.21 V. The strength of the electrochemical interactions between the two ferrocenyl substituents can be controlled by central metal ions of metalloporphyrins.

Cisplatin-induced Alterations of $Na^+$-dependent Phosphate Uptake in Renal Epithelial Cells

  • Cisplatin treatment increases the excretion of inorganic phosphate in vivo. However, the mechanism by which cisplatin reduces phosphate uptake through renal proximal tubular cells has not yet been elucidated. We examined the effect of cisplatin on $Na^+$-dependent phosphate uptake in opossum kidney (OK) cells, an established proximal tubular cell line. Cells were exposed to cisplatin for an appropriate time period and phosphate uptake was measured using $[^{32}P]$-phosphate. Changes in the number of phosphate transporter in membranes were evaluated by kinetic analysis, $[^{14}C]$phosphonoformic acid binding, and Western blot analysis. Cisplatin inhibited phosphate uptake in a time- and dose-dependent manner, and also the $Na^+$-dependent uptake without altering $Na^+$-independent uptake. The cisplatin inhibition was not affected by the hydrogen peroxide scavenger catalase, but completely prevented by the hydroxyl radical scavenger dimethylthiourea. Antioxidants were ineffective in preventing the cisplatin-induced inhibition of phosphate uptake. Kinetic analysis indicated that cisplatin decreased Vmax of $Na^+$-dependent phosphate uptake without any change in the Km value. $Na^+$-dependent phosphonoformic acid binding was decreased by cisplatin treatment. Western blot analysis showed that cisplatin caused degradation of $Na^+$-dependent phosphate transporter protein. Taken together, these data suggest that cisplatin inhibits phosphate transport in renal proximal tubular cells through the reduction in the number of functional phosphate transport units. Such effects of cisplatin are mediated by production of hydroxyl radicals.

Microstructures and Electrical Properties of (Na,K)NbO3-Based Piezoceramics Sintered with Glass Frit (유리 분말과 함께 소결한 (Na,K)NbO3계 압전체의 미세구조 및 전기적 특성)

  • $(Na,K)NbO_3$-based piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by a liquid phase sintering method with a selected glass frit. The effects of the content of the glass frit and the sintering temperature on the microstructure and the electrical properties of the samples were investigated. With the 0.1 wt% of glass frit content, $(Na_{0.52}K_{0.44}Li_{0.06})(Nb_{0.84}Ta_{0.10}Sb_{0.06})O_3$ (NKL-NTS) ceramics showed the maximum values of the relative density (99.1%) and the electro-mechanical coupling factor ($k_p$: 0.32) at the sintering temperature of $1,050^{\circ}C$. It might mean that a liquid phase sintering with a suitable glass frit having the lower flow temperature could improve the relative density and the piezoelectric properties.

A Study on Speed Control by means of voltage·current model complex flux estimator (유도전동기의 전압·전류 모델 합성 자속 추정기에 의한 속도제어에 관한 연구)

  • This study uses the algorithm which estimates the magnetic flux using different models in the low speed driving area and the high speed driving area by the voltage-current model synthesis magnetic flux Estimator and, from this result, estimates the magnetic flux angle to achieve the stable speed control through all the areas from the low speed to the high speed drive. In particular, the current change and the magnetic flux change under variable load were estimated in real time in the low speed area and this made the control characteristic improved in the low speed area. According to this, even under variable load, the more stable simulation and experiment could have been completed using PI current controller and PI flux controller in all the areas. As a result, the outstanding speed control characteristic has been achieved.

  • In this paper, flux estimation method at the Induction motor is applied to stability flux estimate of possibility in overall speed domain. angle operation has voltage and current and speed information using the Induction motor direct control method. Induction motor direct control is material to flux information. Exact flux estimation method to using current model flux estimator of low-speed domain and voltage model flux estimator of high-speed domain. Speed and current and flux controller using PI controller. And error of integral requital for add to Anti-Windup PI controller. Verified to performance of Current model Flux controller and voltage model flux controller using Matlab / Simulink. Analysis has parameter influence of direct vector control and indirect vector control at the Induction motor vector control. So, verified to minute control. Analyzed to simulation result and proof to validity of presented algorithm.

  • Effects of ion species on the expansion behavior of Poly(styrene sufonic acid)(PSSA) hydrogel were investigated in aqueous solution of selected anions, cations and hydrophobic ions. The deexpansion extent of Poly(stylene sulfonic acid) gel follow the sequence $SCN^-$<$Br^-$<$Cl^-$<$F^-$ in low concentration solutions due to the destabilization of anions to hydrogen bond between ${SO_3}^-$ and water. The deexpansion in cations followed the sequence of counterion interactions between ${SO_3}^-$ and cations. It was discussed the effects of ions on the hydrogen bonding through ${SO_3}^-$ and phenyl ring in salt solutions. Other interactions, such as the cation-${\pi}$ interaction, hydrophobic interaction, and dispersion force, contributed to the ion specific swelling of PSSA hydrogel.

Protective and Anti-arthritic Effects of Cervi Pantotrichum Cornu Herbal Acupuncture, Inhibiting Dihydroorotate Dehydrogenase, on Phosphate Ions-mediated Chondrocyte Apoptosis and Rat Collagen-induced Arthritis (녹용약침액이 생쥐의 Type II collagen 유발 관절염과 인산이온 유발 연골세포의 세포사에 있어 보호작용에 관한 연구)

  • 연구목적 : 면역억제와 활성 작용을 지닌 것으로 알려진 녹용약침(CPH)을 type II collagen 유발 관절염 (CIA) 백서와 인산이온 유발 연골세포의 세포사에 있어 보호활성 효과를 연구하였다. 연구방법 : 7주된 암컷 Sprague-Dawley 쥐를 collagen으로 관절염을 유발시킨 후 CPH의 효과를 관절염 점수, 체중감소 등의 평가기준으로 검정하였다. CPH는 일주일에 5번씩 각각 10, 20, 30 및 $100{\mu}g/kg/day$의 용량으로 양측 신수혈에 주입하였다. 연구결과 : 1. 300 mg/kg/day CPH처리로 관절염점수의 감소를 기초로 한 collagen 유발 관절염의 발생을 완전히 억제하였으며 관절염 점수상에서 CPH의 효과작인 용량은 64 mg/kg이었다. 2. CHP는 쥐의 간에 있는 DHO-DHase 활성을 $Ki=843{\pm}43{\mu}g/ml$의 비교적 높은 비활성으로 억제하였다. 3. 관절염관련 세포의 증식억제활성을 검정한 결과 CPH의 항 증식효과는 세포주기 S기에서 정지시키는 활성을 나타내었다. 4. 쥐의 늑연골로부터 완전히 최종 분화된 비대연골세포를 분리 배양하여 3~5mM/L Pi를 첨가함으로서 세포사멸을 측정하였다. $10{\mu}g/ml$ CPH 처리에 의한 보호(억제) 효과가 Pi-유발 연골세포의 세포사에 대한 Na-Pi cotransport의 경쟁적 저해제로 알려진 phosphonoformic acid(PFA)의 억제활성과 상응하는 수준으로 CPH의 활성을 확인하게 되었다.

Syntheses, Structures and Luminescent Properties of Two Novel M(II)-Phen-SIP Supramolecular Compounds (M = Co, Ni)

  • Two metal compounds, $[Co(phen)_2(H_2O)_2]{\cdot}2H_2SIP{\cdot}2H_2O$ 1 and $[Ni(phen)_3]{\cdot}2H_2SIP{\cdot}3H_2O$ 2, have been obtained by incorporating 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium salt ($NaH_2SIP$) ligands under hydrothermal conditions. Meanwhile, the two compounds were characterized by element analysis, IR, XRD, TG-DTA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both 1 and 2 present 3D supramolecular structures via O-H${\cdots}$O hydrogen bond interactions. Luminescent properties for 1 and 2 were also studied. The compound 1 has two fluorescence emission peaks centered at 398 nm attributed to the intraligand emission from the SIP ligand and at 438 nm assigned to the combined interaction of intraligand ${\pi}^*-{\pi}$ transitions of the phen ligand and ligand-to-metal-charge-transfer (LMCT) transitions (${\lambda}_{ex}$ = 233 nm). The compound 2 shows one emission band centered at 423 nm with a shoulder peak at 434 nm which may be originated from the intraligand ${\pi}^*-{\pi}$ transitions of the phen ligand (${\lambda}_{ex}$ = 266 nm).

Effects of Dispersivity of Clay on Thermal Stabilities of PP/Clay Nanocomposites (점토의 분산성이 PP/점토 나노복합재료의 열안정성에 미치는 영향)

  • The effect of ozone surface treatment of montmorillonite (MMT) was investigated in thermal stabilities of polypropylene (PP) nanocomposites. Sodium montmorillonite (Na$\^$+/-MMT) was organically modified with dodecylammonium chloride. The surface properties of MMT, including the specific surface area (S$\_$BET/), equilibrium spreading pressure ($\pi$$\_$e/), and London dispersive component (${\gamma}$s$\^$L/), were studied by the BET method with $N_2$ adsorption. Also, the thermal stabilities of the nanocomposites were investigated in DSC and TGA. As experimental results, $\pi$$\_$e/ and ${\gamma}$s$\^$L/ of the ozonized dodecylammonium chloride (DA-MK ( $O_3$)) were increased in about 1.7 and 3.5 mJ/ $m^2$, resulting from the increasing of the micropores. From the DSC results, it was found that the melting temperature and crystallization temperature of PP/DA-MK and PP/DA-MK ( $O_3$) were higher that those of pure PP. These results were explained that dodecylammonium chloride of nano-scale led to a nucleation effect for PP crystallization. Also, it was found that E$\_$t/ of the PP/DA-MK ( $O_3$) nanocomposies was increased within about 64 kJ/mol. These results were probably explained by the improvement of dispersivity of DA-MK ( $O_3$) in a PP matrix.
